Two Blacks Charged with Sex Crimes against a minor  Two Wilmington men have been arrested for sex crimes against a minor. The New Hanover County Sheriff's Office Detectives arrested Raymond Bernard Moore and Curtis Antonio James. Moore is charged with two counts of Statutory Rape/Sex Offense and one count of Indecent Liberties with a Child and is under a $50,000 secured bond. James is charged with five counts of Statutory Rape/Sex Offense and is under a $1,000,000 bond. Both individuals are from Wilmington are still in the New Hanover County Detention Facility awaiting their court dates. |
KC Police Searchig for Black Rapist KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Police are issuing another plea for tips in an unsolved rape case. Officials have released a composite picture of the rapist. Investigators said the man is wanted in connection with a sexual assault at the Crossings Apartment Complex at Interstate 29 and Barry Road on Dec. 22, 2006. The woman described her attacker as a black man, about 24 years old. He was about 5 feet 11 inches tall and had a strong build. She told police the man had a deep, baritone voice and spoke with a lot of slang. |

Black convicted in racially charged shooting of unarmed White teen   RIVERHEAD, New York (AP) -- A jury Saturday convicted a black man of killing a white teen during a racially charged confrontation outside the man's home despite his claims that he feared a lynch mob had come to attack his family.
Jurors found John White, 54, guilty of second-degree manslaughter in the death of Daniel Cicciaro.
White faces a prison term of 5 to 15 years. He was allowed to remain free on bail until sentencing. "My son is finally vindicated," Joanne Cicciaro, the victim's mother, said afterward. "The truth prevailed. ... It was never about race. It was about individuals and individuals' actions."

Black pleads guilty to kidnapping and raping 11-yr-old girl and two women Ellis Hackey Jr. accused of kidnapping and raping an 11-year-old girl and raping two local women in their homes pleaded guilty to three counts of first-degree rape. The state would seek a life sentence for the rape of the child in May, and two consecutive life sentences with all but 50 years suspended in the rapes of the two women, one in 2006 and the other in 2007. Black male nurse Olayinka Osifeso charged with raping a patient in hospital bed A former St. Francis Hospital nurse was charged with the rape of a patient there. Prosecutors charged Olayinka Osifeso, 44, with the first-degree rape of a 41-year-old woman Aug. 11 "while she was intoxicated by narcotics and in a hospital bed." Osifeso was arrested and placed in the Tulsa Jail with bond set at $500,000. Black sex fiend wanted for rape of a 70-year-old woman at knifepoint MANSFIELD, Ohio - Police were searching for a registered sex offender who they said raped a 70-year-old woman. Surveillance cameras at the West Park Senior Center apartments caught William Bounds walking into the building behind a resident. Police said once inside, Bounds entered the apartment of a 70-year-old woman. "He had a knife and threatened the lady and said he would kill her if she didn't submit to his wishes," said Mansfield police. Denver woman, 61, raped, brutally beaten left for dead by black beast - died between dumpsters in sub-zero cold A Denver black was charged with murder in the rape of a 61-year-old woman who was left outside on the coldest night of the season and later died. Residents who heard Judith Pyle's cries for help in the early- morning hours of Dec. 9 called police, who found her behind a Dumpster in an alley. Pyle, whose poor health hindered movement, had been beaten and was unable to pull herself off the ground, or even put on her coat and pull up her pants — her belt and one of her boots also had been removed. She had been out in the cold for about two hours before being found, according to an arrest affidavit, and died about four hours later at Denver Health Medical Center. Temperatures at Denver International Airport dipped to zero that day, according to the National Weather Service. Charges dropped for black teen in black deputies' deaths (Turns out that the officers died in a crash with another officer) Ref: PAHOKEE, Fla. -- Four felony charges were filed against a 19-year-old who authorities said was driving a fleeing car when two Palm Beach County sheriff's deputies were killed. Ernie Daley Jr. was charged with two counts of aggravated manslaughter of law enforcement officers by culpable negligence, one count of fleeing and eluding causing death, and one count of grand theft. He faces 95 years in prison if convicted. Deputies Jonathan Wallace, 23, and Donta J. Judge Won't Address Lawyer's Claim From Black Boyfriend of Slain Pregnant Mom Jessie Davis  CANTON, Ohio — A judge on Friday declined to address an accusation that prosecutors are trying to mislead the public in the case of a former police officer accused in the death of his pregnant girlfriend.
Defense attorneys say Bobby Cutts Jr., 30, never told his high school classmate he killed Jessie Davis, 26, who was nearly full-term when she killed in her northeast Ohio home in June. Cutts admitted to high school classmate Myisha Ferrell that he killed Davis and her unborn daughter. Black Juvenile Serial Killer Remains in Prison   WARWICK, R.I. - They called him Iron Man, a hulking teenage football player with a baby face and winsome smile who lived with his parents in a small ranch house in the Buttonwoods section of town. Then, one summer night in 1987, Craig Price crept across his neighbor's yard, broke into a little brown house on Inez Avenue and stabbed Rebecca Spencer 58 times. She was a 27-year-old mother of two. He was 13. Two years passed before Price struck again. Joan Heaton, 39, was butchered with the kitchen knives she had bought earlier that day. The bodies of her daughters, Jennifer 10, and Melissa 8, were found in pools of blood, pieces of knives broken off in their bones; Jennifer had been stabbed 62 times. Buttonwoods was paralyzed. Police combed the streets. Neighbors padlocked their doors. Three black face capital murder charges for 'random and senseless' killing of caucasian Alabama co-ed  Authorities have arrested three men in the slaying of UAB student Kayla Fanaei, who was slain in an off campus shooting in October. One of the suspects was arrested early this morning at his girlfriend's home. Two others were taken into custody Wednesday morning, police said.
Fanaei, a 20-year-old majoring in psychology, was found dead about 1 a.m. Oct. 8 in the driver's seat of her convertible BMW in the parking lot of Glen Iris Elementary School. She had just left a surprise birthday party about five block from where she was killed.
After leaving, she pulled into the school parking lot, presumably to finish a cell phone conversation she was having with a friend who was in Auburn.
She told her friend some men were approaching her while she was parked there. She was shot once in the head area. The car, which remained in drive, rolled a short distance in the parking lot and crashed. Fanaei was pronounced dead at the scene. The convertible top and windows were up, her doors locked. Black finally sentenced to die (for third time) for brutal lynch-murder of White girl  A family says it has received justice some 16 years after the death of 21-year-old Elaine Scott. A jury returned a death penalty verdict for a man convicted of killing the University of Oklahoma student from Tulsa. It's the third time convicted killer Alfred Mitchell has received the death sentence. After two appeals, three trials, and nearly 17 years, Elaine Scott’s family finally can find some closure. The jury deliberated before handing down the death penalty for Alfred Mitchell. Mitchell was first convicted and sentenced to die for brutally bludgeoning 21-year-old Elaine Scott to death with a wooden coat rack in 1992. That sentence was overturned because a forensic expert lied on the stand. Mitchell was tried and convicted again in 2002, and that death sentence was also overturned. The Scotts have suffered through three trials, reliving the gruesome details of their daughter's murder. They were pleased with the decision, but they say this is not true justice for their daughter. “Justice for my daughter would be for her to be alive,” said Bruce Scott, the victim’s father. “So justice in the sense that justice has been served for her death, yes. A Wapato elementary school student told police that her fifth-grade teacher "brainwashed" her into engaging in sex acts with him in his classroom and at her home for more than a year. According to Yakima police, the girl said the teacher continued having sex with her after he began dating her mother and moved into their home this summer, according to court documents filed by police. 
The girl’s mother also said her daughter, who was born in Mexico, is two years older than she says she is — she would have been 14, not 12 — so the state likely wouldn’t have prosecuted Gaytan as an adult because he was 17 at the time. “We would have filed on it as a juvenile case,” Gaytan was arrested in July, when allegations of rape were disclosed by the girl during an interview at the Children’s Advocacy Center of Collier County. The girl told Collier County sheriff’s investigators that she and her family came to the United States in 2004 and met Gaytan in Houston. They all eventually moved to Collier County and lived in a mobile home, where she said she was raped several times by Gaytan when she was 12, according to his arrest report. She also claimed he took her to a party where she was gang-raped by five men, but investigators never were able to verify that story and charges never were filed.

The man suspected in the rapes of two Pawling women has been apprehended in Michigan, the Dutchess County Sheriff's Office said this afternoon. Flaviano Quintero, also known as Hector Quintero and Hector Hernandez, was captured this morning. He is awaiting extradition to New York. The rapes occurred Nov. 28 and Dec. 6 in the village. Quintero is an illegal immigrant. He was questioned by police on Dec. 11. He became a fugitive after he dove out a window while an officer waited for him to use the bathroom, police said. He was being questioned in his home by sheriff's deputies.
