Sketch of black carjacker who beat up 74-year-old White woman released  JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Police are investigating the beating of a 74-year-old woman during a robbery and carjacking at a fast-food restaurant last month. Fern Gorin was attacked by a (black) man while she was sitting in her car at an Arby's drive-through. The beating left her face and upper body swollen and black and blue. Raleigh black accused of raping two children A 36-year-old Raleigh man who is accused of raping two children was being held in the Wake County jail on a $5 million bond. Investigators say Anthony Hayes sexually abused one of the children for nearly five years, beginning when the child was 8 years old. He is accused of raping a 13-year-old in August 2008, according to the arrest warrants. Hayes is charged with first-degree rape, statutory rape, first-degree sex offense with a child and indecent liberties with a child. - (Newsroom) - (Black rapes) - (crime) |
Black charged with assaulting girl, 11 A 53-year-old man has been charged with assaulting an 11-year-old girl who was reported missing. Derrick Turner, 53, was charged with predatory criminal sexual assault, according to police. The girl lives in the Woodlawn neighborhood on the South Side and was reported missing Saturday. The victim was a runaway, and Turner met her about 1 a.m. last Saturday on an "L" train. Turner invited the girl to his home, and they walked there from the "L." Fuquay black charged in rape of 3-year-old  N.C. — A Fuquay-Varina man was charged Saturday with sexually assaulting a 3-year-old, according to arrest warrants. Alonzo Quentin Powell, 21, was charged with first-degree sexual offense, rape of a child and indecent liberties with a child. Warrants state that the offenses took place between Oct. 15 and Nov. 5. Black County Worker Charged With Homo Raping Jail Inmate Bond was set at $300,000 Thursday for a Cook County hospital employee charged with sexually assaulting at Cook County Jail inmate at Cermak Hospital. Alphonzo Hill, 45, is charged with criminal sexual assault, custodial sexual misconduct and official misconduct – all felonies. In May, Hill was in a minimum-security jail dispensary room with a 46-year-old inmate who was there for routine care. During the visit, Hill told the man his doctor had ordered a more detailed medical examination. Though Hill was not authorized, nor licensed to carry out this exam, he told the man he could do it. Black arrested for homo molestation of 9-year-old boy in bathroom The victim, a 9 year old male, reported an incident that had just occurred in a bathroom at a local department store. The victim stated that he was in the restroom using the bathroom and "Minding his own business". He stated that a male, later identified as Shawn Darnell Sheffield started taking pictures of his private area. The victim stated that he told the offender to stop and "Punched him in the back". He stated the offender ignored him and then touched his private areas in the front and back of his person. Cigarette Butt Leads To Arrest of Nigerian Migrant In Pitt Coed's Rape Police said a cigarette butt led to the arrest of a suspect in the off-campus rape of a University of Pittsburgh student. In September, a 20-year-old woman said she woke up around 5 a.m. to the sound of footsteps coming up the stairs of her home. Pittsburgh police said her three roommates were in separate rooms when an unknown man entered her bedroom.The man closed and locked the door behind him and told the victim not to yell or he would kill her. The woman said the man sexually assaulted her and left the home around 7 a.m. Five days later, Pittsburgh police said officers from the university's police department spotted a man at about 2 a.m. who was acting in a suspicious manner and matched the victim's denoscription of her attacker. The campus police stopped 29-year-old Akaninyene Efiong Akan with help from a Pittsburgh police officer and released him after confirming his identity. On Dec. 9, with help from the United States Marshals Fugitive Task Force, Akan was arrested in Costa Mesa, Calif., in connection with the rape, Pittsburgh police said. Black husband charged in White Brookhaven woman's shooting death On Dec. 2, Gail Coone Pendleton and her husband James Pendleton were taking pictures for Facebook, kissing and laughing. Two days later, James Pendleton, 41, was being booked into the Lincoln County Jail, accused of murder after he allegedly shot her in front of at least one of their children. Also among Gail's Facebook photos was an eerie picture of James holding a gun in front of his chest, and underneath it, Gail had playfully written, "My bad hubby but don't he look good." Raleigh black faces sex charges involving a child Stevenson Avery, 59, of 312 Parrish St., is charged with engaging in a sexual offense with a child under the age of 13, according to an arrest warrant. Avery has an extensive criminal history dating from 1978, according to state Department of Correction records. Black Elementary School Janitor Arrested for Sexual Battery MEMPHIS, Tenn. - A Southaven elementary school janitor faces sexual battery charges. Quincy Latimore, was arrested by Southaven police, over the weekend, for Sexual Battery. Cops say his victim is a teenage relative, and the crime happened when the girl was under 16. Police Seek Help In Locating Black Tulsa Rape Suspect Tulsa Police are asking the public for help in finding a man wanted for first degree rape. An arrest warrant has been issued for Steven Bartholomew Baker. Police said Baker is wanted in connection with an assault that occurred in late August 2010. His bond has been set at $50,000. Black Massage Therapist Charged with Sexual Battery MEMPHIS, Tenn. - A licensed massage therapist is charged with sexual battery after being accused of getting fresh with a customer. 25-year old Kafunno Turner is behind bars on Wednesday. Cops say the same black thug is suspect in three different rapes in East Flatbush  A violent predator attacked and raped a 36-year-old woman in her Brooklyn apartment last week - and cops say the same man is wanted for assaulting two other women on the same block. The victim spotted the man in the lobby of her East Flatbush building when she arrived home shortly before 2 a.m. on Friday. The rapist - who is believed to be in his 20s and stands about 5-feet-10 - pushed his way into her apartment behind her and raped her, police said. Last May, he allegedly pushed his way into a 32-year-old woman's apartment, where he raped and robbed her. Second black pimp also gets life in prison Another Hammond man was sentenced to life in prison for his role in a prostitution ring that tricked girls into working for men who then beat and drugged them to keep them in line. Jovan Demont Stewart, 31, had asked U.S. District Judge Rudy Lozano for leniency, saying he was afraid of Justin Cephus, who also received a life sentence Monday for his role in the case. Cephus and Stewart were convicted in November 2009 on numerous charges of pimping women, including girls as young as 16. A federal indictment claimed the men drugged the women and beat them to make sure they kept having sex with them and the clients. Black rape suspect arrested, eight years later Patience pays off for Tampa Police. Eight years after a crime, they arrest a rape suspect. Detectives accuse Russell Quinton of attacking a woman near North Central Avenue back in August 2002. They ran the suspect's DNA through the statewide database after his arrest for robbery ,over the summer. Black jailed in beating death of White LaPlace girl * Taylor Adams Update: Negro Neighbor Arrested  LAPLACE, LA (AP) - A man suspected of killing a 15-year-old LaPlace girl has been returned from Mississippi to face a first-degree murder charge. Authorities said Earnest Joseph III, 27, of LaPlace was arrested. Slaying victim Taylor Adams lived down the street from Joseph and the two knew each other. Black teen for rape and robbery of autistic woman  16-year-old Anferney Fontenet was sentenced to 18 years behind bars for the rape and robbery of a 26-year-old autistic woman on January 19. Police say Fontenet attacked the woman on Royalton near Lyman in South Toledo. He was found guilty last month. The victim's mother says apologies don't erase the pain. Black handyman admits to killing at least 8 Mass. women He's killed more people than the Son of Sam, but there are no made-for-TV movies about Alfred Gaynor. The one-time handyman attacked and strangled at least eight women in his hometown of Springfield in the 1990s, becoming one of his state's most prolific serial killers. The scale of his killing spree only recently became clear when Gaynor, imprisoned on four murder convictions, confessed this fall to four other unsolved slayings in which he'd been a longtime suspect. Court upheld black trash collector’s conviction in the notorious rape and murder   The state’s highest court upheld yesterday a trash collector’s conviction in the notorious rape and murder of a fashion writer on Cape Cod, but the new chief justice wrote that he wished the trial judge had questioned jurors more searchingly about potential racial bias after the verdict. Court rejected the appeal of Christopher M. McCowen who was convicted of raping and fatally stabbing Christa Worthington in 2002 in her seaside house. Black killer of Jewish Hollywood woman - police investigation continues - 'Random act' - (not hate crime)  Despite a major break in the slaying of Ronni Chasen slaying investigation, questions remain about exactly what happened, and Beverly Hills police said the investigation is continuing. Authorities said they believe a Hollywood man shot Chasen during botched robbery and that he acted alone. One thing is clear: preliminary ballistics tests showed the handgun that Harold Martin Smith used to shoot himself in the head in the lobby of a Hollywood apartment building was the same weapon that killed Chasen on Nov. 16 as she drove her Mercedes-Benz sedan along Sunset Boulevard after a film premiere. - (Newsroom) |
Police find black accused of rape one year later – Forty-one-year-old Napoleon Lockhart is now in custody after police say he was wanted in connection with a December 2009 rape at Manor House Apartments. A Forrest City woman said she was approached by him in December and was taken by knife point to the apartments where she was raped. Detectives with the Forrest City Police Department were quickly able to identify Lockhart and issued a warrant for his arrest. Black St. Paul Taxi Driver Abdikadir Yusef Mohamed Arrested for Attempted Rape, Kidnapping  St. Paul police have arrested a taxi driver for the attempted rape and kidnapping of a female passenger. Police arrested 23-year-old Abdikadir Yusef Mohamed. The 26-year-old victim told police the incident happened after Mohamed picked her up in a taxi for a fare around 3:30 a.m. Sunday in downtown St. Paul. The woman asked the driver if she could smoke in the cab and he told her she could smoke only in the front seat.When the woman got into the front seat, the suspect began touching her inappropriately and attempted to rape her. Hampton man dies after he and his wife attacked in home by pack of four blacks  Police made four arrests in a home invasion that left one man dead.
The suspects forced entry into the home and attacked the couple, a 60-year-old man and a 62-year-old woman, who were living at the residence. The suspects punched and strangled the victims, then stole both of the victims’ vehicles and fled the scene.
The suspects are 20-year-old Anthony Darius Odella, Jr. of Hampton, 18-year-old Torian Marquise Gaither of Newport News, 22-year-old Robin Nadean Gaither of Newport News, and 19-year-old Ashley Michelle Odellas of Hampton.

DA will seek capital charges in 1996 rape-murder of 13-year-old White girl by black beast  A charge against a suspect arraigned last month in the 1996 rape and strangulation death of a Texas City girl is expected to be upgraded to capital murder. The case, 14 years in the making, against Kevin Edison Smith, 45, also is expected to be presented to a grand jury later this month. DNA evidence connects Fletcher Anderson Worrell to 8 other rapes - The man who police and prosecutors believe was the "Silver Spring Rapist" has been sentenced in Maryland to life in prison. And that sentence will not begin until he completes prison sentences for other rapes in New York and in New Jersey. A Silver Spring woman testified at Worrell's trial that in 1991, she was sleeping in a bed with her then-seven-year-old-son when she was accosted in the middle of the night by a man armed with a knife. She told the jury her rapist threatened to "slit the throat" of her son unless she cooperated. DNA evidence left by the rapist led police to Worrell, who had been convicted of one rape in New York and two rapes in New Jersey. DNA also connects Worrell to eight other area rapes, and prosecutors suspect he is the assailant in at least 21 Maryland cases.
