Dallas negro executed for 1999 rape, slaying HUNTSVILLE, Texas -- A Texas man was executed Thursday for the rape and slaying of a woman abducted while she was trying to make a call at a pay phone 10 years ago. Derrick Lamone Johnson, 28, was the 14th Texas prisoner executed this year in the nation's most active death penalty state. He was pronounced dead at 6:23 p.m. His victim, LaTausha Curry, 25, of Dallas, was robbed of less than $10, driven away in her car, raped, beaten with a two-by-four and suffocated with her own blouse. Authorities determined the 1999 slaying was part of a two-week crime spree involving Johnson and a companion that left numerous women robbed or raped from Dallas to south of Waco, some 100 miles away. - (Newsroom) - (Black-on-white) |
LAPD ties 72-year-old negro to two waves of serial killings of White senior women LOS ANGELES - The first wave of slayings haunted Los Angeles in the mid-1970s. The killer slipped mostly unseen through the night, preying on older women who lived alone. He raped them and squeezed their necks until they passed out or died. Seventeen women were killed, found with pillows or blankets over their faces. The second wave hit a decade later. There was another series of attacks on elderly women, including five rape-slayings in the nearby Los Angeles County town of Claremont. Again the victims' faces were covered. Even with at least 20 survivors, police never connected the two homicide-and-rape rampages nor solved either of them. The survivors gave conflicting denoscriptions of the rapist and DNA technology had not come into use. rapist gets life for acid attack of 'pure evil' A heavy steroid user who raped a television presenter and then arranged for acid to be thrown in her face in an act of "pure calculated and deliberate evil" was jailed for life today. Daniel Lynch's 25-year-old victim suffered horrific injuries. She is now partially blind in one eye, has to be fed through a tube in her stomach due to damage to her throat and has endured more than 30 operations. Lynch, 33, was sentenced to life in prison and must serve a minimum of 16 years before he is eligible for parole. Stefan Sylvestre, 20, who threw the acid, was also given a life sentence, with a minimum of six years. - (Newsroom) |
Black pastor charged with rape Johnston County deputies have arrested Joseph Kennedy Ragland, the pastor at Church of God in Christ Jesus on Southcross Street in Angier. He's accused of raping a 16-year-old member of his church. According to warrants, the victim spent the night at Ragland’s house on April 11 after Ragland told her parents she needed some counseling. Investigators say Ragland gave the victim a cup of beer with a straw and told her to drink it. Ragland then told the victim he had something on his computer to show her, it was a video clip of people having sex. - (Newsroom) |

Black Attacker threatened baby during Rosedale rape Anthony Ray Graham, Jr. is accused of abducting the woman at gunpoint from the Babies R Us parking lot on Rosedale Highway then forcing her to drive to a school parking lot where, prosecutors say, she was assaulted in front of her 11-month-old child. According to the Kern County Superior Court website, one of Graham's attorneys wants to have his client's trial moved out of Kern County and heard in another city The woman told detectives she was worried because the man looked like a thug, but she didn't want to seem racist."She said he had an odor of alcohol on his breath, and the subject stated, 'Don't freak out,'" the police report indicates. - (Newsroom) - (Black-on-white) |
Corn-rowed Negro Sentenced for Harrah's Rape A Reno man will serve three consecutive life sentences for attacking an employee of Harrah's Reno in an employee bathroom three years ago. Antwon Bayard cornered the woman while she was washing her hands. He robbed her and beat her, then raped her. She sustained broken bones and is permanently disfigured. Her blood was found on his shirt when he was arrested a short time later. The prosecutor in the case says Bayard showed no remorse when he was sentenced Friday. - (Newsroom) |
Black Suspect Sought in Fullerton Rape Case Police released a composite drawing Friday of a man who raped a 19-year-old college student as she jogged in a Fullerton park. The woman was attacked about 8 p.m. Monday as she jogged near the baseball diamonds at Craig Regional Park and ran to catch up with her, then threw her to the ground and raped her, MacDonald said. The man then got back in the car and drove off. The man was described as black, with a very light complexion, 6 feet tall and about 200 pounds, with short hair. - (Newsroom) |
Dreadlocked black with gold teeth raped woman outside her home A middle-aged woman was raped Wednesday morning outside her West Ashley home, and police are looking for information about her assailant. Police described her attacker as about 25 years old, 6-feet to 6 feet 2 inches tall and 220 pounds with a goatee, gold teeth and black and brown, shoulder-length dreadlocks. Authorities said the man reeked of marijuana and carried a small black pistol. Macon negro accused of rape, kidnapping arrested A Macon man was charged Friday morning in connection with the alleged kidnapping and rape of a 36-year-old woman. Timothy Terril Bowens was arrested by Macon police about 5:30 a.m. at his northwest Macon residence. Police said Bowens transported the woman from the 2400 block of Beech Avenue to an undisclosed location. He is accused of holding her at gunpoint and sexually assaulting her. - (Newsroom) |

The woman told police she was in a first-floor bathroom of a building on the Westview Hospital complex late Monday morning when a man came in and raped her as he brandished a steak knife. Tiwari a refugee from Nepal charged with two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault involving two 16-year-old girls, according to Laconia Police. He came to the U.S. from Nepal as part of a refuge resettlement program. One of the alleged victims disclosed that she had been raped with her arms pinned to her sides. An accused rapist who preyed on women walking alone in a Hub parking garage asked one of his victims if she “wanted to die” and callously stole cash from a second woman after his evil deed, police report. The accused 260-pound homeless man, 
Police today released an artist's sketch of a man who raped a woman in a park April 11 in Burbank earlier this month. The 18-year-old woman was walking in McArthur Park about 8 a.m. when she was approached by a man carrying a folding knife. The attacker is described as a Hispanic male, 20 to 25 years old, about 5-foot-10 and 180 pounds with brown eyes, dark brown complexion and shaved head. He was wearing blue jeans and a white T-shirt, and the victim noticed some type of tattoo on his left shoulder.
