55-Year-Old Negro Charged With Raping 8-Year-Old Girl Authorities charged a 55-year-old Delaware man Sunday, saying he's been raping an 8-year-old girl regularly since last November. Police took Benjamin Sudler into custody at his North Market Street home in Wilmington on Sunday afternoon. A computer check revealed Sudler was wanted by several Delaware courts, although they did not mention what his alleged previous offenses were. Sudler was charged with four counts of first-degree rape and continuous sexual abuse of a child. - (Newsroom) - (crime) |
Homeless Negro Accused Of Raping Girl, 11 DETROIT -- A homeless man charged with pulling an 11-year-old girl into an abandoned duplex in Detroit and raping her had to be separated from other prisoners, for his own safety once they learned he was facing a charge of first-degree criminal sexual conduct in the little girl's rape. Kevin Bernard Meredith, 47, was arraigned and is being held on a $100,000 cash bond. The alleged attack happened on Sunday, May 18, as the victim left her aunt's house and was on her way to play at a park. Police said that's when Meredith grabbed her wrist and pulled her into the abandoned duplex at 82 Edison Street. - (Newsroom) - (crime) |
Council to vote on efforts for removing black Detroit mayor The Detroit City Council has scheduled votes tomorrow on three resolutions involving indicted Mayor Kilpatrick. One resolution calls for the council to begin proceedings to force Kilpatrick to forfeit the office. The second asks Governor Granholm to remove Kilpatrick under state law for misconduct in office. And the third censures the mayor but leaves him in office. - (Newsroom) |

Black Mayor and Ordained Baptist Minister Pleads Not Guilty to soliciting 'male prostitute' District Heights mayor James Walls has pleaded not guilty to charges he propositioned an undercover D.C. police officer posing as a male prostitute. Thirty-year-old James Walls was arrested and charged with solicitation for lewd and immoral purposes. Walls was accused of offering $40 for a sex act. He is free on bond and is scheduled to appear in court. The District Height's Web site says Walls is an ordained minister and has served as associate pastor at Forestville New Redeemer Baptist Church. - (Newsroom) - Walls also helped found the Maryland Black Caucus in 2005 |
Black suspected of sodomizing 7-year-old girl arrested  A St. Louis man suspected of sodomizing a 7-year-old girl in Columbia last year is in custody at the Boone County Jail.
Rodney D. Calhoun, 27, was arrested in St. Louis County on Saturday for possession of a controlled substance and interference with a police officer. The Columbia Police Department issued a warrant for Calhoun’s arrest on April 11. He is charged with three felony counts of first-degree statutory sodomy. Calhoun assaulted a 7-year-old girl between August and October while living with the child’s mother in Columbia.

UK: Police didn't have the money to catch 3 black burglars who beat me with a crowbar A businessman who was almost beaten to death by three crowbar-wielding burglars claims police haven't carried out DNA tests to identify his attackers – because they can't afford to pay for them. IT consultant Simon Pither, 36, was savagely beaten over the head when he interrupted the gang at his £300,000 home. The married father of two sustained such serious skull injuries during the assault that doctors told him he was lucky to be alive. | UK: White man attacked by pack of black 'youths' - stabbed 8 times - Shock after horrific knife attack A NEIGHBOURHOOD has been left stunned after a man in his 20s was set upon by a gang of youths and stabbed eight times last night (Thursday). The attack happened at 10pm outside the victim's home in Cooke Street, Barking, which he shared with his girlfriend. He has been left in a serious condition after being confronted by up to 10 black youths. Police say the victim, a white male, may not have known his attackers and have appealed for witnesses to come forward. Resident Richard Seaton, 28, said: "I heard that two people ran off. You can still see the blood on the floor, it's awful. "I've been here for 16 years and nothing like this has happened before. My little boy goes to school round here so it's very shocking." Black Former school worker charged with rape, battery of students A former employee at Sweetwater High School has been charged with statutory rape and sexual battery of three female students. And investigators believe more students may have been targeted. Cedrick Lamont Holmes, 31, a newlywed whose wife is pregnant, is charged with aggravated statutory rape of a 17-year-old Sweetwater High School student. Investigators believe the statutory rape happened in Loudon County so Holmes is charged there. He was arrested Thursday and investigators say he confessed. Investigators also believe Holmes illegally kissed and touched another female student under age 16 at Sweetwater High around 10 different times this spring. - (Newsroom) |
No bond for black 'Craigslist' coach accused of impersonating officer, rapes Bruce Martin is accused of raping two women that he lured over the internet. Once he met them in public, investigators say Martin used a gold badge and handgun to force the women into his car. The police reports, which you can see in detail on the link above, are a lurid read.Craigslist Rape Arrest Once inside his sports car police say Martin raped the woman at gunpoint. She was able to get out of the car with the used condom in her hand. She screamed to a maintenance worker for help but he didn't speak English. Black Air Force Colonel accused of rape, indecent assault, larceny New information tonight on a Sheppard Air Force Base colonel accused of several crimes. Officials have set a mid-June court martial date for Colonel Samuel Lofton III. Lofton was the center of an Article 32 hearing in February and all charges from that hearing were referred for court-martial. He's accused of one count of rape, four counts of indecent assault, 19 counts of larceny, two counts of dereliction of duty, and two counts of conduct unbecoming of an officer and a gentleman and being absent without leave. If convicted, Lofton could get up to life in a military prison. - (Newsroom) |
Black U.S. Marine guilty of Okinawa girl sexual abuse An American Marine was found guilty in a military court of abusive sexual conduct of a 14-year-old Japanese girl in Okinawa, southern Japan, the military said Friday. Staff Sgt. Tyrone L. Hadnott, 38, also was sentenced to four years in prison in his court-martial, said Master Sgt. Chuck Albrecht. Four other charges, including rape of a child under 16, making false official statements, adultery and "kidnapping through inveigling," or trickery, were dropped, Albrecht said. Japanese police initially apprehended Hadnott in the Feb. 10 attack, but released him after the girl dropped charges. Negro wanted on rape, burglary charges arrested A 19-year-old man wanted on 11 charges including rape and burglary has been arrested. High Point police officers responded to 1209 Delk Drive on a tip that Brandon Lamonte Bailey was attending a party. He was arrested there without incident, police said. Detectives had been investigating a series of sexual assaults and burglaries in the neighborhood. Bailey was placed in jail under a $800,000 bond. He was charged with: first-degree rape, first-degree sexual offense, attempted first-degree sexual offense, felony breaking and entering, two counts of attempted first-degree rape, two counts of first-degree kidnapping, and three counts of first-degree burglary. - (Dark Crime forum) |

Kelly faces charges he videotaped himself having sex with an underage girl A judge has denied a motion from news organizations seeking immediate access to sealed court records and trannoscripts in the R. Kelly child pornography trial. Judge Vincent Gaughan (GAWN) also refused to lift a gag order forbidding attorneys to talk about the case. The judge says he's not trying to inhibit the press. But he says the time isn't right to release the information and keeping it secret is the only way to guarantee a fair trial. Black Teen admits guilt in Massillon rape case One of the teens facing rape charges involving 12-year-old girls has pleaded to a reduced charge. Mario A. Elder, 18, pleaded true — the juvenile equivalent of guilty — to gross sexual imposition, a third-degree felony. He had been charged with rape, a first-degree felony. It was reduced during a court hearing. Elder was taken to Jail to await a sentencing hearing. Family Court Judge David E.
