Rapist gets 14-years - "I am sorry" fails to impress judge, mothers
Kyle Parker-Hall, one of four men convicted in a New Brunswick home invasion that resulted in the rape of three Rutgers University students, was sentenced to 14 years in prison yesterday for raping a 23-year-old woman. Parker-Hall's very brief apology of "I am sorry" did not impress the judge or the mothers of two of the victims who spoke at the sentencing, encouraging the judge to impose a long prison sentence. The woman who was raped by Parker-Hall described how he forced her to perform oral sex on him in front of six of her friends in the living room of the apartment which is near the Rutgers College Avenue campus.

  Police said the the man who kinapped and raped the woman was a black male in his 20s or 30s. The second man sexually assaulted a 48-year-old woman and cut her so severely she required hospitalization. He was described as a 45-year-old black male.
