Black teen charged with sex attacks on 2 women A teenager from University City is charged with raping a woman and sexually assaulting the woman's friend at gunpoint after commandeering their car outside a north St. Louis County apartment complex. Dannell Q. Wise Jr., 18, was being held Monday. Black in Davenport Arrested For Sexual Assault, Child Abuse A four-year long manhunt is over after Davenport Police arrested a man Friday wanted for sexual assault and child abuse. Police say in 2006, Herman Morris, 30, used a gun and sexually assaulted a woman multiple times over an 11-hour period. Morris is also accused of beating his girlfriend's two year-old son so bad with a belt, the child had to be airlifted to a hospital for treatment. - (Newsroom) - (Black rapes) |
Black Arrested in Burlington Sexual Assault A Burlington man wanted in connection with an alleged sexual assault in June surrendered to police on Monday. Detectives said Andrew Joe Lea, 27, was arrested after a 26 year-old woman told authorities he sexually assaulted her on June 30. Black arrested for rape of 14-year-old Oregon girl During the early morning hours of October 9, 2010, Beaverton police were called to a sexual assault that had been witnessed by a third party. The witness called police immediately after observing Alonzo Odom, a 38 year old Beaverton resident, engaged in sexual activity with a 14 year old female. Alonzo Dewayne Odom was subsequently charged with five counts of Rape in the First Degree which stemmed from this incident plus four previous occurrences that were discovered during the initial investigation. - (Newsroom) - (Black rapes) |
Black charged in rape of Mishawaka woman Leonard Marshall, 30, is facing nine charges after allegedly raping a woman. Marshall broke into her bedroom holding a knife and began choking her. He then dragged her through the house as she attempted to fight him off between near black outs. While in the kitchen she managed to hit Marshall on the head with a cast iron plate, causing him to bleed. He then allegedly took her to the basement and raped her. Alabama black pleads to rape charge Freddie Lee Nichols pleaded guilty to one count of second-degree rape in Baldwin County Circuit Court on Oct. 4, when his jury trial had been set to begin. He had been facing two counts of second-degree rape and one count of first-degree sodomy, court records show. Black serial sex pervert gets long sentence for raping 90-yr-old woman in hospital bed The Judge found that there were "substantial and compelling" reasons to double Paul Henry Parker Jr.'s sentence for the rape of an elderly woman in her hospital room. As a result, he sentenced Parker, 47, to 1,240 months in prison, or just more than 103 years. "His entire history shows that he's a danger to anyone in our community or any other community if he's ever released from prison," Prosecutor Christina Trocheck said at Parker's sentencing. DA will seek capital charges in 1996 rape-murder of 13-year-old White girl by black beast A charge against a suspect arraigned last month in the 1996 rape and strangulation death of a Texas City girl is expected to be upgraded to capital murder. The case, 14 years in the making, against Kevin Edison Smith, 45, also is expected to be presented to a grand jury later this month. Black man gets 28 years in prison for raping homeless women Reginald "Tex" Breaux, 52, this summer pleaded guilty to first-degree rape, second-degree rape and attempted first-degree rape for attacking three women he had befriended while drinking or using drugs. His indeterminate sentence of 28 years to life means he will face at least 28 years in prison and could spend the rest of his life behind bars, prosecutors said. Black Annapolis High senior charged with second sexual assault An Annapolis High School senior charged this week with sexually assaulting a 14-year-old student Sept. 29 was out on bond for previous charges of rape when the second incident occurred, court records show. Black New Hampshire footballer accused of rape A University of New Hampshire football player is charged with rape. According to the Union Leader, 19-year-old Jerome Wilkins turned himself into police on Thursday. Wilkins allegedly assaulted a former UNH student this summer. The victim reportedly told police she was drunk at the time, but suspected Wilkins was the one who raped her. Wilkins' DNA was later found on the woman's dress. Black woman charged with child neglect after failing to report rape A woman was arrested this week after she failed to protect a 16-year-old girl who told her she had been raped, according to a Manatee County Sheriff’s Office reports. Thomasina M. Brown, 52, was approached by the girl in January, according to the sheriff’s office. Brown told the girl not to say anything and that she would handle it. Black accused of setting dog on fire Lashawn M. Harper is wanted on one count of animal cruelty and one count of malicious wounding of an animal. Harper is described as a black male, about 5’10” tall and 160 pounds. Animal control and fire investigators were called Wednesday morning in reference to an injured animal. The state's weak rules for collecting DNA evidence allowed Curtis Tucker, 46, to roam free to commit at least two misdemeanors and assault an elderly man with Parkinson's disease during a 2009 home invasion, prosecutors said. Chester black charged in robbery, rape incident Officers in Chester County have charged a man accused in a robbery and rape incident this weekend. That same man is also accused of breaking into a Chester woman's house. Keith Caldwell, 27, of Chester was charged with kidnapping, criminal sexual conduct and strong armed robbery. Two blacks indicted in rape of 14-year-old Macon girl A Bibb County grand jury has indicted two men in connection with the December 2008 rape of a 14-year-old Macon girl. Willie J. Pitts, 50, of Decatur, and Zebulon Neriah Hawkins, 19, of Macon, are charged with rape, according to an indictment filed Tuesday in Bibb County Superior Court. Crazy black gunman kills his father and shoots five others Authorities said a gunman with a history of mental illness went on a shooting spree around Gainesville, killing his father and wounding five other men before turning the gun on himself. Gainesville police Cpl. Tscharna Senn said it all started Monday afternoon, when Clifford Miller, Jr., fatally shot his father, Clifford Sr., at their home, and then drove off in a red pickup truck. “He was screaming and hollering and holding his hair -- you know, shouting like he’d gone and done something real bad,” said Patricia Clark, a neighbor. “That’s when he disappeared.” Investigators said Miller, 24, went on a 13-minute shooting spree, hitting five men within a three-mile area around his neighborhood. - (Newsroom) |
East Texas Officer bitten by black suspect Devarduus A Longview Texas Police Officer is bitten after struggling with a speeding suspect. The officer was trying to stop 22 year old Devarduus Hawkins (aka Devarduss) just after midnight this morning, Tuesday October 5th. It was a routine speeding stop at 3100 block of Eastman road then Hawkins fled on foot. Police say Hawkins was caught and then quickly got away by removing his shirt. When the officer caught up with Hawkins and tried to cuff him, he allegedly bit the officer on each arm. - (Newsroom) |
