Black Muncie teen charged as adult in school rape A 16-year-old accused of raping a fellow student at Muncie Central High School learned in court Monday morning that he is being charged as an adult. According to police, a 16-year-old girl told officers Steven Moore pulled her in the boy's restroom and attacked her two weeks ago. Instead of calling authorities, Muncie police say the school held the girl in an office for two hours and then sent Moore home. Black Court Worker Tony Simmons Pled Guilty to Rape and Avoided Jail...Until He Started Bragging A juvenile justice worker who pled guilty to raping three teenage girls and was all set to receive only probation for it is back to being a defendant again...because he allegedly boasted about his conquests, claiming his victims "enjoyed it." Tony Simmons faced Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Cassandra Mullen for the second time. The judge said that because Simmons showed a "disturbing" lack of remorse and responsibility during his probation interviews, she was voiding his guilty plea and rescinded her pledge to keep Simmons out of jail. Mississippi black booked with raping teen in Slidell A 36-year-old Picayune, Miss., man was arrested Thursday after he allegedly forced his way into his former girlfriend's home in Slidell and raped the woman's 16-year-old daughter. Raymond Taylor was booked with aggravated burglary and aggravated rape of a juvenile. Taylor arrived at his former girlfriend's home off Pontchartrain Drive at about 6 a.m.. The woman's daughter was home alone. He asked to come in and use the phone, but the teenager refused and attempted to close the door, Foltz said. Black Man Allegedly Raped Woman In Parking Lot In Front Of Son Police said they arrested a man on Friday who is accused of raping a woman in front of her young child. Grove City Police said Brian Golsby pulled a knife on a woman in the parking lot of an apartment complex on Ashton Row West Road on Wednesday night and raped her in front of her 2-year-old son. (Black) Mother's Day rape suspect Rashad in custody Fishers Police have arrested a man they say is responsible for the Mother’s Day rape of a Brookston Place neighborhood woman. The victim called police around 2:30 a.m. on May 9th to report she had just been raped by an unknown intruder. After processing the crime scene Fishers Detectives began to focus their investigation on 19-year-old Dominic R. Woods. Police arrested Woods in June on unrelated charges. Black Allegedly Rapes Girl After Being Freed From Drug Charges Last December, Lawrence Elliot was arrested for leading an undercover cop to a crack deal. Justice Michael Sonberg was to sentence him to two and a half years in prison on the November 9th, but decided to let Elliot go free until December 7th to care for his father, who had just suffered a stroke. Black Police officer charged with raping 12-year-old A Fulton County police officer has been arrested and charged with aggravated child molestation and rape. Officer Michael Bernard Wilson, 30, was arrested Tuesday. The five-year veteran of the department has been suspended without pay. The mother of a 12-year-old girl reported the crimes to DeKalb police, who secured arrest warrants against Wilson, Officer Jason Gagnon said. Wilson, of Ellenwood, was arrested during a traffic stop, Gagnon said. He has been charged with two counts of child molestation, rape and false imprisonment, Gagnon said. - (Newsroom) |

Black arrested in Silver Spring attempted rape A man was arrested and charged with assault and attempted rape after his intended victim was able to fight him off, bashing him over the head with a bottle police said. And investigators are checking to see the if the same suspect could be linked to other attacks and robberies in the area. The 26-year-old victim says she was walking on the Spring Street Bridge when a man approached her from behind and pushed her down a hill near some railroad tracks. The man demanded money and said he planned the sexually assault her, police said. Then he hit her with a bottle, police said. The victim, who didn't have any money, was able to get the bottle away from the man and smash it over his head, causing a cut. She broke free and fled, flagging down someone who as able to call police. Australia: Black Teen faces trial for grandmother's rape, murder Relatives of a 19-year-old man accused of the rape and murder of a grandmother sobbed after he was committed for trial yesterday. Magistrate Annette Hennessy said she was satisfied after a three-day hearing there was sufficient evidence to send David Samuel Aubrey Ray to the Supreme Court at Rockhampton for trial. Ray is charged with the murder of Iris Temperley after she was found with severe facial and head injuries in her backyard on Australia Day this year at her Rockhampton home. - (Newsroom) |
Black man killed his 68-year-old grandfather A Dallas man called 911 and said he "shot the devil" after killing his 68-year-old grandfather early this morning at their east Oak Cliff home, police said. Wilfred Eugene Harden, 28, of Dallas faces a murder charge in the death of Henry Harden, who was shot shortly before 4 a.m. at the family home. "It was an unprovoked attack that occurred in the early morning hours in his bedroom," said homicide Sgt. Joe Garza. Alfredo R. Prieto sentenced to death for Fairfax rape and murders A Fairfax County jury imposed two death sentences Friday on serial killer Alfredo R. Prieto for the murders of Rachael A. Raver and Warren H. Fulton III near Reston in December 1988. The jury was told that Prieto, 44, had been sentenced to death for a 1990 rape and murder in California and that he was linked by DNA to a fourth slaying, in Arlington County in May 1988. But jurors were not told that ballistics tests link Prieto to a fifth homicide, in Prince William County in 1989. Prieto has been incarcerated in California since his arrest there in 1990, and he has been on death row since 1992 for the rape and murder of Yvette Woodruff, 15. A criminal complaint filed in Albuquerque’s Metropolitan Court charges Sergeant Eric Asbury with criminal sexual contact and criminal sexual penetration. She’d been there for only four days That’s when, police and prosecutors said, Robert Eugene Williams, 40, went into the room she was cleaning and started taking her picture. When she asked him to stop, he started fondling her and held her arms to her sides and raped her on the bed she was making. “The pain was so excruciating that she passed out,” prosecutor Susan Walton said at the beginning of the three-day trial. But the Milwaukee God Squad conservative wasn't as interested in wage negotiations as he was in keeping Harris's margarita glass full, according to a lawsuit Harris filed this week. Magnolia black charged with homo child rape of boy State police arrested a Magnolia man and charged him with six counts of child rape going back two years. Lester A. Balgobin, 45, stands accused of repeatedly abusing a boy, now 15 years old, from November of 2007 through November of 2009. State police and staff from the Dover Child Advocacy Center interviewed the victim, who described how he was physically abused and forced to engage in sexual acts. Hampton man dies after he and his wife attacked in home by pack of four blacks Police made four arrests in a home invasion that left one man dead. The suspects forced entry into the home and attacked the couple, a 60-year-old man and a 62-year-old woman, who were living at the residence. The suspects punched and strangled the victims, then stole both of the victims’ vehicles and fled the scene. The suspects are 20-year-old Anthony Darius Odella, Jr. of Hampton, 18-year-old Torian Marquise Gaither of Newport News, 22-year-old Robin Nadean Gaither of Newport News, and 19-year-old Ashley Michelle Odellas of Hampton.
