Black murders two little White girls 4 and 5 years old - flees from scene   The man accused of killing two young girls on Friday is now behind bars after police worked through the night to make an arrest. A four and five year old and one of their mothers were walking near the University of Louisville when they were struck by a car and left for dead. It took police less than three hours to track down the man they say was behind the wheel when a car struck 4-year-old Riley Lawrence and 5-year-old Claudia Wadlington, killing them, and injuring one of the victim’s mothers. Negro raped 11-year-old girl and got her pregnant OMAHA, Neb. - Douglas County authorities have charged a man with a sexual assault that left an 11-year-old girl pregnant. A.J. Kelly was picked up by the fugitive task force Thursday morning at a residence near 45th and Corby streets in Omaha. Kelly is charged with first-degree sexual assault on a child, said Douglas County Attorney Don Kleine. He said the girl was 11 years old when Kelly raped her and made her pregnant. - (Newsroom) |
Negro Accused of Stabbing 79 year-old Woman With Fork Has Lengthy Criminal Record Memphis, TN- A man accused of stabbing an elderly woman with a fork has a lengthy rap sheet. Marvin Sturdivant is in jail, accused of breaking into an apartment at St. Peter Manor in midtown Memphis, and attacking a 79 year-old woman. Sturdivant has been arrested 39 times. His rap sheet shows he’s been arrested 14 times for theft, twice for aggravated robbery and three times for burglary. In February 2005, he was arrested for breaking into a woman's apartment intoxicated. Sturdivant has also been charged with domestic assault, assault and battery and had an order of protection filed against him. Sturdivant’s other charges include prostitution, indecent exposure, trespassing, panhandling and vandalism. - (Newsroom) |
Black female "caregiver" goes to prison for stealing from quadriplegic woman The caregiver of a disabled Bensenville woman was sentenced Wednesday to 3 1/2 years in prison for pawning jewelry she pilfered from her employer. Latasha Powell was one of three caregivers who worked for the 63-year-old woman for more than a year while systematically robbing her of dozens of rings, bracelets and chains she sold at a pawn shop. The bedridden victim had degenerative polio since 15, and depends on a respirator. She said the crime left her so shaken, she moved to a new town and sought pastoral counseling - (Newsroom) |

Negro kills ex-wife's lover, ex-wife and self after kidnap Three people were killed in a domestic argument that sparked a police chase on the city's northwest side Tuesday morning. Police said the incident began in an apartment. . A 13-year-old girl told police she awoke to the sound of a loud bang, and went downstairs to find her mother -- April Wills, 30 -- being beaten by the woman's ex-husband -- Carl Wills, 44. The girl told police her mother's boyfriend -- John L. Cunningham III, 30, -- was lying in the living room at the time. Black confesses to murder of White woman - burning her body   Carl Williams of Port Arthur may end up in prison for the rest of his life -- after "suddenly" entering a guilty plea this morning. Williams made the plea after jury selection had begun. Prosecutors contend Williams killed 41 year old Hope Willey and then set her body on fire after dumping her by the side of Highway 87. Black arrested in 90-year-old White woman's murder  Cutting edge DNA analysis led police to arrest a 27-year-old St. Paul man in the stabbing death of 90-year-old Irene Kunze in Hopkins. The Hopkins Police Department said the man was arrested Wednesday evening in St. Paul without incident. He was tied to the crime scene by new "soft touch" DNA evidence. Black woman charged with homicide in death of eviscerated teen whose uterus was cut open A woman suspected of cutting open a pregnant woman's uterus and stealing the baby has been charged with homicide, unlawful restraint and kidnapping, police said Sunday. Andrea Curry-Demus, 38, of Wilkinsburg, is charged in the death of Kia Johnson, 18, of McKeesport. Curry-Demus is accused of taking the baby boy to a Pittsburgh hospital and claiming it was her own. Johnson's body was found Friday in Curry-Demus's apartment. Black arrested for rape of 7-year-old girl Lee County Sheriff’s Office has arrested an Opelika man and charged him with one count of rape in the first degree. Andrew Lanier Avery, 26, of Opelika is currently being held in the Lee County Detention Center on a $100,000 bond. The charge against Avery stems from a report filed with the Lee County Sheriff’s Office and the Lee County Department of Human Resources Thursday. Kent Jermaine Jackson executed for rape and murder of 79-year-old neighbor woman A Virginia man was executed Thursday for beating and stabbing his 79-year-old neighbor to death while he and a friend ransacked her apartment. Kent Jermaine Jackson, 26, was pronounced dead at 9:18 p.m. at Greensville Correctional Center. He received a lethal injection for the 2000 murder of Beulah Mae Kaiser in Newport News. Jackson's last words were: "You all can't kill me. I'm the king. Remember me like you remember Jesus. I'll be back." Mrs. Kaiser had been anally sodomized with her walking cane and her cane was crammed into her mouth with such force that it knocked out most of her teeth and broke her jaw. - (Newsroom) - (crime) |

Homeless black exposes "self" to kids A homeless man was arrested Sunday after he allegedly flashed a large group of children Sunday at an Elmwood Place bus stop. Lamar Bond, 46, was charged with disorderly conduct, obstructing official business and possession of drug paraphernalia.
According to police and court records, Bond was seen masturbating and exposing himself to a group of some 30 minors. He allegedly resisted arrest and was Tased. Police later found a crack pipe in his front pocket. - (Newsroom) |
Ghana migrant accused of raping a woman in Fargo Twenty-seven-year-old Emmanuel Addai (AW'-day) was arrested by U.S. Border Patrol agents in Grand Forks, after a warrant was issued for him. The agency says there is no indication that Addai tried to leave the country. Addai and another man are accused of taking turns raping a 32-year-old woman in Fargo in late January. Long Island Rail Road conductor thwarts rape by black negro FREEPORT, N.Y. (AP) -- A railroad conductor, summoned by customers who heard screaming, rushed onto electrified tracks and he and others rescued a woman who was being raped, authorities said Wednesday. As a westbound Long Island Rail Road train was held in the station on Tuesday, assistant conductor Eugene Chino ran to investigate. He heard someone yelling for help from the track bed, but he couldn't see anyone. So Chino went onto the live tracks, weaving through the electrified third rail, interrupting the attack on a 28-year-old woman, LIRR officials said. Metropolitan Transportation Authority police, who were already there on another call, responded as well.
