Convicted killer released without bail by NEGRESS judge with
political connections A convicted killer and reputed gangbanger was released without bail following a gun bust in the Bronx — by a judge who critics claim owes her job to political connections, The Post has learned. Shakeil Chandler, 32, served an eight-year prison term for manslaughter for a 2006 shooting in Queens before being paroled in 2014, records show. On Oct. 4, the reputed Crips gang member was busted when cops responded to an electronic “ShotSpotter” report of gunfire and found a group of people — including a wounded victim — outside 1331 Beach Ave. in Soundview at about 1:50 a.m., law enforcement sources said. When he was hauled into court later that day, Bronx prosecutors sought to have him held on $75,000 bail, court records show. But Bronx Criminal Court Judge Jeanine Johnson freed Chandler without bail — even though the complaint noted his 2009 guilty plea in the slaying of 16-year-old Mario Young in Far Rockaway, Queens. Law enforcement sources were outraged. “Obviously, he has not been reformed,” one source said. “He is hanging out at 2 a.m. and there is a shooting. He is a threat to society.” Another said: “By releasing him on the streets, the judge is threatening the community and protecting a killer.” |

Three
elderly women attacked on Upper East Side bus by cowardly, rude
berserk subhuman LIBERIAN-surnamed negro An unhinged passenger went berserk on an Upper East Side bus Wednesday afternoon — attacking three elderly women, cops said. The random, violent encounter unfolded on a northbound M101 after the unstable 38-year-old man hopped on at E. 86th Street and 3rd Avenue just before 1 p.m. Wednesday, cops said. For no apparent reason, the man, identified by police sources as Obed Swah, cold-cocked a 68-year-old woman on the back of the bus. “Stop the bus! He’s hitting everybody in the face!” the 55-year-old bus driver, Marcos Otero recalled hearing a woman shouting amidst the panic. Otero pressed an emergency button to alert cops — the first time he’s done that in nine years — and pulling over on 93rd Street. That’s when Swah, who sources said has a history of mental illness, grabbed a 62-year-old woman by the back of the neck and threw her to the ground. He then punched a 75-year-old woman in the head, cops said. EMS treated the victims — ages 62, 68 and 75 — for minor injuries on the scene, - Round em up - ship em out! - SEND THEM ALL BACK! |

BLACK BRUTE SHOVES (WHITE) woman head-first into subway train in
Brooklyn A shocking video shows a man shoving a woman into a train at a Brooklyn subway station Wednesday night in what appeared to be an unprovoked attack. The man, hopping up and down and screaming “What!” several times, appears to initially shove somebody else in the 7:20 p.m. incident at the Dekalb Avenue subway station in Fort Greene. He then pummels the unsuspecting woman with both hands, forcing her to tumble face-first into the idle train. The NYPD was called to the station, but the crowd had dispersed by the time they arrived. Cops are working to identify the suspect. It’s unclear if the woman was seriously injured. believe missing Hispanic Texas mom was dismembered with chainsaw
by her black boyfriend HOUSTON, Texas -- A man has been charged with murder in the case of a Houston mother who went missing over a year ago, and authorities are asking for the public's help in locating him. Erik Arceneaux is accused of killing his girlfriend, Maria Jimenez-Rodriguez, and dismembering her body with a chainsaw, according to court documents. Jimenez-Rodriguez was last seen on June 21, 2018, when she dropped her daughter off with the babysitter and went to work in her silver truck. The single mother was a paralegal working at the Milledge Law Firm, but on June 21, she never arrived to work. Her co-workers said it was unusual and out of character. Investigators say her co-workers also said that they started receiving strange text messages from Jimenez-Rodriguez saying that she would be late. Her co-workers questioned the legitimacy of the text messages because they didn't sound like they were coming from Jimenez-Rodriguez. According to court documents, Arceneaux told police he hadn't seen Jimenez-Rodriguez that day, but cellphone data showed that their phones were at the same location. Authorities say they tracked the phones to a Home Depot in northwest Houston, and surveillance video shows a man matching Arceneaux's description purchasing trash bags and a chainsaw. Investigators say they located the receipt for the items, which was signed, "Erik Arceneaux." Records show that Jimenez-Rodriguez's phone was at the same location, but she was not seen on surveillance video. Police say they detected blood on the ceiling and walls when they searched Arceneaux's home. Arceneaux was charged in August, but authorities haven't been able to locate him. Arceneaux pleaded guilty to aggravated assault in 2011 after he held a gun to the head of a woman he was dating and threatened to kill her. Police don't believe Jimenez-Rodriguez is alive, but her body hasn't been found. |

porno videos of 15-year-old girl lead to (black) Davie man’s
arrest When a 15-year-old girl’s mother found out sexually explicit photos of her daughter were online, it had been nearly a year since her family had seen her. Police investigated and discovered nearly 60 pornographic videos of the Sunrise girl posted on Periscope, Pornhub, Modelhub, Snapchat and other websites, according to an arrest report. In some of the videos with the girl was a bald man who police recognized as one of two men the girl was with in February when a clerk at a 7-11 in Davie recognized her. Police obtained video surveillance from the store after that Feb. 26 sighting was reported. The video shows the girl trying to shield her face so the clerk at the store at 8630 W. State Road 84 couldn’t see her. The girl and the two men left in a black Dodge Challenger. Its tag was not visible, the report said. Police eventually linked the Dodge to a 30-year-old Davie man named Christopher Johnson and conducted surveillance at his apartment in the 8100 block of Southwest 24th Court. “The victim stated that she got pregnant from the defendant and he took her to the clinic to have an abortion,” Detective Adam Granit wrote in Johnson’s arrest report. |

Sheriff John D'Agostini told reporters later on Wednesday that Ismael and a San Joaquin County deputy responded to a call regarding a theft from a marijuana garden at a private home. Two suspects, both Hispanic men, were taken into custody, D'Agostini said. One had been shot and taken to the hospital. His condition was unknown. Ishmael, a husband, and father of three, was described as a four-year veteran with the El Dorado County Sheriff’s office who previously worked for the Placerville Police Department. "Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends," police said. A video posted by the department to Facebook showed the procession for the deputy on a nearby road. Working in law enforcement has been one of the most dangerous jobs in America. As of mid-September, 81 officers had died in the line of duty this year, with causes running the gamut from vehicular accidents and medical emergencies to homicides, according to data from the Officer Down Memorial Page. |

What is
a "STAR CHAMBER"? The Star Chamber (Latin: Camera stellata) was an English court which sat at the royal Palace of Westminster, from the late 15th century to the mid-17th century (c. 1641), and was composed of Privy Counsellors and common-law judges, to supplement the judicial activities of the common-law and equity courts in civil and criminal matters. The Star Chamber was originally established to ensure the fair enforcement of laws against socially and politically prominent people so powerful that ordinary courts would probably hesitate to convict them of their crimes. However, it became synonymous with social and political oppression through the arbitrary use and abuse of the power it wielded. In modern usage, legal or administrative bodies with strict, arbitrary rulings and secretive proceedings are sometimes called, metaphorically or poetically, "star chambers". This is a pejorative term and intended to cast doubt on the legitimacy of the proceedings. Due to the constitutional separation of powers and the ceasing of the Star Chamber, the main powers of select committees are to enhance the public debate—politicians are deemed to no longer wield powers in the criminal law, which belongs to the courts.[a] |

St. Louis County man killed (White) cab driver in robbery
attempt, then left bloody clothes outside his home ST. LOUIS COUNTY (KMOV.com) – A 40-year-old St. Louis man killed a cab driver during a robbery attempt early Thursday morning, St. Louis County prosecutors alleged Friday. Richard Lilie Jr., 47, was found with a gunshot wound in the 10100 block of Bon Oak Drive around 1:50 a.m. Thursday. The Wentzville man, who was driving for St. Louis County Cab, was pronounced dead on the scene. Charging documents said Antouine Redmon, 40, of Pebble Lane in Florissant, was charged with first degree murder and armed criminal action. During the investigation of the murder, police detectives learned Lilie was a taxi driver and contacted St. Louis County Cab for information about his most recent call. The company provided details, including the location of the cab, which was not near Lilie's body. Police said when officers arrived to where the cab was, in the 100 block of Taney Drive in Florissant, Redmon was seen going through items in the trunk. The investigation further discovered the cab's last call for service was Redmon's address. When police arrived there, they found a bag containing bloody clothes and gloves next to the home. Lilie's DNA was found on the clothes and Redmon's DNA on the inside of the gloves. Police said during an interview, Redmon admitted to killing Lilie during a robbery attempt. The tragedy has crushed Lilie's family. "I am also torn and angry someone would do this over money," said Lilie's daughter Heather, who was his only child. - (Black-on-white) |

Woman,
18, Visiting Chicago From Poland Had To Relearn How To Walk And
Talk After Brutal Rape by Black Beast CHICAGO — After surviving a traumatic brain injury and coming out of a coma, an 18-year-old Polish woman who was stalked and raped in a brutal attack in West Town last summer spent months in a rehab facility where she relearned how to walk and talk, prosecutors said Tuesday. Her alleged attacker, Rufus Carson, 38, rejected a plea deal in court Tuesday, telling Judge Thaddeus Wilson he’d like to take the case to trial. Wilson told Carson the plea deal, which offered a 30-year sentence, would be a “gift.” “I’m not gonna listen to that no more,” Carson told the judge. Instead, Carson has asked the state to consider a 25-year plea deal, according to the judge. He would not be eligible for parole and would have to serve 85 percent of the sentence; ultimately the victim will weigh in on whether the state should offer the lighter sentence. If the case goes to trial, Carson faces up to 150 years in prison, said prosecutor Mikki Miller. The audio feed begins with about 10 minutes of the victim screaming, as well as a “dull banging,” which Miller said was likely the noise of the victim’s head banging against the concrete ground. During the attack, Carson beat the victim repeatedly and raped her multiple times, Miller said. After 10 minutes, video footage resumes, showing Carson standing on Ogden Avenue, “adjusting his pants” and looking both ways, Miller said. Carson has five prior felony convictions including two for burglary, two for narcotics with intent to sell and one for possessing a stolen vehicle, police said. He also has a pending charge in McHenry County from when he was accused of holding his penis in front of his girlfriend’s 11-year-old daughter, Miller said. |

capture (black) man who allegedly sexually assaulted and
kidnapped Cobb woman MARIETTA, Ga. (CBS46) – Marietta Police said a man they said sexually assaulted and kidnapped a woman was captured in Athens City, Tennessee. Marietta Police said Kenneth Terry, 53, of Connecticut, tried to contact a woman multiple times since September 28. "He is obsessed with this woman and will not leave her alone," said Marietta Police Detective Michael Selleck. "You flee your home, you do everything to keep yourself safe, and he continuously finds you." The victim moved to the metro Atlanta area to conceal her identity from Terry, but he allegedly found her again Thursday night. Police said Terry then attacked the woman and kidnapped her. Authorities said they believe the initial assault took place somewhere in Sandy Springs before Terry allegedly forced the victim into her own vehicle and drove to the Marietta area. According to Marietta Police, the victim was severely beaten and stabbed before Terry pulled into an area hotel parking lot. Police said Terry briefly stepped out of the car in the parking lot and the victim locked the doors and drove the car to the front of the hotel where she jumped out and cried for help. Terry allegedly tried to force the victim back into the car until a security guard saw the struggle and confronted him. Police said Terry jumped into the victim’s car and drove off as the security guard called 911 for police and medical help. Police said the United States Marshals and Tennessee State Patrol chased Terry in his car with speeds topping 100 miles per hour. Marshals and the State Patrol were eventually able to capture Terry and said no one was injured during the chase or arrest Friday afternoon. Georgia authorities are working to extradite Terry back to Georgia where he is expected to face charges in multiple jurisdictions. |

Suspect to plead guilty to misdemeanor in judges' shooting case INDIANAPOLIS — A man charged with felony battery for his role in a fight involving two Clark County judges in May plans to plead guilty to a misdemeanor in the case. Alfredo Vazquez, 24, filed a plea agreement last week in Marion Superior Court in which he pleads guilty to one class A misdemeanor for battery resulting in bodily injury. If the plea is accepted at a hearing Oct. 23, all remaining charges — two level 6 felonies for battery and four other misdemeanors — will be dismissed. Court records show that in the early morning of May 1, Vazquez and Brandon Kaiser were involved in a verbal altercation with Clark County judges Andrew Adams and Brad Jacobs, and Crawford County Judge Sabrina Bell. The argument turned physical and involved Adams and Jacobs fighting with Vazquez and Kaiser before police say Kaiser pulled a gun and shot both judges. |
