dumped near Apopka church were stabbed, shot (by black pimp)  ORANGE
COUNTY, Fla. - An arrest has been made in connection with the deaths
of two women who were found dumped near an Apopka church in May,
according to the Orange County Sheriff's Office. The deaths of Kristina Upchurch, 34, and Nicole Evans, 37, were ruled as a double homicide early on in the investigation. Orange County Sheriff John Mina said Evans suffered two gunshot wounds to the head and multiple stab wounds, and Upchurch was stabbed multiple times. On Thursday, Mina said 26-year-old Pablo Antonio Tavarez had been arrested in connection with Upchurch's death, and he's expected to be charged in connection with Evans' death as well. Deputies said that based on signs of decomposition, Evans' body was dumped on Orange Blossom Trail about three weeks before Upchurch's body was placed in the same spot. While the investigation is still ongoing, Mina said investigators believe the two women were prostitutes and Tavarez hired them. Forensic evidence led authorities to identify Tavarez as a suspect, officials said. He is facing a first-degree murder charge. - (Black-on-white) |

standoff MILWAUKEE
—Police in Daphne, Alabama now confirm the man who killed himself
during an hours-long standoff in Milwaukee was wanted in connection
with a hotel robbery there. The standoff happened near 46th and
Vliet streets Wednesday evening.Assistant Police Chief Michael Brunson said officers made numerous requests for the man, identified as Gary Eubanks, 25, to come out of the home. Officers knew Eubanks was armed but said he didn't threaten officers, Brunson said. After about four hours, police said they heard a single gunshot. They went inside and found Eubanks dead from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound, according to Brunson. Brunson said Eubanks was from Alabama. Police said he was involved in some "heinous" crimes in Ohio and Alabama. Eubanks' (defiled white) girlfriend was found dead behind the backstop of a baseball field at a high school near Cincinnati last week. Both she and Eubanks were wanted in connection with the Alabama hotel robbery two days earlier. Police say they continue to look for a third suspect in the robbery. |

Plastic Bag Touched Her
 PHILADELPHIA
(CBS) — A 70-year-old woman is badly injured after she was attacked
on a SEPTA bus. Transit police are now working to track down the
female suspect who they caught on surveillance video.The victim is still in the hospital dealing with serious facial injuries Wednesday night. A close family friend of the victim says that the attack occurred after the plastic bag that the victim was holding touched the woman riding next to her, setting her off. “She’s somewhat special needs — totally capable out and about all day, everyday and she’s a hard worker but she comes here to feel safe, to feel protected,” friend of the victim Dana Gibson-Rogers said. Police say the 70-year-old woman was attacked by a stranger while riding on the Route 70 bus around 7 p.m. Tuesday. “She was in my kitchen just profusely bleeding. She had a rag up to her face and I just saw her and I hugged her,” Gibson-Rogers said. According to SEPTA police, the incident occurred shortly after the suspect boarded the bus across the street from Curran-Fromhold Correctional Facility on State Road. The victim told those close to her that the woman sat next to her on the bus, then became upset about a plastic bag the victim was holding, and unleashed. Gibson-Rogers says a winter jacket was in the plastic bag. “She’s got multiple breaks on her face including her nose and her orbital bone,” Gibson-Rogers said. The suspect is described as a black female in her 30s, with black hair. She was last seen wearing a black jacket, yellow shirt, black pants and black shoes. - (Black-on-white) |

convicted on rape charges found dead in Miami County Jail cell TROY
— A man found guilty earlier this month on rape charges was found
dead in his jail cell in the Miami County Jail early Thursday
morning, according to the Miami County Sheriff’s Office. Ebon A. Hahn Sr., 29, of Troy, was found in his jail cell suffering from injuries of hanging around 3:45 a.m., Miami County Sheriff Dave Duchak said in a media release. Life-saving measures were attempted, but Hahn was pronounced dead at the scene, investigators said. Deputies said there were no signs of foul play and Hahn had not previously shown signs of being suicidal. However, a suicide letter was recovered during the investigation, deputies said. Hahn was found guilty Oct. 3 on charges of rape, sexual battery, and pandering obscenity involving a minor, according to court documents. He was set to be sentenced in November. |

(CBS) – A man accused of killing his mother, stepfather and two
brothers, including a 6-year-old, was found sitting naked in a
chair, drinking from a vodka bottle and with a rifle case next to
him when police arrived at the West Philadelphia home. Police say
29-year-old Maurice Louis confessed to shooting and killing all four
victims after a family incident. Louis’
mother, 51-year-old Janet Woodson, was found by the front door.
His stepfather, 56-year-old Leslie Holmes, was found in the
dining room. His brothers, 7-year-old Leslie Woodson and
18-year-old Sy-eed Woodson, were discovered dead in
the kitchen and a second-floor rear bedroom.Police said the family was known to have had trouble with a "mentally unstable son."  Seasoned
investigators told CBS3 the scene was something out of a horror
flick. It’s believed Louis was lying in wait for each
victim and used a birdshot in the shotgun. Police say the
shots would have had to be at point-blank range for them to be

Ohio — Federal and state agents arrested two Cleveland brothers in a
human-trafficking investigation that ended Wednesday with a brief

sexually abusing a 5-year-old, records say.Reuben Rankin, 34, and Dominique Rankin, 29, were arrested following the raid, Ohio Attorney General’s Office spokesman Steve Irwin said. 6300 block of Lebanon Avenue.According to officials, once inside the store, the suspect pointed a handgun at the cashier as he demanded money. The cashier placed $100 into a bag and handed it to the thief. ROUGE - LSU Police have arrested a man on an obscenity count in a
case in which a student encountered a driver who appeared to be
masturbating in a vehicle.The woman said she was walking to her vehicle in the Residential College gravel lot on Oct. 2 when a man driving a Kia Sportage called her over and drove towards her. She saw that he appeared to be touching himself and turned away, according to a police report. Investigators used surveillance video to find the owner of the car and then to identify a suspect. Malcolm Anthony Allen White, 31, was booked on a count of obscenity. He may have been using his girlfriend's car to work for a ride-sharing app at the time of the crime, the police report said. |

House party murder suspect may be linked to 'Pokemon Go' murder,
court documents say
  ALBUQUERQUE,
N.M. — Court documents filed Wednesday indicate that a 19-year-old
believed to be involved in the death of a Sandia High School senior
may also be connected to the fatal shooting of a 21-year-old woman
killed while playing "Pokemon Go." In the documents, the
prosecution lays out what witnesses say happened the night 17-year-old
Sean Markey was killed.According to investigators, Markey was at a homecoming party at a home in northeast Albuquerque on Sept. 29. The documents say Izaiah Garcia filed multiple gunshots outside that home, apparently intending to injure someone in retaliation for an incident that happened three years prior. But instead of shooting the intended victim, Garcia allegedly shot and killed Markey, who was standing near the scene. Witnesses told police that the shooter, later identified as Garcia, drove a red Pontiac sedan. Less than a month later, the documents explain that a man in that same car was involved in the robbery and the shooting of 21-year-old Cayla Campos. While the documents did not explicitly name Garcia as the suspect in that killing, they say that a short, masked young man driving a red Pontiac sedan exited his car armed with a rifle and robbed “young male victims” parked in a car near Bianchetti Park. According to the report, the robber in that case approached the victims and asked, “What the (expletive) are you doing in front of my house?” The documents go on to say the robber then proceeded to rob that group at gunpoint before firing his gun at a second car nearby, hitting and killing Campos, who was in the car with her boyfriend. Neighbors told investigators they knew the suspect and told officers which house he lived at on Granite Avenue. On Monday, police arrested Garcia at that same home in connection with the death of Markey. |

not guilty in Rockland County Court to new charges of improperly
touching a teenage boy's genitals.Yoel Oberlander is being held in federal custody in New Jersey on accusations of violating his supervised release from prison based on his June arrest in Rockland on the new charges, his attorney Daniel Bertolino said today. Oberlander was arraigned Tuesday by County Court Judge Larry Schwartz in New City on grand jury misdemeanor charges of third-degree sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child. Oberlander is accused of improperly touching a 15-year-old boy's genitals on June 3, Bertolino said. Oberlander was sentenced to 13 months in federal prison in July 2017 for assault with intent to commit stalking when he touched a woman's chest and harassed her during an El Al flight from Tel Aviv to Newark Liberty Airport in May 2016. He was placed on three years supervised release. Oberlander is listed as Level 2 on the New York state Sex Offender Registry, indicating he is at moderate risk to re-offend. The registry gives his addresses as Maple Avenue in Monsey and Route 208 in Monroe. He was added to the registry based on his 2002 conviction for having sexual contact with an 11-year-old girl in Ramapo. |

Attempted Capital Murder 
 DENTON,
Texas (CBSDFW.COM) – A man was arrested and charged with attempted
capital murder in connection to the shooting of a Denton police
officer early Tuesday morning.The officer, Urbano Rodriguez Jr. is a five year veteran. He is currently in critical condition at Medical City Denton where he is being treated for two gunshot wounds, one to the head and one to the femur. However, Denton Police Chief Frank Dixon said his “prognosis is favorable.” The back-up officer who returned fire, striking both suspects, was identified as Randy Cole. He is a rookie, having only worked for the department for less than a year. Antwon Donail Pinkston is now behind bars after the shooting, which happened just after midnight outside a Taco Bell on University Drive, about two miles from the University of North Texas campus. He sustained gunshot wounds to his arms. The driver, Michele Lee Stacey, was also arrested. She sustained gunshot wounds to her arms, too. Stacey is currently being held on a parole violation. |

at their shared southwest suburban home in 2015.Chandel Dirkans, 37, was found guilty in August on 17 total counts of aggravated criminal sexual assault, criminal sexual assault, aggravated unlawful restraint and aggravated domestic battery, the Will County state’s attorney’s office said. “This young woman lived through a horrendous nightmare in her own home when Dirkans brutally and repeatedly sexually assaulted her,” Glasgow said. “The sentence handed down today drives a stake straight through the heart of the beast. This savage predator will never have the opportunity to brutalize another young woman.” Dirkans assaulted his sister’s stepdaughter, who was 16 at the time, five times over a three-hour period on Nov. 5, 2015, while the rest of their family was at work, prosecutors said. The girl testified that Dirkans dragged her upstairs and placed her in a chokehold until she lost consciousness, prosecutors said. When she woke up, he threatened her with a knife and assaulted her, saying “You’re either going to f—- me or I’m going to kill you.” After assaulting her upstairs, Dirkans took the girl down to the kitchen and then further down into the basement, assaulting her multiple times in both locations, prosecutors said. He then forced the girl into his vehicle and drove around, threatening to kill her again before eventually letting her out in their driveway. |

Tenn. (WMC) - Millington police have released a sketch of a man
accused of repeatedly stabbing a
health care worker earlier this month. Police say it
happened Oct. 7 at Professional Care Services on Navy Road. The
woman just arrived at the clinic when she said she was attacked by an
unshaven black man between the ages of 30 and 40 years old.
He was about 5 feet 9 inches tall with a thin build and wearing a
green hoodie. Police say the victim helped officers develop
the sketch. The suspect is believed to be in a newer model white
Nissan Altima or Maxima. The victim was a nurse practitioner at the
mental health clinic. She went to the hospital with serious
injuries. It’s not clear if the suspect was a patient at the

two Memphis rapes more than 30 years old, according to the Shelby
County District Attorney General’s Office.In 2017, Jimmy Love’s profile was entered into the national FBI database as part of the effort to end the Memphis and Shelby County rape kit backlog. Love was serving a life sentence for various sex and violent crimes at a Florida prison where DNA swabs then confirmed he matched evidence in Memphis rape cases from 1986 and 1987. The 54-year-old Memphis native was extradited to the city this week on two counts of aggravated rape, especially aggravated kidnapping, aggravated burglary and aggravated robbery. |

sandwiches HOUSTON,
Texas (KTRK) -- Houston police are searching for the man they
believe threatened Popeyes employees with a gun because the
restaurant was out of its popular chicken sandwich. Joshua Robicheaux, 35, has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. A warrant is out for his arrest. The incident happened Sept. 2, not long after the restaurant chain took the sandwich off the menu because they couldn't keep it in stock due to high demand. Police say Robicheaux and some friends were initially in the drive-thru. They became upset that the restaurant didn't have the chicken sandwich, so they tried to get into the lobby, police say. According to court records, that is when Robicheuax allegedly pulled up his shirt, displaying a gun and said, "I'll shoot this (expletive) up." Robicheaux has a lengthy criminal history that includes robbery, drug possession and burglary, according to online court records. |

(WLS) -- A woman was arrested on animal cruelty charges after police
found several abused dogs at a home in Austin on Chicago's West
Side.Breanna Evans, 22, was charged with a felony count of aggravated cruelty to an animal. The Chicago Police Department said on October 14 officers found six abused dogs while responding to an unrelated call at a home in the 5400 block of West Potomac Avenue. A pit bull named Frank was one of the dogs saved from the brink of starvation. Police said he was emaciated to the point where his ribs and spine were showing through his coat. "Frank was emaciated, abused, left to die in a basement stairwell," said CPD Officer Paul Lauber, who found the dogs. Lauber said the owner was using them to breed puppies. "Once the dog had the puppies they would neglect and let the dog die," Lauber said. "He could barely stand up, barely walk," said Dr. Peter Sakas, with the Niles Animal Hospital. "He was in critical shape and would have been dead the next day, he was that sick." |

fatally shot in their home Wednesday and the

When officers arrived, they found 51-year-old Janet Woodson's body by the front door, 18-year-old Sy-eed Woodson's body in a bedroom, 7-year-old Leslie Holmes Jr. shot in the kitchen and 56-year-old Leslie Holmes Sr. by the basement door, WPVI-TV reported. All four were pronounced dead on scene, police said. Arriving officers found a 29-year-old man, who police said is Woodson's son and Holmes' stepson, in a second-floor bedroom and took him into custody. A weapon was also recovered. Police said the family was known to have had trouble with a "mentally unstable son."

An Indiana teenager pleaded guilty Wednesday to murdering a high
school cheerleader who was pregnant with his baby, according
to a report.Aaron Trejo, 17, pleaded guilty during a scheduled status hearing, according to WSBT-TV. Trejo was accused of stabbing 17-year-old Breana Rouhselang and their unborn baby last Dec. 8. The high school football player told police that the two had argued about the pregnancy on the night of her death, Fox 59 reported. Trejo told Mullins that he stabbed Rouhselang in the heart with a knife because he thought it would kill her quickly, then stuffed her body into a black plastic bag, tossed the bag into a trash bin behind a restaurant and threw her phone and the weapon into a river in Mishawaka, which is about 80 miles east of Chicago. |

Instead, when Konstantinides reached inside the car to make a grab at the keys, Lopez hit the gas, dragging the cop into traffic along bustling Grand Concourse, the documents said. jury’s verdict that found their son’s killer not guilty of voluntary
manslaughter. On Thursday, (BLACK) Michael White was found
not guilty in the 2018 fatal stabbing of (WHITE)
Sean Schellenger.White used the word “bittersweet” when talking for the first time since the ruling while in church Sunday. He also apologized. ut Schellenger’s family says the apology was “empty words.” “When you’re 5 years old, you’re taught to apologize and when you do, you’re taught to apologize to the person you need to apologize to,” Mark Schellenger said. “This is just further PR on the killer’s part, and quite frankly, people that have been coaching him throughout. It’s for the public, it’s not for us.” Much of the family’s anger is directed at Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner, who just days before the trial, removed a third-degree murder charge. “We fully expected it,” Schellenger said. “This was manufactured by Larry Krasner from the outset. We were never represented. Our views were never represented, everything we asked for went the other way.” The family believes the defense portrayed Sean Schellenger as racist to distract and confuse the jury. “Sean can’t defend himself. He’s dead,” Mark Schellenger said. “It was just done to save the killer’s rear end at the expense of my son’s memory. And if there is anything I’m here for, and I’ll always be here for, Sean Schellenger was no racist.” He wants to clear his son’s name. “He’s supposed to be the victim but he was put on trial there. He was trashed,” Schellenger said. White’s lawyers said Sean Schellenger hurled a racially charged phrase at White, and then picked him up and swung him around in the air. Schellenger was stabbed during the scuffle that lasted only seconds. The Schellenger family also questions testimony where White accused his son of being racist. Sunday in Etowah County, and now authorities are on the hunt for a
suspect.Attalla police and Etowah County sheriff’s deputies responded just before 2 a.m. to a 911 call of a shooting at 525 Country Road. When lawmen arrived on the scene, they found two people had been wounded by gunfire and transported via private vehicle to separate hospitals. Sheriff’s officials said they learned that roughly 80 to 100 people were at the party when reportedly a single gunshot was fired. After the gunshot, everyone quickly fled the scene. Alli Grace Tucker, age 21, of Crossville, taken to Gadsden Regional Medical Center and shortly released after treatment of a gunshot injury below her knee. Kalab Blake Whitworth, 18, of Gadsden, was transported to Riverview Regional Medical Center and then transferred to UAB Hospital in Birmingham, where he died during surgery. Whitworth had been shot in the chest. The investigation shows, officials say, that a black male arrived at the party about an hour prior to the shooting and got into an argument with Whitworth. He fired a single shot striking the victim in the chest. The bullet exited the Whitworth’s back and struck Tucker in the leg, below the knee. Whitworth is one of two teens charged a Jan. 4, 2018 shooting death in Gadsden. Whitworth was 16 when he was charged in the death of 18-year-old Aaron Joe Huff. Responding To Falsely Reported Marijuana Theft

Calif. (AP) — Three men have been charged in connection with the
fatal shooting of a Northern California sheriff’s deputy who was
killed while responding to a falsely reported theft from an
illegal marijuana growing operation in the rural Sierra
Nevada foothills, authorities said Thursday.El Dorado County Sheriff’s Deputy Brian Ishmael, 37, was slain early Wednesday morning in the community of Somerset. An off-duty sheriff’s deputy from San Joaquin County was doing a ride-along with Ishmael and was also shot. The pair were responding to a 911 call reporting people stealing marijuana plants outside a private residence. But the caller, Christopher Ross, did not tell police that he had a business arrangement with the growers. “Had he been truthful with our deputies and the 911 dispatcher, this tragedy would not have occurred,” El Dorado County Sheriff John D’Agostini told reporters. Ross, 47, is charged with involuntary manslaughter and remains incarcerated on $50,000 bail, jail records show. When Ishmael and the off-duty deputy announced their presence at the back of the 75-plant growing operation, “they were immediately confronted with gunfire,” D’Agostini said. Ishmael was struck once in the upper chest, above his bulletproof vest, and once in the foot, the sheriff said. The off-duty deputy, whose name has not been made public, was hit once and tried to help Ishmael. The alleged gunman, Juan Carlos Vasquez Orozco, underwent surgery for gunshot wounds, D’Agostini said. He was arrested on suspicion of murder and assault with a deadly weapon but has not been booked yet. Ramiro Bravo Morales, 22, is charged with being an accessory and is in custody on $250,000 bail. It was not immediately clear if any of the suspects had attorneys who could speak on their behalf. of two people at a party Saturday night.Brandon Gonzales, 23, is charged with capital murder of multiple persons and his bond is set at $1,000,000. Gonzales was arrested at a local car dealership where he worked as a mechanic. Of the 12 people injured, six were shot — four critically injured — and the other six were hurt running for their lives. Investigators believe the shooter had an intended victim, but the rest of the people hit were random. update on the arrest of five people after an alleged murder and
arson in Otsego County last week.Thursday evening, State Police and local firefighters were called to 162 Head Road in Worcester for a report of a structure fire. When first responders arrived, police say it turned into much more. "They actually discovered that there was a body inside of the residence. You could see it through the front door,” said NYSP Captain Scott Heggelke. Troopers entered the burning home and pulled 53-year-old Kenneth Robinson from the building. Robinson was deceased and had suffered multiple gunshot wounds. Robinson's two children were staying with him at the time of the incident, but made it out safely before the fire started. Police say Robinson was targeted by the suspects, and the fire was set intentionally in one of the back bedrooms. "This was not a random attack. The victim was targeted. There's no threat to public safety. And again, we are very confident that everyone that was inside of that residence - we have them in custody," said Heggelke. Nicholas Meridy, 32, along with three minors ages 15 to 17, has been charged with felony second-degree murder and first-degree burglary. The arrest report states the victim says she was raped by a male student in her high school’s equipment room during track practice. The incident reported happened in the 1500 block of Madison Avenue. tried to rape a woman while she was jogging in Homestead.Rosano Peck is accused of grabbing the victim, trying to kiss her and pulling down her pants. A witness called police after seeing the alleged crime unfold along the busway at 244th Street. Peck is now charged with attempted sexual battery. |

Del. (CBS) — Police in Newport are searching for a suspect who they
say attempted to abduct a 12-year-old girl while she was walking
home from school Thursday. Police responded to the area of Augustine
and East Christian Streets Thursday afternoon to find the victim and
her mother. Police describe the suspect as a black man with short, braided hair. He was last seen wearing a dark-colored shirt. |

young girls sexually harassed by pervs in separate NYC incidents An
11-year-old girl and a 14-year-old girl were harassed
by pervs in two separate incidents just a few weeks apart, police
said Wednesday.The 14-year-old was riding the downtown 5 train toward 125th Street and Lexington Avenue in Harlem around 8 a.m. Monday, Sept. 16, during rush hour when a man rubbed himself on her from behind and tried to lift her skirt, police said. The suspect fled at the East Harlem station when the young girl screamed for help, cops added. A few weeks later, the 11-year-old girl was walking on 72nd Street at 12th Avenue in Dyker Heights, Brooklyn, around 7:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 3, when a man in a black Dodge pickup truck lured her over to him, police said. When the girl walked over to the man, he revealed his private parts and began to fondle himself in front of her, cops said. The creep then drove away southbound on 12th Avenue, cops added. |

following a gun bust in the Bronx — by a judge who critics claim
owes her job to political connections, The Post has learned.Shakeil Chandler, 32, served an eight-year prison term for manslaughter for a 2006 shooting in Queens before being paroled in 2014, records show. On Oct. 4, the reputed Crips gang member was busted when cops responded to an electronic “ShotSpotter” report of gunfire and found a group of people — including a wounded victim — outside 1331 Beach Ave. in Soundview at about 1:50 a.m., law enforcement sources said. When he was hauled into court later that day, Bronx prosecutors sought to have him held on $75,000 bail, court records show. But Bronx Criminal Court Judge Jeanine Johnson freed Chandler without bail — even though the complaint noted his 2009 guilty plea in the slaying of 16-year-old Mario Young in Far Rockaway, Queens. Law enforcement sources were outraged. “Obviously, he has not been reformed,” one source said. “He is hanging out at 2 a.m. and there is a shooting. He is a threat to society.” Another said: “By releasing him on the streets, the judge is threatening the community and protecting a killer.” |

afternoon — attacking three elderly women, cops said. The random,
violent encounter unfolded on a northbound M101 after the unstable
38-year-old man hopped on at E. 86th Street and 3rd Avenue just
before 1 p.m. Wednesday, cops said.For no apparent reason, the man, identified by police sources as Obed Swah, cold-cocked a 68-year-old woman on the back of the bus. “Stop the bus! He’s hitting everybody in the face!” the 55-year-old bus driver, Marcos Otero recalled hearing a woman shouting amidst the panic. Otero pressed an emergency button to alert cops — the first time he’s done that in nine years — and pulling over on 93rd Street. That’s when Swah, who sources said has a history of mental illness, grabbed a 62-year-old woman by the back of the neck and threw her to the ground. suspects wanted in connection to an attack inside a liquor store.
Twenty-two-year-old Shykara Shell and 18-year-old Kahlef
Smith are wanted for allegedly assaulting
two employees at Collins Park Liquors on the 200
block of New Castle Avenue in New Castle on Oct. 8. Troopers
arrested 19-year-old Lynshone Glascoe while searching the
area at the time of the incident but Shell and Smith remain

(CBS) — A Philadelphia woman was arrested in connection to the
overdose death of a Willow Grove man, the Montgomery County District
Attorney’s Office says. Twenty-five-year-old Johneia Garrett,
of Philadelphia, was charged with drug delivery resulting in death,
involuntary manslaughter and other related charges on Oct. 18 in the
April overdose death of Nicholas
Golden. Police were called to Golden’s home in
Willow Grove around 5 a.m. on April 10 for an unresponsive man. His
mother told arriving officers he was addicted to heroin, which
he snorted, and drug-related paraphernalia was found near the

into custody on Wednesday over the shooting death of Aaron
'A.J.' Huff in Gadsden, north east of Birmingham, last
week. Altman and four other teenagers have all been charged with
capital murder. Broderick Lawrence Pearson, 18, Lonterry
Orlando Harrison, 17, Kalab Blake Whitworth, 16,
and Tyler Michael Abbott, 17, were the others charged in
