Poll: Simpson Divides Whites, Blacks WASHINGTON - The nation is sharply polarized over O.J. Simpson's armed robbery case, with whites far likelier than blacks to say the former football great is guilty of the charges and is being treated fairly, according to a poll released Thursday. By 70 percent to 10 percent, whites said they believe the charges against Simpson are true, according to the Associated Press-Ipsos poll. Blacks were far more divided, though still tilting slightly toward believing he is guilty, by 41 percent to 37 percent. |
Black afro-negro that raped woman in park spotted on bus and arrested WAUKESHA - It was a Tuesday afternoon in early September. A 20-year-old woman was sitting on a picnic table at Horeb Park enjoying a book when she claims a man she didn't know approached her. Waukesha police say the man dragged her five feet into the men's bathroom and raped her. "It's just shocking. I've never heard anything like that happening in the neighborhood," Lori Martinez, who lives across from park, said. Police soon had a suspect: Anwau Terry of Milwaukee. They couldn't find him, but the victim did. On Friday, the victim says she was riding a city bus when she claims she saw the man who raped her. | New Zealand: Somali migrant kidnapper-rapist dies in crash A man killed in a Waikato car crash yesterday was a convicted kidnapper and rapist, who New Zealand First leader Winston Peters called on the Government to deport four years ago. Hasan Ahmed Shaqlane, 35, was killed in a car crash on SH3 early yesterday 2km from Kihikihi, near Te Awamutu. He was the sole occupant of a southbound Honda Integra that collided with a northbound truck during an overtaking manoeuvre. In August 2000 Shaqlane, a Somalian refugee, was sentenced to eight years jail for the rape and kidnap of a Hamilton woman. At the time, Immigration officials said his status would be reviewed when he came out of jail and deportation was "highly likely". However, in 2003, Mr Peters was incensed when a Deportation Review Tribunal upheld an appeal by Shaqlane against deportation. Mr Peters said New Zealand had become an "international garbage dump" for individuals such as Shaqlane, which no other countries would touch. | New Zealand: Somali migrant jailed for using wheelchair as weapon A man with a history of using his wheelchair as a weapon to commit violent offences was today jailed for 21 months for his two most recent attacks. Abdirashid Hirsi, 36, a Somali immigrant, appeared at Wellington District Court for sentencing on one charge of injuring with intent to injure, a charge of using a phone for fictitious purposes, a charge of assaulting police and a charge of wilful damage. The pair were drinking at a neighbours' house and at one point the woman went home to see her stepmother. When she returned, Hirsi accused her of having cheated on him. She bent down beside his wheelchair so she could better hear him. Hirsi then grabbed the woman and hit her on the head three times with the detachable arm of his wheelchair. - (Newsroom) |

Animal atrocity! Three black afro-negroid teens murder 12-year-old White girl in home invasion     Three teens were charged with murder Monday night in connection with the slaying of a 12-year-old girl in her Moore County home last week. Authorities arrested Van Roger Smith Jr., 16, and Sherrod Nicholas Harrison, 19, Monday afternoon. After a search, the Moore County Sheriff's Office took Michael Graham Currie, 18, into custody Monday night. All three teens were charged with one count of first-degree murder and one count of breaking and entering. All are from Cameron. Twelve-year-old Emily Elizabeth Haddock was shot to death Friday in her home on Marks Road outside of Vass, authorities said. The girl had stayed home from school with strep throat and was alone. "(She was) very quiet, soft spoken, always had a smile. Black rapist and murdered put to death
 HUNTSVILLE, Texas - The nation's busiest death penalty state executed another inmate Tuesday night, hours after the Supreme Court said it would review whether the lethal injection method most states use is cruel and unusual. Michael Richard, 49, was put to death for the 1986 shooting of Marguerite Lucille Dixon, a 53-year-old nurse and mother of seven. Richard had been released from his second prison term eight weeks before Dixon was raped and killed inside her home. - (Newsroom) - (crime) |

Life in prison for white girlfriend of black inmate that murdered prison guard   A former Tennessee prison nurse has been sentenced to life in prison without parole after admitting to shooting to death a corrections officer so her inmate husband could escape. Jennifer Hyatte, 33, apologized to the court and to the family of Officer Wayne “Cotton” Morgan, whom she killed on Aug. 9, 2005, as he escorted her husband, George Hyatte from court to a van that was to take him back to prison. The fugitive duo made it as far as Columbus, Ohio, where they were captured at a motel 36 hours later. George Hyatte, 36, is back in prison, where he is serving 41 years for robbery and related offenses. - (Newsroom) |
