police are asking for your help in finding a suspect. This man, 19-year-old Leonardo
Divinci Larck, is wanted in connection with the beating and shooting of
Charles Moore. Police say Larck has threatened Moore with more attacks

Rapist Denied Parole * Rapist:
"I tried to help victim" The
State Attorney General’s office says a Rochester nursing home worker behind
bars for raping and impregnating a comatose
woman was denied parole. A jury convicted John Horace of rape
and sexual abuse in 1996. The victim had been in a coma for ten years following
a car crash.She eventually gave birth to Horace's child. Horace is serving a prison
sentence of eight-and a third to 25 years in Attica state prison. He won't be

repeat sex offender was found guilty in San Diego of kidnapping, raping and murdering
a 14-year-old Chula Vista girl who
disappeared from her home in 1986. Jurors took a little more than a day to also
agree that prosecutors had proved other special charges that could lead to the
execution of George Williams Jr. in the slaying of Rickieann

Baltimore
Police searching for black that raped a 13-year-old girl Baltimore
Police are asking for the public's help locating a rape suspect. The 13-year-old
female victim says it began as she walked along Greenspring Ave. She
says the suspect followed her then ran up to her, placed her in a headlock and
forced her into a wooded area. Once in the wooded area, the suspect placed a knife
to the girl's neck, pulled her shirt over her head and proceeded to rape her.

Police Arrest Suspect In 7-year-old Hispanic Girl's Shooting RALEIGH,
N.C. -- A suspect wanted in connection with the shooting of a 7-year-old girl
has surrendered to authorities. Bryan Payne, 25, has been charged with
one count of assault with a deadly weapon. Police say Melissa
Torres, 7, was in her second-floor bedroom at a South Raleigh apartment
complex around 10:20 p.m. when she was shot. - (Tyrone

Northwest:
Oscar Siquina-Riscajche arrested for raping 11-year-old girl An
Aloha man has been arrested for raping an 11-year-old
girl who is now eight months pregnant. Detectives say the investigation
shows that 23-year-old Oscar Siquina-Riscajche raped the girl in his apartment.
The girl may have been drugged before the rape occurred. The case became known
after the girl's mother took her to the hospital. Detectives learned that the
Aloha man had contact at his apartment with other young girls and fear there are
other victims. Anyone with information in this case is urged to call (503) 846-2593.

In Great Britain the fertility rate is only 1.6 children per woman; in many Balkan nations the birth rate has dropped to 1.2 children; fertility in Spain is the worst of any European nation at just over one child per woman. NASHVILLE,
Tenn. -- A federal judge on Tuesday denied a Hispanic advocacy group's attempt
to stop Tennessee's new system of granting driver's licenses only to U.S. citizens
or permanent legal residents. Under the system, people who pass the state's driving
test but cannot prove U.S. citizenship get a purple card with a photo and a label
that reads, "Certificate of Driving -- For Driving Purposes Only, Not Valid
for Identification." The League of United Latin American Citizens filed
suit in July, saying Tennessee's two-tiered system was discriminatory, and asked
the judge to halt the program. But U.S. District Court Judge Todd J. Campbell
said in his ruling that the group had not shown there would be "imminent
irreparable harm if an injunction does not issue."
