Deion Martin, 19, of Parma faces a first degree murder, two counts of armed criminal action, and first degree robbery in the shooting death of Brenda Smith at a Parma gas station, D & L One-Stop on East Main Street, on May 18. Kirk continued to ride away, then eventually lost control and went into a ditch, Saddoris said, where he got out his phone and called 911. Passersby stopped to help him, and Kirk was then picked up by an ambulance, Saddoris said. Saddoris said that Kirk suffered “some skull fractures, (a) broken nose, broken orbital socket,” 23 stitches to the bridge of his nose, and additional stitches under one eye. Kirk will be held at the hospital overnight, Saddoris said, and is scheduled to have surgery in one week. The suspects walked away from the scene after the incident into the East High School neighborhood, Shell wrote. "The males were described as three black males all with medium skin tone complexion. James Jackson2-yr-old KeyonCecelia WoodsJames WoodsOSCODA COUNTY, Mich. - "She said 'Mom I love you very much, I've got to go," said Nancy McMaster. That was Friday night and the last time McMaster would talk to her daughter, Cecelia Woods, who had recently moved her family from the Detroit area to Oscoda County in northern Michigan for a better life. But later that night, police say James Jackson of Detroit attacked Cecelia using a dog leash to strangle her and then, her two boys. Jackson, 39, then killed 3-year-old James and Jackson's own son, 2-year-old Keyon. Then using that same dog leash, Jackson took his own life. Neighbors discovered the gruesome scene after they spotted him hanging from a TV antenna outside the mobile home. "I don't understand how you could choke the life out of a child, your own child," McMaster said. " This isn't the first time Jackson attacked Woods. Records show in 2013 in Detroit. He woke her up, tried to strangle her by hanging her in a closet. She managed to escape and Jackson was charged for that crime, but served less than a year and was released from prison just a few months ago. "She believed in second chances and everyone could change," McMaster said. "She grew up without a father wanted her kids to have one." She says Jackson, a parole absconder, convinced Cecelia to let him move into her place. They were not together. In fact, Cecelia was dating someone else and still married to the father of her other three children. - (Black-on-white)

Lois Arlene Jones John Paul WashingtonJohn Paul Washington was on death row for a 1984 murder of a Tinker Air Force Base airman but his conviction was overturned in 1992. He has been confined most of the two decades since then at the state mental hospital in Vinita, considered too mentally ill to be tried again for that crime. Her mother went to work, telling police later Lois had been in a good mood.     (Black thug) Thomas Johnson III found guilty of top charge in (White) Officer Daryl Pierson's death
Rochester Police Officer Daryl PiersonThomas Johnson IIIThomas Johnson III has been convicted by a jury on the top charge in the death of Rochester Police Officer Daryl Pierson. Johnson gunned down Officer Pierson on Hudson Avenue last September. Friday afternoon, a jury found Johnson guilty of aggravated murder, attempted aggravated murder, assault and criminal possession of a weapon. As we have reported, the case boiled down to one question -- was Daryl Pierson acting as a police officer when he chased Thomas Johnson III? Today, a jury said yes, Pierson was acting a police officer. The defense had argued that Johnson did not commit a crime before the shooting that evening so Pierson should never have been chasing him. Thomas Johnson III is guilty on six counts. The jury says he intentionally killed Rochester Police Officer Daryl Pierson that September night and also tried to kill his partner Officer Michael DiPaola. Now, Johnson will spend the rest of his life behind bars. - (Black-on-white)

Trooper creates timeline in Clemons murder case - black murdered his white girlfriend
Jordan ClemonsKarissa Kunco Jordan Clemons watched several surveillance videos depicting his actions in the early hours of Jan. 12, 2012, just hours after Karissa Kunco was last seen alive. Investigators said Clemons, after disposing of Kunco's body, drove around the city of Washington and Cecil Township withdrawing money and purchasing an Xbox 360 gaming system with a debit card Kunco shared with her father, Paul Kunco. Schuster compiled cellphone and debit card records as a part of his investigation. Surveillance video taken from an automated teller machine in Whitehall about 6 p.m. Jan. 11, 2012, is believed to be the last known image of Kunco. The video shocked her family and friends when it was played for the jury, and many began to cry or left the courtroom. Kunco's body was found Jan. 12, 2012, along Sabo Road in Mt. Pleasant Township by two land surveyors. State police allege that after killing her, Clemons, 26, dragged her naked body into the woods and covered it with leaves, brush and a tree stump. Kunco had a protection-from-abuse order against Clemons from Allegheny County Court following a Dec. 18, 2011, assault that left her face bruised and battered. Despite the PFA order, Kunco agreed to meet Clemons the evening of Jan. 11 after he threatened to kill himself, according to social media accounts shown in court. - (Black-on-white)

Justin John Greavesdrunken black killerSOUTH SALT LAKE — Criminal charges were filed against a Bountiful man accused of striking and killing a motorcyclist last fall while intoxicated. Terrance Desmond Wheeler, 39, was charged with automobile homicide, a third-degree felony. Prosecutors say he hit and killed Justin Greaves, 39, of West Valley City, at 600 W. 3900 South in the early morning hours of Oct. 18, 2014. Wheeler was also charged with driving with a measurable controlled substance in the body and failure to yield on a left turn in connection with the crash. Wheeler's blood alcohol content was .13 at the time of the crash. The legal limit in Utah is 0.08. More than a dozen witnesses told police Greaves was traveling at a normal speed at the time of the collision and a reconstruction of the crash scene supports that he was under the speed limit. Greaves tried to brake to avoid the collision but was unsuccessful, police said. He died from his injuries at a nearby hospital. - (Black-on-white)
