Monfort sought in connection with the shooting of Seattle Police Officer Timothy Brenton has been shot by Seattle police in Tukwila. The black was shot in the head at 2:50 p.m. and was taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. Records show he was a student at Highline Community College. An adviser there said he was interested in criminal justice. ("God is great!") committed the worst act of terror on American soil since 9/11. And no one wants to call it an act of terror or associate it with Islam. What cowards we are. Political correctness killed those patriotic Americans at Fort Hood as surely as the Islamist gunman did. And the media treat it like a case of nondenominational shoplifting. This was a terrorist act. When an extremist plans and executes a murderous plot against our unarmed soldiers to protest our efforts to counter Islamist fanatics, it's an act of terror. Black gets life sentence for fatal shooting of White woman at North Dallas smoke shop  A Denton County judge sentenced a gang member who said he was on PCP when he killed a woman at a Far North Dallas smoke shop to life in prison without parole. Arsenio Desmond Petty stood before the Judge ttoday in an orange jail uniform with his hands and feet shackled. A jury found him guilty of capital murder. The verdict carries an automatic sentence. Petty shot and killed Rabeca Rae Kemp, 18, on Dec. 30 when he and two other men tried to rob the Gas Pipe shop. - (Newsroom) - (Black-on-white) |

Trial underway for black who raped and murdered White TV news woman  Little Rock, AR - Anne Pressly's mother took the stand Wednesday, giving emotional testimony in day three of Curtis Vance's capital murder trial. The first person to find 26-year -old Anne Pressly badly beaten, is the person the prosecution says was her best friend, her mother, Patti Cannady. She called Pressly several times to wake her up for her early morning shift before going to check on her daughter. When she found her daughter, she said, "It was horrific. I couldn't imagine what I was seeing… I couldn't recognize my own daughter." She says she told her, "Momma's here, Momma's here" and says she is still in shock from the ordeal. Another witness, sexual assault nurse examiner, Carla Jackson, took the stand saying Pressly suffered trauma all over her body. Jackson stated the wounds consisted of "massive massive head trauma," which ultimately caused her death. The man who the prosecution says is responsible, 29-year-old Curtis Vance, is being charged with capital murder. Black Arrested For Rape of 75-year-old Woman * Ref: Police search for Afro-rapist  Cincinnati police have made an arrest in a Westwood rape case that dates back to early September.
Police took Kenneth Ruff into custody in downtown Cincinnati Wednesday afternoon. Ruff was taken in for questioning about an incident that took place on September 9 on the 8000 block of Temple Avenue in Westwood. He allegedly burst into a home there and raped a woman. - (Newsroom) - (crime) |

Black fag charged with sexually assaulting a 13-year-old Buffalo boy A registered sex offender who managed to get hired as a family caseworker and expand his role to mentoring young boys several years ago is now charged with sexually assaulting a 13-year-old Buffalo boy. Police said Phillip T. Young, despite becoming a registered sex offender in 1995, was hired in 2000 by the Buffalo Urban League. In 2006, Young, 44, was arrested for making sexual overtures to a youth whom he took to his home. As a result, he spent a year in jail. That incident cost him his job at the Urban League. But when Young was set free, police said, he managed to re-establish contact with a child in one of the families he had previously mentored. After doing so, he sexually molested the 13-year-old boy last summer as the child slept in his family’s home, police said. - (Newsroom) |

Black Teen sentenced to 55 years in prison for murder of White family man   Indianapolis - A 15-year-old boy has been sentenced to 55 years in prison for fatally shooting a man outside his Indianapolis apartment. Prosecutors say Nevin Brooks was 14 when he killed 27-year-old David Hardwick in March 2008. Brooks wasn't arrested in the case until January, after a juvenile court judge had sent him to a rehabilitation program at Boys Town in Omaha, Neb., for his involvement in armed robberies. A Marion County judge said Thursday that Brooks' age weighed heavily in the sentencing decision, but that society must be protected from his violent behavior. The teen's father is in prison for a 2001 murder conviction, but Hardwick's widow says being failed by his family didn't excuse the shooting. Hardwick was a jewelry store manager with three children and two stepchildren. "I'm happy with the sentence," said Danielle Hardwick, the wife of murder victim David Hardwick. Though Danielle Hardwick is happy Nevin Brooks is behind bars, she says she's nowhere near overcoming the loss of her husband, who left three children and two step children behind. - (Newsroom) - (Black-on-white) |
