Phoenix Arizona: Liberian Boy Pleads Guilty in Gang Rape PHOENIX - Steven Tuopeh, a 15-year-old Liberian boy accused of being the ringleader in the gang rape of an 8-year-old girl last year has pleaded guilty. His punishment won't be as severe as initially expected. Prosecutors had hoped he'd be tried as an adult, but last week, he was transferred back to juvenile court. Tuesday, the juvenile pleaded guilty to sexual assault, kidnapping, three counts of sexual conduct with a minor and one count of attempted sexual conduct with a minor. The 15-year-old, along with three other boys, ages 9, 10, and 13, lured the 8-year-old into a storage shed with chewing gun, held her down, and raped her last July. - (Newsroom) |
Rancher killed on his property in New Mexico by illegal alien Mexican murderer   PHOENIX (AP) A prominent southeast Arizona rancher sped away in his all-terrain vehicle after being shot, the Cochise County Sheriff's Office said Monday in releasing more details into Saturday's slaying near the Mexico border. The body of Robert Krentz, 58, was located before midnight Saturday on his 35,000 acre (55 sq. mile) ranch about 35 miles (56 kilometers) northeast of Douglas after his brother reported that he had lost radio contact with Krentz earlier in the day. Krentz apparently came upon one person when he was shot and his dog was wounded, detectives said. While Krentz was still in his vehicle, mortally wounded, he managed to drive the ATV away from the scene at a high rate of speed before becoming unconscious, investigators said. Foot tracks were identified and followed approximately 20 miles (30 kilometers) south to the Mexico border by sheriff's deputies, U.S. Border Patrol trackers and Department of Corrections dog chase teams, authorities said. - (Invasion!) |

Black man kidnaps and rapes 15-year old boy inside Baptist Church SHREVEPORT, LA – We have new information on the man accused of posing as a ‘good Samaritan' in a church van, only to kidnap and rape a 15-year old boy, on his way to school. Authorities identify the suspect as 34-year old Robert Washington, Junior of Shreveport. And now, investigators say they found a Shreveport Police report from a remarkably similar case involving Robert Washington back in the Fall of 2008. Also new: Child and Family Services removed Washington's two daughters from his home earlier in the week before his arrest this Friday (3/5). Black woman charged with raping 15-year-old boy she met at church  Police have charged a Bear woman with raping a teenager, she met in a church choir. 30-year-old Zipporah Holalnd-Samuels was arrested on 10 counts of rape.
Police say she's a member of an adult choir and volunteered for a youth choir at the Victory Christian Church in New Castle.
They say that's where she met her then, 15-year-old victim, and began a sexual relationship with him. - (Newsroom) |

Black sportscaster: "I'll Be Vindicated Of Child Rape Charge" Former WABC 7 sportscaster Marvell Scott pleaded not guilty to charges including statutory rape of a 14-year-old girl, with his lawyer claiming that he had been set up by a child prostitute and a pimp. According to prosecutors, two girls—ages 14 and 16—ran away from upstate New York and were out of cash when they met a pimp in Times Square. The pimp then allegedly made a deal with Scott for the two girls, and Scott took the girls to his apartment on West 47th Street, where he allegedly assaulted the younger one. But Scott says he only invited the girls to his home because "one of the girls was crying profusely. She was obviously in great distress. - (Newsroom) |
Police arrest black man for north side rape INDIANAPOLIS - Metro Police have arrested a man they believe raped a woman in her north side apartment earlier this month. The woman told police 25-year-old Robert Wesley broke into her apartment in the 9200 block of College Avenue in the early hours of February 17. The woman said Wesley ambushed her near her kitchen and beat and raped her, all the while threatening to kill her several times. The woman told police Wesley stole over $300 from her purse and her cell phone. - (Newsroom) |
KC police investigating another Waldo-area rape by black A man sexually assaulted a 33-year-old woman early today in an attack that police say may be the work of the Waldo rapist. The woman told police a stranger awakened her about 1:30 a.m. in her bedroom in the 300 block of E. 69th Terrace. Police described him as black, 6 feet tall, 250 pounds and bald with pitted cheeks, possibly from acne scars. One victim told police that the rapist had very bad breath and his clothes smelled like exhaust fumes.

Chinese woman raped by thick-lipped dreadlocked darkie Police today released an artist's impression of a man thought to have subjected a woman to a horrific two-hour rape ordeal. The 22-year-old Chinese woman was picked up outside a nightclub in Northampton in the early hours of Saturday before she was driven to a secluded spot and raped several times. Police are looking for a man described as black or mixed race, between 5ft 5in and 5ft 9in tall, in his early 20s and of slim build.
