Serial black killer and rapist sentenced to die for murder of White woman   Willie James Hodges sat still and quiet in the courtroom Thursday as a by lethal injection. Circuit Judge Terry Terrell sentenced Hodges, 48, of Epps, Ala., to death for the murder judge declared that he should dieof Patricia Belanger, (right) 58, of Pensacola. “May God have mercy on your soul,” Terrell said as Thursday’s hearing ended. Found in her Mayfair home on Dec. 19, 2001, Belanger was beaten with a hammer and her neck was pierced with a steak knife. Hodges was convicted of the Belanger murder in March 2008. Hodges is facing charges in two other murders. He is also charged with shooting Winnie Johnson, 66, of Sumter County, Ala., while burglarizing her home in 2001. Cleveland police: Six shot, five dead in W. 89th shooting; Negro suspect identified CLEVELAND -- Police are searching for a suspect in the shooting of six people tonight at a West 89th Street address. Police confirm that five people are dead in the shooting. Reports indicate one child was able to get out alive. Among the six shot are two infants, one kid, two teens and one adult. MetroHealth Medical Center has received three kids, two of which are dead. Police have identified the suspect as 33-year-old Davon Craword. He is described as being 6-foot-2 and 210 pounds - (Newsroom) |
Police Investigate Rape of 75-year-old Elderly Woman by Black Police are on the hunt for a man who kidnapped and raped a 75-year-old woman while she was on her Monday morning walk. "It's just really sick, like, really sick. I feel bad," said Arthur Snell. "The whole community is upset and everybody is looking." "(He) escorted her to a dumpster area and proceeded to commit the sexual assault," The suspect is described as a black man, about 5 feet 7 inches tall and about 150 pounds. - (Newsroom) |

(Black) Dayton Mother Caught Breast Feeding and Driving A Dayton mother is facing charges for breast feeding her daughter while driving her other children to school. Genine Compton was pulled over by Kettering police Thursday at Far Hills and Dorothy Lane while taking her other children to school. Police say Comptom could have injured her child and others because she was breast feeding and talking on the cell phone while driving the vehicle. - (Newsroom) |

DNA links Negro to 6 rapes in 1982 Kansas City police have used DNA to link a 69-year-old twice-convicted rapist to five unsolved rapes from the summer of 1982 in the Westport area. Detectives from the cold-case sex-crimes unit picked up Samuel S. Johnson on Friday from a prison in Licking, Mo., and took him to the jail at Kansas City Police Headquarters to face new criminal charges. The charges represent the oldest sex-related cases filed by Jackson County prosecutors using improved DNA technology. Johnson already is serving a life sentence without parole for 30 years for a rape in summer 1982. He would be eligible for parole in a few years. He was sentenced as a persistent sexual offender because of a rape conviction from 1960. He served 14 years in that case before his sentence was commuted. - (Newsroom) |
Black Convicted Of Rape of White woman 3 Decades Ago Won’t Get New Trial A judge ruled Friday that a Concord man convicted of rape 33 years ago will remain in prison but could be released within a few years. The 1976 trial of Ronnie Wallace Long was a racially-charged case that brought protesters to downtown Concord. The defendant was black. The victim and the jurors that convicted him were white. Supporters of Ronnie Wallace Long say he was wrongly convicted because tests that failed to connect him to the scene of the crime were never turned over to his defense attorneys. The judge ruled that there's not enough evidence to warrant a new trial. But he did ask the state to re-define Long's lifetime sentence so that he could be free in 1 to 4 years. - (Newsroom) - (Black-on-white) |
Black athlete arrested on nineteen counts of rape Kevin Bernard Gregory was apprehended by police after they recieved a tip that Gregory may have been in the Twin Ports. Gregory was the starting quarterback for the Duluth-Superior Shoremen as well as a former football player at the Hibbing Community College. Yesterday, acting on a tip, Duluth police arrested 22 year old Kevin Bernard Gregory on a Cuyahoga County Warrant. Gregory was wanted on nineteen counts of rape, eighteen counts of kidnapping and intimidation of a crime victim or witness. Sergeant Leigh Wright of the Duluth Police Department says just because someone leaves a city where the crime is alleged to have been committed, it doesn't mean the can escape the long arm of the law. - (Newsroom) - (Sports) |
Negro sexually assaulted 3 coeds in Lock Haven University  Philadelphia Police are looking into the possibility that a Philadelphia man, who was arrested in connection with sexual assaults at Lock Haven University, may be responsible for attacks in Center City and University City, according to Special Victims police. 23-year-old Domenique Thomas Wilson is currently in custody near Lock Haven, Pa. charged with rape and other charges. Wilson is being looked at as the possible attacker in a December 2008 robbery and rape of a 22-year-old woman on the 4400 block of Spruce Street in University City and two October attacks in Center City -- one on a 25-year-old woman and her boyfriend in the 900 block of Clinton Street and another attempted assault at 12th and Lombard Streets, according to police sources. - (Newsroom) |
NYPD prays for White city cop stabbed in eye during call to subdue black psych patient  A month after he was stabbed in the eye while subduing a mentally ill man, Sgt. Timothy Smith is facing a long, hard recovery and uncertain future. After the attack, doctors had to remove Smith's left eye and stanch bleeding on his brain. His family was told his recovery will mirror that of a stroke victim.
The cops were summoned by Neil Perreira's wife, who was frightened when the psych patient began babbling and playing with a knife while chopping vegetables.
When Smith and his team arrived, Perreira, 33, bolted into a bedroom. Smith, an 11-year veteran, approached the bedroom with a Taser - a stun gun he was trained and authorized to use as a sergeant.
He banged on the door, and Perriera suddenly pulled it open and charged with knife in hand. Smith fired the Taser, but the deranged suspect plunged the knife into his eye. - (Newsroom) - (Black-on-white) |
Black Career Criminal Slayed White Officer  PHILADELPHIA - Police said a career criminal - with nine prior arrests for everything from robbery to assault to weapons possession - pulled the trigger that killed Officer John Pawlowski. An irate Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey Saturday railed against a criminal justice system that would allow accused cop killer 33-year-old Rasheed Scrugs on the street. Joe Sullivan is a 33-year-old black man who was convicted of raping a 72-year-old white woman  afte burglarizing her home in 1989. Sullivan was sentenced to life imprisonment without the possibility of parole.
The victim testified that her assailant was “a colored boy” who “had kinky hair and he was quite black and he was small.” She said she “did not see him full in the face” and so would not recognize him by sight.
