1,000 Say Goodbye to White Wal-Mart Clerk Kidnapped and Murdered by Black Marine   TYLER, Texas -- More than 1,000 mourners gathered at a funeral service for a Wal-Mart clerk whose chilling abduction was captured on surveillance videotape. Friends and family remembered Megan LeAnn Holden, 19, as a beautiful, compassionate young woman known for her smile. Photos of Holden growing up -- in her softball uniforms, at her sister's wedding and being silly with friends -- were shown on a large screen behind her coffin. First Witnesses In Camden Murder Trial Discuss Possible Motive   Ga. -- Friends of a 23-year-old Jenieka Murphy found murdered in 2001 told a Camden County jury that the victim had stolen drugs from the two men accused of killing her. She had taken cocaine and marijuana from Gregory
Walker Jr., who is on trial for Murphy's murder, and a co-defendant, Shedrick
Tate.
A former co-worker testified that she witnessed a confrontation about the theft on June 8, 2001, the day before her body was found dead on Refuge Road. Prosecutors said Murphy was shot seven times in the head. Walker and Tate were

| New Zealand: teenage girl has been brutally pack-raped by five Polynesians A 15-year-old girl was severely traumatised by the Newtown attack. The pack rape happened between 2pm and 5pm but the victim was unable to bring herself to inform police till the weekend. The girl encountered the men when they were sitting at a table outside a McDonald's restaurant. They made some comments to her before she walked off - at a house under construction she decided to take a look inside but the men followed her and attacked her. The men were all described as Polynesian and at least four of the men were tattooed – one on his chin, one on the back of his shaved head, one had a large tattoo on his shoulder and upper arm, while the fourth had a "tribal-type" band around his upper arm. - (NNN Abo) |
| Mexifornia: Sanchez pleads guilty in rape of adopted disabled 12-year-old daughter Bayarea - Sentencing is set for late February for a Hayward man convicted last week of raping an adopted 12-year-old daughter incapacitated by cerebral palsy. Richard Sanchez, 52, pleaded guilty at the Fremont Hall of Justice to two felony counts of raping a person incapable of giving consent and one misdemeanor count of possessing child pornography. Sanchez admitted that he had had sex "two or three" times with his adopted daughter he had since she was 7 years old. "Racial abuse" card played by Hmong migrant hunter who slaughtered six White Wisconsins   ST. PAUL, Minn. — The influx of Hmong refugees into the Great White North hadn't caused much of a disturbance until Nov. 21, when, authorities say, 36-year-old Chai Vang fatally shot six White American hunters in the Wisconsin woods. Vang, who has pleaded not guilty to murder charges, maintains he shot the hunters in "self-defense" after he was showered with racial epithets and accosted, a claim of racial abuse that other Hmong have begun saying is common in this city that is home to the highest concentration of the Laotian refugees in the U.S. "He shot them because he is proud to be Hmong." - (forum) |

14-year-old black youth to be tried as adult for murdering two people - Consultant said defendant's age, race were factors Ten women and two men will hear the double murder case pending against now 15-year-old David Harris when his trial begins Monday. He is accused of killing David Hutchinson, 20, and George Vance, 27, four days

Black cop-killer to be featured speaker at Jackson City Hall for Black History Month    Republic of New Afrika terrorist Imari Obadele was convicted in the death of a Jackson police officer nearly 25 years ago. Next week he will speak inside city hall. Imari Obadele was invited by black Councilman Kenneth Stokes to speak at a black history program Tuesday, and his appearance is causing quite a stir. The scene was chaotic in August of 1971 hours after Jackson police officer William Louis Skinner was gunned down during a house raid. Police and FBI agents were serving an arrest warrant. Inside were members of the Republic of New Afrika , a separatist militant group. Twenty-six-year JPD vet Jimmy King was nearby. "It was quiet all of a sudden; sounded like a small war going on," said King. "You just didn't lose an officer like that. It was very traumatic," Black stated. In 1972, RNA president Imari Obadele along with several others was found guilty in the killing of Skinner. He served less than six years. On February 1st Obadele will stand inside Jackson City Hall in front of an audience to talk about the RNA eleven. SPORTS: EX-FOOTBALLER SENTENCED TO 540 YEARS IN PRISON IN RAPE, HOME  ST. LOUIS (AP) -- Calling the sexual attack "the most heinous I have seen," a 12-year judge Friday sentenced a former St. Louis collegiate football player Bobby Collins Jr. to more than five centuries behind bars in a 2002 home invasion and rape."Heinous crimes deserve harsh punishment," said Judge Margaret Neill. Collins broke into the home of a St. Louis woman between 4 and 5 a.m. then held her at gunpoint and threatened to kill her. Collins tied her up, then beat and sexually assaulted her for 30 to 90 minutes, wearing latex gloves but refusing to wear a condom despite the victim's request. - (Aryan Barbarian) - (more sports) |
Rafael Yates and his roommate Devon Skinner raped a 15-year-old runaway girl  Albany police arrested an Orange Street man for raping a minor. Police said Rafael Yates and his roommate Devon Skinner had sex with a 15-year-old runaway girl in November. Investigators said the incident took place while the girl was staying at Yates former Myrtle Avenue apartment. She reported the incident when she returned home the next day. Yates turned himself in to police Friday and the charges against him include rape and endangering the welfare of a child. Skinner has already been charged with rape. Both are being held in Albany County Jail.

Reward Offered For Missing 5-Year-Old - Emily Rimel Disappeared Dec. 7  COLUMBUS, Ohio -- There is another plea from a Franklin County family to help find a missing 5-year-old girl. Emily Rimel disappeared from her Madison Township apartment in the early morning hours of Dec. 7. Dispite a widespread search effort, she has not been seen or heard from since. Police arrested Lindsey Bruce, 23, and charged him with raping the girl. There is a $12,000 reward for information that leads to Emily's whereabouts. Florida -- It was a hard day in court for the families of two women allegedly murdered by their co-worker. Friday, prosecutors showed video of the bloody crime scene from the Dollar General store. Roy Lee McDuffie is facing the death penalty for killing 
...The camera then moved up the blood-soaked tan pants and onto the faces of two women, who had been shot and stabbed. Their bodies were draped over each other; a bullet wound was visible on one's stomach.
