(Black) Man accused of shooting his (White male supervisor) told co-worker of his plan, police say
John SpearsAnthony TardoAbout 30 minutes before John Spears walked into an office at Houston Marine in Kenner Friday afternoon (Dec. 4) and fatally shot supervisor Anthony Tardo, he revealed his intentions to a fellow instructor who thought Spears was just joking, authorities said. The unnamed employee was leaving for the day and came across Spears outside the facility, located in the 2500 block of Williams Boulevard. "You're gonna miss all the fun," police said Spears told the employee. "I'm gonna go back in there and shoot everyone." The employee didn't think Spears was serious, according to Lt. Brian McGregor, spokesman for the Kenner Police Department. His tone didn't imply an imminent threat. But Kenner police say Spears, 51, did indeed go back inside Houston Marine, a maritime school, armed with a .40-caliber pistol. He walked into facility manager Tardo's office and shot the Mandeville husband and father of three once in the chest, investigators said. Tardo, 49, was pronounced dead at the scene. No one else was injured. Just after the shooting, police say, Spears walked outside, put the pistol on the roof of his car and waited for police to arrive. - (Black-on-white)

Jury finds (black "cold blooded killer Larry Brown guilty of murder (of White security guard)
Larry Donell BrownMichael ValentinTAMPA -It took the jury four hours to return a guilty verdict in the Larry Donell Brown murder trial. Prosecutors say in November of 2012, Brown rode his bike over to the apartment complex where Michael Valentin worked as a security guard and shot him dead because he wanted his gun. But Brown's attorney argued there is no evidence connecting him to Valentin -- no gunpowder residue, no blood evidence and no DNA linking him to the crime. But the jury clearly believed the prosecution when they called Brown a cold blooded killer. Because Brown was sixteen at the time of the murder, he cannot be sentenced to life in prison, according to a U.S. Supreme Court decision last year. - (Black-on-white)

(Black) Fresno man sentenced to death for rape, murder of (White) teen girl in 1985
Eddie Ricky NealyJody Lynn WolfeJody Lynn WolfeEddie Ricky Nealy, whom a prosecutor called one of the most dangerous men in Fresno County’s history, was sentenced Friday to California’s death row for the 1985 rape and killing of Fresno teen Jody Lynn Wolf. Judge Arlan Harrell’s voice cracked and he nearly cried in Fresno County Superior Court when he announced Nealy’s death sentence. Nealy, 58, received the death penalty after a jury in September 2013 convicted him of rape and the first-degree murder of 14-year-old Jody, whose nude body was discovered floating face up in a southwest Fresno canal on Aug. 15, 1985. The runaway was wearing only knee-high socks. An autopsy revealed she died of blunt-force trauma to the back of her head and had been dead at least two days. In its decision, the jury said Nealy should be executed for killing Jody. “It was a cold, vicious murder in the commission of a rape,” Harrell said in announcing Nealy’s punishment. The judge said there was evidence presented at Nealy’s trial that showed he had killed Mary Charlotte Barnett in July 1988, but Nealy never was tried for it. Barnett’s nude body was found in a southwest Fresno field. She was hogtied and had a purse strap and brassiere tightly wrapped around her neck. The coroner said Barnett died as a result of ligature strangulation and had cuts, bruises and fractures on her face, as well as on other parts of her body. Nealy’s other convictions included three rapes, one robbery and child abuse. - (Black-on-white)

Alvin BrazielA federal appeals court has refused an appeal from a 40-year-old man on death row for fatally shooting a Dallas man who was walking with his newlywed wife on a jogging trail at a community college just outside Dallas. The 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on Monday denied Alvin Braziel's arguments that his attorneys were deficient for not presenting sufficient mitigating evidence during the punishment phase of his 2001 murder trial in Dallas. Braziel was condemned for a 1993 failed robbery attempt where 27-year-old Douglas White was shot dead. White's wife of 11 days was raped during the attack on the trail that circled Eastfield College in Mesquite. Joshua Dow Adelle JensenMINNEAPOLIS -- A Minneapolis man is behind bars in connection with the disappearance of ex-girlfriend Adelle "Addie" Jensen, who has been missing since Nov. 18. Thirty-one-year-old Joshua Dow was charged Monday with second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon, and interference with a dead body while concealing evidence. According to charges, Dow, who has a 2-year-old daughter with Jensen, went with her parents to the police station when they filed a missing persons report on Nov. 21. After Jensen's parents left, Dow returned to the station and told police that he and Jensen had recently argued because he was seeing someone else. He also told them Jensen "had left like this twice in the past - once in January and once a few week ago," according to the complaint. On Nov. 22, Dow's brother told police that Jensen was dead and that he had assisted Dow in moving her body, according to charges. He told police that Dow put a gun to his head and said he would kill him if he didn't help. He said they took her body to a warehouse in Minneapolis. Dow's brother took police to the warehouse, but was surprised to see the closet where they had put Jensen's body was empty. However, officers "smelled what their experience led them to believe was decomposing flesh," according to court documents. A witness told authorities he had seen Dow at the warehouse on Nov. 22, washing off tarps and putting boxes on a cart. When Dow was arrested, he told officers that Jensen had killed herself in front of him and he panicked. According to court documents, Dow told another witness that he had dismembered Jensen after she died and disposed of her body. He also admitted to police that he had disposed of her body, but did not disclose a location. - (Black-on-white)

Police charged Albert Henry Jones III, 16, of 1102 Rountree Ave. with her murder, but did not say anything about how she died or what connection she might have had with her killer.     Report: (White) Father of 4 paralyzed in I-85 rest area shooting (by cowardly dreadlocked black)
black suspectblack suspectGreg McKeeInvestigators want the public’s help in identifying a suspect in a shooting Saturday at a rest stop on southbound Interstate 85 in Cabarrus County. The injured man has been identified as 43-year-old Greg McKee. In a statement, McKee’s wife says that her husband, a father of four, was paralyzed from the waist down. According to the Cabarrus County Sheriff’s Office, McKee pulled into a rest area near Dale Earnhardt Boulevard/Exit 60 around 7:45 p.m. with his wife and two children. His family was waiting in their vehicle. As he washed his hands, two men approached. One stood on each side of him, and one of the men showed a gun, according to an investigator at the scene. As McKee ran from the restroom, he was shot in the back. The two men fled on foot. An image of one of the men believed to be responsible was captured in the vending area, the investigator said. In her statement, Terrie McKee writes that Greg was a father of four and that the family’s lives have been changed forever. “In a senseless, random act of violence, my husband’s life, and our entire family’s life, was forever changed,” McKee writes. “We are now forced to deal with the ramifications of my husband being paralyzed from the waist down. While we desperately want these two men brought to justice, it is our fervent prayer that somehow they will come to know the only way to fill the vacuum that is in their empty hearts is by a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. There is no other way. “Greg and I have 4 children, all of whom have special needs ranging from autism to ADHD and diabetes and chronic migraines. Ages are 21 (autism), 18, 17 and 5. Now we must deal with getting our home handicapped accessible and dealing with my husband’s daily living needs. I am a stay-at-home, homeschooling mother with chronic pain myself.” She ended her statement by saying, “The depth of the pain, heartache and financial burden these two men caused cannot be measured.” The Cabarrus County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help identifying the suspect on video and is offering a reward of up to $1,000.
