Two black worthless low-life POS Suspects in connection with
fatal shooting at Pine Bluff pawn shop   PINE
BLUFF (KATV) — Authorities are asking the public for help locating
and identifying two suspects they believe are responsible for
fatally shooting one man and injuring a second at a Pine Bluff pawn
shop Monday night.Police say the shooting occurred at the Wise Buck Pawn Shop. According to a post on the department's Facebook page, officials believe two armed individuals entered the store where one exchanged gunfire with the business owner, identified as Brandon McHan. Police say the suspects fled the store, at which time another victim came to help McHan. Minutes later, however, the suspects returned. The second victim used McHan's firearm to exchange gunfire with both suspects. During this altercation, the victim was shot in the chin, abdomen and hand. Both victims were taken to a local hospital where McHan died as a result of his injuries. The second victim's condition is unknown. - (Black-on-white) |

COUNTY, Colo. -- An Uber driver was arrested on Sunday and is
accused of kidnapping and forcibly kissing a 15-year-old
female passenger in Golden on Saturday, the Jefferson County
Sheriff’s Office said. Now, the victim and her mother are speaking
out.According to deputies, just after 10 p.m. on Saturday, Uber driver Ahmed Muse picked up the teen at her job in the 100 block of North Rubey Drive in Golden using UberPOOL to go to her home 10 miles away. Brianna Allen lives just 15 minutes away from work at the Cast Iron Tavern, but says the whole trip took an hour and a half. Allen and her mother, Shamara Ludwig, spoke about the frightening ride. ...Muse bypassed her home saying that the app wasn’t functioning... When the driver finally drove Allen back home, the teenager said the driver forced himself on her. "He locked the doors, turned off all the interior lights and kissed me on the cheek twice. And so I tried pushing him away, and he grabbed the back of my neck and kissed me on the lips," she recalls. "I saw the unlock button, I clicked it, and I got out of the car." stabbed in Gary  The
boyfriend of a woman found stabbed last month in her Gary home has
been charged in her death. Kyle Washington, 37, was charged
in Lake Superior Court with the murder of Mary
Rawson, 34, court records show. Rawson’s mother requested a
welfare check Oct. 16 after hearing that her daughter had possibly
been killed. Officers found Rawson in a bedroom with “multiple stab wounds” and “a white cord wrapped tightly around her neck,” the affidavit states. A kitty litter box “was dumped all over the room and on Mary Rawson,” and her pockets were turned inside out. Officers also found a shower running upstairs with a computer internet router in it. Washington and Rawson lived together at the home on Tyler Street, and he “had made several death threats to her and was physically abusive to her,” Rawson’s sister said. “Mary Rawson feared for her life and did not know how to leave the relationship with Kyle” On Oct. 14, the sister saw “numerous bruises” on Rawson’s legs, shins and knees, which “Mary said were caused by physical abuse from Kyle.” Rawson’s 1997 Buick LeSabre was found Oct. 17 in the 9100 block of East 5th Avenue with clothing, a purse and a wallet inside, court records show. Police brought a K-9 to the scene, which led officers to a residence the 9300 block of Sunrise Boulevard in Gary where Washington’s relatives lived. The relatives told investigators that Washington came to the house the morning of Oct. 16 and banged on the door and windows, the affidavit states. One relative told police she overheard Washington say “he had murdered someone.” Washington asked the relative “to give him a hug and said that he was going away for a long time.” Washington’s shirt had “spots of blood on it.” - (Black-on-white) |

Durham 18-year-old accused of killing man while he was wanted by
police for separate kidnapping, rape DURHAM,
N.C. (WTVD) -- An 18-year-old accused of murder and rape in
two separate crimes is now behind bars, according to Durham Police
Department. Durham officers said Marquez Dashawn McMillian,
18, was arrested Monday night.McMillian is accused of killing Edward Abdullah, 63, and dumping his body at a construction site off South Alston Avenue. Abdullah's body was discovered Monday morning. Monday night, a car crashed into a sign in the Burger King parking lot on NC 55. The car belonged to Abdullah, but it was being driven by McMillian. "I was here last night," said a Burger King worker, who described how McMillian responded after coming face to face with police. "He didn't really do too much. He had on a hoody ... and he was looking kind of frantic." When officers arrested McMillian they discovered he had outstanding warrants from an Oct. 29 crime that happened in the area of Lakeland Street. In that case, police say McMillian kidnapped, assaulted, and raped a woman. The woman survived, but she sustained serious injuries. |

Allen woman accused of setting woman’s wig on fire BATON
ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - A Port Allen woman is accused of fighting with
another woman and allegedly setting the other woman’s wig on
fire. Police say Sherita L. Griffin, 34, and another
woman began arguing outside a home around 8:30 a.m. The
argument between the women escalated after Griffin hit the woman. The
other woman then armed herself with a knife and stabbed Griffin.
The women continued to fight and eventually Griffin pulled the
woman’s wig off her head. Griffin took out a "cigarette lighter to
set the wig on fire.” Responding officers said the women
continued to fight and Griffin picked up a shovel in an attempt to
hit the other woman with it. The other woman got into her vehicle to
avoid being hit with the shovel. Officers arrived and arrested
Griffin. Griffin admitted to the charges. |

Tea In Woman’s Face PHILADELPHIA
(CBS) — Police are searching for a suspect who was captured on
surveillance video throwing a cup of hot tea in an employee’s face
at the Silver Chopsticks
restaurant in the Logan section of Philadelphia. The
employee, a 47-year-old woman, was admitted to a
local hospital with second- and third-degree burns to her face. The
aggravated assault happened on Tuesday, Nov. 6, when an unknown male
entered the restaurant at 4711 N. Broad Street. The suspect engaged
in a verbal dispute with the employee before angrily throwing a cup

A father in California has been accused of driving his family,
including his two autistic sons, off a cliff after he purchased $6
million insurance policies in case of accidental deaths.Ali Elmezayen, 44, of Hawthorne, was charged with defrauding insurance companies following the April 9, 2015, episode, the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Central District of California announced Tuesday. Couple found dead inside burning car after giving (black) man a
ride - rat tried to escape by burrowing  SHREVEPORT,
LA (KSLA) - Shreveport police have launched a homicide investigation
into the deaths of a man and woman found dead in a car that caught
fire at an abandoned home late Thursday night. Police believe the
couple had given a ride to a man earlier in the evening.According to the Shreveport Police Department, a witness called officers and explained that someone approached her father and step-mother outside Mall St. Vincent. The suspect used the couple’s cell phone to call a cab before they decided to give them a ride. The couple was found inside a burning car at the home near the intersection of Penick Street and San Jacinto Avenue, approximately three miles from the mall. Firefighters were called to the scene just before midnight. Overnight, a family member called KSLA News 12 and stated two people went missing from the mall. The caller stated the couple was at the mall with their children when a man approached them asking for a ride. The couple asked their children to go home. The children said their parents never returned home. That same family member said the couple’s daughter said the money in her bank account was transferred to her parents and their phones were off. - (Black-on-white) |

of a Brooklyn Park apartment. The victims told police they
would go on “dates” and then give the money they made to the men.Daniels has a significant criminal history, including six felony convictions. |

Mo. (KMOV.com) - A Red Roof Inn worker was arrested after he
allegedly snuck into a woman's room and recorded himself sexually
assaulting her while she slept.Prosecutors charged Michael Brady, 36, with two counts of sodomy, burglary and invasion of privacy. According to police, Brady used a key card to enter a woman's hotel room while she was asleep at the Red Roof Inn located in the 300 block of Dunn Road. Officers found a video on Brady's cellphone that showed him inappropriately touching the victim. Another video was found on his phone where he was seen sexually assaulting a different woman, police say. The video was recorded around Nov. 5. |

say Police
say a man was wandering through Dickerson Park Zoo Tuesday night
after it had closed, acting odd and refusing to leave. Joseph L.
Binford, 37, was flailing his arms about and talking to people
who weren't there, according to court documents. When a zookeeper
confronted him, the man allegedly commanded the zoo animals to eat
the zookeeper. The animals — identified by a zoo spokeswoman
as cheetahs — ignored his commands. Two officers responded to the
zoo, documents say, and they found Binford on a grassy knoll.
According to court documents, Binford was screaming unrecognizable
statements about "God" and "Lucifer," while holding a silver
object in each hand. Police commanded Binford to drop the objects,
documents say, but Binford, like the cheetahs, did not obey
commands. Instead, documents say Binford ran up to one of the
officers and hurled the silver object — later determined to be a
dinner fork — at him. The officers eventually used Tasers on Binford
and arrested him, documents say, though during a struggle he
appeared to grab for an officer's gun. |

arrested after allegedly being forced off an airplane because he was
drunk and battered an airline staffer. Pinellas County Sheriff's
officials say 51-year-old Derrick Gilbert smelled of
alcohol and was yelling profanities at Allegiant Airline staff
when deputies arrived at St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport
Friday. Authorities said he initially refused to leave the plane
after staff said they have a zero tolerance policy for intoxication.
Gilbert is an officer with Sarasota Police. He is charged
with battering airline staff, domestic battery and trespassing. |

investigated by prosecutors. The mayor, councilman and three

Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino, located at 600 Huron Ave., the
Atlantic County Prosecutor's Officer said. Prosecutors would not
specify the nature of the incident, but Fauntleroy said it involved
only loud arguing and that no one was arrested. "We have no
further comment at this time," Atlantic County First Assistant

ate dirt and tree bark to survive': Third (black) suspect sought
in Columbia animal cruelty cases  Columbia,
SC (WLTX) - Two men have been arrested in connection to animal
cruelty investigations in the Columbia area, but police are still
looking for a third suspect. Columbia police are investigating
three separate incidents in the area. In the first case,
police responded to complaints about the living conditions for
two adult pit bulls at 1708 Gary Street on October
24. One dog, who lived in a small wooden crate, weighed about 20.6
pounds with a 13.5-pound logging chain around its neck. The second
dog weighed about 22.4 pounds and lived under the house in a small
enclosed space. Both dogs were reportedly without food and
water. The City of Columbia Animal Services is currently
taking care of the dogs to eventually put them up for adoption.
Joseph Harris, 41, was charged with two counts of ill
treatment of animals in this case.In the second case, five emaciated pit bulls were found in the backyard of a house on 1604 Hergett Drive on September 28 after a complaint from the National Humane Society. The dogs ate dirt and tree bark to survive, because they were left without food and water, according to a report. Antonio Lorick, 36, was charged with five counts of ill treatment of animals in this case.  Police
are still looking for 22-year-old Antonio Burkett, who will

Texas (CBSDFW.COM/AP) — An inmate at a West Texas lockup serving 25
years for sexually assaulting a child has been sentenced to death
for killing a female corrections officer. A Jones County jury on
Tuesday ordered the death penalty for 24-year-old Dillion
Compton. Jurors on Oct. 15 convicted Compton of capital murder
in the July 2016 slaying of guard Mari
Johnson. Prosecutors say Compton was found with scratches on
his face and his skin underneath Johnson’s fingernails.Her body was found in a storage room at the Robertson prison unit in Abilene and prosecutors say she suffered blunt force trauma and a crushed throat. The defense claimed the injuries were sustained when Compton attempted an “aggressive” form of CPR on her. They also claimed Compton and Johnson had a sexual relationship. Deliberations in the penalty phase began Monday in Anson, 200 miles west of Dallas. illegal immigrant accused of a triple murder in Missouri was
previously jailed and released in New Jersey on domestic violence
charges, authorities said, putting the spotlight on the conflict
between local and immigration authorities nationwide.Luis Rodrigo Perez, 23, a native of Mexico, is charged with fatally shooting two men and wounding two others on Nov. 1 and fatally shooting a woman the next day. He was being held on domestic violence charges at the Middlesex County Jail in New Jersey in December 2017 and was released in February, NJ.com reported. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials said they placed a detainer on Perez while he was in custody, but the request was not honored nor was the agency notified when he was let go, said Corey Price, acting executive director of ICE. “Yet again, an ICE detainer was ignored and a dangerous criminal alien was released to the streets and is now charged with killing three people,” Price said. “Had ICE’s detainer request in December 2017 been honored by Middlesex County Jail, Luis Rodrigo Perez would have been placed in deportation proceedings and likely sent home to his country – and three innocent people might be alive today. "It is past time that localities realize the perils of dangerous sanctuary policies and resume their primary goal of protecting their residents," Price added. Levey, 51, was arrested Wednesday afternoon outside his home in the 4200 block of North Clarendon after police identified him as the swastika- and graffiti-drawing man who had been recorded on surveillance video November 2nd, four days before Election Day. But friends of Levey on Facebook, contacted by CWBChicago Friday, said he comes from a Jewish family and has been openly gay and a professed Democrat for years. Court files reviewed by CWBChicago today reveal that days before the 2016 presidential election, Levey was accused of assaulting an Uptown woman and damaging her property. |

ARLINGTON – The man arrested in connection with a woman's body found
in Upper Arlington has now been charged with murder, according to
the Franklin County Prosecutor. Mohamed Abdullahi, 27,
was arrested and charged with abuse of a corpse and arson in
mid-October, after being pulled over for a traffic violation.
Wednesday, it was announced by the prosecutor that Abdullahi was
indicted on murder charges by a grand jury for the death of Bobbie
Renee Simpson.Simpson was found in Burbank Park on Sunday, Oct. 14 after a passerby reported a fire. “Not only did this man murder this young woman, but he also set her body on fire in a park in Upper Arlington in order to avoid detection for the crimes he had committed," Prosecutor Rob O'Brien said. who is facing murder and cyber harassment charges, is scheduled to
return to court Friday after a detention hearing scheduled for
Wednesday was postponed. As a result, Bullock will remain in
the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center in North Brunswick
pending the outcome of that hearing.Bullock, 22, has been charged with attempted murder, conspiracy to commit murder, both first-degree crimes, and cyber harassment, a fourth-degree crime. He is accused of initiating a plot to murder two family members of an acquaintance who are not affiliated with Rutgers. Court records show Bullock also allegedly threatened to send "private intimate photographs" of a woman, to her job, in the cyber harassment charge filed against him as part of an ongoing attempted murder investigation. The complaint states the intent was to "emotionally harm the victim." The affidavit of probably cause indicates Bullock possessed the photos that were sexual in nature and he sent them to her during their electronic communications to harass her. Bullock was distraught following the recent breakup with a longtime girlfriend and allegedly made comments, viewed as threats, against the woman's family, according to an NJ Advance Media report. |

boy in his care.
Charles Garrett, 48, was accused of assaulting and molesting
the boy inside his Roberta Drive apartment between 2015 and 2016. On
Monday, he entered a guilty plea while jury selection was underway
for his upcoming trial, according to Cobb County District Attorney
Vic Reynolds. Garrett pleaded guilty to aggravated sodomy,
aggravated sexual battery, child molestation and cruelty to children
in the first degree. He was sentenced to life, with 18 years to serve in prison and the rest on probation. Garrett will also get credit for the time he has served since his March 2016 arrest, prosecutors said. |

(CBS SF) — A 13-year-old and 23-year-old man have been arrested for
igniting ‘an improvised explosive device’ that injured 10 Oakland
police officers during a demonstration in July, authorities
announced Thursday.The attack took place on July 23rd, during a gathering at the MacArthur BART Station to protest the stabbing death of 18-year-old Nia Wilson. Authorities said at least two M80- or M1000-type devices were thrown at officers, injuring them. Eventually, investigators were able to identify a person of interest and he was located. Detectives prepared a search warrant for the subject’s residence and a Ramey warrant was signed for his arrest. The 13-year-old was taken custody and evidence linking him to the crime was recovered during the search. “He made a full confession, apologized for injuring the officers and cooperated with the investigation,” Oakland police said in a news release. “He provided a formal apology to the Oakland Police Department and plead guilty for felony criminal conspiracy.” Several search warrants were prepared and authorized for social media profiles, emails accounts, cell phone data and location information on a second suspect — identified as 23-year-old Giovonni Gaines. - (Black-on-white) |

His body was discovered in the taxi seven or eight hours later when someone reported to police that the vehicle had been parked there for a long time. Prosecutors said Ellis cooperated with homicide detectives and agreed to testify against Reese, who was sentenced by Dowd on Wednesday to 25 years in prison. Reese, 21, pleaded guilty to five felonies, including second-degree murder and first-degree robbery. Reese admitted pulling up behind Grice’s taxi, approaching the car and shooting the taxi driver in the neck before taking an iPhone and other items. Hammer-wielding black robber targets people in Harlem, police
say    HARLEM
(WABC) -- The NYPD is searching for a hammer-wielding robber who has
targeted victims in Manhattan. Police said the suspect has robbed at
least three people in Harlem after following them into their
buildings. The man threatened the victims with a red-handled
hammer, stole their cash and then took off, police said.
Police released a photo of the suspect, who they described as a
black man in his 40s who's about 6 feet tall and weighs about
220 pounds. |

Masked gunman killed by armed father in McDonald’s shooting
identified as Birmingham 24-year-old  The
masked gunman who died after opening fire inside a Birmingham
McDonald’s has now been identified. The Jefferson County Coroner’s Office identified the man has Antonio Demond Sanders. He was 24 and lived in Birmingham. He had only recently completed The Dannon Project, a program aimed at reducing recidivism. The shooting happened about 10:45 p.m. at the Lomb Avenue restaurant. Sanders was taken to Princeton Baptist Medical Center where he was pronounced dead at 11:16 p.m. A father who was eating inside the restaurant with his two teen sons was injured by Sander’s gunfire as was his 17-year-old son. He returned fire and killed Sanders. Sgt. Bryan Shelton said the restaurant was closing for the night and the manager was unlocking the door to let out the father and his sons. As the door was opened, a masked man – now identified as Sanders - burst inside and opened fire. The exiting customer was able to return fire, striking Sanders. |

Negro Arrested After Jumping On Moving Cars, Yelling At Officers    SHADYSIDE
(KDKA) – A bizarre scene unfolded Wednesday night in Shadyside near
the busy Bakery Square and Bakery Living apartments. Police said
witnesses called 911 about a, “naked man running through the
street,” and “leaping on top of moving cars.”The incident landed 22-year-old Kamaru-Deen Lawal in jail for resisting arrest. Police said when officers arrived he acted in “an aggressive manner” and “ignored all verbal commands.” Police said officers deployed a Taser on his buttocks and brought him down onto the sidewalk. Police said the suspect continued to resist arrest and they shackled his ankles. The entire ordeal attracted a crowd. Police said they believe the suspect was “under the influence of some type of controlled substance.” |

In a dark laundry room at a Jamaican Sandals resort, pinned to the floor by a hotel lifeguard, a Michigan teenage girl lay paralyzed with fear as the man bit her lip and raped her, violently robbing her [of her] virginity. When her mother found her after the assault, trembling and holding herself in a hallway, the 17-year-old couldn't speak. She could only point to a metal door. Behind the door, her friend was being gang-raped by three resort lifeguards. |

woman charged with murder of 2-year-old daughter HOUSTON
(FOX 26) - A Houston woman has been charged with murder in the death
of her 2-year-old daughter. Police say the girl died after being
severely beaten by her mother.Shandricka Nakesha Mack, 27, is charged with murder and injury to a child. On September 5, Houston police were flagged down after the 2-year-old girl was found unresponsive. Police say officers also noticed external injuries on her 1-year-old sister while they were waiting for paramedics. |

arrested in the beating death of toddler in his care  Thuds
from punches were audible through the walls of an apartment,
prompting a concerned citizen to call police. This time, on Sept.
19, was about the 10th occasion the person reporting had heard a
domestic-disturbance-related commotion coming from the apartment and
decided to finally speak up. So, Metro Police showed up to
investigate the claims, but a woman and a man there denied any abuse
had taken place, and the officers left.A month later, a 1-year-old boy was dead, fatally injured in the same location officers had responded to at the Pinewood Crossing Apartments, 764 Twain Ave., near Swenson Street, according to an arrest report. Robert Aaron Smith, who was tasked with caring for the boy, called 911 about 9:20 a.m. Oct. 9 to report a child in distress, police said. Injuries throughout the boy’s little body included rib fractures and internal bleeding from a broken liver and spine hemorrhaging, police said. He died at Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center. Brianna Brown, 24, the boy’s mother, who wasn’t present when first responders arrived, and Smith, 29, are accused of child abuse, police said. Smith is facing an additional count of murder. |

— Former Detroit Lions Hall of Famer Lem Barney and his wife
are suing a Detroit-area pizza chain for racial discrimination
after being refused service. The lawsuit filed in federal court
Monday says Lem and Jacqueline Barney went to Happy’s Pizza in
Commerce Township Nov. 2. The lawsuit says a manager referred
them to Happy’s Southfield location because “they would be more
at home there.” The Barneys are black. Southfield has a
majority black population and Commerce Township is mostly
white. The lawsuit says a manager told police the Barneys were
denied service because workers were preparing for a
corporate event. Company spokeswoman Sherrie Handrinos
denies any discrimination, saying workers were preparing that
day for a Nov. 6 opening. She adds many customers were referred
to two closer stores, not Southfield.
