• Darrikus back in jail accused of sexually assaulting another young girl after being released on probation
  It's the second time Darrikus Tipler's faced a sex charge involving a minor, in less than two years. Last April, Darrikus Tipler pleaded guilty to molesting and sodomizing a nine year old girl back in june 2002. Because Darrikus Tipler spent close to two years in jail waiting to be sentenced, he was released on probation. Now he's accused of raping a 16-year-old girl. Darrikus Tipler pleaded guilty to sodomizing Stanford's nine-year-old daughter, but spent less than two years in jail. Darrikus Tipler was released on probation last April. "He shouldn't have been out to do that again to nobody else anyway." Rutha Stanford says.

• Pakistani migrant Mohammed Haris Hasan Convicted In Nightclub Beating, Gang Rape
  Mohammed Haris Hasan was convicted of one count of kidnapping and eight counts of criminal sexual conduct. The charges stem from an incident on Jan. 20, 2002. Hasan and two other men befriended a man and his girlfriend at a Pontiac nightclub. They later beat the man and ran him over with a car outside the club. The woman was driven to River Rouge where she was repeatedly raped and assaulted, and then driven to Belle Isle in Detroit, where she was left after being assaulted again. Hasan fled to Pakistan, but was extradited to Oakland County to face charges.

• Homo-pedophile inmate Jose R. Ramos Must Pay $2M in NYC Child's Death
  An imprisoned child molester and former mental patient was ordered to pay $2 million to the family of a 6-year-old boy. The judge who ordered Jose R. Ramos to pay the money also ruled that Ramos was responsible for Etan Patz' death after the inmate ignored orders to answer deposition questions at the Pennsylvania prison where he is serving a 20-year sentence for sexually abusing an 8-year-old boy.
  

• Police suspect daughter's lesbian lover in slaying of grandmother
  The body of Diana Stein, 67, dressed in her pajamas, was discovered in her home. Shortly after Stein was found in her kitchen, police went to the home of her daughter Valerie Stein, 37, on nearby Oltmann Road.
