Webb sentenced to life for kidnapping of WHITE 8-year-old girl
off Fort Worth street Michael Webb was sentenced to life Thursday for the kidnapping of an 8-year-old girl as she walked with her mother in a Fort Worth neighborhood. A federal jury found Webb, 51, guilty of the kidnapping during a two-day trial in September. More than one month later, a judge sentenced him to life in prison. “We believe that justice has been served in this case, and we are thankful for and agree with the judge’s decision to sentence him to life in prison," said U.S. Attorney Nealy Cox in a statement Thursday. "My hope is that this family and this community will find solace in knowing that he will never be able to harm another little child again." Police arrested Webb after he was found in a motel room with the child more than eight hours after she was abducted on May 18. During the trial, the victim's mother took the stand and described the moment Webb first approached them in a car as they walked down a street in the Ryan Place neighborhood of Fort Worth. The mother said she attempted to fight off Webb, and jumped into his car when he grabbed her daughter. But Webb, she said, pushed her out and drove away with her child still inside the car. A tip led police to a Forest Hill hotel, where an officer talked with Webb. The sergeant said he looked around the room but didn't see any sign of the child. A second tip made by a Good Samaritan who spotted a car in the hotel parking lot that matched the one involved in the abduction led to another search of Webb's room, where the child was found hidden in a laundry basket. - (Black-on-white) |

serial rapist-killer Giles Warrick: 5 Fast Facts You Need to
Know Giles Warrick is the 60-year-old South Carolina man who is accused of being the “Potomac River rapist” who murdered a Washington D.C. intern and raped nine other women during a seven-year crime spree in the 1990s, authorities alleged. Forensic genealogy allowed authorities to identify Warrick, who will be charged with first-degree murder and charges relating to the multiple sexual assaults, authorities revealed in a press conference on November 14, 2019. Authorities called Warrick’s alleged acts “heinous” and said it took a “collective effort” over multiple years to identify the suspect. The same technique was previously used to apprehend the alleged Golden State Killer, as well as solve other cases throughout the country. Between 1991 and the intern’s murder seven years later, the Potomac River Rapist “brazenly and brutally preyed upon women in the Washington area,” the FBI reports. Jail records reviewed by Heavy show that Giles Daniel Warrick was booked into the Horry County Jail in South Carolina on November 13, 2019 at 3:29 a.m. No bail has been set. Warrick is now from Conway, South Carolina but lived in Maryland for years. “Victims were attacked in their homes and included an 18-year-old babysitter and a mother whose infant was in the house at the time of the attack. Seven of the nine attacks have been linked by DNA, and all are linked by the offender’s similar violent methods,” the FBI wrote about the Potomac River Rapist before Warrick was arrested. Seven of the rapes occurred in Montgomery County, Maryland, and two of them occurred in D.C. |

Verdict for Black Murderer in Death Penalty Trial for (WHITE)
Pennsylvania Officer's Slaying A jury has convicted a man of first-degree murder in the shooting death of a Pennsylvania police officer almost two years ago. Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty against 31-year-old Rahmael Sal Holt in the November 2017 slaying of New Kensington officer Brian Shaw. Prosecutors contend Holt was an armed drug dealer who had planned to rob the driver of the SUV that Shaw attempted to stop in Old Kensington in Westmoreland County on the night of the shooting. Holt has maintained that he wasn't the person who fired. A jury convicted Holt on Tuesday after about an hour of deliberations, and will begin hearing arguments Wednesday for and against a death sentence. Holt's father, 48-year-old Gregory Baucum, faces witness intimidation charges stemming from the case. - (Black-on-white) |

Her husband, Officer Daniel Faulkner was killed in 1981 during a traffic stop at 13th and Locusts streets in Philadelphia's Center City neighborhood. Abu-Jamal, a longtime death-row activist and Black Panther member, was convicted of first-degree murder in 1982. inmate executed for 1994 convenience store killing as
last-minute DNA test denied A Georgia inmate sentenced to death for fatally shooting a convenience store clerk during a robbery 25 years ago was executed Wednesday night, authorities say. Ray Jefferson Cromartie, 52, was pronounced dead at 10:59 p.m after lethal injection at Georgia Diagnostic and Classification Prison in Jackson, the state's department of corrections said. Cromartie was convicted of the 1994 killing of Richard Slysz at a Thomasville convenience store, but his lawyers recently had appealed for DNA testing of evidence they say could have exonerated Cromartie after a new statement from one of the men involved in the robbery. Cromartie and Corey Clark asked Thaddeus Lucas to drive them to the convenience store early on April 10, 1994 – days after Cromartie had wounded a store clerk in a separate shooting, prosecutors say. Lucas stayed in the car as Clark and Cromartie entered, prosecutors say. Slysz was shot twice, and Clark and Cromartie fled with two 12-packs of Budweiser in hand. Cromartie later boasted about the killing, witnesses said. |

(Roman Catholic) Bishop
Who Investigated Sex Abuse Accused of Sex Abuse A Roman Catholic bishop named by Pope Francis to investigate the church’s response to clergy sexual abuse in Buffalo, New York, has himself been accused of sexual abuse of a child, an attorney for the alleged victim notified the church this week. The attorney informed Catholic officials in New Jersey that he is preparing a lawsuit on behalf of a client who says he was molested by Brooklyn Bishop Nicholas DiMarzio in the mid-1970s, when DiMarzio was a parish priest in Jersey City. DiMarzio said there is no truth to the accusation. “In my nearly 50-year ministry as a priest, I have never engaged in unlawful or inappropriate behavior and I emphatically deny this allegation. I am confident I will be fully vindicated.” |

Trickster Adam Schiff conjuring ‘guilt’ out of thin air The dictionary defines a conjurer as someone who “practices magic arts” and “performs feats of sleight of hand and illusion.” Someone like Adam Schiff. The California Democrat takes his magic act public Wednesday as the impeachment hearings burst out of a Capitol Hill dungeon and onto television. Donald Trump’s presidency and the 2020 election likely hang on whether Schiff’s sleight of hand can survive the bright lights of public exposure and cross-examination. Operating in darkness, where he controlled the witness list and leaked snippets of testimony that the Dems’ media echo chamber turned into proof of Trump’s guilt, Schiff has been a first-rate illusionist. Even his exterior calmness is deceptive; he burns with a zeal to kill the king. Scorned by the president as “Liddle Adam Schiff,” and “pencil neck” and “shifty Schiff,” he can taste revenge. To impeach Trump, even if it goes nowhere in the Senate, will make him a man of history and a hero to the millions of 2016 deniers. |

Court lets Sandy Hook shooting lawsuit go forward WASHINGTON (AP) — The Supreme Court said Tuesday that a survivor and relatives of victims of the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting can pursue their lawsuit against the maker of the rifle used to kill 26 people. The justices rejected an appeal from Remington Arms, which argued it should be shielded by a 2005 federal law preventing most lawsuits against firearms manufacturers when their products are used in crimes. The case is being watched by gun control advocates, gun rights supporters and gun manufacturers across the country because it has the potential to provide a roadmap for victims of other mass shootings to circumvent the federal law and sue the makers of firearms. |

MONTHS in prison A father-of-two has been left paralyzed, in a coma with half a skull after a vicious 'one-punch' assault for which his attacker served just two months in jail. Steven Augustine, 32, was attacked with what doctors believe was a baseball bat while walking home from work in Ulster County, New York in May last year. The left half of his skull was totally destroyed in the robbery and he is suffering from sunken brain syndrome after a large part of his cranium had to be removed. His attacker, Charles Miles, was jailed on a misdemeanor charge and served 72 days of his year-long sentence at the county jail, for what was judged to be a one-punch attack. Augustine can only communicate by blinking and requires a ventilator to breathe. 'He doesn't respond to anything. Basically, he is missing the whole left side of his brain,' his mother told ABC. Donna does not believe the injuries are consistent with a punch to the head and medical records show one medic wrote that it appeared he had been hit with a 'baseball bat.' Donna told the broadcaster: 'I just can't believe this has happened, and these people are allowed to do something like this and get away with it.' According

At the time, Moore and three women were in the motel room, according to the probable-cause statement, which added that he then pulled out a gun and demanded the money back from one of the women in the room. The woman returned the cash, court documents said. Because the women were screaming, one of the women’s boyfriends, Darren Woods, who was in an adjacent room, came into the room Moore was in and was then shot several times, including multiple times in the head, the probable-cause statement continued. Woods died at the scene. |

Millman's mother, Beth Ann Weinstein-Rubenstein, said she stopped by the house to feed Jill's animals thinking her daughter was at work. "And then, I went up the steps and the bathroom light was on. I couldn't understand why the light was on, and there she was laying on the floor. I thought she slipped out of the shower," Weinstein-Rubenstein said. Philadelphia police broke the news to the family and said someone stabbed Jill several times in the back. The family said they are trying to make sense of it all, thinking maybe someone misunderstood Jill's personality. "Jill was on the spectrum. Jill had autism and she had some other developmental delays and sometimes people with autism...a lot of people don't understand," Weinstein-Rubenstein said. Jill pursued her dreams and worked as a prep cook at The Dining Car on Frankford Avenue. Anyone with any information is asked to call police at 215-686-TIPS. - (Black-on-white) |

Virginia doctor allegedly tied women's fallopian tubes,
performed hysterectomies without consent Federal prosecutors have accused a Virginia doctor of performing surgeries on women -- such as hysterectomies and removing their fallopian tubes without their consent according to court documents. Javaid Perwaiz, 69, faces several charges related to insurance fraud as a result of an investigation that began in September 2018 after the FBI received a tip from a hospital employee who suspected he was "performing unnecessary surgeries on unsuspecting patients," according to the criminal complaint, filed Friday in the Eastern District of Virginia. The unidentified patients would advise hospital staff that they were there for their "annual clean outs" and were not aware of the procedures they were undergoing, the affidavit states. In addition, hospital staff "had a difficult time" keeping up with the doctor "as he ran from procedure to procedure," charging documents say. |

To DNA, beastial BLACK male Convicted In 1980 Cold Case Murder,
Rape Of WHITE Silver Lake Woman LOS ANGELES (CBSLA) – A 60-year-old man already serving prison time for an unrelated murder was convicted earlier this week in the brutal cold case killing of a 36-year-old woman in her Silver Lake apartment nearly four decades ago. Harold Anthony Parkinson was convicted Tuesday by a Los Angeles County jury of one count of first-degree murder in the 1980 slaying of Stephanie Sommers, according to the L.A. County District Attorney’s Office. The jury also determined that Parkinson had raped her. On Aug. 30, 1980, Sommers was raped and stabbed to death 16 times in her apartment in the 3500 block of Marathon Street. She was also bludgeoned in the head with an eight-pound weight. The case went unsolved until cold case L.A. police detectives got a lead that Parkinson — who had lived a mile away from the victim — could be a suspect in the killing. A DNA sample collected from Parkinson was consistent with the DNA profile from a sperm sample collected from Sommers. - (Black-on-white) |

NASHVILLE,
Tenn. Department of Children's Services loses track of
violent black offender, now wanted for murder NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — The state Department of Children's Services admits it lost track of a violent teen offender and did nothing. Now, that teenager is wanted for murder. The juvenile offender, Jeroy Green III, was involved in a violent carjacking back in 2017 when he was just 15. He is supposed to be on an ankle monitor so DCS could keep track of him, according Metro police Detective Jesse Holt. But Green didn't keep the ankle monitor charged up, and DCS let him stay out on the streets. Now, Metro police have issued a warrant for Green's arrest for his role in the September 28th murder of 18-year-old Samuel Calvert. According to police, Green's ankle monitor went dead somewhere around September 15th. But DCS did not seek his arrest or do anything to find him. On September 28th, Calvert was murdered. - (Black-on-white) |

Michigan man fends off BLACK ex-convict invader with battle ax:
'There was a bloody mess everywhere' A Michigan man wielded an ax he calls 'his baby' to fend off a convicted criminal who tried to break into his apartment on Wednesday night. Ben Ball, 36, used a replica battle-ax to chop through the intruder, 33-year-old Alex Lavell Rawls, who is facing a charge of first-degree home invasion. Ball says the suspect dated his former roommate, but she moved away to distance herself from the convicted felon. Rawls showed up at the apartment at 11:30 p.m. thinking she was still there. He repeatedly knocked on the door before kicking it in while Ball was sitting at home playing video games and watching the TV show, Rick and Morty. Ball says he believed Rawls was carrying a firearm. When the door opened, he decided to go medieval. “[The] door opened, [I] grabbed the ax, [then] step, step, hit," he said. He struck Rawls at least once in the torso with the sharp blade before the two continued to fight in the apartment. “There was a bloody mess everywhere,” Ball said. - (Black-on-white) |

murder after she was stabbed to death in unprovoked attack in a
London park The family of Jodie Chesney have hailed 'justice' for the stabbed girl scout after a drug dealer and his young 'runner' were convicted of her murder today. Jodie, 17, was an innocent victim who was knifed in an unprovoked 'drug feud' attack in a park in Harold Hill, east London in March. Svenson Ong-a-Kwie, 19, and a 17-year-old boy, who cannot be named, were today convicted of the killing following a lengthy trial. Police have admitted they may never know the true motive for the stabbing, but prosecutors believe Ong-a-Kwie wanted to get revenge for being knifed by a rival a few months earlier. It is thought he may have mistakenly believed his rivals were in the park at the time and wrongly stabbed Jodie. Jodie and her friends had been smoking cannabis and listening to music in a park when she was stabbed in the back on the evening of March 1. - (Black-on-white) - (UK) |

sentenced to prison in murder of GR pizzeria owner GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — A man, who admitted to fatally stabbing Grand Rapids pizzeria owner Joey Vitale inside his own restaurant last year, was sentenced Thursday to serve decades in prison. Kent County Judge Mark Trusock sentenced Tony Streets Jr. to 50-100 years behind bars for stabbing Vitale inside Burton Heights Pizza in Grand Rapids back in October 2018. Investigators say Streets caused a disturbance inside the pizza restaurant and refused to leave. Witnesses say when Vitale tried to calm down Streets, he stabbed him. After the stabbing, police say Streets ran from the restaurant, robbed a person in the parking lot and tried to steal a car. After the attack, Vitale tried to drive himself to the hospital, but he crashed during the drive. Vitale died the next morning from his stab wounds. In October, Streets pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and carjacking as a fourth-time felony offender. Before learning his fate, Streets faced friends and family of Vitale as they delivered their message to him before he gets locked up. Vitale’s wife, Christine, says she won’t let what he took from her family affect her, or her children’s life. “You stole my husband from me and from my children one of the greatest dads from this earth, but you can never rob us of his spirit,” she said. “Even after all that you have taken from us, I promise I will never let my emotions cloud or steal a single moment of my life with my children.” Shortly after Vitale’s wife spoke, Judge Trusock addressed Streets, in which he did not mince words. “It’s my understanding that he would help people out, he would help feed people in this community, and what did you do? You were drunk, you took a knife, and you stabbed him and there is no excuse or justification for that,” Trusock said. - (Black-on-white) |

She said she got him to walk downstairs and asked him if he was hungry and he replied "yes" so she put some food in a bag and gave it to him, the documents say. Doctors quickly saw the problem: An 8-inch screwdriver sitting in his rectum. During surgery to remove the screwdriver, doctors found the tool had cut into the man's abdominal cavity and had also perforated his large intestine, according to the New York Post. The Annals of Medicine and Surgery report does not address the reason the screwdriver was in the man's rectum, but the patient has a history of mental illness, including schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. The report does add that the most common reason for a foreign body to be inserted into the anal region is for sexual pleasure. |

sanctioned for pressuring lawyer to settle case over ‘racist’
remark A Brooklyn judge has been hit with a sanction for threatening to file a complaint against an attorney for making what she called a “racist” comment in her court — unless his client immediately agreed to settle a case. The state’s Commission on Judicial Conduct on Thursday announced it had reprimanded Brooklyn Supreme Court Justice Genine Edwards for her conduct in a 2017 trial in a Brooklyn car accident case. During his closing arguments, (Jordanian-surnamed) defense attorney Michael Tawil said that a Hispanic cab driver could have been “frying up plantanos in the front seat” at the moment that he was involved in an auto accident, according to the panel’s determination. Afterwards, Edwards met with Tawil in her chambers and told him his comment was “racist” and that she and her staff were offended, the determination reads. She then told Tawil: “What’s going to happen now is your client is going to pay $25,000 to settle this case right now or I am going to report you to the Appellate Division Second Department. That’s your license counselor,” the report says. Tawil’s client didn’t take the settlement, but the judge didn’t end up reporting the attorney. Commission Administration Robert Tembeckjian said “Threatening to file a professional grievance against an attorney, as a means to effect a settlement, is coercive and improper,” |
