(White female) Shooting victim responsive; (demonic black male) suspect faces grand jury
Kevin Q. MathisKelly Kiper LongoriaTwo days after Kelly Kiper Longoria was shot and abandoned outside a Winnsboro cemetery, the Baptist Message called her improvements "miraculous." One week later, hundreds have joined in as Longoria has continued to reach new milestones on her recovery journey at Jackson Memorial Hospital. Monday, Longoria's mother, Lisa Knight Kiper, said her daughter would be moved to her own room and is "lethargic, but responsive." "Please continue to pray for the same things as before and continued progress," Kiper said on Facebook. "She said 'Mama' yesterday...made my heart smile. She makes gestures with her hands." Kiper said the gestures indicate "I love you," "Bye," "a little bit" and "thumbs up." Longoria was able to breathe independent of the ventilator on Sunday, a milestone her family had been asking those including her in prayer requests to focus on. A second is the safe dissipation of two blood clots in Longoria's arm that she cannot receive medication for. "Pray, please, for her to have strength, comfort, patience and no blood clots," Kiper said in a Sunday message. "She is opening her eyes. Sometimes briefly, sometimes for about five to 10 minutes but not focusing her eyes yet, but that is normal at this stage." Longoria was on her way to work the morning of July 16 when she stopped at a convenience store. She was abducted at the store and taken to outside Gesthemane Cemetery, near Terry Wallace Memorial Park in Winnsboro, where she was shot in the head. Kevin Q. Mathis, 35, was booked into the Franklin Parish Detention Center on charges of attempted first-degree murder and aggravated kidnapping in connection with the case. Bond was set at $1 million. - (Black-on-white)

Danny BrownWhite female victim ROCK HILL, S.C. — Wiping tears from her eyes with tissue, a woman who was held at knifepoint in downtown Rock Hill sat in court Wednesday afternoon. She faced her alleged attacker only five hours after she feared for her life because of him. Rock Hill police said she was in an alley off Main Street at her office door Wednesday morning when Danny Brown, 58, robbed her. "She had her hands full, and she was putting her key in the door, trying to go into her office, and she was approached by a male, who produced a knife," Officer Paul Myers said. After grabbing her purse, police said Brown held the knife to the victim and walked her toward the ATM at a Wells Fargo branch to force her to get more money. Before they got there, a woman saw them together and started asking questions. Richard McCluskey runs a clothing shop next door. He said the witness spoke with him after it was all over. "She (the witness) asked the woman if she was OK, and the woman said ‘No,’ and the man said, ‘Yes, she's OK,’” McCluskey said. The witness had apparently been walking down Main Street around 8:30 a.m., when she heard a scream and stopped. Police said once the woman realized something was wrong, she threw her car keys at Brown, allowing the victim to get free. She then called 911 as Brown ran off.     (Two blacks) held without bond in connection with fatal shooting (of White man)
Ryan MumawRakeem Deqwan "Rockee" NewmanTayjuhn CobleCHARLES TOWN, W.Va. — A Charles Town, W.Va., man who was charged in connection with the fatal shooting of 21-year-old Ryan Mumaw was being held without bond Wednesday in Eastern Regional Jail, according to court records. Rakeem Deqwan "Rockee" Newman, 18, of West Washington Street, was arraigned on one count of first-degree murder. Mumaw of Jefferson County was pronounced dead at Jefferson Medical Center in Ranson, W.Va., at 2:57 p.m., on Tuesday after being shot in the Tuscawilla Hills subdivision near a basketball court along Tuscawilla Drive. They are still looking for the other two males who were in the vehicle with a juvenile and Newman, and the sheriff said additional arrests stemming from the fatal shooting are possible. Mumaw appeared to have died as a result of a single gunshot wound that went through his upper back and exited out of his chest. Mumaw's brother, who was with him when he was shot, told police that the incident occurred where they had agreed to meet the juvenile to conduct a marijuana transaction. Dougherty said Wednesday that investigators believe, as of Wednesday, that the amount of money and marijuana involved amounted to a "minor" drug deal and the sheriff readily agreed that it is "rather unusual to have someone shot and killed over a marijuana sale." Mumaw's brother, after seeing two black males get out of the juvenile's vehicle, told police that he heard his passenger side window break and saw his sibling bleeding from the chest, and then at the same time, attempted to flee from the basketball court area where the juvenile's vehicle had parked in front of his, records said. In his statements to police, the juvenile, too, indicated that the shooting occurred during what was supposed to be an arranged marijuana sale, and that he took Newman and two other males with him to buy marijuana from Mumaw, records said. - (Black-on-white)

(White) Correctional Officer dies in fall down elevator shaft after 'altercation' with black sex offender
Timothy D. Gilliam JrCorrectional Officer Kristopher MoulesWILKES-BARRE — The correctional officer and inmate killed in a fall Monday night smashed through closed elevator doors and plummeted to their deaths during a scuffle in what appears to have been a “freak accident,” the county manager said Tuesday. Correctional Officer Kristopher Moules, 25, of Larksville, and Timothy D. Gilliam Jr., 27, of Wilkes-Barre, died following the confrontation on the aging jail’s fifth floor about 6:25 p.m. Monday. The pair had been engaged in a confrontation that began as an exchange of words between inmate and officer and escalated into an altercation that spilled out into a common area near the elevator. Jail staff had already reviewed surveillance footage and determined Moules did nothing wrong. “The altercation, which lasted only seconds, proved to be extremely tragic,” he said. The officer sounded an alarm that prompted other officers to run up five flights of stairs to assist, and another officer was on the scene within seconds, Pedri said. The two officers tried to subdue Gilliam, at which point he and Moules “smashed” through the elevator door, he said. “That elevator door gave way, leading to their tragic fall,” Pedri said. “ Gilliam’s manner of death was ruled accidental, while the manner of death for Moules was listed as undetermined pending the results of further investigation. Gilliam was a 27-year-old Wilkes-Barre resident being held for failing to register with police as a sex offender.
He admitted he knew the girl was only 14 but that she looked so good that he had sex with her anyway. - (Black-on-white)

Greg Abbott released a statement Saturday about the murder, calling on Texans to pray for the victim and her family. "Texas will ensure the perpetrator receives swift justice, and TDCJ has been instructed to take all necessary measures to enhance the safety of their staff to prevent such tragedies," he said. - (Black-on-white)

White man 'sucker punched' by demonic black man - game?
black on white unprovoked knockoutDisturbing video released Tuesday shows a man randomly punching a 65-year-old man in the face as he’s walking along a Brooklyn Heights street. The attack was captured on surveillance video and shows the suspect walking with a group of people down Joralemon Street near the corner of Henry Street, as the victim is walking in the opposite direction around 11:15 p.m. July 6. As the man nears, the suspect can be seen taking a running start as he gears up to land the punch, which broke the victim’s glasses and knocked him over a fence and into some bushes. The attacker then calmly walks off with the group as the man struggles to get back on his feet. The sucker punch recalls the sick “knockout game,” in which criminals try to render their victims unconscious with a single blow. The victim was taken to an area hospital, where he was treated and released. Cops described the suspect as a black male standing around 5 feet 10 and weighing around 160 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt and sneakers. Police are asking anyone with information in regards to this incident to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477). - (Black-on-white)

(White) Woman says she was targeted (by pack of blacks) after visiting local pawn shop
Erin Hartley3 black armed robbersCOLUMBUS, Ohio It’s one moment that is offering a sense of clarity to Erin Hartley knowing now it very well could have ended much differently. “I’m still alive,” she said. “I mean, he could have shot me. He could have shot and killed me right there in front of my son.” Monday morning Hartley was at the Hilltop Pawn Shop buying back some of her belongings. The Columbus State student had $2,000 on her, courtesy of a recent school refund. In surveillance video obtained by Hartley from the pawn shop, you can see her standing at the counter with her four-year-old son by her side. Five minutes later, three men enter the shop. While Hartley is being waited on the three men appear to linger behind her. Hartley believes they noticed the money in the envelope when she pulled it from her purse. Then, the men leave. The video shows the men walking out and what Hartley says was their dark vehicle going down West Broad Street before coming back and parking behind another vehicle near the front entrance of the shop. When Hartley leaves the store in her vehicle, the dark vehicle pulls out after her. Three miles away Hartley, parked outside her house. She unbuckled her son in the backseat and then went to the trunk to get out her items. That’s when she says it happened.
“He came up behind me with a gun,” she said. “And he grabbed me by the neck and held it to my head.” She says the same man from the pawn shop, who is seen in the video wearing a white tank top and red hat, demanded her purse and ripped it off her arm. Hartley says she fought back. “Right before he sped off, I grabbed it,” she said. “So, I’m hooked on my purse and got [dragged] down the street.” For a half-block, she says she was dragged before the vehicle turned the corner and she lost her grip. The scrapes, cuts and bruises on her arms and legs are fresh reminders of her traumatic experience. “I’ve lived here for three years and I feel pretty safe, but now I’m starting to change my mind,” she said. “It’s very uncomfortable.” She’s hoping the men from the video can be identified and arrested to give her and her family peace of mind. “When something like that happens to you, you kind of want to get justice,” she said. “You want to see them get what they deserve.” Hartley says her purse was found a few blocks away near a gas station. She says everything was in it except for $1,800 in cash and her credit cards. - (Black-on-white)

Negroes of interestDeonte LanierAmanda Fisher (after)Amanda Fisher (before)A Shallotte, N.C., woman shot and killed in a North Myrtle Beach parking lot was a witness for the state in April in a 2012 Mecklenburg County, N.C., killing. The case ended in a hung jury. North Myrtle Beach police are searching for two (black) men in connection with the 11 a.m. Saturday shooting death of Amanda Renee’ Fisher, 29, according to city of North Myrtle Beach spokesman Pat Dowling. Dowling said witnesses outside the K&W Cafeteria at 1621 U.S. 17 N. on Saturday reported hearing a gunshot ring out and then seeing a man pull a body from a white vehicle before he and another occupant fled in the vehicle. The two men being sought, whose identities are unknown, “were in the company of the victim on the evening prior to and the morning of her death,” Dowling said. On April 12, Fisher begrudgingly testified for the state against her boyfriend Deonte Lanier, charged in the 2012 Mecklenburg County killing. At the time she lived in Mount Holly, N.C. When she suddenly moved to Myrtle Beach to avoid testifying, a judge had her arrested and held to ensure her appearance. Connell “Tigo” MuskellyDeonte Lanier’s freedom could depend on whether jurors believe Amanda Fisher’s testimony on Tuesday or what police say she told them shortly after the 2012 shooting death of Johnny Peay. Lanier, 25, is on trial this week, charged with first-degree murder. If convicted, he faces mandatory life imprisonment without parole. Co-defendant Connell “Tigo” Muskelly is expected to testify against Lanier later in the trial. Tuesday, Fisher, Lanier’s girlfriend, took center stage. She told the jury she didn’t want to be in the witness chair. Prosecutors say the 29-year-old Mount Holly woman suddenly moved to Myrtle Beach after being subpoenaed to testify against Lanier. The trial judge had her arrested and jailed to make sure she turned up in court. On the night of Sept. 26, 2012, according to Fisher’s testifimony Tuesday, she and the man she affectionately called “Big Daddy” argued at her Gaston County home before Lanier drove off on his scooter. She said he returned the next morning as Fisher was watching a TV news report about Peay’s killing the night before. “He was like, ‘Oh s--t,’ ” Fisher recalled. She said Lanier walked into the kitchen and called a friend on his cellphone. She said she heard Lanier say, “Tell your unc to hide his gun.” When Lanier came back to the couch, “I asked him, ‘Did you have something to do with that (killing)?’ ” Fisher said. Lanier asked how she could ask such a question, she said, then punched a hole in a nearby wall. In his questioning of Fisher, assistant prosecutor Jay Ashendorf spent particular time asking her about a sawed-off shotgun she says her boyfriend kept behind the door of their bedroom. “Do you love the defendant?” Ashendorf asked. “Yes sir, I do,” Fisher replied. “Do you want to see him go away to prison for the rest of his life?” “No sir, I don’t.”

Police: (Black) Teen punched, carjacked, then ran over (White) woman
Alexandra Roteblack teen carjackerST. PETERSBURG - A violent carjacking Monday morning left a St. Petersburg woman feeling fortunate she wasn't seriously hurt. Alexandra Rote, 54, was pumping air into her tires at a Wawa gas station on 22nd Avenue North at a little after 11 a.m. and had left her car running. A few seconds later, a stranger was in her driver's seat. "I'm like, 'whoa, what's going on?' Rote said. "I started to grab him and he just started to push me and punch me and he was shouting obscenities, which I won't repeat, and I was trying to honk the horn. I was yelling at the top of my lungs, 'help me, help me, help me!' And then he finally pushed me to the ground and he ran over my foot as he took off and escaped." St. Petersburg Police believe the suspect is a young teenager, between 14 and 16 years old. "The last thing you expect is for somebody to jump in and try to steal your car. And then to go as far as to punch you and hurt you in an effort to get away with it," said Yolanda Fernandez, a spokesperson for St. Pete Police. "It's a violent crime, it's a very serious so we want to make sure that we catch him." Rote said it took several hours for the reality of the ordeal to begin setting in. "It was terrifying. I'm still I guess a little in shock. I just broke down and cried for the first time," she said. "I feel like I'm a strong person and I tried really hard to fight him back, but I couldn't." Rote has a badly injured foot, along with some cuts and bruises. She's already had the locks to her apartment changed because her keys were in the vehicle. But above all, she felt fortunate she's already back on her feet. "I guess he could have pulled a gun out and shot me, so I'm really blessed and I'm thankful that I'm here and I'm talking to you," she said. "I have an angel watching out for me." - (Black-on-white)

(White) Missouri police officer 'fighting for his life' after ambush shooting (by black)
Antonio Taylorambushed OfficerA suburban St. Louis police officer was in critical condition late Friday after he was shot in the neck in what investigators described as an "ambush" following a traffic stop. Ballwin Police Chief Kevin Scott said the unidentified officer was walking to his car after the initial conversation with the motorist he stopped for speeding Friday morning when that driver "advanced quickly" on him from behind, firing at least three shots. The officer "had no chance at all" to pull his handgun and "was completely helpless," Scott said, noting the encounter was recorded by the police car's dashcam. "Make no mistake: We believe during this investigation that Ballwin officer was ambushed, period," St. Louis County Police Chief Jon Belmar said. Scott said the officer was in critical but stable condition, and "fighting for his life" at a hospital in Creve Coeur, west of St. Louis. After the shooting, Belmar said, the suspect sped away before an officer from another police department spotted the car about 4 miles away. The suspect abandoned his vehicle and fled on foot before being arrested about five minutes later, Belmar said. Antonio Taylor, a 31-year-old black man who was paroled in 2015 after serving time on a federal weapons charge, was charged with assault of a police officer, armed criminal action and a felon in possession of a firearm, St. Louis County Prosecutor Bob McCulloch said Friday. Scott said he "can't even begin to speculate" about a motive, including whether the shooting had racial overtones. - (Black-on-white)

Authorities: (Another berserk racist black) Highway gunman motivated by police shootings - murders White mother of two
Jennifer RooneyLakeem Keon ScottBRISTOL, Tenn. — A black Army veteran accused of shooting indiscriminately at passing cars and police on a Tennessee highway told investigators he was troubled by police violence against African-Americans, authorities said Friday. It was one of several spasms of violence across the country this week amid boiling tensions over policing and race. One woman died and three others, including one police officer, were injured in the rampage early Thursday morning. Meanwhile, police say officers have been targeted in Georgia and Missouri in the aftermath of two high-profile killings of black men by law enforcement and the Dallas attack that left five officers dead and seven more wounded. Other departments reported being bombarded with threats and some implemented new policies requiring officers to patrol in pairs. Civilians also have been caught in the fray. The woman who died in Tennessee was a newspaper carrier driving down the highway. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation said in a news release that the preliminary investigation revealed that the suspect, 37-year-old former soldier Lakeem Keon Scott, who is black, was troubled by the incidents in other states, hundreds of miles away. All those shot were white, police said. - (Black-on-white)

George Williams Jr.Editor note: that works out to about 54 black on white rapes per day according to available statistics from 1999.
New Nation News can only report a few of these confirmed black on white rapes from local news sites.
