Black convicted of rape though DNA matching Cleveland man guilty Friday of rape and kidnapping in a 2003 case that linked to him through DNA matching. Trevor Bolton, 30, faces a maximum of 26 1/2 years in prison for his conviction in the May 7, 2003 incident where he broke into the East 121st Street home of a 22-year-old Cleveland woman and raped her at gunpoint. Feds: Somali-born Muslim terrorist plotted car-bombing in Oregon Federal agents arrested a Somali-born teenager just as he tried blowing up a van he believed was loaded with explosives at a crowded Christmas tree lighting ceremony in Portland. The bomb was an elaborate fake supplied by the agents and the public was never in danger, authorities said. Mohamed Osman Mohamud, 19, was arrested just after he dialed a cell phone that he thought would set off the blast but instead brought federal agents and police swooping down on him. Black Former Cleveland Christian Home employee with HIV accused of raping teen boy A 34-year-old Brooklyn man who is HIV-positive is accused of raping a 17-year-old boy he met in 2007 at the Cleveland Christian Home on Lorain Avenue. Ronnie Sagere worked at the home from June 2006 through Nov. 19, when he was fired, Director Dave Lundeen said. Sagere is charged with rape, gross sexual imposition, kidnapping and felonious assault. Black Muncie teen charged as adult in school rape A 16-year-old accused of raping a fellow student at Muncie Central High School learned in court Monday morning that he is being charged as an adult.
According to police, a 16-year-old girl told officers Steven Moore pulled her in the boy's restroom and attacked her two weeks ago.
Instead of calling authorities, Muncie police say the school held the girl in an office for two hours and then sent Moore home.

Black Court Worker Tony Simmons Pled Guilty to Rape and Avoided Jail...Until He Started Bragging A juvenile justice worker who pled guilty to raping three teenage girls and was all set to receive only probation for it is back to being a defendant again...because he allegedly boasted about his conquests, claiming his victims "enjoyed it." Tony Simmons faced Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Cassandra Mullen for the second time. The judge said that because Simmons showed a "disturbing" lack of remorse and responsibility during his probation interviews, she was voiding his guilty plea and rescinded her pledge to keep Simmons out of jail. Mississippi black booked with raping teen in Slidell A 36-year-old Picayune, Miss., man was arrested Thursday after he allegedly forced his way into his former girlfriend's home in Slidell and raped the woman's 16-year-old daughter. Raymond Taylor was booked with aggravated burglary and aggravated rape of a juvenile.
Taylor arrived at his former girlfriend's home off Pontchartrain Drive at about 6 a.m.. The woman's daughter was home alone.
He asked to come in and use the phone, but the teenager refused and attempted to close the door, Foltz said. Taylor blocked the door with his foot and pushed his way inside, he said.

Black Man Allegedly Raped Woman In Parking Lot In Front Of Son Police said they arrested a man on Friday who is accused of raping a woman in front of her young child. Grove City Police said Brian Golsby pulled a knife on a woman in the parking lot of an apartment complex on Ashton Row West Road on Wednesday night and raped her in front of her 2-year-old son. The victim called police around 2:30 a.m. on May 9th to report she had just been raped by an unknown intruder. After processing the crime scene Fishers Detectives began to focus their investigation on 19-year-old Dominic R. Woods. Police arrested Woods in June on unrelated charges. Hampton man dies after he and his wife attacked in home by pack of four blacks  Police made four arrests in a home invasion that left one man dead.
The suspects forced entry into the home and attacked the couple, a 60-year-old man and a 62-year-old woman, who were living at the residence. The suspects punched and strangled the victims, then stole both of the victims’ vehicles and fled the scene.
The suspects are 20-year-old Anthony Darius Odella, Jr. of Hampton, 18-year-old Torian Marquise Gaither of Newport News, 22-year-old Robin Nadean Gaither of Newport News, and 19-year-old Ashley Michelle Odellas of Hampton.

A registered sex offender was arrested on suspicion of raping a 2-year-old girl in a Dollar Tree store as her relatives were Christmas shopping in the next aisle, police said Thursday. 
A man was arrested Tuesday night after he allegedly raped a heavily medicated patient at University Hospital over the weekend. Police say 30-year-old Tishawn Walker was a patient at University Hospital on the same floor as the victim. Police say Walker got into the victim's hospital room on Nov. 27 while the victim was asleep due to being heavily medicated. Walker then climbed into the victim's bed and raped her, according to court records. 
She told of how - when she was 12 - Tyrone Wiggins allegedly began raping her regularly at the recreation center, at her home, at his house.

DNA evidence connects Fletcher Anderson Worrell to 8 other rapes - The man who police and prosecutors believe was the "Silver Spring Rapist" has been sentenced in Maryland to life in prison. And that sentence will not begin until he completes prison sentences for other rapes in New York and in New Jersey. A Silver Spring woman testified at Worrell's trial that in 1991, she was sleeping in a bed with her then-seven-year-old-son when she was accosted in the middle of the night by a man armed with a knife. She told the jury her rapist threatened to "slit the throat" of her son unless she cooperated. DNA evidence left by the rapist led police to Worrell, who had been convicted of one rape in New York and two rapes in New Jersey. DNA also connects Worrell to eight other area rapes, and prosecutors suspect he is the assailant in at least 21 Maryland cases.
