Detroit: (Black monster) gets up to 60 years in elderly (White) man’s death Detroit — Scott Monchnik recalled Friday the November night he arrived on Bentler and saw his loving childhood home burned and blackened, and blood on the floor from where his father had been beaten to death. Monchnik said this “scene from hell” has traumatized his family and will haunt him for the rest of his life. “His life was brutally taken from us by a monster,” Monchnik said. “The terrible sickening feeling I get thinking that my dad’s last hour on Earth was filled with horror and pain, worse than anything he went through in the war.” The Monchnik family said they felt a sense of closure to the death of 91-year-old Paul Monchnik. Wayne Circuit Judge Michael Callahan sentenced George Steward IV, the man convicted in the brutal murder, to 30-60 years in prison. Steward, 18, of Detroit, pleaded guilty earlier this month to second-degree murder. - (Black-on-white) - (Burned Alive!) |

Police Chief: Media Not Reporting Race Of (black) Man Police Stopped From Committing Suicide In Abington PHILADELPHIA — Montgomery County Police Chief Bill Kelly accused multiple media outlets of hiding the race of a suicidal individual who police wrestled a gun away from Sunday night after an encounter with an officer in Abington. Kelly told Dom Giordano on Talk Radio 1210 WPHT that their policy is always to report the race of the individual, but news outlets extracted that detail from their reporting. “When we put the story out, like we always did, we talked about the fact that the gentleman was a 32-year-old black male…In every case we put that out and in every case they deleted the race of the individual.” He was disappointed that fact was overlooked or excluded given the number of recent police shootings of black men that have drawn outrage of spurred protests around the country. “We thought that that was an important part of the story considering everything that’s been going on. Yet, everyone of the news outlets that we’d seen had deleted the race of the individual when they were telling the story.” Kelly credited the officers involved with using the best judgement to end the confrontation without using their weapons. “Something that people have to be thinking about is that the officer has an equal right to want to survive these scenarios as much as he citizen does and in some of these cases, to go any further than they would is sometimes risking their own life. These officers did that. They thought it was a risk worth taking. They did it and it worked out just fine.” |

A neighbor told The Post that he saw the mother fleeing the scene while still partially bound by the tape. “She had duct tape around her neck like she pulled it from her mouth,” he said. “She had blood on her nose. She was asking for a phone.” The woman called 911 and reported the attack. “She went right back in the elevator,” the neighbor added. “That was the last thing I saw.” The younger Bias, 23, stole cash from his great-grandmother and drove off in a 2006 Audi that belongs to the younger victim, the sources said. |

Judge finds (black Jamaican boyfriend) Nick Hillary not guilty for murder (of White son of promiscuous white 'girlfriend') CANTON, N.Y. - Oral "Nick" Hillary was tried for second-degree murder in the 2011 killing of Garrett Phillips. Hillary hugged his lawyer and cried Wednesday morning as Judge Felix Catena made his ruling. St. Lawrence County District Attorney Mary Rain said at a news conference afterward that she remains certain Hillary committed the crime. The former Clarkson soccer coach accused of killing of his ex-girlfriend's 12-year-old son has been found not guilty. The boy was choked to death in an apartment in Potsdam, a college town near the Canadian border. Prosecutors lacked DNA or fingerprint evidence and relied on a largely circumstantial case. Hillary's lawyers argued the case was weak and repeated the claims of critics who said authorities in the largely white community unjustly prosecuted him. Hillary was the head soccer coach at Clarkson University. He and his daughter had lived with Garrett's mother until the relationship ended. - (Black-on-white) |

Black Subway pusher avoids life in jail for fatal shove The man who pushed a Bronx dad to his death in front of a D train dodged a life sentence on Tuesday — getting 18 years in a plea deal for manslaughter that sparked outrage from the subway motorman who was at the controls and is still scarred from the incident. “Is it fair? Absolutely not,” James Muriel, 55, told The Post. “He deserves the death penalty. He not only destroyed the victim’s life, he also destroyed his family’s life and also destroyed my state of mind,” the 25-year MTA veteran explained. Kevin Darden, 36, had been charged with murder for the horrific, unprovoked Nov. 16, 2014, attack on 61-year-old Wai Kuen Kwok as the father of two was waiting with his wife at the 167th Street subway station. The career criminal was facing 25 years to life in prison, but could now be out at age 54 after pleading guilty in Bronx Supreme Court. Kwok and his wife, Yow Ho Lee, were getting ready to head to Chinatown to go grocery shopping when the ex-con shoved the hard-working Chinese immigrant in front of an oncoming southbound D train without uttering a single word. |
