Two (blacks) charged in fatal Kannapolis shooting (of a White man)  ROWAN COUNTY, N.C. – Deputies in Rowan County arrested two men in connection with a fatal shooting early Sunday morning. According to the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office, detectives responded to a reported shooting on Carter Street in Kannapolis. When they arrived, officials discovered a white man suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene. A witness told the detectives of a tan car that was leaving the scene after the incident. Police in China Grove saw a vehicle that matched the denoscription given by the witness and initiated a traffic stop on I-85 near Webb Road. Deputies were called to the scene and discovered a handgun inside the suspect vehicle. Both occupants of the vehicle were arrested on the spot, police say. Following the investigation, Jai Montreal Winchester, 21, and Jahari S. Ruston, 20, were each charged with one count of murder. - (Black-on-white) |
Scary video: (black) Man posed as UPS driver to rob Galleria-area home; 4 sought in violent attack  HOUSTON - Houston police are asking for help in identifying four suspects wanted in a violent robbery the Tuesday before Thanksgiving in the Galleria area. Police say a man dressed in a uniform worn by full-time UPS delivery drivers rang the doorbell, a package in hand. Police say he claimed to need a signature. When the homeowners opened the door, the man and three others stormed the front door and assaulted the homeowner with a pistol. At some point during the struggle, a shot was fired, but no one was struck. Two other females in the home grabbed two small children and were able to lock themselves in closets. Police say the men stole several pieces of jewelry and collectible firearms. The homeowner has been identified as Lawrence Berry. Berry suffered severe neck and head injuries and was taken to Memorial Hermann Hospital. Berry said that he was beaten and shocked with a taser four times and suffered serious head trauma. Thursday, Berry had 28 staples removed from the back of his scalp. He has stitches in his lip and a fractured skull. Berry said he fought the men long enough for his wife and 4-year-old twin daughters to get to a safe place in the house. - (Black-on-white) |
(White) Musician beaten in Soulard, believes he was a victim of (pack of cowardly demonic blacks) “Knockout Game”   ST. LOUIS - A local musician is recovering from injuries he suffered from an attack for no apparent reason. Tom Hall believes he was the victim of the knockout game. Hall was taking a shortcut down a Soulard alley Thursday night. He was in a hurry to make it home in time to watch the St. Louis Blues game on television. Hall said that was a mistake. He said 4 of the suspects got in front of him and asked for a cigarette and a light. He had a bad feeling. Shortly after he said a punch from a 5th person came out of nowhere. “He just creamed me right in the eye. I saw stars. I fell down. I hit the fence and then he started kicking me,” said Hall. He said he was bleeding profusely when someone else walked by and the suspects walked away laughing and talking. Hall is a well-respected musician in St. Louis. A family member started a GoFundMe Page for his medical and recovery expenses. Hall said he has been overwhelmed by the response and just wants to get on with his life. Hall said more than the punishment of jail time he really wants the opportunity to sit down and talk with his attackers to try and understand why they did what they did. Police arrest (black) suspect in fatal Raleigh hotel shooting (of white woman and her black boyfriend)   RALEIGH -- One suspect was arrested in the fatal shooting at a hotel near Crabtree Valley Mall, but another suspect remains on the loose. Two people were found dead at Americas Best Value Inn Crabtree on Friday. The victims were identified as April Lynn Holland, 22, and Dwayne Garvey, 27. On Saturday, police arrested Seaga Edward Gillard, 28, and charged him with one count of murder in connection to the death of Holland. He was taken to the Wake County Detention Center. A GoFundMe has been set up by one of Holland's family members for funeral expenses. Police have obtained an arrest warrant charging 29-year-old Brandon Xavier Hill with Garvey's murder. Hill jumped and ran after a multiple-county police chase early Sunday morning. Hill should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone who believes they know of Hill's present whereabouts or who believes they have seen him today is asked to call 911 immediately. - (Black-on-white) |

UPDATE: (White female) Appalachia murder victim had restraining order against 'person of interest' (black ex-husband)  Police said Wednesday that an Appalachia woman found dead at her workplace Sunday had gotten a restraining order against her ex-husband who is also the person of interest in the case. Janina Jefferson was found dead inside the Appalachia Water Treatment Plant from a gunshot wound and the Wise County Sheriff's Office is currently seeking input as to the whereabouts of Eric Monroe Jones. Jefferson was granted a divorce from Jones in September, according to court records, and the order against Jones was put in place after he tried to strangle her. Jones was just released from prison four years ago. He has served jail time for convictions on drug charges, theft and an attempted murder for hire. - (Black-on-white) |

(Black) Former Alabama deputy to face rape, sodomy and incest charges A former Madison County school resource officer previously arrested for having sex with a student has been accused of rape, sodomy and incest. Jerome Heard, 42, was arrested in Knoxville, Tennesee as a fugitive from justice because of Madison County warrants charging him with two counts of first-degree rape, two counts of second-degree rape, two counts of first-degree sodomy and one count of incest. |
Police Shoot, Kill Man Suspected Of Shooting Pregnant Girlfriend CHICAGO — A man suspected of shooting his pregnant girlfriend was shot and killed by a Chicago police officer Sunday night in the West Garfield Park neighborhood. The suspect also allegedly opened fire on officers responding to a domestic battery call around 11:30 p.m. in the 4600 block of West Adams Street. Police said Richard Grimes shot his girlfriend in the stomach. Grimes’ sister, Nicole Brady, said his girlfriend, Ashley Williams, was pregnant with their child. Williams ran upstairs to a neighbor’s apartment, crying. “I just woke up. She just said she got shot,” the neighbor said. |

Police: Three (black females) arrested, accused of passing fake cash at Chuck E Cheese LATHAM, NY - Colonie Police have arrested three women, accused of possessing counterfeit cash. On Monday at around 4:10 pm, police say they responded to the Chuck E Cheese in Latham farms after the manager claimed a woman used a counterfeit $100 in the restaurant. Police say they then stopped a 2007 Mercedes Benz in the parking lot of the Home Depot. Three women, Kenyanna S. Cummings, 19, 29 year old Felecia Barrett, and 16 year old Felicity Reid, all from NYC, were arrested. |
SW Philly woman charged in killing boyfriend's brother  Police on Friday identified a woman accused of stabbing to death a 26-year-old man in her Southwest Philadelphia home on Tuesday as Kiara Fredericks, 20, of the 2100 block of South 60th Street. Police initially said the victim was Fredericks' boyfriend, but on Friday they clarified that it was her boyfriend's brother, Andre White. About 9:10 a.m. Tuesday, police responded to a home on the 2100 block of South 60th Street for a report of a person with a weapon. There, they found White unresponsive with a stab wound to the left side of his neck. He was taken by medics to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead shortly after. |

“I broke your trust:” (white female) Franklin woman sentenced to 2 years in prison for sexual assault of (black) 16-year-old boy MILWAUKEE -- A Milwaukee County judge sentenced Elizabeth Dillett on Friday, December 2nd to two years in prison plus another three years of extended supervision for having sex with a teenage boy. Dillett pleaded guilty in October to two felony charges — two counts of sexual assault of a child by a person who works or volunteers with children. Six other charges were dismissed. "She preyed on my son and used our friendship for access to him," said the victim's father in court Friday. "I blame myself for trusting her." Dillett served as a kindergarten teacher and St. Peter-Immanuel Lutheran School’s athletic director. Prosecutors say Dillett met the 16-year-old victim in this case through sports. The family of the victim says it was a year-long relationship. |

Will President Trump Force Cuba to Return Convicted Cop Killer Assata Shakur?   In the wake of dictator Fidel Castro's death, President-elect Donald Trump has threatened to reverse President Obama's executive order "normalizing" relations between the United States and Cuba. When Obama issued the order in December 2014, New Jersey Governor Chris Christie asked for the return of Black Panther and convicted cop killer Assata Shakur, also known as Joanne Chesimard. Shakur has been living in Cuba for three decades after killing New Jersey State Trooper Werner Foerster in 1973. She was convicted of murder in 1977, escaped prison and in 1984, fled to Cuba. (Black) Suspect in Bear cold case homicide (of White man) arrested, charged  Four years after a man was shot to death in the first block of Heron Court in Bear, New Castle County Police have charged a man with his death. Kevin "Chevy" Miller, who was incarcerated at Vaughn Correctional Center on unrelated charges, will be charged with first-degree murder, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony and possession of a firearm by a person prohibited due to a previous felony conviction, according to Officer First Class JP Piser, a New Castle County Police spokesman. On July 17, 2012, Jeremiah MacDonald, known as “Farmer,” was found by county police suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, Piser said. MacDonald was pronounced dead at the scene. Major Crimes Squad Detectives conducted the investigation until it was eventually turned over to the Cold Case Homicide Squad. Cold Case Homicide Squad Detectives continued the investigation by re-examining evidence and re-interviewing witnesses, Piser said. Through their investigation, Cold Case Homicide Squad Detectives identified Miller as a suspect. On Nov. 21, an indictment was obtained for Miller with the assistance and support of the Delaware Department of Justice and the Cold Case Homicide Squad Detectives by presenting their case to a grand jury. Miller was then arrested on Dec. 2 and charged with the killing of MacDonald. - (Black-on-white) |

(Black) Suspects arraigned in 'brutal' Bay City Thanksgiving homicide (of White man that was an 'acquaintance')  BAY CITY, MI -- On Halloween, a 20-year-old Bay City man was given a year of probation and a chance to avoid having a felony on his record. Less than a month later, police allege he and a teen stabbed a man to death and set his home on fire. Bay County District Judge Timothy J. Kelly on Friday, Dec. 2, arraigned DeMarckeon M. "Marcus" Jackson on single counts of open murder, felony murder, and larceny in a building. The first two charges carry maximum punishments of life imprisonment without the possibility of parole. The larceny count is a four-year felony. The day of the arraignment would have been the 60th birthday of Steven A. Bouza, the man police say Jackson and 16-year-old Rodrick Williams killed on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov. 24 or the night before. The larceny count Jackson faces stems from him allegedly stealing a video gaming console, cash, and motor vehicles from Bouza's residence, court records show. Magistrate Doner described the alleged crime to be "a heinous, brutal, and senseless act." An autopsy performed Saturday indicated Bouza had been stabbed multiple times. The fire was then set to cover up the slaying. The crime was not random, the suspects having been acquaintances of Bouza. Bouza's kindness toward kids was well-known. (Black) gets life sentence in murder (of white woman - they smoked dope while white female victim died of gun shot in back seat))   BEDFORD – Deauntay Moye, 18, will spend the rest of his life behind bars in a state prison for the shooting death of a Roaring Spring woman, a Bedford County judge ruled Friday. On Jan. 8, 2015, Moye, then 16, took part in a Woodbury Township drug deal that ended in the murder of 21-year-old Stephanie Waters. Afterward, Moye and Ryan Hardwick, then 15, drove around the Altoona area in the victim’s vehicle, smoking about $250 worth of stolen drugs, as she died in the back seat. The next morning, Moye appeared in court for a juvenile probation violation hearing after testing positive for the same substance – marijuana. Waters was found days later in her vehicle, which police located in the driveway of an abandoned residence in South Woodbury Township. Police recovered the murder weapon, which belonged to Hardwick’s grandfather, and the keys to Waters’ vehicle at Hardwick’s residence. - (Black-on-white) |

(Black) ex-con charged with murder of the white woman he was living with - he was convicted in 1996 cell phone murder case  HUNTSVILLE, AL - A man was charged with murder for the stabbing death of a woman in northwest Huntsville Wednesday night. Police responded to assist HEMSI with a cutting victim at about 5:30 p.m. Wednesday in the 2600 block of Del Norte Lane. When they arrived, they found Candice Wilson, 42, in a bedroom with multiple stab wounds. She was transported to Huntsville Hospital where she was pronounced dead. Police took Corey Johnson, 43, into custody at the scene. He was later charged with murder. Police said Johnson was treated for self-inflicted wounds. He currently has no bond and remains in jail. Investigators confirm Johnson and Wilson lived together. Johnson previously finished serving a 15-year sentence for his connection to a 1996 murder where four people were shot and killed over a stolen cell phone. Wilson’s family arrived at the house shortly after she was murdered. When her father, Robert Wilson, walked towards the door, he said he saw Johnson covered in blood, and asked him, "What happened to my daughter?" and all Johnson said was, "I'm sorry." Robert Wilson said he then walked into the house and found his daughter face down on her bed, covered in blood and not breathing. (Black) Man accused of triple shooting surrenders to Metro police; 2nd (black) suspect sought    NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Arrest warrants have been filed against two men accused of a triple shooting in North Nashville that let two people dead. Metro police say the shooting on Saint Louis Street last Sunday was targeted. Michael L. Woods, Jr., 24, also known as “Fox,” and Steven L. Robinson, 24, also known as “Cat Daddy,” are each charged with two counts each of murder, one count of attempted murder and one count of unlawful gun possession. Steven Robinson was taken into custody on Friday, according to Metro police. Authorities are still seeking Woods at this time. Both men are accused of fatally wounding Charity Adams, 41, and Chad Steven Miller, 33, outside Miller’s Saint Louis Street home just before 3 p.m. Adams died at the scene and Miller died at Vanderbilt University Medical Center Monday afternoon. Adams’ boyfriend, Kenneth Pullens, 26, suffered a gunshot wound to the back and remains hospitalized. Woods and Robinson also remain under investigation in regard to an October 24 fatal shooting outside the same Saint Louis Street home that resulted in the death of Chad Miller’s co-worker, Robert Richardson, 24. Woods is also wanted on warrants issued November 16 charging him with three counts of felony aggravated assault in regard to a shooting case from August 29 in the 1900 block of 14th Avenue North. Police Search For Palo Alto Indecent Exposure Suspect Police released a sketch Thursday depicting a man wanted for exposing himself to a dog walker Wednesday afternoon in Palo Alto. Officers were alerted to an indecent exposure incident that occurred in the 2400 block of Louis Road shortly after noon, police said. A woman in her 20s was walking her dog north on Louis Road near Oregon Expressway when a driver pulled up next to her and stopped, according to police. She continued walking, but the driver caught up with her, parked near her for a second time and asked for directions to the freeway. The woman then saw the driver was masturbating and his penis was exposed, police said. |
Fayetteville police charge registered sex offender with rape, kidnapping  Fayetteville, N.C. — Fayetteville police on Saturday arrested and charged a registered sex offender for a rape that allegedly occurred early that morning. Willie Lee King Jr., 43, was charged with second-degree rape, first-degree kidnapping and five counts of second-degree sexual offense, according to the Fayetteville Police Department. King was jailed without bond. Police said they received a call at 2 a.m. on Saturday to report a rape at a residence in the Bonnie Doone subdivision. An investigation showed the victim was at King's residence where she was raped and sexually assaulted for several hours, police said. The victim was eventually able to escape from the home and returned to her own home, where she called police. King was on electronic monitoring at the time the crimes were committed. |
Police find suspect in city rape, assault case hiding in Martic Township  A Lancaster man on the lam for multiple charges — including rape and aggravated assault — was apprehended Friday in Martic Township. Jamel Edward Prister, 26, of the 100 block of South Arch Street, was taken into custody by members of the state police Fugitive Apprehension Task Force, according to a statement issued Saturday by Lancaster city police. Earlier in the week, the woman told police, Prister had sexually assaulted her and strangled her with both hands until she lost consciousness, according to the criminal complaint. The woman said Prister later threatened to “shoot the house up” if she told anyone about the assault. |
Evansville man arrested on rape, criminal confinement charges An Evansville man was arrested Friday on preliminary charges of rape and criminal confinement. Dashawn D. Patton, 43, is lodged in Vanderburgh County jail. According to an Evansville Police Department arrest affidavit, officers found a woman at the Dollar General at 720 Lincoln Avenue at 3:39 p.m. who had told an employee of the store to call police on her behalf because she had just been raped. Police said they found the alleged victim crying and visibly shaking. She told police that Patton had forced her to have intercourse and perform oral sex on him at a nearby residence. The victim told police that she had been friends with Patton for two months. Police said Patton became uncooperative and belligerent in an EPD interview room and had to be restrained to a wall. Police said Patton had blood shot eyes, slurred speech and reeked of alcohol. Police said the victim did not appear to have been drinking alcohol or be intoxicated in any way. |
Smyrna man wanted for Kentucky sex crimes arrested in Mt. Juliet MT. JULIET, Tenn. — Mt. Juliet police arrested a Smyrna man wanted for sex crimes in Kentucky. An officer stopped a Nissan Altima driven by Graylin Waters Jr. at around 6 p.m. for a traffic violation. During the officer’s investigation, a handgun was discovered under the driver’s seat of the car. The officer was also advised that Waters had warrants out of Kentucky for statutory rape, sodomy and burglary. When he attempted to detain Waters, the man resisted and ran through a wooded area nearby. Multiple officers searched the area and took Waters into custody. Mt. Juliet police confirmed that a Taser was used during the incident. He was arrested and booked into the Wilson County jail on charges of fugitive from justice, resisting arrest, evading arrest and driving without a license. |
Search for Camden rape suspect ends in standoff, arrest - Failed 'suicide-by-cop' incident CAMDEN - The manhunt for a "suspected serial rapist" ended Friday night after a tense standoff in Willingboro, police said. Andre D. Wesley, accused of sexually assaulting and stabbing a woman in Camden on Sunday night, was arrested around 9:30 p.m. after he arrived at his Elmwood Court home during a police search. Wesley was carrying a butcher knife and appeared to be intent on provoking police to kill him, said Camden County Police Chief Scott Thomson. "He was provoking the officers, trying to get them to shoot him. The officers exercised extreme restraint. "He wanted suicide by cop," said Thomson. "We didn't grant that wish." |

Cops arrest three high-risk sex offenders in subway incidents  Three high level sex offenders have been arrested in separate Manhattan subway stations the past two days, police sources said. Transit cops inside the Times Square subway station on Thursday cuffed the first fiend, Ralph Hargrove. While on patrol they recognized his face from a forcible touching wanted poster, sources said. The 62-year-old creep, who has 13 prior arrests, was carrying a gravity knife and drug paraphernalia when he was busted. The same day, officers followed a known offender onto a 5 train and witnessed him rub his genitals against a woman’s buttocks, police sources said. When the train arrived at the Union Square station, Rodney Pierre was placed under arrest. Rodney has 8 prior arrests – all sex crimes – dating back to 1992, sources said. Then Friday, another transit cop witnessed a sex offender in action on a train at the 59th Street-Columbus Circle station. This pervert, identified as Jeffrey Taylor, 52, also rubbed up against a woman’s behind, police sources said. Taylor, who has 39 prior arrests, was arrested without incident. All of the men are registered level 3 sex offenders, the most dangerous. |

Both suspects in New Orleans tattoo artist slaying NEW ORLEANS — A second suspect in the Bourbon Street shooting that left one person dead and nine others injured was arrested Friday. Acting on information gathered in the investigation, Louisiana State Police found and arrested Kavon Manuel, 20, at a home in the Lafayette area. Manuel will be extradited to New Orleans to face a charge of second-degree murder and nine counts of attempted murder, New Orleans police said in a news release. The arrest comes after New Orleans Police Chief Michael Harrison, New Orleans Mayor Mitch Landrieu and state and federal law enforcement announced the Thursday night arrest of Jordan Clay, 20, as the other suspect in the incident. Harrison said Clay and Manuel had an ongoing dispute and just happened to run into each other early Sunday on Bourbon Street. Killed in the cross fire was Demontris Toliver, 25, of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The surviving victims included seven men and two women, ranging in age from 20 to 37. |

Police: (Black female) Woman threw hot grease on Stockton officers STOCKTON, Calif. — A 46-year-old woman was arrested and accused of throwing hot grease on Stockton police officers and a police K-9 officer, the police department said Tuesday. Someone reported about 11 p.m. Monday that a woman, identified as Elsarie Deloney, was trying to set the kitchen on fire with a pot of grease inside a home in the 8000 block of Montgomery Avenue, Stockton police said. Officers tried to talk to Deloney in the kitchen as the pot was smoking, but she threw the hot grease on officers and the police K-9, according to officials. Police used a stun gun and took Deloney into custody on charges of assault on an officer, assault on a police K-9 and resisting arrest. |
(Black) Woman accused of stabbing boyfriend to death makes tearful court appearance  FREEHOLD - Monique Moore walked into a Monmouth County courtroom on Tuesday with her hands shackled in front of her and tears in her eyes. The 24-year-old Moore was charged with first-degree murder and third-degree weapons offense after she allegedly stabbed her boyfriend to death during an argument at her apartment, authorities said. Shortly after 11 p.m. on Sunday, Neptune Township police responded to a series of 911 calls reporting a stabbing at an apartment within Building 1 of 1130 Heck Avenue, the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office said. When officers arrived, they found Joseph A. Wilson, 29, of Neptune, suffering from an undisclosed number of stab wounds outside of the apartment, authorities said. |

Tacoma shooter impersonated police officer two weeks before fatal shooting Tacoma police were alerted to the incident and stopped Johnson a short time later, read the bulletin. An unidentified officer found an unloaded 20 gauge Mossberg rifle in the front seat of his vehicle. The officer asked Johnson why he was impersonating an officer, according to the bulletin, Johnson replied that he liked police and wanted to fit in with law enforcement. According to a court order obtained by Q13 News, by carrying a rifle Johnson was in violation of a 2015 order of protection. Johnson was ordered to surrender or destroy any weapons until his next court date in August 2017. |

6 arrested in Northview Heights after home invasion, assault Pittsburgh police today announced the arrest Wednesday of six men they said were variously connected to several crimes on the North Side that included a home invasion, a beating and possession of drugs and guns. The incident that sparked police involvement occurred some time before 10:45 a.m. in the 200 block of East Ohio Street. Officers were dispatched for a reported home invasion. Two 26-year-old women in the residence told police that two men walked into the unit screaming and waving guns. The men left without injuring the women or a 2-year-old boy in the unit, but police said they beat a 21-year-old man in the vicinity who was seen bleeding from the face and walking from East Ohio Street to Allegheny General Hospital, where he was in fair condition. Police identified one of the assailants as Dominique Rucker, 25 and arrested him around 3:30 p.m. on Mt. Pleasant Road in Northview Heights. He was charged in the home invasion and beating, according to Emily Schaffer, a police spokeswoman. Homeowner Struck With Guitar After 4 Men Force Their Way Into Cape May Co. Home  LOWER TOWNSHIP, N.J. —Authorities have arrested four home invasion suspects in Cape May County. Officers responded around 12:30 p.m. last week to the 200 block of Arbor Road in Lower Township for a reported robbery and burglary. Appeals Court vacates sentence for (worthless evil black) teen accused in ‘boredom’ murder of (White) Australian baseball player  DUNCAN, Okla. – The Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals vacated a sentence of life without parole for the (worthless evil negro) Duncan teen convicted of gunning down an Australian athlete Christopher Lane. Chancey Luna, 19, was found guilty of first-degree murder in April 2015. A judge sentenced Luna, then 17, to serve life in prison without the possibility of parole in June 2015. Later, Luna’s (lying) lawyers filed an appeal, saying sentencing a juvenile to serve life without parole is unconstitutional. 911 calls released after Sunrise homeowner kills (1 black) intruder - (2 other criminal black predators arrested)    SUNRISE, Fla. - Police released 911 calls Wednesday, days after a homeowner in Sunrise fatally shot a burglar inside his home. "I got three black males at my house. Two jumped out. They are getting ready to jump the fence," the 31-year-old homeowner told a dispatcher early Monday. Police said the homeowner called 911 shortly before 11 a.m., after he saw two men get out of a blue Ford Taurus that was parked in his driveway and jump the gate leading into his backyard. The victim told police that soon after, he heard his rear sliding glass door shattering. "They're in the house. No, they're in the house right now," the man whispered to the dispatcher. The man remained on the phone while he retrieved his shotgun. Seconds later, the homeowner fired at one of the burglars, identified by police as Albert Jones, 21. "Sir. Are there shots fired? Tell me what is happening, sir," the dispatcher said. "I killed one, I think," the homeowner said. Police established a perimeter and arrested Curtis Jeffries, 26, and Jose DEMON Coleman, 23, who are now facing murder and burglary charges. - (Black-on-white) |

Suspect charged with murder in Autumn Burkhart's death    HENDERSON, KY - One of the suspects arrested in the shooting death of Autumn Burkhart has been charged with murder. Elijah Roberts was extradited back to Henderson on Thursday for a preliminary hearing, where he was formally charged with murder and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He was involved in a shootout with Joshua Bumphus on November 17 that led to the death of Autumn Burkhart. Roberts was shot multiple times and was treated at St. Mary's before he was taken to the Vanderburgh County Jail. Police: ("earless" black sex offender) 19, charged with rape ABERDEEN, Md. — A 19-year-old registered sex offender has been charged with rape and other sex offenses, the Aberdeen Police Department said. Police said they charged Aaron Swanson, 19, a Tier III registered sex offender, after investigating a complaint made on Thursday. Police said a woman on Wednesday reported that she was physically and sexually assaulted by Swanson in a vehicle parked in the 600 block of McHenry Drive. It is further alleged that Swanson, against the will of the victim, forcibly removed the victim’s clothing and engaged in sexual intercourse with the victim against her will, police said. |
Cleveland man accused of rape, robbery, attacking woman in last 18 months CLEVELAND, Ohio -- A Cleveland man is accused of committing three violent crimes against women in span of 18 months. Antonio Baker, 32, is being held in the Cleveland City Jail on $160,000 bond after his first court appearance on all three charges. He is charged in separate incidents of robbery, felonious assault and rape. Police have been searching for him since April 28, 2015 when he was charged in the first incident. |
Cops: Fetus dies after mother tied up, smothered in DeKalb murder  With zip ties binding her hands and feet, Ashley Mays, a 20-year-old Lithonia woman, drew her last breath in a hotel room. Police believe she was suffocated with a pillow. Mays was nearly 9 months pregnant. The child didn't survive, police confirmed Thursday. When Mays died, she had just been sexually assaulted by a man who is also suspected in a similar, but non-fatal, assault a week earlier, according to warrants. Terique Dwayne Hall, 24, of Atlanta faces charges of murder and rape in the newly released warrants. |

Man arrested in sexual attacks on woman in SE Houston A 30-year-old man with a criminal record has been accused in sexual attacks on two women and may have assaulted others since May in southeast Houston. David E. Beard is charged with two counts of aggravated sexual assault, according to the Houston Police Department. Police said a suspect in the cases drove a red or maroon four-door car when he picked up women in the late morning in southeast Houston. In each case, the suspect forced a woman into his car, threatened to hurt her and ordered her to perform a sexual act on him with her eyes closed. Then the man drove to a residence, pulled into the garage and again sexually assaulted the victim. Both times, he brought along a gun. |
Dragnet Out For Assault Suspect In Camden CAMDEN, N.J., — Police in Camden are looking for your help in tracking down a man wanted for the weekend assault of a woman. Authorities have released a sketch of their suspect, along with a video and a picture of a white van allegedly used in the attack. Man accused of drug dealing faces new charges of sexual assault, stalking  A 38-year-old Elizabethtown man facing charges for drug dealing and an attack on a woman is charged with additional counts stemming from the Nov. 18 incident in which he is accused. FRESNO, Calif. -- A California man who admitted to police that he punched a 14-month-old baby to death has been released from jail. Police say 30-year-old Kenneth Johnson lost control and beat Jose Luis Espinoza to death on Nov. 20th. He told officers that he punched the infant in the stomach because he would not quit crying. Johnson's girlfriend was babysitting Espinoza at the time of the incident when he came over to visit. That's when Johnson, who had a history of domestic violence, snapped and punched the baby to death. |
(Black) Man Who Disappeared Two Years Ago, (mummified body) Found Dead in Erie Home A mummified body was found Wednesday, in the attic of an east Erie home. Family and investigators believe it could be a 21-year-old Erie man, who went missing two years ago. In 2014, while family members searched for their missing loved one, it appears he was in the attic of his grandmother's east Erie home the entire time. Investigators believe it to be a case of suicide. Dyquain Rogers was 21-years-old, when he went missing on November 1st, 2014. Neighbors, friends, and family members searched tirelessly for him, holding search parties, and pleading to the public to help them find their loved one. Wednesday, his body was discovered when his grandmother heard something fall up against the attic door. She called for help, to her home at 25th and German, and that's when what is believed to be his body was discovered. (Worthless evil black) Milwaukee man sentenced to 65 years in prison for shooting death (of White 5-year-old girl) Laylah Petersen   One of three men responsible for the shooting death of Laylah Petersen has been sentenced to 65 years in prison. The sentence also carries 35 years of extended supervision. A jury in September found Carl Barrett, 21, guilty of first degree reckless homicide and three counts of recklessly endangering safety. Prosecutors said he fired shots at a home near 58th and Fairmount, where Petersen was inside with her grandfather, on November 6, 2014. Petersen was hit and killed by the gunfire. Her family members and friends are still mourning her loss. "I have nightmares after that," said Marquis Bevineau, a family friend. "I spend time just sitting at home, not sleeping for two or three days. My health has deteriorated so much i can't work right now," Bevineau added. Following the arrests of Barrett and two other men, Milwaukee Police Chief Ed Flynn said the shooters likely targeted the wrong house. "Both defendants shot at this house from the front, at a time of day when any reasonable person would realize individuals were likely to be inside," the prosecutor said. "Even though the 'wrong house' was shot up, the intent was to shoot at a probably occupied residence." 25-year old Paul Farr, who police said drove Barrett and a second shooter, Arlis Gordon, to the home was previously sentenced to five months in prison after pleading guilty to one count of aiding a felon. - (Black-on-white) |

(Worthless evil black) Arrested in Connection to Suspected Murder of 95-Year-Old (White) Anoka Man   An arrest has been made in connection to the death of a 95-year-old Anoka man. Police say 27-year-old Isaiah Montrell Thomas of Anoka has been arrested but has not been formally charged. The case has been sent to the Anoka County Attorney’s Office for potential burglary and murder charges. Anoka police were called to a home on the 1200 block of Fifth Avenue South at 10:46 a.m. Monday, Nov. 28, after a relative dropping off groceries found the man, who was identified as Al Loehlein. Police say Loehlein was pronounced dead at the scene. Loehlein was last seen alive by his family on Thanksgiving evening when they dropped him off at his home, police say. Colorado Springs police arrest two (worthless evil BLACK) men in connection with July shooting death (of WHITE mother)  Colorado Springs have arrested two men four months after the shooting of 24-year-old Sheree Sophia Barker. Trevelle Keshawn Johnson, 20 and Corey Malik Bernard, 20, were arrested Nov. 22 on suspicion of first-degree murder, according to the Colorado Springs Police Department. Police announced the arrest Thursday. Both men are in the El Paso County jail without bond. The two reportedly encountered Barker just before midnight on July 28 in the 900 block of Chapman Drive, west of South Murray Boulevard in southeast Colorado Springs. Barker was shot and later died from the injury; she was the city's 15th homicide. Details about the shooting were not released. (Black) Man who killed Tacoma officer was a father, a barber and a man with prior gun charges The man who fatally shot a Tacoma police officer during a domestic-dispute call Wednesday was Bruce Randall Johnson II, a 38-year-old Pierce County resident, a relative told The News Tribune on Thursday. Johnson was the father of three and worked as a barber in Tacoma’s Hilltop neighborhood, The News Tribune has learned. He also was known to carry firearms, court records show. His grandmother, Josephine Bailey, identified him as the man who opened fire on officer Reginald “Jake” Gutierrez inside a house in the 400 block of East 52nd Street. |

Two Brooklyn slumlords admitted Tuesday to terrorizing rent-controlled tenants with dogs, packing the halls with drug addicts, and tearing down walls in order to push the renters out of the lucrative spaces. As part of the plea deal, brothers Joel and Amron Israel will now have to cough up nearly $250,000 to the nine tenants they wronged around Williamsburg, Greenpoint and Bushwick in 2012 and 2013.
He said the man, identified by the Department of Corrections as 25-year-old Gold Bar resident Steven Sheppard, broke down a door, entered the home and hit him on the head and began stabbing him. The homeowner's wife then shot the intruder. The couple's adult son was also home at the time on the shooting. 
Authorities have arrested one of two Bourbon Street shooting suspects after police say the gunmen sprayed bullets into a crowd on the tourist-filled French Quarter street early Sunday (Nov. 27),
