Repeat Black Offender Spared Death Sentence for murder of White woman -
Gets life without parole   Cornelius Rogers has been in trouble with the law for over 20 years. Now at 42 years old he has been spared death for killing a mentally disabled woman, in part, for his difficult upbringing. This includes losing his left eye when he was 15. Some of Rogers' other crimes that were considered during the sentencing phase was sexual assault and pistol whipping a woman. His victim Julie Holt had a sock stuffed in her mouth and was hog-tied during a break-in of her familie's house in 2001. She died from suffocation according to the medical examiner. Black arrested suspect in White woman's nude corpse found beneath overpass  A black was arrested in connection with the discovery of a nude woman's body beneath an Interstate 65 overpass earlier this week. Derrick Martin, 34, was taken into custody a day after police released surveillance video of a man they called a person of interest in the case. IMPD said several tips that came in after the surveillance footage was released helped them track down Martin, who is held on preliminary murder and confinement charges in the slaying of Debra Furnish, 48. Martin has a criminal record and previously served time on a murder conviction. Police said that he also knew Furnish. The victim's unclothed body had been thrown over a fence. Adulterous Asian Navy wife, her secret black lover arrested in her toddler's death  Almost six months after a small, black hair was found in a child-size hole in a wall, police arrested a Riverside man and a San Diego woman in her toddler's death. The secret lover of Kaori Wearing smashed her 2-year-old daughter's head into a wall while the mother was away on a follow-up to cosmetic surgery, police said. He then let the child slowly die on a bed while the mother was under the influence of a painkiller after she returned home, according to an affidavit. An FBI Inland apprehension team took Chad Harris, 25, of Riverside, into custody about 7:30 p.m. Thursday after a standoff on Rockport Court in Moreno Valley. Black Lawrence Pinckney arrested for Christmas Day murder 73 year old white man   Tthe victim's roommate, Charles Piercy, returned home from out of town on Christmas Day to find 73-year-old Anthony Chiaramonte lying dead surrounded by blood inside his home in the Charleston National Country Club Community. Police say Piercy then dialed 911. When crews arrived, they found Chiaramonte lying dead upstairs at the foot of his bed. According to the coroner, Chiaramonte died from blunt force trauma to the head. Perv black lawyer gets 25-50 years in jail - He molested 6 girls over 8-year period Defense attorney Larry Charles could spend the rest of his life behind bars - for indecently assaulting six underage girls and raping three of them in places such as the Criminal Justice Center and in New Jersey motels over an eight-year period. In sentencing him to 25 to 50 years in state prison - as requested by prosecutors - a judge yesterday told him: "I agree with the D.A. I can't believe if you were out on the street that you will ever stop. My effort here is to stop you if I can," said the Judge. Upon hearing that, the mother of two of the victims, softly said, "Thank you, Jesus," as she sat in the courtroom gallery. Black NYPD cop charged with raping karate student A New York City police officer is accused of raping a teenage student in his martial arts school during a sexual relationship he claimed was one of the school's rites, police said. Middletown police said Trent Young, 39, sexually abused and then began having sex with the 15-year-old girl, a student at Iron Tiger Martial Arts in West Milford, N.J., in 2005. Young, who also teaches karate at his Middletown home, was arrested on his way to work and charged with felony counts of second- and third-degree rape, police said. He was free on bail Friday. The girl told police she'd been a student at Iron Tiger for a year when Young asked her to sign an oath of obedience in 2005. She told police that Young made her take off all of her clothes as part of the oath, and then sexually abused her. Black Suspect in Rapes of Elderly Hemet Women Arrested  Police in Hemet say they've caught arrested a suspect wanted for raping elderly women in the area. 21-year old Kenneth Daniels Jr. was initially arrested for attempted burglary and resisting arrest, but was later booked in connection with the rapes of two women. One of those women was attacked twice, and the other died of injuries sustained in the attack. Officers working undercover in the area of the attacks observed the suspect enter the complex where two women had been raped in the past few months. Two Blacks Charged with Sex Crimes against a minor  Two Wilmington men have been arrested for sex crimes against a minor. The New Hanover County Sheriff's Office Detectives arrested Raymond Bernard Moore and Curtis Antonio James. Moore is charged with two counts of Statutory Rape/Sex Offense and one count of Indecent Liberties with a Child and is under a $50,000 secured bond. James is charged with five counts of Statutory Rape/Sex Offense and is under a $1,000,000 bond. Both individuals are from Wilmington are still in the New Hanover County Detention Facility awaiting their court dates. |
KC Police Searchig for Black Rapist KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Police are issuing another plea for tips in an unsolved rape case. Officials have released a composite picture of the rapist. Investigators said the man is wanted in connection with a sexual assault at the Crossings Apartment Complex at Interstate 29 and Barry Road on Dec. 22, 2006. The woman described her attacker as a black man, about 24 years old. He was about 5 feet 11 inches tall and had a strong build. She told police the man had a deep, baritone voice and spoke with a lot of slang. |
Black convicted in racially charged shooting of unarmed White teen   RIVERHEAD, New York (AP) -- A jury Saturday convicted a black man of killing a white teen during a racially charged confrontation outside the man's home despite his claims that he feared a lynch mob had come to attack his family.
Jurors found John White, 54, guilty of second-degree manslaughter in the death of Daniel Cicciaro.
White faces a prison term of 5 to 15 years. He was allowed to remain free on bail until sentencing. "My son is finally vindicated," Joanne Cicciaro, the victim's mother, said afterward. "The truth prevailed. ... It was never about race. It was about individuals and individuals' actions."

Black pleads guilty to kidnapping and raping 11-yr-old girl and two women Ellis Hackey Jr. accused of kidnapping and raping an 11-year-old girl and raping two local women in their homes pleaded guilty to three counts of first-degree rape. The state would seek a life sentence for the rape of the child in May, and two consecutive life sentences with all but 50 years suspended in the rapes of the two women, one in 2006 and the other in 2007. A Wapato elementary school student told police that her fifth-grade teacher "brainwashed" her into engaging in sex acts with him in his classroom and at her home for more than a year. According to Yakima police, the girl said the teacher continued having sex with her after he began dating her mother and moved into their home this summer, according to court documents filed by police. 
The girl’s mother also said her daughter, who was born in Mexico, is two years older than she says she is — she would have been 14, not 12 — so the state likely wouldn’t have prosecuted Gaytan as an adult because he was 17 at the time. “We would have filed on it as a juvenile case,” Gaytan was arrested in July, when allegations of rape were disclosed by the girl during an interview at the Children’s Advocacy Center of Collier County. The girl told Collier County sheriff’s investigators that she and her family came to the United States in 2004 and met Gaytan in Houston. They all eventually moved to Collier County and lived in a mobile home, where she said she was raped several times by Gaytan when she was 12, according to his arrest report. She also claimed he took her to a party where she was gang-raped by five men, but investigators never were able to verify that story and charges never were filed.

The man suspected in the rapes of two Pawling women has been apprehended in Michigan, the Dutchess County Sheriff's Office said this afternoon. Flaviano Quintero, also known as Hector Quintero and Hector Hernandez, was captured this morning. He is awaiting extradition to New York. The rapes occurred Nov. 28 and Dec. 6 in the village. Quintero is an illegal immigrant. He was questioned by police on Dec. 11. He became a fugitive after he dove out a window while an officer waited for him to use the bathroom, police said. He was being questioned in his home by sheriff's deputies.
