Black gets life for stabbing, rape and arson A Robbinsdale negro was sentenced to life in prison for an attack on St. Paul's Grand Avenue in 2007. A jury convicted Gari Stewart, 28, in February. Stewart broke into an apartment and attacked a couple. He stabbed a 31-year-old man, raped the man's 25-year-old girlfriend then set the apartment on fire. According to a search warrant, he first spotted the victims at Billy's Bar and Restaurant. The defense had argued police nabbed the wrong man. But prosecutors said witnesses identified Stewart as the suspect. DNA tests showed that 98 percent of the population could be excluded from the rape, but Stewart could not. - (Newsroom) |
Black arrested in '07 attempted sexual assault WINSTON-SALEM — A 27-year-old man faces three felony charges after a reported break-in and attempted sexual assault in 2007. A 64-year-old woman told police on Oct. 8, 2007, that when she returned to her home in the 4700 block of South Main Street, a man attacked her. The victim fought the suspect, and he left the residence. Police on Friday said they arrested Fred Goins Miller III and charged him with attempted second-degree rape, felony breaking and entering and felony larceny. Jailed black rapist arrested for 1987 N. Portland White woman's murder  PORTLAND, Ore. – DNA evidence last month helped Portland detectives arrest a jailed rapist for the murder of a North Portland woman in 1987. On March 26, 66-year-old James Samuel Owens was indicted for the murder of 42-year-old Nancy Converse, who was found strangled to death in her apartment on N. Kerby. Fayetteville negro charged with raping 4-year-old girl  A Fayetteville man posted bond Thursday after being arrested on charges of raping a 4-year-old girl. Fayetteville Police Youth Services detectives arrested James Knight, 56, of the 1300 block of Worstead Drive, on Thursday after a six-month-long investigation. Knight was charged with first-degree rape of a child, taking indecent liberties with a child and first-degree sex offense on a child. He was released from the Cumberland County Detention Center after posting a $10,000 unsecured bond. - (Newsroom) |
Black faces life in prison for raping CSU student after her car broke down Clayton Goudlock, 30, of Cleveland, was convicted after a six-day trial of repeatedly raping a Cleveland State University student whose car broke down on her way to her West Side apartment. The jury found him guilty of six counts of rape, kidnapping and gross sexual imposition. Assistant Prosecutors said the 26-year-old CSU student was on her way home when her car broke down Sept. 7, near Lutheran Hospital. A man approached her. He said he lived nearby and she could use his phone. He took her behind a house and raped her six times. When he left, she ran into the road and called for help. The 9-1-1 call was played in court. DNA led police to Goudlock. The woman dropped out of CSU and moved back to Florida after the attack. - (Newsroom) |
Homeless Negro Accused Of Beating, Raping Woman CINCINNATI -- A Hamilton County homeless man is accused of beating and raping a woman in Avondale Thursday. Prosecutors said Kevin Stallworth broke into a woman's apartment and assaulted her, breaking some of her front teeth. Stallworth then raped the woman before fleeing, prosecutors said. He is charged with rape, felonious assault and aggravated burglary.In court Friday, prosecutors asked for a high bond, pointing to Stallworth's previous arrests and convictions, including a 1997 rape conviction.Bond was set at $385,000. Black Teacher's aide charged with molesting 14-year-old female student A teacher's assistant at Zebulon Middle School has been charged with taking indecent liberties with a 14-year-old female student. Travis A. Montague, 21, of 3817 Beagle Drive, Wendell, is accused of two incidents occurring between March 23 and March 30 on campus, Zebulon police said. He turned himself in this morning and was to be booked at the Wake County Jail on two counts each of taking indecent liberties with a student and taking indecent liberties with a child, police said. - (Newsroom) |
Black trucker raped 16-yr-old daughter of his 'mistress' Police arrested 41-year-old Steven Toy in January. He owns a trucking business. A 16-year-old girl, who is the daughter of Toy's mistress, says she went with Toy in his truck on January 9th to get lunch. She told the jury today Toy began fooling around with zip ties, then bound her wrists and raped her twice. The girl later escaped and sought help at a nearby day care center. Toy was arrested a few hours later, in the attic of a home on Cindy Lou Court. He is charged with kidnapping and rape. He's been held on a million dollars bond since his arrest. Toy's wife is also charged with obstructing justice for allegedly misleading police when they came looking to arrest him. - (Newsroom) |
Black fag repeatedly raped former 'white supremacist' in jail PASCO -- Acting as his own attorney, David Webster serenaded the courtroom. And so began the trial of David Webster, defending himself on rape charges. David Webster cross-examined his alleged victim, rapping to see if the man could tell the tone of his voice from their time in a jail cell. It was there, the alleged victim said he was repeatedly raped. "I didn't fight back because I was afraid for my life and I knew I couldn't win a fight with him," the victim said. The case pits a former "white supremacist" against an outspoken convicted felon. The alleged victim was in jail for not paying a fine. Black Bahamian National Bus Driver Charged With Sexually Assaulting College Student COLUMBUS, Ohio — A Bahamian National charter bus driver accused of sexually assaulting a college student during a weekend retreat has been fired from his job. Leonard Braynen, 33, has been accused of sexually assaulting a Wittenberg University student during a trip to Wheeling, W.V. A sorority had chartered a bus to take students for a weekend trip to Oglebay Resorts. It is alleged that during a party Braynen went inside a cabin where a student was sleeping and sexually assaulted her. - (Newsroom) |
Tamarcus Jubane Suggs charged with raping 14 and 11-year-old An Ayden man whose relatives were charged with statutory rape of a 14-year-old Greene County girl last week was also arrested for the same crime.
Tamarcus Jubane Suggs, 25, as charged with one count of felony statutory rape of a 13- to 15-year-old.
In addition to the statutory rape charge, Suggs was also charged with one count of felony rape.

Police: "Good Samaritan" Negro turned rapist Woman says she was raped after man changed flat - Investigators arrested a man they say helped a woman change her flat tire, then raped her. Prosecutors said Imari Butler raped the woman on April 2 around 3:30 a.m. Officers said she went to retrieve a lost cell phone, when she hit a pot hole and had a flat tire on West 86th Street. They said Butler helped her then asked for a ride home. "She was punched in the head. When she tried to escape, she pushed down the accelerator of the car and he bounced up on the windshield actually crashing the windshield. He was so determined to rape her that he reached inside and punched her again and got her to stop the car." Police recovered fingerprints on the victim's car that matched Butler's. - (Newsroom) |

The 89-year-old woman who was sexually assaulted and nearly smothered during a home invasion robbery this week said this morning that she is "delighted" to hear arrests were made in the case. "I'm bruised all over from the beating they gave me," the woman said as she stood in the driveway of her home in Palm Terrace Gardens. She said is "surviving," but still in pain. "I'm 4-11 but have 6 feet of pain," said the woman, who told investigators that three masked men broke into her home, raped her, ransacked the house while looking for money and tried to smother her with a pillow. She told investigators that she heard one of her assailants say, "Is she dead yet?" The Pasco County Sheriff's Office arrested
