NYPD collars black ex-con suspected of violent sexually assault on 73-year-old woman in East Harlem A cold-hearted ex-con was collared yesterday for grabbing a 73-year-old jogger from behind and sexually assaulting her in East Harlem two weeks ago, police said. Kentrel Whitaker, 32, threw the woman on the ground in the 6:40 a.m. attack on a footpath near the FDR Drive and E.111th St. Sources said investigators identified Whitaker as the suspect after his DNA matched evidence found at the crime scene. - (Newsroom) - (Black rapes) |

Black Kills Wife, Stepkids, Self; Spares Own Kids A South Florida man spared his two biological children when he fatally shot his estranged wife and four stepchildren early Monday before turning the gun on himself, police said. Seven children were inside the home when Patrick Dell, 41, shot Natasha Whyte-Dell, 36, and her four children, who were all pronounced dead at the scene. 2nd (black) suspect charged in Lincoln Park rape A second person has been charged in connection with the sexual assault of a woman in Lincoln Park. Prosecutors are charging 17-year-old David McAffe as an adult. The assault happened Thursday night. High-profile sexual assault case (by black) goes to trial in Tampa  TAMPA - A high profile bay area assault case is scheduled to head to trial today. Kendrick Morris, 19, is accused of sexually assaulting and viciously beating a teenage girl in front of the Bloomingdale Library in 2008. The victim was so brutally beaten that she still needs around-the-clock care. Morris has already been convicted in another rape case. Woman Attacked in Downtown Parking Garage by Black MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Saturday morning at the corner of Front and Madison inside a parking garage, a 24-year old woman was attacked. Memphis police say 45-year old Bernard Richmond approached the unidentified woman begging her for money at this doorway to the parking garage. The woman gave Richmond cash but then he grabbed her and put the victim into a bear hug, dragging her to the back of a lobby, pulled the woman's underwear down and also took off his pants. | Cleveland police looking for black accused of violent rape of girl walking to school Police are seeking an unidentified black man, about 30 years old with a muscular build, for the sexual assault of a 17-year-old girl at about 9 a.m. Tuesday in the 5300 block of Magnet Avenue on the East Side. The man, about 6 feet 2, has a dark complexion, acne or bumps on both cheeks, and a teardrop tattoo below his left eye. Rape trial of the black convicted of killing White TV anchorwoman Anne Pressly delayed   The Lee County rape trial of the man convicted of killing TV anchorwoman Anne Pressly has been delayed again. Curtis Vance had been scheduled to go to trial on Nov. 1. The trial is now set for Feb. 1. The alleged rape in Marianna in 2008 figured prominently in the case prosecutors put on in Little Rock against Vance for Pressly's killing. When police were searching for Pressly's murderer, DNA from the crime scene matched DNA taken during the Marianna rape investigation and made Vance a suspect. Black sentenced to death in Gulfport teen's 2008 rape and murder Leslie Galloway was sentenced to death this afternoon by a Harrison County jury for raping and murdering 17-year-old Shakeylia Anderson of Gulfport in 2008. Black Rape suspect caught in act on Near North Side A suspect who police say broke into a woman's apartment on the Near North Side and raped her late last night was caught in the act and arrested. Police were called after someone found the victim's purse on the back stairwell of the residence in the Sheffield Neighbors neighborhood. Darrell Moore, 19, was charged with aggravated criminal sexual assault and home invasion. Joseph Mbatchou was charged with attempted criminal sexual assault and battery. A woman told police that Mbatchou came into the restroom at 5100 N. New Details Released Surrounding College Station Murder of White Woman by black * Story   A (black) man has been arrested Monday night accused of killing a College Station mother and severely injuring her 9-year-old son. 45-year-old Stanley Griffin is in jail charged with murder and injury to a child. Police have not released a motive for the crime, but the two knew each other. In a statement, Griffin admitted to police that he knew Jennifer Hailey, but said he had never been to her home. Monday evening police arrested 45-year-old Stanley Griffin for the murder of Jennifer Hailey and also charged him with injury to a child with serious bodily injury. Alabama black accused of rape at downtown Norfolk hotel An Alabama man who met a local woman on MySpace was arrested early Saturday on allegations that he raped her in a downtown hotel room, police said. Zontevias Lewis, 20, of Phenix City, Ala., was charged with rape, forcible sodomy and object sexual penetration, police said. A woman, 18, told police that she talked with Lewis through MySpace for the past month and agreed to “ride around” with him on Friday. Metairie black booked with rape Authorities say a Metairie man beat his girlfriend, raped her and held her captive for seven hours early Friday morning. Alcee Joseph Foster, 47, was booked with aggravated rape, false imprisonment and second-degree battery. Foster allegedly attacked the unidentified woman at his home, punching her in the face several times, the arrest report said. She suffered disfiguring swelling and a small cut around her left eye. MADISON, Wis. -- Surveillance photos captured images of a man believed to be between 30 and 40 years old, who police said robbed the Stop-N-Go on Winnebago Street on Saturday. Police said at about 8 p.m. a man armed with a handgun ordered a (White) store employee to open the register. They said the man took the money and fled by foot. The suspect is described as a black male, 5 feet 6 inches tall, stocky build with a noticeable belly, short goatee and mustache. 
Two Georgia men filed a lawsuit accusing Bishop Eddie Long of exploiting his role as pastor of an Atlanta-area megachurch to coerce them into sexual relationships when they were members of his congregation.
