Justice for (White) Pa. man shot dead by (black) teens while walking his dog It took two years, but there is some measure of justice for 51-year-old James Patrick Stuhlman, whom a trio of teens tried to rob, then shot dead, while he was walking his dog in Philadelphia in 2015. According to NBC-10 and the Philadelphia Inquirer, a jury late last week found 17-year-old Brandon Smith guilty of second-degree murder for his part in the attempted robbery-shooting of Stuhlman in Philly's Overbrook section in March 2015. Smith could face a prison sentence of 30 years to life in the shooting, despite the fact that he never touched or fired the gun. Worthless promiscuous drug-dealing black gets 58 years for murder of (white) adulterous mother (shacked-up with black drug addict) NEW LONDON — Lashawn Cecil has been sentenced to 58 years in prison for the murder of Norwich mother Jaclyn Wirth more than five years ago. A jury on Feb. 3 found Cecil, 36, guilty of firing nine shots through the door of Wirth’s Mohegan Commons apartment just before 1:40 a.m. on Dec. 14, 2011, leaving her wounded and dying in front of her two boys, then ages 7 and 2. Citing the crime as showing a “horrific disregard for human life,” Judge Barbara Jongbloed sentenced Cecil on Friday in New London Superior Court to two years less than the maximum penalty for murder. “Another young life has been tragically cut short because of drugs,” Jongbloed said. “This senseless violence must come to an end.” Numerous family members of both Cecil and Wirth attended the sentencing. Three of Wirth’s relatives spoke about their loss to the judge. Cecil, “appeared to come here to sell drugs,” fathered many children but had no apparent jobs to support them, and had a long criminal record and violent tendencies. He is the father of six children between ages 2 and 16. According to the prosecution, Cecil drove to Wirth’s apartment with two other drug dealers either to collect a debt from or to punish Ezekiel Boyce, the brother of Wirth’s live-in fiancé, Michael Boyce. Neither brother was there that night. Why Cecil fired through the door remains unclear. - (Black-on-white) |

New Nation News reader reports: FAKE HATE CRIME - ANOTHER BLACKTIVIST AGITATOR PERPETRATES 'FALSE FLAG' "I don't know if you've already seen this, but it's being called one of the most far-reaching (in terms of the number of people affected) death-threat cases in Vermont. Apparently, a black high school student pretended to be a white supremacist who was angry over South Burlington High School dropping the Rebels name from a sports team. Burlington is loaded with African imports, as you may know. Anyway, he got caught, and you have to dig a little bit for an article with a picture, but here he is: Josiah Leach. He has a prior criminal record." PS. Black Lives Matter and the NAACP have both come up here (to VERMONT) to try and make trouble, and I wouldn't be surprised if they "inspired" this. Our "crime" is being the whitest state in America, and they are constantly claiming racism where it does not exist (e.g., on the part of the police when they make a legitimate traffic stop). Meanwhile blacks flock here from New York to sell drugs and poison our kids. They push it through the locals, and drugged driving is becoming a major concern -- in fact I am afraid to drive now, since staying off the roads at night won't protect you from the impaired. |

They said the FBI, along with South Burlington police, arrested Joesiah Leach, 18, at his home in South Burlington just before 8:30 p.m. Friday. Police said Leach is a student at South Burlington High School. The arrest was made with help of the FBI and lots of other players -- including the South Burlington IT department, and the Microsoft Corporation. A criminal complaint from U.S. District Court details how they were able to track down Leach since the threats started on Tuesday. Police Chief Trevor Whipple said the electronic trail was a huge help. The FBI used Microsoft Outlook and IP addresses to trace the many emails sent to students and staff. They used the high school IT department to track copies of deleted draft messages from Leach's Google account. They also tracked him via a Facebook message sent from a fake account and from a phone call made to the school secretary. Whipple and Superintendent David Young held a press conference earlier Friday where the chief said he had talked to the family of one of the people on the kill list and there was just so much fear. Suspects leave man 'fighting for life' after 'senseless' Edgewood assault - race of victims not reported - another black hatecrime? ATLANTA -- Police need the public's help in finding three suspects who brutally attacked a man in the Edgewood area over the weekend "just for the heck of it," authorities said. Police said Mark McCaleb and two other people were visiting from California and were attending some sort of concert. They were standing on the sidewalk outside a bar on Edgewood near Howell Street waiting for their ride around 3 a.m. Saturday, when police and witnesses said several suspects came out of nowhere and began beating them up. Maj. Adam Lee with the Atlanta Police Department called the incident a "senseless act of violence." "Unfortunately, he was attacked for no apparent reason," Lee said in a Thursday news conference. "It doesn't appear to be robbery or anything such as that, and these individuals need to be brought to justice." Police said McCaleb was so severely injured that he's now at the hospital fighting for his life: "He's in very, very critical condition," Lee said. Retarded black female Johnson City woman will spend the rest of her life in a crazy house for murder of an innocent White woman WILLIAMSON COUNTY, IL - A Johnson City woman will likely spend the rest of her natural life in a secure mental health facility. ‘Anti-Semitic’ politician tricks critics into raising money for him For an anti-Semite, this guy’s got tons of chutzpah. A two-bit political gadfly named Thomas Lopez-Pierre has been running for City Council on an outrageous platform that calls for stopping “greedy Jewish landlords” from committing “ethnic cleansing” against blacks. His low-rent hatemongering seemed designed to get as much negative attention as possible. And it did — as Jewish groups and leaders demanded he be booted out of the Democratic Party. In the midst of this firestorm a GoFundMe called “Stop Thomas Lopez-Pierre Hate Campaign” suddenly popped up and was so successful, it raised $5,781. But anyone who donated hoping to actually stop Lopez-Pierre is going to be sorely disappointed — because the page was created by the candidate himself to scam money from his foes. “I call it bait and switch,” Lopez-Pierre actually bragged to The Post. |

15-year-old Spanish-speaking Hispanic migrant charged in gang rape to be prosecuted as adult A 15-year-old boy charged in the gang rape of a 14-year-old special education student will be prosecuted in the adult justice system, a Clark County Family Court judge ruled Wednesday. The teen, Leby Urquilla, is one of four boys charged, and the only juvenile to be certified as an adult as of Wednesday. Two adults are also jailed in connection with the case: Jose Mejia-Henriquez, 18, and the boy’s father, Leby Alas-Gomez, 39. The victim, who has the mental capacity of a 7- or 8-year-old, told police she was sexually assaulted by at least six males on three separate occasions in November. The accusations came to light after a video depicting the girl being used in group sex acts began circulating around Del Sol Academy in December. “They treated this special needs girl like a piece of cattle or property, to do with what they wanted,” Chief Deputy District Attorney Kimberly Adams said Wednesday in a small juvenile courtroom. She called the acts “heinous and egregious” while arguing for Urquilla to be tried as an adult. Urquilla sat silently as a court interpreter translated Adams’ words into Spanish, often looking down at his lap, then at the judge. The boy, originally from El Salvador, had been in the United States only for about a year. |
