Body of White girl abducted by black beast found shot to death  19-year-old college student Megan Leann Holden has been found shot to death after the suspect and truck had earlier been located in Phoenix Arizona. The suspect Johnny Lee Williams turned up in Phoenix hospital in need of emergency treatment for a gun shot wound. On Wednesday a Wal-Mart cashier went missing. Friday security tapes were release showing Police that she was kidnapped by a man driving a pick-up truck. "It's a black male, 5'6" to 5'8", approximately 140-145 lbs., 20-25 years old. He had on a black ball cap; black, short, zip-up type jacket; red, long shirt; white t-shirt; and carrying a blue duffel bag," Officer Don Martin, said. - (Gman) Body of abducted Wal-Mart employee found - Police say suspect in custody in Arizona Police in Tyler previously described the Wal-Mart kidnapper as a black man in his early 20s, who was about 6 feet tall and weighed 180 pounds. |
Femesha Foster Sentenced To 20 Years putting rat poison in her White boss's soda to cover up her embezzlement  A Miami woman received a 20-year prison sentence for putting rat poison in her boss's soda to cover up her embezzlement. Femesha Foster is almost at the end of a five-year prison sentence for
grand theft. The Judge sentenced her to 20 years in
prison, minus the time she has already served. Foster was found guilty of poisoning for dropping the toxic mix into
optometrist Mark Caruso's drink. Foster worked as a technician for
Caruso at a Wal-Mart store. Foster was caught lacing Caruso's

Canadian Woman Makes Groping Allegations Against Bill Cosby A young woman has come forward with serious allegations against Bill Cosby. She claims she was fondled by the comedian. Canadian police said that a Toronto-area woman is alleging Cosby sexually
assaulted her early last year. The woman claimed that after dinner, Cosby invited her to his home.
Police said the woman also alleged she complained to Cosby about having stress and tension, and he gave her some pills that made her dizzy.The woman said her memory is poor from that night but she does recall Cosby allegedly touching her breast and placing her hand on his genitals.

Vancouver police ask for public's help in locating rape suspect Wash. - Vancouver detectives have probable cause to arrest a man for rape, but need the public's help in locating the suspect. Police say Derrick Sandy raped a 19-year-old Vancouver woman in her home on Jan. 4 after he followed her home from a bus stop. The woman told police her attacker pushed her inside, raped her and burglarized her home. Sandy is 33-years-old, black, 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs 180 pounds. He has black hair and eyes. Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Sandy is asked to call 911 or Vancouver Police Detective Jon Thompson at (360) 735-8844. |
Suspect in year-old slaying of West Boca nanny in N.C. jail on sex charge Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office detectives on Friday said they are going to charge a 28-yearold man who is being held in a North Carolina jail with the murder of a nanny west of Boca Raton. The suspect, Jerry Wiggins, is being held in the Mecklenburg County Jail in Charlotte on rape, burglary and kidnapping charges. Detectives announced at a morning press conference that they have more than enough evidence to charge Wiggins with the kidnapping, rape and murder of Peruvian-born Monica Rivera Valdizan. Wiggins is also now a suspect in a Coral Springs rape. |
Brooklyn principal who had sex with an 8-year-old girl skipped out on $100,000 bail Under a deal with prosecutors, Leroy Johnson had pleaded guilty to sexual conduct against a child and was to get 12 years in prison. But when he failed to appear, Queens Supreme Court Justice Barry Kron sentenced him in absentia to 20 years and ordered a warrant for his arrest. Johnson was principal of Public School 25 in Bedford-Stuyvesant. Prosecutors believe he had sex with the girl, now 14, for six years and had threatened she would be "placed in an orphanage" if she told authorities. Border Patrol arrests Mexican citizen wanted on rape charge Yuma-based Border Patrol agents on Wednesday arrested a Mexican citizen accused of allegedly raping a 16-year-old mentally handicapped girl six years ago in California. Aureliano Hidalgo-Castro is being held in the Yuma County jail and is awaiting extradition to California on a June 1999 rape charge there. Agents became suspicious when Hidalgo-Castro first presented to an agent a matricula consular card bearing his stated name and then allegedly presented a Mexican voter verification card bearing a different name. |

Pakistan's cricket board has launched an investigation into claims a player on tour in Australia raped a woman in a Melbourne hotel. The young woman had alleged she was raped in a city hotel room. She told sexual assault counsellors the alleged assault happened while the Pakistanis were in Melbourne for the Boxing Day Test. The player has not been named. |

Former Shreveport Officer Found Guilty of Rape Fredrick Harris, a former Shreveport police officer has been found guilty of raping a woman he stopped for a traffic violation. Harris stopped a vehicle while on patrol and took the 25-year-old Shreveport woman into custody then drove the woman to a different location where he allegedly forced her to have sex. In July 2002, Shreveport police say Harris was transporting a 14-year-old girl from a youth shelter to her home when he allegedly pulled his patrol car next to a vacant building and attempted to have sex with her. Investigators say the alleged attempt was unsuccessful. - (Tyrone N. Butts) |
Cleveland School Guard Arrested In Rape Of 2 Girls A Cleveland school security guard has been arrested in the rape of two girls ages 15 and 16. Derrick Davis, 41, was arrested Monday and arraigned Wednesday. He's been on
unpaid leave from Max Hayes High School since the allegations emerged last
month.
The alleged rapes occurred at the school in December 2003 and last November.

Melvin Sentenced To 10 Years In Prison For Rape of a 74-year-old woman SAN ANTONIO -- A 29-year-old man was sentenced Wednesday to 10 years in prison for the rape of a 74-year-old woman. Melvin Lewis pleaded no contest in December 2004 to sexual assault charges after
a jury deliberated 18 hours without a verdict.

Champion Cop-Killer Pleads Guilty   The man accused of killing a Des Moines police officer has pleaded guilty in Seattle to first-degree murder in a plea bargain to avoid a possible death penalty. Charles Champion, 22, will be sentenced Jan. 5 in King County Superior Court.
Champion initially was charged with aggravated murder in theMarch 2001 shooting
that took the life of Officer Steven Underwood. He was killed after he radioed
he was stopping Champion and three others on Pacific Highway South. - (Gman)

Reward Offered For Missing 5-Year-Old - Emily Rimel Disappeared Dec. 7  COLUMBUS, Ohio -- There is another plea from a Franklin County family to help find a missing 5-year-old girl. Emily Rimel disappeared from her Madison Township apartment in the early morning hours of Dec. 7. Dispite a widespread search effort, she has not been seen or heard from since. Police arrested Lindsey Bruce, 23, and charged him with raping the girl. There is a $12,000 reward for information that leads to Emily's whereabouts.
