Mobile District Attorney disagrees with life sentence given to (black female killer) Saraya Atkins in 2014 robbery, murder case Saraya Atkins was sentenced to life Thursday afternoon for her role in the 2014 robbery and murder of 66-year-old Robert Perry. Mobile Circuit Court Judge Michael Youngpeter sentenced her to life without parole for the capital murder charge and life with the possibility of parole for the robbery charge. Atkins was convicted in September of capital murder. The jury deliberated more than seven hours over the course of two days on whether Atkins would face the death penalty or a life in prison without parole sentence before giving their verdict. - (Black-on-white) |

Appeals Court vacates sentence for (worthless evil black) teen accused in ‘boredom’ murder of (White) Australian baseball player DUNCAN, Okla. – The Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals vacated a sentence of life without parole for the (worthless evil negro) Duncan teen convicted of gunning down an Australian athlete Christopher Lane. Chancey Luna, 19, was found guilty of first-degree murder in April 2015. A judge sentenced Luna, then 17, to serve life in prison without the possibility of parole in June 2015. Later, Luna’s (lying) lawyers filed an appeal, saying sentencing a juvenile to serve life without parole is unconstitutional. 911 calls released after Sunrise homeowner kills (1 black) intruder - (2 other criminal black predators arrested) SUNRISE, Fla. - Police released 911 calls Wednesday, days after a homeowner in Sunrise fatally shot a burglar inside his home. "I got three black males at my house. Two jumped out. They are getting ready to jump the fence," the 31-year-old homeowner told a dispatcher early Monday. Police said the homeowner called 911 shortly before 11 a.m., after he saw two men get out of a blue Ford Taurus that was parked in his driveway and jump the gate leading into his backyard. The victim told police that soon after, he heard his rear sliding glass door shattering. "They're in the house. No, they're in the house right now," the man whispered to the dispatcher. The man remained on the phone while he retrieved his shotgun. Seconds later, the homeowner fired at one of the burglars, identified by police as Albert Jones, 21. "Sir. Are there shots fired? Tell me what is happening, sir," the dispatcher said. "I killed one, I think," the homeowner said. Police established a perimeter and arrested Curtis Jeffries, 26, and Jose DEMON Coleman, 23, who are now facing murder and burglary charges. - (Black-on-white) |

Suspect charged with murder in Autumn Burkhart's death HENDERSON, KY - One of the suspects arrested in the shooting death of Autumn Burkhart has been charged with murder. Elijah Roberts was extradited back to Henderson on Thursday for a preliminary hearing, where he was formally charged with murder and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He was involved in a shootout with Joshua Bumphus on November 17 that led to the death of Autumn Burkhart. Roberts was shot multiple times and was treated at St. Mary's before he was taken to the Vanderburgh County Jail. Police: ("earless" black sex offender) 19, charged with rape ABERDEEN, Md. — A 19-year-old registered sex offender has been charged with rape and other sex offenses, the Aberdeen Police Department said. Police said they charged Aaron Swanson, 19, a Tier III registered sex offender, after investigating a complaint made on Thursday. Police said a woman on Wednesday reported that she was physically and sexually assaulted by Swanson in a vehicle parked in the 600 block of McHenry Drive. It is further alleged that Swanson, against the will of the victim, forcibly removed the victim’s clothing and engaged in sexual intercourse with the victim against her will, police said. |
Cleveland man accused of rape, robbery, attacking woman in last 18 months CLEVELAND, Ohio -- A Cleveland man is accused of committing three violent crimes against women in span of 18 months. Antonio Baker, 32, is being held in the Cleveland City Jail on $160,000 bond after his first court appearance on all three charges. He is charged in separate incidents of robbery, felonious assault and rape. Police have been searching for him since April 28, 2015 when he was charged in the first incident. |
Cops: Fetus dies after mother tied up, smothered in DeKalb murder With zip ties binding her hands and feet, Ashley Mays, a 20-year-old Lithonia woman, drew her last breath in a hotel room. Police believe she was suffocated with a pillow. Mays was nearly 9 months pregnant. The child didn't survive, police confirmed Thursday. When Mays died, she had just been sexually assaulted by a man who is also suspected in a similar, but non-fatal, assault a week earlier, according to warrants. Terique Dwayne Hall, 24, of Atlanta faces charges of murder and rape in the newly released warrants. |

Man arrested in sexual attacks on woman in SE Houston A 30-year-old man with a criminal record has been accused in sexual attacks on two women and may have assaulted others since May in southeast Houston. David E. Beard is charged with two counts of aggravated sexual assault, according to the Houston Police Department. Police said a suspect in the cases drove a red or maroon four-door car when he picked up women in the late morning in southeast Houston. In each case, the suspect forced a woman into his car, threatened to hurt her and ordered her to perform a sexual act on him with her eyes closed. Then the man drove to a residence, pulled into the garage and again sexually assaulted the victim. Both times, he brought along a gun. |

Authorities have released a sketch of their suspect, along with a video and a picture of a white van allegedly used in the attack. Bourbon Street shooting suspect arrested Authorities have arrested one of two Bourbon Street shooting suspects after police say the gunmen sprayed bullets into a crowd on the tourist-filled French Quarter street early Sunday (Nov. 27), killing a man and wounding nine others. Jordan Clay, a 20-year-old resident of Lafayette, is in custody in St. Martin Parish, NOPD said Friday morning. The second suspect, whose name has not been released, is still wanted. Clay will be extradited to New Orleans on charges of second-degree murder, NOPD said. |

Johnson's girlfriend was babysitting Espinoza at the time of the incident when he came over to visit. (Black) Man Who Disappeared Two Years Ago, (mummified body) Found Dead in Erie Home A mummified body was found Wednesday, in the attic of an east Erie home. Family and investigators believe it could be a 21-year-old Erie man, who went missing two years ago. In 2014, while family members searched for their missing loved one, it appears he was in the attic of his grandmother's east Erie home the entire time. Investigators believe it to be a case of suicide. Dyquain Rogers was 21-years-old, when he went missing on November 1st, 2014. Neighbors, friends, and family members searched tirelessly for him, holding search parties, and pleading to the public to help them find their loved one. Wednesday, his body was discovered when his grandmother heard something fall up against the attic door. She called for help, to her home at 25th and German, and that's when what is believed to be his body was discovered. (Worthless evil black) Milwaukee man sentenced to 65 years in prison for shooting death (of White 5-year-old girl) Laylah Petersen One of three men responsible for the shooting death of Laylah Petersen has been sentenced to 65 years in prison. The sentence also carries 35 years of extended supervision. A jury in September found Carl Barrett, 21, guilty of first degree reckless homicide and three counts of recklessly endangering safety. Prosecutors said he fired shots at a home near 58th and Fairmount, where Petersen was inside with her grandfather, on November 6, 2014. Petersen was hit and killed by the gunfire. Her family members and friends are still mourning her loss. "I have nightmares after that," said Marquis Bevineau, a family friend. "I spend time just sitting at home, not sleeping for two or three days. My health has deteriorated so much i can't work right now," Bevineau added. Following the arrests of Barrett and two other men, Milwaukee Police Chief Ed Flynn said the shooters likely targeted the wrong house. "Both defendants shot at this house from the front, at a time of day when any reasonable person would realize individuals were likely to be inside," the prosecutor said. "Even though the 'wrong house' was shot up, the intent was to shoot at a probably occupied residence." 25-year old Paul Farr, who police said drove Barrett and a second shooter, Arlis Gordon, to the home was previously sentenced to five months in prison after pleading guilty to one count of aiding a felon. - (Black-on-white) |

(Worthless evil black) Arrested in Connection to Suspected Murder of 95-Year-Old (White) Anoka Man An arrest has been made in connection to the death of a 95-year-old Anoka man. Police say 27-year-old Isaiah Montrell Thomas of Anoka has been arrested but has not been formally charged. The case has been sent to the Anoka County Attorney’s Office for potential burglary and murder charges. Anoka police were called to a home on the 1200 block of Fifth Avenue South at 10:46 a.m. Monday, Nov. 28, after a relative dropping off groceries found the man, who was identified as Al Loehlein. Police say Loehlein was pronounced dead at the scene. Loehlein was last seen alive by his family on Thanksgiving evening when they dropped him off at his home, police say. Colorado Springs police arrest two (worthless evil BLACK) men in connection with July shooting death (of WHITE mother) Colorado Springs have arrested two men four months after the shooting of 24-year-old Sheree Sophia Barker. Trevelle Keshawn Johnson, 20 and Corey Malik Bernard, 20, were arrested Nov. 22 on suspicion of first-degree murder, according to the Colorado Springs Police Department. Police announced the arrest Thursday. Both men are in the El Paso County jail without bond. The two reportedly encountered Barker just before midnight on July 28 in the 900 block of Chapman Drive, west of South Murray Boulevard in southeast Colorado Springs. Barker was shot and later died from the injury; she was the city's 15th homicide. Details about the shooting were not released. (Black) Man who killed Tacoma officer was a father, a barber and a man with prior gun charges The man who fatally shot a Tacoma police officer during a domestic-dispute call Wednesday was Bruce Randall Johnson II, a 38-year-old Pierce County resident, a relative told The News Tribune on Thursday. Johnson was the father of three and worked as a barber in Tacoma’s Hilltop neighborhood, The News Tribune has learned. He also was known to carry firearms, court records show. His grandmother, Josephine Bailey, identified him as the man who opened fire on officer Reginald “Jake” Gutierrez inside a house in the 400 block of East 52nd Street. |

Army officials said the charges under the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) are conspiracy, premeditated murder, and kidnapping. Both men are accused in the disappearance of Pfc. Shadow McClaine, who vanished on Sept 2. While her car was discovered two days later in Nashville, her body has not been found. McCray is McClaine’s ex-husband. She disappeared three weeks before she was set to go to trial for stalking him. McCray was subpoenaed to be in court for that trial. Both McCray and Robinson are in pre-trial confinement, pending a preliminary hearing. (Black) Man faces murder charge in connection to Abbeville County shooting (of 'livel-in' white female sex partner) Charles Tillman, 47, of 1083 Bell Road, Iva was arrested today and charged with murder and the possession of a weapon during a violent crime in connection to the shooting death of Christie Lynn Stutler. Stutler, 31, was found dead with a single gunshot wound to the head Nov. 8, according to a release from the Abbeville County Coroner's Office. The arrest was made after a three-week investigation that included the assistance of the State Law Enforcement Division, according to Abbeville County Sheriff Ray Watson. Tillman and Stutler were in a relationship and lived together at 1083 Bell Road, where the shooting happened, Watson said. Tillman was charged today and is currently in the Abbeville County Detention Center, according to a release from the sheriff's office. Tillman has convictions on two counts of assault and battery, one in 1994 and one in 2000, as well as a 1999 criminal domestic violence charge, according to the Abbeville County public index. - (Black-on-white) |

Wise County police continue search for (black) ex-husband in (white) woman's slaying Authorities in Wise County, Virginia, continued to search Tuesday for the ex-husband of an Appalachia town employee who was found shot to death early Monday. Eric Monroe Jones, 46, has been named a person of interest in the death of his former wife, 38-year-old Janina Gina Lorraine Jefferson, according to Wise County Sheriff’s Office Maj. Grant Kilgore. He is wanted for questioning but has not been charged, he said. A police officer found Jefferson early Monday at the town water plant after receiving a request for a welfare check from a family member. Kilgore said Jefferson, the water plant operator, was shot at least once. Jones has a long criminal history. Most recently, he was charged Sept. 8 with assault and battery of a family member, Jefferson, strangulation and trespassing, and the charges are pending in Wise County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court. A protective order has been in place against Jones and Wise County Commonwealth’s Attorney Chuck Slemp is asking the court to revoke the man’s unsupervised probation. The probation is in relation to multiple cases, according to a motion filed Monday. Wise County Circuit Court issued a final decree of divorce Sept. 8, the same day the domestic violence charges were filed. (White) Sun Prairie woman pleads guilty to shooting her (black) husband - (because she thought he was molesting her children) A Sun Prairie woman admitted Tuesday that she lured her husband home and shot him earlier this year, but she pleaded guilty to a lesser charge related to the shooting. Kassandra J. Brown, 34, who was initially charged in March with attempted first-degree intentional homicide for shooting and wounding her husband, Charles E. Brown, 39, pleaded guilty Tuesday to first-degree reckless injury. With penalty enhancers for domestic violence and for using a dangerous weapon, Brown faces up to 20 years in prison and 10 years of extended supervision when she is sentenced in about two months by Dane County Circuit Judge William Hanrahan. Under a plea agreement, however, prosecutors will seek no more than three years in prison. Hanrahan accepted the plea, but not after questioning the reason for it. According to a criminal complaint, Charles Brown told police that he was at work on March 4 when he got a call from his wife, who was upset, urging him to come home for an unresponsive child. But once at home, she began screaming at him, threw a baseball bat at him, and as he fled the house, she fired a gun at him, hitting his right hand. It emerged later that Kassandra Brown believed her husband had committed a crime and had lured him home because of that. |

Greensboro man accused of committing multiple sex crimes against college students arrested GREENSBORO, N.C. — A Greensboro man was arrested after he allegedly burglarized and sexually assaulted college students earlier this year, according to a press release. After an extensive investigation, police arrested 21-year-old Granderson Richard Murphy on Nov. 22 in connection with the crimes. Authorities believe they may have begun as early as August. Evidence connected Murphy to two incidents on Spring Garden Street and another on Lindell Street. Officers say he may be involved in additional break-ins around Hewitt Street. In some of those incidents, female students were inappropriately touched as they slept. |
Tulsa's Most Wanted: Jamal Gilbert, suspect in rape, lewd molestation of child TULSA, Okla. - This week's most wanted suspect is believed to have committed child sex crimes. Jamal Gilbert, 35, is wanted out of Tulsa County for first-degree rape and lewd molestation of a minor child. Gilbert will be jailed without bond upon arrest. Police describe him as a black male, 5 feet 5 inches tall and 140 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. |

According to a police report, 25-year-old Kadelen Devyon Holstick of Lanett, Ala., has been charged with first-degree kidnapping, first-degree domestic violence assault, domestic violence strangulation, sexual torture and first-degree sexual abuse. It was Saturday that police investigators talked with a woman at East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika, Ala. Police seek 2 suspects in KCK child murder KANSAS CITY, KS - Police in Kansas City are asking the public for help as they look for suspects in a homicide that took the life of a child. The homicide happened May 27 in the 700 block of Vermont Avenue in Kansas City, KS. KCK police got a call about 7:45 p.m. of an unresponsive juvenile in that area. When they arrived they found a 4-year-old, Honesty Sanders, laying on the floor of an apartment. Officers tried to perform CPR on the child until she was taken to an area hospital where she later died. Police are now searching for two suspects in the case. Devondre Sanders, 27, and Sierra Mitchell, 23, have been charged with first-degree murder by the Wyandotte County District Attorney’s Office. UPDATE: (black home invader) shot & killed attempting to break into home ID'd LOUISVILLE, KY – A woman shot and killed a man who was attempting to break into her home, according to her son. Louisville Metro police officers were called to the 3800 block of Northumberland Drive in the Worthington Hills neighborhood on a report of a shooting around 3:20 p.m. Friday. The homeowner’s son, Bruce Haddix, said he was at the gym when he got a call from his mom saying people were trying to break into their house. He said he raced home, but by that time he said his mom shot one of the men trying to break in. Haddix said his mother bought a gun last year for protection, and he's glad she did. "They was shaking the doors (for) 30 minutes. They were posted up outside the house, waiting 30 minutes on top of that. So they were here for over an hour probably," Haddix said. "Then they finally broke the window out of the back door (and) tried to come in. My mom stepped out of the hallway with her gun, got one shot off, and she got somebody." Louisville Metro Police Department spokeswoman Alicia Smiley confirmed the men made it inside the home when the shot was fired. Smiley said the Commonwealth Attorney determined no charges will be filed against the homeowner. The surviving suspect, Aaron McDuffie, 23, was charged with murder and burglary. (White) Woman stabbed to death outside Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital (by black ex-boyfriend) NASSAWADOX, Va. – Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital was placed on lockdown Monday morning after a woman was stabbed to death outside in the hospital parking lot. Northampton County Sheriff David Doughty Jr. confirmed the victim is 42-year-old Shelli Crockett. 58-year-old Winston Burton is charged with first degree murder. The victim’s sister said Shelli worked at the hospital and was on her way to work when she was killed. She said the suspect was her sister’s ex-boyfriend. Mindi Crockett said, “I guess he thought that if he can’t have her, no one can.” “She was stabbed multiple times and (the cuts were) so deep,” Mindi Crockett said. “They were trying to keep her living, but they couldn’t.” Sheriff Doughty said Crockett was standing outside of her car when an altercation occurred that resulted in her death. The sheriff’s office says they received a 911 call for a stabbing victim at 7:32 a.m. Deputies got on scene at 7:40 a.m. and found Crockett was being treated by hospital staff. She had been stabbed multiple times. A short time later, authorities learned Crockett had died from her injuries. According to hospital spokesman Peter Glagola, the lockdown went into effect at 8:30 a.m. People could only enter the hospital at two locations: the main lobby entrance and the outpatient entrance. He said there will be security at those locations. The hospital confirmed the lockdown was due to a domestic incident on the property. The lockdown was lifted around 1 p.m. The hospital is located in Nassawadox, in Northampton County. Burton is being held at Eastern Shore Regional Jail. His bond was denied. - (Black-on-white) |

Shooter in Essen melee was murdered black woman's live-in black boyfriend BATON ROUGE - Two people are dead and two others are injured after a shooting on Essen Lane led to a manhunt and shootout with deputies Sunday night. According to the coroner's office, 30-year-old April Peck and 48-year-old Terrell Walker were killed during the shootout. Walker was identified as Peck's live-in boyfriend. The first shooting happened at 5:35 p.m. at the intersection of United Plaza Blvd and Essen Lane. Investigators say that Walker shot Peck and threw her out of her car before fleeing the scene. Walker then made a u-turn, opened fire then "plowed through a crowd of people," striking a 17-year-old, who was an EMT in training, and a third resident, with his vehicle. The 17-year-old and third resident is expected to recover from their injuries. The shooting prompted a manhunt across Baton Rouge for the suspect as well as a heavy law enforcement presence on Essen Lane. Police closed the I-10 exit ramp and the northbound lane on Essen as the crime scene expanded. (race of other victims not yet reported) |

2nd (black) Suspect Arrested In Attack Of 59-Year-Old NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The second suspect wanted in the attack of a 59-year-old woman has been arrested. Detectives identified the suspect on Sunday as 22-year-old Christopher Darnell. He was taken into custody overnight. Darnell has been charged with aggravated robbery resulting in serious injury and two counts of fraudulently using the victim’s credit card. The attack happened on November 19 when the 59-year-old victim was walking home from a performance at TPAC. Two men attacked her near First Tennessee Park by hitting her in the head with a metal stake and robbing her. The other suspect in the case, identified as 18-year-old Brandon Dotson, surrendered to officers Saturday. |

(Black) Woman Pickpocketed People Waiting For ‘Hamilton’ Stars Outside Richard Rodgers Theatre NEW YORK — Police on Sunday were searching for a woman they said pickpocketed multiple people who were outside waiting to see the performers from the Broadway smash “Hamilton” in Midtown. Between May 25 and Nov. 6, six people reported having their property removed as they waited for the stars of “Hamilton” outside the Richard Rodgers Theatre, 226 W. 46th St. The suspect used the victims’ credit cards to buy about $2,200 worth of merchandise at Macy’s, Junior’s Restaurant, Rite Aid, Target, Designer Shoe Warehouse, Burlington Coat Factory, and Duane Reade, police said. The suspect was described as a black female with black hair and glasses. She was last seen wearing a black jacket, a gray sweater, black pants, and a gray scarf, police said. |
