(Black) Soldier charged with raping, molesting 2 children A Fort Bragg-based soldier has been charged with raping and molesting two children, according to Fayetteville police. Tiro Waters, 28, of Fort Bragg, was charged Thursday with five counts of first-degree sex offense with a child, two counts of first-degree rape of a child, two counts of sex offense and three counts of indecent liberties with a child, police said. Court documents said Michael E. DNA links (black) suspect to three rape cases from the 90s in Highlands, Old Louisville  Police say they've made an arrest in several cold cases involving women who reported they were sexually assaulted during the mid-to-late 90s. Officers arrested 50-year-old Curtis Boyd, who is now accused in three sexual assaults from 1994, 1997 and 1998 - all in the Highlands and Old Louisville neighborhoods. Police linked the attacks to Boyd after arresting him recently and taking DNA samples. Damar Smith was charged with first-degree attempted rape and two other offenses in the 3 a.m. attack at a home. When she answered the door, she did not see anyone.. She looked to her right and saw a short man in a black hooded sweatshirt with a red bandanna hiding his face and his genitals exposed. (Black) Suspect Arrested For Rape of 'Samaritan' Woman  A local woman was raped at knifepoint by a stranded driver she stopped to help. But because she was able to stay calm and remember enough details, investigators said the man is now behind bars. Wayne County sheriff's deputies arrested 36-year-old Bobby Ray Grady. They said the 29-year-old victim was coming home from work when she saw a car in the middle of the road, with its flashers on. She helped Grady move his car to the shoulder, and then offered him a ride. That's when deputies said Grady pulled a knife out and held it against the victim's neck. Have you seen this (black) man? Suspect sought in attempted rape of runner  Police released a sketch in connection with the attempted sexual assault reported on a bike trail. Police received a call about 6 p.m. Sunday of an attempted criminal sexual assault on the bike trail just west of Green Mount Road. A woman running on the trail was approached from behind by a suspect who attempted to pull off her pants and knock her to the ground. The victim was able to escape and run toward people who were riding on the trail, police said. The suspect was described as a black man in his 20s

Bond doubled for (black) city employee charged with rape A Chattanooga city employee is back behind bars after a judge raised his bond on charges he repeatedly raped a woman who was kidnapped from downtown Chattanooga. The alleged victim told the Judge she was sitting in her car at a traffic light near Warehouse Row during the afternoon of February 25, 2011 when 36-year-old Shrena Bell knocked on her window and asked for directions. The woman said Bell then pulled out a knife and forced her to move to the passenger's seat. Once behind the wheel, the victim said Bell ordered her to hand over her jewelry. UK: Muslim Cleric jailed for raping young boys A Muslim cleric convicted of raping a young boy as he attended Islamic education lessons at his mosque has been jailed for 16 years. Mohammed Hanif Khan, 43, was told he must spend at least eight years in jail after being found guilty by a jury at Nottingham Crown Court of sexual activity with a child, as well as the two counts of rape. (Black) Facebook rape suspect, Wayne Smith, charged in 3rd rape CHICAGO - Wayne Smith, the 25-year-old barber who is charged with raping two women he met on Facebook, allegedly attacked a third woman just hours before one of the other rapes, prosecutors in Chicago said Wednesday. Smith met the woman on Facebook and the two had consensual sex a day before he raped her on the morning of Oct. 13, 2009 - When the woman, who was 23 at the time, refused Smith's sexual advances he pulled her hair and told her nobody would hear if he used his gun. John Russell Carver, 50, faces charges of rape, armed robbery and aggravated assault. (Black) Man charged with statutory rape  A Salisbury man was charged with statutory rape Wednesday following an investigation by the Salisbury Police Department into a March 4 incident. Melvin Maurice Cruse, 26, is in the Rowan County jail under a $50,000 secured bond. Police said the victim, a 15-year-old female, reported that she and her friends were at Cruse’s house March 4, visiting, and at some point Cruse began kissing her. (Black) broke into apartment and raped a 16-year-old girl A teenager testified Wednesday that when she awoke in her pitch-black bedroom one early morning in April 2009, a stranger was sitting on her bed, rubbing her back. "I thought I was dreaming," said the teen. When she tried to scream, she testified, the man put his hand — wrapped in a white sock — over her mouth. (Black) Grand Prairie Rape Suspect Sought Texas - Police in Grand Prairie need help finding the man who posed as a maintenance worker and then raped a woman inside her apartment. According to police, the incident happened shortly before noon on Wednesday in the 2300 block of North Highway 360. The victim told police she answered a knock on her door at the Clairborne Apartments. She opened the door because the man told her he was a maintenance worker. He then forced his way inside and sexually assaulted the woman, police said. The suspect is described as a black male between 20 and 25 years old. He is about 6 feet tall and weighs about 200 pounds. Halifax Police seeking (black) youth in connection with shooting  A male youth has been identified as a suspect in this case. Due to the serious nature of this incident and the risk to the public, investigators obtained temporary permission from the courts to release the youth’s information to assist in locating him. Today, an arrest warrant has been issued for 16-year-old Morgan Patrick Harrington of Halifax. Officers are actively seeking the youth and the public's assistance is being sought in locating him. (Black) ‘Fugitive of the Week’ accused of taking girlfriend’s son Police are looking for help finding Gregory Johnson, 42, who is accused of taking the 7-year-old son of his girlfriend and threatening to harm him, police said. Marshals described Johnson as a black male standing approximately 6 feet tall and weighing 215 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes and numerous tattoos on both arms, including a cross with Jesus and the words, “His Word and Mine.” Johnson also has been known to use the alias Leonard Johnson, marshals said. - (Newsroom) |

(Black) Harford County man charged with raping five year old In the privacy of his home in the Edgewood Park Apartments, prosecutors say 27-year old Angello Osborne committed unspeakable crimes against a five-year old girl who later exposed him as a sexual predator. "She actually used the dolls and demonstrated what had happened to her and demonstrated the sex acts," said Assistant State’s Attorney Diane Adkins-Tobin, who adds the young girl revealed the dark secrets to social workers at the Child Advocacy Center in Bel Air. (Black) Man arrested and charged by FBI with child molestation A Chattanooga man has been arrested by the FBI after traveling to Ringgold to have sex with a child. Charles Darryl Akins, 33 years old, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, was arrested, Thursday, by FBI agents and Task Force Officers after coming to the attention of undercover officers on the internet. Anthony Kilby, 26 was charged with eight counts of criminal sexual penetration of a minor. Kilby, 26, was a former Manzano student and standout football player. First photos of (Black) "East Coast Rapist" suspect Aaron Thomas Police have released two photographs of Aaron Thomas, the suspect in the "East Coast Rapist" case. The 39-year-old, of New Haven, Conn., was arrested over a week ago and appeared in court last Monday, after an apparent jailhouse suicide attempt the weekend between. Thomas has been charged with one rape in Connecticut and two in Virginia. Investigators say there are 12 attacks with 17 victims, including 14 sexual assaults, two abductions where victims escaped or were not assaulted, and one peeping offense. Judge overrules jury - black gets death for kidnap and murder of Auburn freshman girl   A judge on Wednesday overrode the unanimous recommendation of jurors and sentenced a man to die for the slaying of an Auburn University freshman who was abducted at gunpoint, fatally shot and left to die on a rural road. Lee County Circuit Judge Jacob Walker imposed the sentence on Courtney Lockhart, 26, who was convicted of capital murder last year in the 2008 killing of Lauren Burk, 18, of Marietta, Ga. The jury voted 12-0 to recommend a sentence of life without parole for Lockhart, but the judge has the final say under Alabama law. Black woman charged in dragging death of White man * Dragged for more than a mile   Colorado Springs police announced that the driver of the car who dragged a man to his death is facing charges of manslaughter.Police identified her as 32-year-old Detra Farries. The announcement came after days of investigation into the deadly incident that took the life of tow truck driver 35-year-old Allen Rose. Rose was towing the SUV from the parking lot at the Hill Park Apartments on Wednesday, when Detra Dione Farries, got in and drove off. The cable caught Rose's leg and he was dragged for about a mile behind the SUV. - (Newsroom) - (Black-on-white) Farries' husband, Terroll, was sentenced to four-years in prison for a hit-and-run death of woman in Denver in February 2009. Farries does have a criminal background in Colorado. Court records showed she was charged with driving while her license was suspended in 2003. She also had numerous motor vehicle violations. She also had charges of harassment and forcible entry in 2002. My (White) 12 year old daughter brutally attacked by (African) refugee boys at school  The arguments between my daughter and these boys started with a couple of the boys asking Morgan to be their girlfriend. When Morgan turned them down, they retaliated by calling her names like "fat ho, lesbian b**ch, c**t, etc..." this goes on for about a month before the first assault on the bus occurs. The boys are refugees brought over from Kenya and Ethiopia. Morgan was brutally attacked. First elbowed in the face, followed by 6 to 7 punches knocking her front teeth out and leaving her with a concussion. Lawmen arrest (black) Polk Co. suspect in murder of White woman  The Nacogdoches County Sheriff's Office has arrested a man suspected of killing a Polk County woman in December. Cordell Renard Green, 22, is charged with murder. Green was located Sunday night and arrested. Green is charged in connection to the death of Heather Dorris, 25. Green has a violent past, including charges of armed robbery. Green confessed to witnesses that he killed Dorris by shooting her numerous times and witnesses saw Green get into Dorris' vehicle the morning of her death. - (Newsroom) - (Black-on-white) |
Black woman arrested for kidnap, murder and burning of body of 12-year-old White boy  Police say a 44-year-old woman charged with capital murder in the kidnapping and death of a 12-year-old Houston boy admitted to discarding a body, but said she didn’t kill the child. Mona Yvette Nelson, a maintenance worker for several area apartment complexes, was arrested and charged on Wednesday. Investigators believe she kidnapped, killed and burned the body of Jonathan Foster on Christmas Eve. Foster had been left alone at his mother’s apartment while she and her roommate worked that day.
