Moreno is charged with two counts of indecency with a child, two counts of sexual assault of a child and one count of aggravated sexual assault of a child, Houston police said. Illegal alien indicted for child rape A Framingham man accused of raping an 11-year-old girl in his home earlier this year was indicted by a Middlesex County grand jury for the assault. Luciano Souza, 48, of Elm Street, was charged with one count of child rape. During a hearing in Framingham District Court, prosecutors requested $100,000 bail for Souza. Prosecutor Deb Bercovitch said she was worried that if Souza made bail, he would be deported by federal authorities. Souza is an illegal immigrant from Brazil, who came to the United States by crossing the Mexican border. He has lived in Massachusetts for five years. Kareem Markland, 28, a citizen of Jamaica, was arrested Wednesday at the city building, according to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. A 32-year-old man arrested in Florida over the weekend will be extradited to Gwinnett to face allegations that he raped his roommate’s 9-year-old daughter, police said.
