Outrage: Black Man Set Free by Blind Black NY Governor after racial murder of White teen   Blind black New York Gov. David Paterson commuted the sentence Thursday of a black man imprisoned for the racially charged shooting death of a white teenager on Long Island, a decision in the final days of his administration that infuriated the lawyer who prosecuted the case. Paterson said the five months John Harris White has served was enough time for the emotion-fueled 2006 shooting death of Daniel Cicciaro, 17. Paterson said everybody connected with the case had suffered enough, and White was released Thursday. White teenagers were feuding with John White's 19-year-old son when they went by the carload to their home in August 2006. White was convicted of manslaughter for shooting one of the teenagers at the foot of White's driveway, in what he referred to as a lynch mob. A judge sentenced White to two to four years in prison, a fraction of the maximum, exactly four years ago Thursday. He finally went to prison in July this year after his appeals were rejected. Black accused of rape, impersonating officer A man with prior sexual offense convictions was charged with posing as a policeman and raping a woman in Kansas City, Kan. Prosecutors say the man approached a woman in the Walmart parking lot and told her she was under arrest for shoplifting. The woman got in his car and he drove her to the nearby parking lot at Best Buy. He later released the woman. The district attorney’s office charged Wesley Earl Watson, 55, with rape, aggravated kidnapping, aggravated intimidation of a victim, impersonation of a law enforcement officer and aggravated sexual battery. Watson was convicted in Sedgwick County in 1977 of attempted rape and in 1984 of rape and aggravated sodomy. Search on for black Houston sex offender on parole violation Authorities are searching for a convicted sex offender wanted for a parole violation. Arthur William Brown, 54, has convictions for aggravated rape as well as aggravated sexual abuse of a child and other offenses. He is a registered sex offender with the Houston Police Department. He is believed to be in the Houston area. Officials said Brown has removed his ankle monitor. - (Newsroom) - (Black rapes) |
Black jail guard accused of raping two women A Metropolitan Detention Center guard accused of raping two female inmates went before a judge in Metro Court. Torry Chambers’ alleged criminal history at the detention center began in 2008. Chambers allegedly befriended Anthony Townes, an inmate at MDC and a former guard at a women’s facility charged with raping four women there. Chambers is accused of letting Townes into the cell of a female inmate, so that he could rape her. The same woman is now claiming that more than two years later, she was raped again, this time by Chambers. He also is accused of raping a second inmate in October. - (Newsroom) - (Black rapes) |
Convicted black felon charged with beating elderly White woman  Investigators say convicted felon Kevin Johnson beat 92-year old Eunice "Sunny" Lester in the face before taking off with her car. Lester was left in the driveway of her home in the rain. Johnson crashed her car about 4 miles away, and was arrested there. He now faces charges of car jacking, aggravated battery on a person over 65-year old, and grand theft auto. Sunny as she was nicknamed by friends for her bubbly personality is well known for her charity work and volunteer work in Gadsden Co. She was arriving home from visiting seniors when she was attacked. Lester was a WWII nurse. Her oldest son Dickson Lester says she is a strong Christian believer and would be asking her children to forgive the person who attacked her. Her children expect justice to be served. Her children ask that the community donate their time in volunteer work this week to honor her mother. Lester is in a coma at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, surrounded by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her children say she has people as far away at Costa Rica and Nigeria praying for her quick recovery. Johnson was released from prison in May. Police arrest & charge 19 y.o. black in murder of 72-year-old White police juror  Authorities have arrested a 19-year-old man and charged him with murder in the death of a Parish Police Juror. Donte Fielding faces a charge of 1st degree murder in the death of 72-year-old Brian Butch Hays. Parish Police juror, 72-year-old Brian Butch Bays was found dead Thursday, Dec. 16 inside his grocery store in Summerfield, Louisiana by a customer, authorities report. Cash was reportedly missing from the register. Bays was serving his fifth term as a police juror in Claiborne Parish. Former president Nelson Mandela's son-in-law, Isaac Amuah, wanted in the US on rape charges The US wants Isaac Amuah to be extradited to stand trial. He was an assistant professor at the Manchester Technical Community College, in Hartford, Connecticut, at the time of the alleged rape. Amuah is accused of sexually assaulting an algebra student in April 1993. He has denied the charge. The US intends charging him with seven counts, including three of sexual assault, three of kidnapping and one of failing to appear in a Connecticut court on three occasions after he was granted bail. Police arrest black suspect in string of Bronx church robberies  A man wanted in a string of Bronx church burglaries was arrested while trying to rip off another church. Nathaniel Linden, 51, was nabbed early Sunday by police responding to a 6:45 a.m. report of a burglary at St. Philip Neri Church on the Grand Concourse. He was arrested for burglary for that incident then later hit with the same charge for a Dec. 13 theft at Iglesia Bautista Hispana De Fordham on University Ave. In most cases, money - some earmarked for the poor - was stolen. - (Newsroom) |

LAPD gets hundreds of calls in black serial killer 'Grim Sleeper' case  LOS ANGELES (AP) — Investigators received hundreds of calls after releasing photographs of women seized at the home of Lonnie Franklin Jr. accused of the "Grim Sleeper" serial killings. A detective expected the tally of calls to reach 1,000 by the day's end. Several callers said they were among the women in the photographs, but detectives must interview each one to make sure. Police want to know who the women in the photographs are and fear some of them could have been victims of a crime. New Orleans black arrested for October rape of 16-year-old girl Emory J. Walters, 47, of New Orleans, is wanted in connection with the rape of a 16-year-old girl on Oct. 21. The girl was walking in the 4700 block of Saint Claude Avenue around 7:30 p.m. when Walters approached her and pulled her inside of an abandon house and sexually assaulted her. Albuquerque police searching for black ringleader of home-invastion gang Albuquerque police are looking for a young man wanted in connection with a series of violent home invasions. Hamilton Webb, 19, is one of at least four suspects believed to be involved in an organized spree of home invasions. According to several criminal complaints, Webb has been identified as the leader of a group of armed thugs who forced their way into a home near Yale and Gibson boulevards in southeast Albuquerque on Dec. 7. Sketch of black carjacker who beat up 74-year-old White woman released  JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Police are investigating the beating of a 74-year-old woman during a robbery and carjacking at a fast-food restaurant last month. Fern Gorin was attacked by a (black) man while she was sitting in her car at an Arby's drive-through. The beating left her face and upper body swollen and black and blue. Black husband charged in White Brookhaven woman's shooting death On Dec. 2, Gail Coone Pendleton and her husband James Pendleton were taking pictures for Facebook, kissing and laughing. Two days later, James Pendleton, 41, was being booked into the Lincoln County Jail, accused of murder after he allegedly shot her in front of at least one of their children. Also among Gail's Facebook photos was an eerie picture of James holding a gun in front of his chest, and underneath it, Gail had playfully written, "My bad hubby but don't he look good." Authorities said Earnest Joseph III, 27, of LaPlace was arrested. Slaying victim Taylor Adams lived down the street from Joseph and the two knew each other. Court rejected the appeal of Christopher M. McCowen who was convicted of raping and fatally stabbing Christa Worthington in 2002 in her seaside house. Hampton man dies after he and his wife attacked in home by pack of four blacks  Police made four arrests in a home invasion that left one man dead.
The suspects forced entry into the home and attacked the couple, a 60-year-old man and a 62-year-old woman, who were living at the residence. The suspects punched and strangled the victims, then stole both of the victims’ vehicles and fled the scene.
The suspects are 20-year-old Anthony Darius Odella, Jr. of Hampton, 18-year-old Torian Marquise Gaither of Newport News, 22-year-old Robin Nadean Gaither of Newport News, and 19-year-old Ashley Michelle Odellas of Hampton.

DA will seek capital charges in 1996 rape-murder of 13-year-old White girl by black beast  A charge against a suspect arraigned last month in the 1996 rape and strangulation death of a Texas City girl is expected to be upgraded to capital murder. The case, 14 years in the making, against Kevin Edison Smith, 45, also is expected to be presented to a grand jury later this month. DNA evidence connects Fletcher Anderson Worrell to 8 other rapes - The man who police and prosecutors believe was the "Silver Spring Rapist" has been sentenced in Maryland to life in prison. And that sentence will not begin until he completes prison sentences for other rapes in New York and in New Jersey. A Silver Spring woman testified at Worrell's trial that in 1991, she was sleeping in a bed with her then-seven-year-old-son when she was accosted in the middle of the night by a man armed with a knife. She told the jury her rapist threatened to "slit the throat" of her son unless she cooperated. DNA evidence left by the rapist led police to Worrell, who had been convicted of one rape in New York and two rapes in New Jersey. DNA also connects Worrell to eight other area rapes, and prosecutors suspect he is the assailant in at least 21 Maryland cases.
