Two Negroes face 48 counts in downstate crime spree - White police deputy shot in face    Two Chicago men were charged with a combined 48 counts, including attempted murder, for a crime spree that began with a traffic stop and ended with a sheriff's deputy shot in the face and a standoff in a central Illinois bank. William B. Thompson, 26, and Yusef Kareem Brown, 23, were arraigned separately. The charges stem from a daylong string of crimes last Thursday that began with a traffic stop on Interstate 57 and ended only after the shooting of Douglas County Chief Deputy Tommy Martin and a standoff in an Arcola bank.

Primitive black rapist tied to 5 lovers' lane attacks A serial rapist wanted for attacking a woman in Brooklyn's Prospect Park has assaulted as many as four other victims including 15-year-old girl - grabbing them in lovers' lanes, police said yesterday. In one horrific case, the rapist told his victim that he had filmed her and her boyfriend as they had sex in Prospect Park. The rapist threatened to release the tape on the Internet if she didn't go quietly with him, police said. "He says to the victims that he may show photographs of them being involved with a male in the park, that he would make them public." Black Former Winston-Salem Minister Charged With Rape of Boys A former Winston-Salem minister was arrested in Wake County on Friday on charges that he had sexual relationships with two boys. The Rev. Rodney Keith Boothe, 39, was affiliated with the Greater Church of Deliverance on North Cherry Street when he was involved in sexual relationships with the boys, court papers said. Boothe has been charged with numerous counts of statutory rape, indecent liberties and related charges. Black teen charged with rape of 75-year-old woman A 75 year-old woman came home Thursday, June 21 to find an intruder in her house. Police say she was assaulted and robbed by an 18 year-old man. Christopher Garrison was arrested by police after, according to officers, they saw him fleeing from the home in the victim's car in the 4100 block of Garden Birch. Dark sex fiend charged with rape of 86-year-old * Police Arrest Depraved Negro Rapist A man who police believe broke into an 86-year-old woman's house and raped her is in Mecklenburg jail tonight, charged with sexual assault and first-degree burglary. Sherrod Byers, 37, of 1217 Enderly Road, was arrested by the police department's violent criminal apprehension team. Police haven't said how they connected Byers with the crime in west Charlotte, but a police report says the department's crime scene search unit and crime lab played a big part in solving the case. Neighbors said that the woman was terrified when a man showed up naked in her bed this morning and raped her. Byers has a long criminal history in North Carolina. Feral Black sex beast raped 81-year-old Shreveport woman and another 82-year-old woman  At times fighting to hold her composure and wiping tears from her eyes, an 81-year-old Shreveport woman recounted the day she says she was beaten, raped and robbed.
The woman, whose identity is protected by state law, told a Caddo District Judge she was hanging a plant outside her home when her attacker exited a neighbor’s garage and approached her.
He first asked to use the bathroom, then asked to use the phone, the sexual assault victim said.
“Just as I entered the door he knocked me down. When I screamed, he beat me. I knew if I had said another word, I wouldn’t be here today... He beat me with his fist. He was so powerful and so angry.”
The woman was one of two witnesses testifying in the aggravated rape case of 16-year-old Calvin “C.J.” Breakfield. He is charged with the May 5 rape as well as the June 19, 2005, rape of another Shreveport woman who then was 82. - (Newsroom) - (crime) |
44-year-old Negro charged in rape of teen A 44-year-old New Castle-area man surrendered to county police today on charges that he raped the 15-year-old daughter of an acquaintance over a period of several months. Robert L. Cheers was committed to Young Correctional Institution in lieu of $380,000 secured bail. Cheers was charged with 19 felony counts of first-degree rape. County police detectives began investigating the allegations earlier this month when they received information from the parent of the now 16-year-old victim. The parent reported that her daughter was reported raped by an acquaintance between mid-December and April. An investigation determined that the crimes occurred at Cheers’ home where the teenager would go each day after school until her mother finished work and picked her up. - (Newsroom) - (crime) |
Black convicted in burning deaths of White couple * Black guilty on all counts  ALBUQUERQUE (AP) - A Portales man has been convicted today on two counts of first-degree murder in the August 2005 deaths of an elderly Roosevelt County couple whose bodies were found in the trunk of their burned-out car.
The jury will reconvene June 21st to decide whether 43-year-old Stanley Bedford should be executed for the slayings of Odis and Doris Newman. Bedford also was found guilty of 2 counts each of kidnapping and tampering with evidence and one count each of disposal of stolen property and aggravated burglary.
If the jury doesn't impose a death sentence, Bedford will serve 120 years in prison without the possibility of parole on those counts.

Drunk Negro Indicted for Death of White Female Police Officer * Negro arrested   A grand jury has indicted a man involved in an accident that claimed the life of a Beaumont police officer. Willie James McCray was indicted Thursday on intoxicated manslaughter charges. Police say McCray was intoxicated when he struck officer Lisa Beaulieu last month. Beaulieu was diverting traffic from another accident at the time of the incident. She was taken to an area hospital where she later died. Black guilty of homo rape and murder of girlfriend's 3-year-old baby boy  CINCINNATI -- A three-judge panel on Friday afternoon convicted Lamont Hunter of the rape and murder of 3-year-old Trustin Blue. A deputy coroner testified earlier in the morning that Trustin Blue’s injuries were not consistent with a fall down the stairs, which has been the claim by Hunter since the 3-year-old suffered fatal injuries Jan. 19, 2006. A hearing is scheduled for July 19 to determine whether Hunter will be sentenced to death or life in prison for his conviction on charges of aggravated murder, rape and child endangering. - (Newsroom) - (crime) |
Black accused of rape of 78-year-old woman - Trial Postponed  The trial of Antonio McAllister will continue for two more days, then come to a halt. Prosecutors asked for time to allow investigators to look deeper into the DNA evidence that's been presented so far. The trial will stop Thursday, then resume June 25. McAllister is accused of raping and beating a 78-year-old Pender County woman two years ago. Detective Scott Lawson testified Tuesday on his role in the investigation and the clues that possibly point to McAllister. The victim's doctor also testified on the extent of damage to the woman's left eye. Black SC sex offender charged with rape of 70-year-old woman in Alabama A sex offender from South Carolina has been charged with rape in Alabama. The Macon County Sheriff's Office says 39-year-old Arthur Witherspoon raped a 70-year-old woman in Shorter, which is 15 to 20 miles northeast of Montgomery. Investigators say Witherspoon severely beat the woman. As of Friday night, she's recovering in a hospital. Witherspoon - who is on South Carolina's Sex Offender list - moved to Macon County a few months ago. He's now in the Macon County Jail charged with rape. - (Newsroom) - (crime) |
Convicted Black Murderer Charged In 20-Year-Old Case  FORT WORTH, Texas -- Police say they have linked a convicted murderer to DNA evidence found on the body of a 29-year-old who was among more than a dozen young women killed in Fort Worth over a 21-month period two decades ago. Curtis Don Brown, 46, has been charged with capital murder in the death of Terece Gregory. A fisherman found Gregory's body in the Trinity River in 1985, a day after she was last seen leaving a popular downtown Fort Worth nightclub just before daybreak. She was shot in the face. Investigators say they linked Brown to Gregory through a DNA database in February while working on cold-case killings. Black Suspect in death of White Beach mother has history of violent crime * Suspect arrested  VIRGINIA BEACH - The man charged with killing a 27-year-old mother last week has a history of violent crime, according to court records. Glenn A. Harrison Jr. was charged with murder, abduction and robbery in the slaying of Angela Spain. After Spain failed to show up for her nursing shift at Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital, concerned co-workers went to her condominium, where they found her dead. Black killer gets life for murder of White man  LAWRENCE, Mass. -- A jury has convicted a Lawrence man of first-degree murder in the death of a man who was trying to prevent his SUV from being stolen. Roy C. Dowds Jr. was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. Prosecutors said the victim, Keith Koster of Boxford, Mass., jumped on to his moving Ford Explorer when he saw Dowds stealing it from outside a store on Route 114 last year. DNA links black ex-con to 19-hour torture of student: prosecutor - razor blades in his rectum  An ex-con accused of raping and torturing a Columbia University graduate student thought he had erased all traces of his DNA at the crime scene by ruthlessly dousing the victim with bleach and scalding water, police said. But then Robert Williams made the mistake of spitting into a police station wastebasket - giving authorities the evidence they needed to link him to the ghastly attack, a prosecutor said yesterday. Forensic investigators matched the spittle to skin cells lifted from a T-shirt Williams wore during the 19-hour assault and then left in his victim's Hamilton Heights apartment, authorities said. Black accused of courtroom attack on lawyer convicted in rape trial The man who stabbed his own lawyer at his rape trial was convicted Friday of the charges and sentenced to up to 55 years in prison. Che Sosa, 36, was convicted in Norfolk Superior Court three months after he allegedly snuck a makeshift plexi-glass knife into the courtroom and stabbed defense attorney John Courtney in the face and chest while a prospective juror was being questioned. Two days later, Courtney and Judge Charles Grabau recused themselves from the case. Sosa was handcuffed and shackled and entered the courtroom behind a phalanx of security officers in helmets, gloves and padded chest protectors. He greeted Courtney by asking, "You still breathing?" On Friday, Sosa was convicted on more than a dozen charges, including nine counts of aggravated rape. Negro inmate's DNA is linked to three rape-murder cases They were dumped like garbage, half-naked, raped and strangled. For years, the deaths of 25-year-old Phyliss Flagler, 20-year-old Janet Ramos and 23-year-old Sybol Dillard have gone unsolved. Now Broward Sheriff's Office homicide detectives have charged a man in two of the slayings -- and, according to the arrest affidavit, his DNA matches samples taken from the bodies of all three women. On April 5, the BSO charged Alvin A. Merrit, 57, in the Flagler and Ramos cases. He has been in the Miami-Dade County Jail for the past two years, awaiting trial on two separate armed sexual assaults. Black Arrested In Washington University Rape Police in Clayton and from the Washington University campus say a rape case that spilled concern all across the Wash. U. campus is closed. Back in February a stranger forced his way into a Co-ed's dorm room and raped her. Now three months later police say they have identified that suspect William Harris, 24, former campus restaurant employee.. Harris has been in jail since March but police are confident he was responsible for this crime. Dark negro raped 14-year-old girl in the woods at knifepoint  Clayton County Police are trying to identify a man wanted for questioning in the rape of a 14-year-old girl in the woods around Castlegate Drive. The man has been described by the girl as a black male with dark skin, a small afro and a goatee, about five-feet, 10-inches tall and weighing between 200 and 220 pounds. The man is believed to be in his mid 20s, and was wearing a blue jeans, tennis shoes and a gray T-shirt on Thursday, May 17. The girl told police she heard a sound, thought it was a rabbit and followed the noise back into the woods at about 4 p.m. that day. In the wooded area, she was met by a man with a knife. Smiling Black pleads not guilty to running down a white family in McDonald's parking lot - killing 2-year-old   The black man accused of running down five white family members and killing a 2-year-old girl in the parking lot of a McDonald's restaurant in Covington last May pleaded not guilty. Lanny Perry Barnes, 46, attended the 15-minute arraignment hearing wearing street clothes and no expression on his face. Sitting behind him was Stephanie Casola, the mother who was hit, along with her two sons, niece, and sister, by Barnes' vehicle. Witnesses told police that Barnes struck the family, backed up, smiled, and drove into them again. Casola's niece, Avery King, died of her injuries. Black Sex Offender Charged With Kidnap-Rape-Kill of White 11-year-old Jacksonville Girl In 1996  Fla. -- A Connecticut sex offender will be returned to Florida to face a murder charge after being linked to the decade-old rape and drowning of an 11-year-old girl through a database of DNA from convicted sex offenders. Robert Shelton Mitchell, 43, was being held on a $5 million bond after being arraigned as a fugitive. He will face first-degree murder and capital sexual battery charges in the death of Cherie Morrisette of Jacksonville. The Mandarin Middle School student body was found on Dec. 8, 1996, floating in the St. John's River about 10 miles south of the apartment she shared with her mother and sister. An autopsy determined that Cherie drowned shortly after her disappearance on Dec. 2, 1996, and was alive when she either fell into the river or was thrown in. Police labeled the death suspicious, and authorities found a small DNA sample on her underwear and body. Mitchell lived in nearby Middleburg at the time of the girl's death, police said Thursday. Mitchell later moved to Connecticut and was convicted in January 2003 of illegal sexual contact with another child. - (Black-on-White) |
