Black boyfriend burns the skin off of his girlfriend's blonde baby boy   A 2-year-old child was severely burned and the child’s mother Christy Ely and her boyfriend were arrested and face charges in connection with the case, police said. Police said John Carter Jr., 33, placed the child is a scalding hot bathtub and they said they do not believe it was accidental because of the way the child was burned. Police said the boy is recovering from severe burns in a Pittsburgh hospital. “The lower leg, back of the legs, the little boys’ private area. It’s horrible. It’s just one of the worst things I’ve seen,” said Steubenville Police Chief Bill McCafferty. “Anybody who does this to a child. Black Arrested in Beating of Elderly White Female Funeral Home Owner  Memphis police arrested a man accused of robbing and beating a woman who owns a funeral home in Downtown Memphis. Alex House is charged with robbery, burglary and attempted first degree murder. According to investigators, House is accused of breaking into the Qualls Funeral Home early Thursday morning, April 24, 2008. Police say House beat 87 year-old Cenetta Qualls. Caught On Tape: Black Mugs Cadet Collapsed In Seizure Dallas police said a man robbed a teenager who was suffering a seizure. Frank White, 33, took a wallet from 18-year-old Mississippi State University ROTC student Andrew Bow. The incident happened at a downtown Greyhound bus station just before midnight on Tuesday, investigators said. Black fagz: Black state police officer arrested for sodomizing 14-year-old boy llinois State Police arrested one of their officers, Juan McCoy, 35. Prosecutors charged McCoy with two counts of second degree sodomy for allegedly having sex with a 14-year-old boy. Chief Chambers said he received a tip about the alleged sex assault in early April. His detective reported it to the Illinois State Police. Chief Chambers said he had a long professional relationship with McCoy. McCoy is currently in the Madison County Jail, awaiting an extradition hearing. - (Newsroom) |
Armed and dangerous "Pure Energy" black sought in child abuse case Police were looking for a man they believe physically abused a 6-year-old. Pure Energy, 35, was caring for his girlfriend's son on April 6 when the boy suffered a life-threatening head injury, police said. The boy was hospitalized in Chapel Hill but has since been released to the custody of relatives, police said. Energy was described as a black man, about 5 feet, 11 inches tall and 208 pounds. Zafeer Muhammad accused of molesting two young girls - 5 yrs old and 8 yrs old  Police have arrested a Marydel, Md. man accused of molesting two young girls several years ago. Police say that on April 7, officers arrested 50-year-old Keith A. Gross on 28 charges of second-degree unlawful sexual contact. Police say Gross legally changed his name and is now known as Zafeer Muhammad. According to police, the victims were 5 and 8 years of age at the time. - (Newsroom) |

Jabar gets 99 years for raping 3 young girls An Angelina County jury handed down the maximum punishment Friday to a Lufkin man convicted of sexually abusing three young girls. Jabar Smith Young, 23, received 99 years in prison on two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child and 20 years in prison on three counts of indecency with a child by contact. The girls, one who is 10 years old and the other two who are 11-year-old twins, testified earlier this week that Young molested them on several occasions two years ago The girls used rag dolls to depict anal rape, among other forms of abuse, while testifying before jurors. - (Newsroom) |
| UK: Nigerian in dock for rape and murder A NIGERIAN national is due to stand trial this autumn for the rape and murder of a Belfast mother-of-one. Emmanuelle Alauya was charged last month with killing shop assistant Grace Moore in 2006. Her body was found in the kitchen of the Erris Grove hoem she shared with her daughter. After hearing the arguments, Mr Justice Hart said he was satisfied for Alauya to be charged with rape. Illegal Immigrant Charged In Rape Of Girl, 15 Ariz. -- An illegal immigrant has been arrested on suspicion of raping and kidnapping a 15-year-old girl at her Guadalupe home, Maricopa County sheriff's deputies said. The MCSO Special Victims Unit arrested Jose Dolores Montoya Sanchez, 24. Sanchez was booked into the Maricopa County jail late Wednesday on one count of sexual assault, one count of kidnapping and two counts sexual abuse. Sheriff's deputies said they began investigating the case when the victim disclosed that Sanchez sexually assaulted her at a Guadalupe home. - (Newsroom) - (Invasion!) |
Black ex-con confesses to stabbing 92-year-old White woman to death  CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- A man with a long criminal history stands accused of murdering a 92-year-old woman in Charlotte. Gordon Franklin McMullen, 47, of Charlotte was back behind bars in the Mecklenburg County Jail Monday. He is accused of stabbing 92-year-old Mildred Clontz to death earlier this month. Police said he is not a stranger to crime and is a career criminal. He began committing crimes in 1980 at the age of 20, where he was charged with credit card theft. More criminal charges followed in 1982 for larceny and in 1983 for counterfeiting. Police said McMullen was busy in 1985, charged with speeding from police, larceny and more counterfeiting. In 1987, he graduated to armed robbery; he was convicted on three robbery charges and deemed a habitual felon. Last week, police charged McMullen with Clontz's murder. Black on death row for the rape of his 8-year-old stepdaughter Patrick Kennedy, 43, would be the first convicted rapist in 44 years to be executed in a case in which the victim was not killed. He was sentenced to die in 2003 for sexually assaulting his 8-year-old stepdaughter in her bed. In addition to severe emotional trauma, the attack caused internal injuries and bleeding to the child, requiring extensive surgery, Louisiana prosecutors said. Both in 1976 and a year later, the U.S. Supreme Court banned capital punishment for rape -- and, by implication, any other crime except murder. But 19 years later, Louisiana passed a law allowing execution for the sexual violation of a child under 12. Black inmate charged in rape of female corrections officer
in the jail's law library  A female corrections officer who does paralegal work at the Duval County jail was raped about 11 a.m. Thursday during an appointment with an inmate in the facility's law library. The 29-year veteran with the department was alone in the library when the inmate came in, threatened her with a shank and attacked her, Rutherford said. He said the officer was treated after what he called a vicious beating and sexual assault. Jonathan Tave, 26, a 6-foot-3, 230-pound inmate who has been jailed since January 2005, was charged with four counts of sexual battery, aggravated battery of a law enforcement officer, kidnapping, two counts of depriving an officer of a means of protection of communication, possession of a concealed weapon by a felon and two counts of evidence tampering. - (Newsroom) - (crime) |

Texas Rangers investigating polygamy case - arrest black woman in hoax  Texas Rangers participated in the arrest of a Colorado woman who allegedly pretended to be a girl locked in a basement. The Rangers were in the state as part of their investigation into the Texas polygamy custody battle, local police said. It was unclear if the arrest was related to the phone call from a woman who claimed to be a 16-year-old girl, a phone call that sparked what has become one of the largest child custody cases in U.S. history.
Colorado Springs police said they arrested Rozita Swinton last night on local charges of pretending to be a girl locked in a basement, claiming abuse and calling authorities for help.
