Black charged with rape after woman reports she was sexually assaulted at gunpoint Portland police have arrested a 19-year-old man suspected of raping a woman at gunpoint. Officers at the Portland Police Bureau's north precinct responded just after 9 p.m. Saturday to a report of a sexual assault. Once there, officers found the victim, a woman, who reported she had been sexually assaulted at gunpoint at a different location. Authorities in Cumberland County have charged a man with the rape of a 14-year-old girl. Investigators say the alleged attack happened shortly before midnight on Monday at the home of the victim's sister.
