Grand jury indicts (black) alleged teen rapist Anferney Fontenet TOLEDO, Ohio (WUPW) - A Lucas County grand jury on Thursday indicted 15-year-old Anferney Fontenet, a Start High School sophomore accused of raping a 26-year-old autistic woman Jan. 19. Fontenet was certified to be tried as an adult. Toledo police detectives said the teen admitted to the attack in great detail, but said he didn't plan it, or even know the victim. Anferney decided to do it when he saw her walking down the sidewalk. The woman, who lives in a group home, was visiting relatives in the area and was walking to a nearby library when the alleged assault occurred back in January in broad daylight on a busy Toledo side street. The alleged sexual assault took place on Royalton near Lyman in the city's west end. - (Newsroom) |
2nd negro goes to court in NJ 7-year-old child gang rape case TRENTON, N.J. -- Bail has been set at $300,000 for a second man accused of participating in the gang-rape of a 7-year-old girl in New Jersey. Nineteen-year-old Timear Lewis made his first court appearance by video link Friday. He is charged with aggravated sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child. His public defender says Lewis isn't a flight risk. Trenton police say the child was sold by her 15-year-old stepsister for sex with as many as seven men and boys. Phoenix Arizona: Liberian Boy Pleads Guilty in Gang Rape PHOENIX - Steven Tuopeh, a 15-year-old Liberian boy accused of being the ringleader in the gang rape of an 8-year-old girl last year has pleaded guilty. His punishment won't be as severe as initially expected. Prosecutors had hoped he'd be tried as an adult, but last week, he was transferred back to juvenile court. Tuesday, the juvenile pleaded guilty to sexual assault, kidnapping, three counts of sexual conduct with a minor and one count of attempted sexual conduct with a minor. The 15-year-old, along with three other boys, ages 9, 10, and 13, lured the 8-year-old into a storage shed with chewing gun, held her down, and raped her last July. - (Newsroom) |
Rancher killed on his property in New Mexico by illegal alien Mexican murderer   PHOENIX (AP) A prominent southeast Arizona rancher sped away in his all-terrain vehicle after being shot, the Cochise County Sheriff's Office said Monday in releasing more details into Saturday's slaying near the Mexico border. The body of Robert Krentz, 58, was located before midnight Saturday on his 35,000 acre (55 sq. mile) ranch about 35 miles (56 kilometers) northeast of Douglas after his brother reported that he had lost radio contact with Krentz earlier in the day. Krentz apparently came upon one person when he was shot and his dog was wounded, detectives said. While Krentz was still in his vehicle, mortally wounded, he managed to drive the ATV away from the scene at a high rate of speed before becoming unconscious, investigators said. Foot tracks were identified and followed approximately 20 miles (30 kilometers) south to the Mexico border by sheriff's deputies, U.S. Border Patrol trackers and Department of Corrections dog chase teams, authorities said. - (Invasion!) |

Black man kidnaps and rapes 15-year old boy inside Baptist Church SHREVEPORT, LA – We have new information on the man accused of posing as a ‘good Samaritan' in a church van, only to kidnap and rape a 15-year old boy, on his way to school. Authorities identify the suspect as 34-year old Robert Washington, Junior of Shreveport. And now, investigators say they found a Shreveport Police report from a remarkably similar case involving Robert Washington back in the Fall of 2008. Also new: Child and Family Services removed Washington's two daughters from his home earlier in the week before his arrest this Friday (3/5). Black woman charged with raping 15-year-old boy she met at church  Police have charged a Bear woman with raping a teenager, she met in a church choir. 30-year-old Zipporah Holalnd-Samuels was arrested on 10 counts of rape.
Police say she's a member of an adult choir and volunteered for a youth choir at the Victory Christian Church in New Castle.
They say that's where she met her then, 15-year-old victim, and began a sexual relationship with him. - (Newsroom) |
