"Nanny" Demetrius Threatt gets 21 years for molesting little girls and boys again
N.C. -- A man parents trusted with their children as a babysitter is headed to prison. Demetrius Threatt went from state to state befriending families. He allegedly landed jobs as a babysitter and molesting both girls and boys. Threatt was convicted in Oklahoma for molesting a child. He later moved to Colorado where he befriended another family and babysat their children. When the family moved to North Carolina Threatt convicted them to take him with them as a nanny. Threatt was convicted of molesting four children related to that family. The judge sentenced Demetrius Threatt to 21 years. - (Tyrone N. Butts) |
Black Suspect in kidnap-murder of White sorority girl enters his plea - (annoying audio ads at link) POMONA -- Family and friends of Cal Poly Pomona coed Christina Burmeister donned yellow, red and black ribbons in a packed courtroom Thursday. They came to Pomona Superior Court to catch one of their first glimpses of James Winslow Dixon Jr., the former Monrovia gang member who is accused of killing the 20-year-old Cerritos woman. Dixon pleaded not guilty to Burmeister's murder and two unrelated West Covina rape charges. Burmeister was found with her throat cut inside her new Chevy in 2001. She was heading to a get- together at a fraternity house in Pomona the night before when she was kidnapped. - (Brewski) |
Black boy, 16, only gets 20 years for raping, sodomizing and strangling a 14-year-old White girl and his own cousin Saying Lamon McKoy is "a menace to everybody," a judge sentenced the 16-year-old to 20 years to life in prison for killing two teenage girls in Geneva. "There's no question in my mind you have forfeited your right to live in society," "You are a rolling ball of chaos." McKoy was 15 when he strangled, sodomized and raped Ashley Vincent, 14, and his cousin, Monique McKoy, 18. After his arrest, two other young girls came forward, saying they also had been sexually assaulted by McKoy. David Libsack, Ashley's stepfather, also said in court how Ashley's death has affected his family. "Look at me, you coward!" he shouted at McKoy. "You don't deserve to live another day." Libsack said McKoy should have a tattoo on his forehead, branding him as a "perverted, child-molesting child killer." He said he hopes McKoy dies in prison. "You will burn in hell for what you did," Libsack said. "When you do not exist anymore, the world will be a better place. So hurry up and go to hell, you child killer." - (Gman) |
Black Haitian migrant impersonating cop - pulled over White banker and murdered him Reginald Gousse, the man accused of shooting to death a Garden City man after pulling him over and impersonating a police officer, was arraigned yesterday on charges of second-degree murder. Gousse, 31, of Rosedale, pleaded not guilty to the charges in First District Court in Hempstead, as the widow of the victim, James Gottlieb, watched and trembled with emotion. Gousse has an alien card, which says he is originally from Haiti, and is potentially facing life in prison.Gousse also served 5 years at Sing Sing state prison from 1992 to 1997 on a first-degree attempted robbery conviction. - (Brewski) |
Black Suspect Arrested Nearly Five Years After Killing White Man A man has been arrested on murder charges nearly five years after the body of a 22-year-old man was found in a Fort Lauderdale trash bin. On April 5, 2000, a fire in a trash bin led authorities to discover the body of Matthew Collins, 22, burned beyond recognition. Authorities said Collins had a conflict with fellow employees at a Mars Music store. Fort Lauderdale detectives said they decided to pursue all leads until they paid off, resulting in the arrest of Brendan Rao. Police said Rao made comments during a taped telephone conversation that contained details about the crime they say only Collins' killer could have known. - (Brewski) |
Negro pleads guilty to kidnap, assault, battery and raping elderly 74-year-old woman Stanley Otis Williams, 45, pleaded guilty to raping a 74-year-old woman in her home in April of 2004. Williams entered pleas of guilty to Criminal Sexual Conduct in the First Degree, Burglary in the First Degree, Kidnapping, Assault and Battery with Intent to Kill and Strong Arm Robbery. Williams was sentenced to 40 years in prison. He'll have to serve 34 years before he's eligible for parole. - (Tyrone N. Butts) |
Second White woman says she was drugged, groped by black "comedian" Bill Cosby - 'He Violated Me' A California lawyer says that Bill Cosby drugged her and tried to force himself on her about 30 years ago. Tamara Green, said that Cosby disappeared into a restaurant office and returned with two gray-and-red capsules, which he gave to her then got her to her apartment, came inside and began trying to take off her clothes. "I started fighting him and he's kissing on me, peeling off my clothes," she said. "I'm starting to freak and I'm telling him, 'You're going to have to kill me.' "She said Cosby then dropped two $100 bills on her end table and left. - (forum) |
Sports: Brigham Young footballer Antwaun Harris pleaded no contest to reduced charges in gang-rape Antwaun Harris, 19, entered the plea Thursday to a misdemeanor charge of making false statements to a police officer. He originally was charged with second-degree felony making false material statements. He was accused of falsely denying there was pornography in the apartment of two players Aug. 8, the night a 17-year-old girl says she was raped there by several players. - (more sports) |
DNA ties rape suspect to Fla. murder Fla. -- A grand jury charged a man being held in North Carolina with murder and kidnapping in the death of a Peruvian nanny after DNA evidence allegedly tied him to the crime. An indictment charged Jerry Wiggins, 28, in the strangling of Peruvian-born Monica Rivera Valdizan, 26. Wiggins was being held in a Charlotte, N.C., jail on rape, burglary and kidnapping charges in a North Carolina case. He also was being held on a fugitive warrant from South Florida after DNA collected from an Oct. 12 rape in Charlotte allegedly linked Wiggins to the nanny's slaying. - (forum) |
White female accomplice of black suspect arrested for murder of "Hispanic" Wisconsin- Police have arrested a second Beloit resident in connection with a murder and they've recovered the suspected murder weapon. Beth Cooper, 24, is in custody for alleged involvement in killing Marco Munoz-Solis, 25. Munoz-Solis was found bleeding from gunshot wounds and later died. Cooper has been charged with being party to the crime of first-degree intentional homicide.. Earlier, Beloit police brought in Lacolean Hawkins, 22, who has an alleged connection to the murder. - (Brewski) |
Oregon: Guatemalan migrant Diego David Sanchez-Xiap guilty of drugging, raping impregnating 11-year-old girl - (zip, birthyear, sex fast reg) Diego David Sanchez-Xiap was dating the girl's 17-year-old sister at the time of the rape. The girls went to Sanchez' apartment and Sanchez made the 11-year-old a "horchata," which is a Hispanic rice milk drink. The girl said it tasted funny and it made her sleepy, and she remembers waking up in a bed with Sanchez having vaginal pain. He will be deported to his native country of Guatemala after serving the sentence. - (Hellcat) |
