Juan Perez Charged with Sexually Assaulting 10-Year-old Girl Relative  WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Authorities have arrested a Winston-Salem man charged with sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl he is related to. Juan Perez, 48, of 151 Westdale Ave., was arrested early Monday morning and charged with first-degree sex offense with a child. He was jailed under a $200,000 bond and is scheduled to go to trial August 7. Police said Perez is a family member of the victim, although the two do not live at the same address. - (Newsroom) |
Eduardo Franco charged in Highland Park bike path sexual attack A Highland Park Hispanic was arrested early today on charges of sexually assaulting and robbing a woman as she walked home from the train along a bikepath this week, police said. Eduardo Franco, 20, was arrested about 3 a.m. in his home less than a mile from where the attack took place along the Green Bay Trail bike and jogging path. Franco was charged with one count of aggravated criminal sexual assault and one count of robbery, police said. A Lake County judge ordered him held in lieu of $1 million bail in a hearing this morning, police said. - (Newsroom) |

Black Teen Charged With Raping, Murdering White Pregnant Woman ELKTON, Md. me. Police say Robert Mitchell Ervin of Elkton killed 26-year-old Jennifer Thompson on Saturday night during an argument that began when she asked him to leave. Thompson's body was discovered Sunday after running water from her bathroom sink seeped into an adjacent apartment. Elkton police spokesman Lt. Matthew Donnelly says Ervin was known to visit Thompson's home, but he declined to say Thursday why she had tried to get him to leave. - (Newsroom) - (Black-on-white) |
Negro sentenced to life in prison for raping 13-year-old Cleveland girl CLEVELAND — Andre Boynton, 34, of Cleveland Heights, was sentenced today to life in prison without the possibility of parole for more than 30 years for raping a 13-year-old girl in April 2007 and for being a repeat sexually-violent predator. A month after he grabbed the Cleveland girl off the streets and raped her at a West Side house, Boynton drove by her school and threatened her. The school called police. Boynton led officers on a high-speed chase that ended when he crashed his car into a house at East 136th Street and Coath Avenue in Cleveland. A jury found him guilty of rape, kidnapping, intimidation of a crime victim, failure to comply with police and possessing criminal tools. Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Judge Janet Burnside sentenced Boynton. - (Newsroom) |
Black Harvard Professor Jailed; Officer Is Accused of Bias  Henry Louis Gates Jr., Harvard’s (affirmative action) scholar of African-American history was arrested at his home last week by an officer investigating a report of a robbery in progress.
He forced his door open with the help of his black cab driver and had been inside for a few minutes when Sgt. James Crowley of the Cambridge Police Department appeared at his door and asked him to step outside.
Professor Gates, 58, refused to do so. According to the police report, Professor Gates initially refused to show identification. Sergeant Crowley said, “I was quite surprised and confused with the behavior he exhibited toward me.” Sergeant Crowley then arrested and handcuffed him. Professor Gates was held at police headquarters for hours before being released on his recognizance. - (Newsroom) |

Prosecutors: DNA ties black postal worker to 4 rapes A postal worker charged with four sexual attacks has been tied to the crimes through DNA evidence, prosecutors disclosed today. In two cases for which Tommie Naylor, 41, was ordered held without bail, the teenage victims he is accused of attacking also identified him in lineups. Naylor was arrested last week and initially charged with two attacks. He was charged with two more attacks, including the 2005 assault of a 16-year-old girl who had come to him for help after she had been raped by another man a short time before, police said. Naylor, a Forest Park mail handler, is also charged with assaulting a 14-year-old girl in 2003 in the 4300 block of West End Avenue; attacking a 16-year-old girl who had been standing at a CTA bus stop in the 7500 block of South Lafayette Avenue in 2006; and a 15-year-old girl who was walking home from a friend's house in 2008. - (Newsroom) |
Black Birmingham Police Officer arrested for rape and sodomy The Birmingham Police Department reports today that a male suspect has been identified in connection with the sexual assault of a 23-year-old female victim. The suspect has been identified as Birmingham Police Officer Cleveland Reynolds. A Sodomy 1st Degree warrant, under a $60,000.00 bond and a Rape 1st Degree warrant, under a $60,000.00 bond, have been obtained against this suspect. The suspect is in the custody of the Jefferson County Jail. The suspect has worked 1 year with the Department and was assigned to the West Precinct 11 p.m. - 7 a.m. shift. Wilmington negro Damian Laquan arrested on rape charges An 18-year-old Wilmington man was arrested Saturday night on charges stemming from a report of a rape last week in downtown Wilmington. Damian Laquan Johnson, of the 1100 block of S. 4th Street, was charged with first degree rape, kidnapping, sexual offense and robbery with a dangerous weapon. A 22-year-old woman reported to police that she was in the 300 block of Dock Street at 1 a.m. Monday, when a man approached her and held her at gunpoint. The victim had been walking home from downtown, and she said the man forced her to walk a short distance and then raped her. - (Newsroom) |
Former UC Berkeley Black Footballer Gets Jail Time for Two Sexual Assaults Former Cal Football player Noah Smith will serve four years in prison after he was found guilty of sexually assaulting two female students while he was a student at UC Berkeley in 2007. Smith, 23, was sentenced Tuesday after being convicted in June of one count of rape, one count of attempted rape and one count of forced oral copulation. He was arrested and charged in May 2007 after a female student reported to police that Smith had forced her to give him oral sex and then raped her in her apartment. Serial nigger Jerome Barrett found guilty of (rape) murder of 9-year-old White girl scout Marcia Trimble  A Nashville jury has finally convicted Jerome Barrett of 2 counts of second-degree murder in the 1975 strangulation death of Girl Scout Marcia Trimble.
The 9-year-old disappeared while delivering Girl Scout cookies in her upscale Nashville neighborhood.
The now 62-year-old Barrett became a suspect in the case 11/2 years ago through DNA testing.
He is currently serving a life sentence for the 1975 rape and murder of a Vanderbilt University coed Sarah Des Prez. He was caught one night in March 1975, and he became the prime suspect in a string of sex crimes. But it was the DNA that told detectives who to arrest for the homicides. He killed Sarah Des Prez, a Vanderbilt University student. She probably was raped and suffocated there in her own apartment. Barrett's semen was in the bed, his skin under her fingernails. |
Guilty verdict against black caregiver in rape of blind, mute White woman  A 32-year-old former assistant at a Kent assisted-living facility has been found guilty in the rape of a developmentally disabled patient. Following a bench trial, a King County Superior Court Judge Richard McDermott found Joseph Thurura guilty of second-degree rape in the 2008 assault. Prosecutors had argued that Thurura impregnated the 45-year-old woman, who is blind and unable to speak or otherwise communicate due to her disabilities. The woman later had a miscarriage. Unable to identify her assailant, police took DNA samples from 11 men who had been in a position to have sexual contact with the woman. "Suddenly he just got around me and put me in a headlock and I fell to the ground, not hard but on my backside and he said 'please don't scream miss, I have an anger problem,'" Paula Beattie said. She said that her attacker put his hands over her mouth and she had a hard time getting away, but eventually did. "I couldn't pry him loose and he wasn't a big kid, but I couldn't pry him loose," Beattie said. Black Anchorage officer accused of rape while on duty Alaska -- A decorated Anchorage police officer has been accused of sexually assaulting multiple women while he was on duty. Anthony Rollins, a 13-year veteran and former department spokesman, was indicted by a grand jury and arrested Wednesday. He's being held on a $100,000 bond. "Let me stress that Rollins' alleged actions are aberrant and detestable," Police Chief Rob Heun said at a press conference. "Officers are compelled to function independently within the confines of the laws they are sworn to uphold and have the authority to enforce. They are and should be trusted to protect life, to protect property and maintain order." Black accused of rape, murder of toddler held without bail The man who Metro Police believe killed and threw a girl's body into a trash bin appeared in a Las Vegas courtroom today after he was brought here from Phoenix. Authorities returned 37-year-old William Marshall to Las Vegas on Sunday and he was booked into the Clark County Detention Center on one count of murder and one count of sexual assault with a victim under 14 years of age, detention center records show. He is being held without bail. According to the criminal complaint, the results of an autopsy indicated the girl also was raped. |
Atlanta negro held in rape, pimping of juvenile An Atlanta man is being held in the Fulton County jail without bond after an underage girl accused him of rape.
Shun Pinkston, 42, was arrested on Monday after police officials spent weeks looking for him.
According to the victim, she met Pinkston — who told her his name was Pierre — at the West End MARTA station on June 6. The two exchanged phone numbers and met up again a few days later on June 10.
That day Pinkston took her to a motel on Fulton Industrial Circle, where he provided her with a fake ID and marijuana. Later he asked her if she was interested in making some money by having sex with five different men. If she had sex with at least three men she could pay him back the $55 for the room. |

Police seek black suspect in attempted rape Hattiesburg police are looking for a Petal man, who reportedly attacked a woman at her Hattiesburg home, police said today. Police say James Wesley Scott, 41, of Petal invaded the home of a 25-year-old woman and attempted to attack and kidnap her.
Police said the woman said she was inside her home when Scott entered through a shattered window.
As the victim attempted to flee, police said, Scott grabbed her and dragged her into a bedroom where he attempted to rape her. |
