White man killed in Family Dollar parking lot by black thief and killer - during on-line sale meet LAKELAND, Fla. – Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd is known for saying what’s on his mind. On Tuesday morning, he had a tough message for a murder suspect who’s on the run. “Hey Mr. Murderer,” Judd said, “You have made your last purchase, or one of your last. We’re going to find you.” Judd was speaking to the unidentified suspect who shot and killed Jeffrey Morrow Jr., 21, on Sunday night. Morrow went with his friend Blake Fitez, 22, to sell an item that had been advertised online. The pair met the buyer in the parking lot of the Family Dollar, 1135 S. Combee Rd., Lakeland around 9:30 p.m. According to Sheriff Grady Judd, the buyer, had the item in his hand and was rummaging through his pocket like he was reaching for money, but instead, took off with the item without paying. Morrow and Fitez chased after the man. Morrow pulled out a shotgun and shouted that he had a gun. The suspect also pulled out a gun and shot and killed Morrow. The Polk County Sheriff’s Office would not disclose what the item was, but confirmed it was a legitimate item, being sold for $450. The suspect was described as a black male in his 20s. He was wearing a white or light gray zipped up hooded jacket, a red shirt, and white sneakers. The suspect was last seen running through the Marathon Gas station parking lot just north of the Family Dollar. - (Black-on-white) |

(Black female) Woman sentenced to 15 years in jail for 2014 DUI homicide JACKSON, MS - A Jackson woman was sentenced to 15 years in jail and 5 years probation for the 2014 DUI homicide of a 21-year-old man. 21-year-old Joshua Hardin was ejected from the SUV and killed instantly. Linda Cook held tightly to a framed picture of her grandson in court on Wednesday. "Tiffani Martin decided to climb behind the steering wheel drunk and now he is gone, just gone. Ripped away from us. That didn't have to happen. A father and mother are left without their only son," she read out loud in court. "Grief doesn't get any easier, it is like having your heart ripped out of your chest every single day over and over again," she went on to say. "I not only lost my grandson I lost my faith. Police: Woman Attacked While Jogging On Hines Park Bike Path LIVONIA – Livonia police are looking for a man who tried to rape a woman while she was out jogging in Hines Park over Labor Day weekend. According to investigators, the 28-year old victim was headed east on the Edward Hines Drive bicycle path, west of Levan, at around 7:30 p.m. Sunday when a man grabbed her by the neck, hit her in the face and began dragging her into the woods toward the Rouge River. While she struggled, the man allegedly tried to take the woman’s clothes off, telling her he wanted to have sex — but the woman was able to fight him off. She flagged down a passing motorist and used his phone to call 911 while the suspect fled on foot, headed east, police said. Officers rushed to the scene but weren’t able to find the suspect. He’s described as black male, around 28 to 30 years old and 180 lbs., clean-shaven, with dark hair and a muscular build. (Black) Shooting victim dies after crashing into MTA bus in East Nashville NASHVILLE, TN - Metro police are searching for a man and woman involved in a deadly shooting in East Nashville. Officers say Mark Matlock, 57, died after crashing into a Metro Transit Authority bus near the Shelby Park Community Center on Tuesday night. Matlock was in the car with 32-year-old Angel Pendred, who was transported to Vanderbilt with non-life-threatening injuries from the crash. Several people were on the bus at the time of the crash. None of them were hurt. Matlock was shot during an exchange of gunfire with a couple he and Pendred met in a parking lot around 5 p.m. The couple involved in the shooting is described as a black man and white woman with pink hair. They may be traveling in a silver or gray Chrysler 200 sedan. |
Man robbed, beaten during meeting with (white whore and her black pimp) MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Two people were arrested, accused of beating and robbing a man who thought he was meeting an escort for sex. Memphis Police said the victim contacted Alana Wigley through Backpage.com and arranged to meet her at the Value Inn in the 5700 block of Shelby Oaks. He admitted to authorities he said he would pay her $200 in exchange for sex. Once at the hotel, the victim told police Wigley’s boyfriend, Barron Eddings, banged on the door and then attacked him once he got inside. His iPhone 6 and several credit cards were also stolen. |

(Black) Teen Who Viciously Raped, Assaulted Two Women Is Sentenced Jaishon Bellamy, a 16-year-old the state said viciously raped and tried to kill two women a year ago in East Hartford, was sentenced Thursday to 20 years in prison. Each of Bellamy's victims endured hourslong assaults. A 38-year-old woman pulled her overheating car into a commuter parking lot on Main Street. When she got out of the car to get some antifreeze, Bellamy attacked. The second attack came on Sept. 19, 2015. Bellamy's victim, also 38, read for the judge a chilling denoscription of the attack and its aftermath. |

McVay is known around town for calling for the violence in Memphis to stop. McVay, who is also known as Melmane, makes songs about money, sex, and living life on the streets. Mom and son arrested in armed robbery, second son still wanted Ozark police have arrested a woman and her two sons in connection with the abduction of a man during an assault and robbery. Ozark Police Lt. Michael Bryan confirmed police arrested an Ozark mom, 53-year-old Linda Carter, and her son, 35-year-old Travis Gissendanner, and charged them both with felony first-degree robbery and felony second-degree kidnapping. Police also charged Gissendanner with felony second-degree assault. (Black) Man who admitted to kidnapping, killing (White) 5-year-old girl to be sentenced KANSAS CITY, Kan. -- A man who admitted to kidnapping and killing a five-year-old girl will be sentenced Tuesday. According to U.S., attorney Tom Beall, the feds and Marcas McGowan reached a plea agreement where McGowan will spend the rest of his life in jail. McGowan, 32, pleaded guilty to kidnapping and killing 5-year-old Cady Harris in July of 2014. Harris was the daughter of McGowan`s girlfriend Christina Harris. The prosecutor says McGowan had an argument with his girlfriend, threatened her with a gun, grabbed Cady and took off. McGowan led police on a chase through Atchison, across the river into Missouri and then back to Leavenworth where he eventually crashed through a barricade and stopped. Police say he was shooting at them during the chase, and when the chase ended, police found Cady in the car dead. She had been shot. At first there was a question of how she died, but forensic evidence showed that McGowan shot the child with his gun at close range in the car. - (Black-on-white) |

Man arrested for attempted murder of his wife ETHEL, LA - On Sunday, August 28, around 3 a.m., Chelsea Wayne Smith, 42, attempted to murder his wife, Jennifer. Jennifer advised that after a verbal argument, Chelsea entered their bedroom where she was lying in bed holding a phone conversation with her daughter, who said she heard a loud clap over the phone. The daughter advised that she believed the sound was that of Chelsea striking her mother. Jennifer then screamed for her daughter to call the police. LANDRY PARISH, La. — A traffic stop led to the arrest of a man with a warrant for attempted second-degree murder, authorities said. Sheriff Bobby Guidroz with the St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office said deputies stopped the driver of a red PT Cruiser on I-49 for no license plate and speeding 89 in a 70 MPH zone. A news release stated the driver was identified as Joseph Paul Edwards of Baton Rouge and was only in possession of a State of Louisiana identification card. A spokesperson with the sheriff’s office said, the passenger who was the girlfriend and owner of the vehicle was identified as Toccara W. New Haven Man Charged with Beating Women with Baseball Bat in 'Vicious' Assault: Hamden Police HAMDEN, CT — A New Haven man is accused of beating a Hamden woman and her 20-year-old daughter with a baseball bat in a “vicious” assault, according to police. Hamden Police responded to the area of Shelton Avenue and Goodrich Street at about 12:30 a.m. on Aug. 13 on the report of a woman and a child being beaten with a baseball bat, according to Capt. Black man sentenced 30 years for 'vicious' attack on wife An Eldersburg man was sentenced to 30 years Tuesday after pleading guilty to assaulting his wife with a boxcutter, in what a prosecutor called the "most vicious" attack he's seen. Kenneth Lenard Randall, 44, of the 900 block of Marimich Court, pleaded guilty to one count of first-degree assault and one count of carrying a dangerous weapon with the intent to injure. As a result of the guilty plea, the state entered the remaining charges, which include attempted first-degree murder and attempted second-degree murder, as nolle prosequi, or abandoned by the state. On Dec. 18, 2015, a pregnant Heather Randall woke up to find Kenneth Randall standing over her. He started to slash at her face with a boxcutter. |

He is scheduled to appear for a bond hearing on Tuesday in the Cook County courthouse in Markham. |

(Interracial couple) arrested in Pike Co. homicide, more arrests expected Two arrests have been made in the shooting death of a man whose body was found in the Bogue Chitto River on Thursday, and authorities say two arrests are expected. Cort Gatlin, 29, of McComb, was reported missing last week before he was found dead on Thursday. Pike County Coroner Percy Pittman said Gatlin had tape on his arms and around his head, and that he had been shot in the head. Authorities said Gatlin's body was recovered Thursday in Pike County around 6 p.m. just south of Alford's Bridge. Anthony J. Dauden, 25, and Bridget A. Dillon, 26, were arrested Saturday and are being held without bond in the Pike County jail on charges of murder and conspiracy to commit murder. Chief Deputy Greg Martin said there are at least two more suspects police are looking for, but that they won't be identified until they are arrested. Gatlin and Dillon shared an address, but Dillon's name on her Facebook page is Bridget Dillon-Dauden. Martin said it's unclear what any of their relationships to each other actually were. Arraignments set for teens accused in murder, gang member Arraignments are set for Friday in the cases of four teens accused in a beating death and in the case of an alleged Alexandria gang member. The four Alexandria teens — 17-year-olds Akeeley Keshawn Blade Jr. and Brooke Ashlyn Daniels and 16-year-olds Travis Jamire Weston and Camryn Neil Lasyone — were indicted on Aug. 25 after a decision had been made to try them all as adults. They are accused in the beating death and robbery of Michael Butler, a 55-year-old man from Lecompte who was staying at the Motel 6, 546 MacArthur Drive in Alexandria. Though badly beaten, Butler was able to tell responding Alexandria Police Department officers that a female had come to his door, according to the department. While the two spoke, the other suspects burst through the door. |

2 (White) College Students Duct Taped, Robbed At Gunpoint (by black home invaders) PITTSBURGH — Two University of Pittsburgh students showed up at the Sunoco in Oakland Monday morning, but they didn’t come to shop. They were there because they say two men broke into their apartment and duct taped their arms. “I just heard noise at my door, somebody opened my bedroom door, I looked up there’s a man holding a gun, telling me to be quiet,” Arthur Forbes said. Forbes is a fourth year student at Pitt. He lives on Niagara Street with three other roommates, but around 5 a.m., two other men entered their home through an unlocked back door. “[He said] I’m looking for cash, looking for money, I didn’t know what to tell him, we’re college students,” Forbes said. “The first thing I saw was Art, taped up with a gun to his head. And yeah, they just demanded money from me too,” said victim Ryan Foster. Foster did give them his cell phone and wallet, and the unwanted intruders left the two roommates in a basement bathroom. They are described as black males – one with a red hoodie and black ski mask the other a white hoodie and white ski mask. A teen accused of attacking and trying to kidnap a woman at West Acres in Fargo nearly two years ago has been found guilty. A jury convicted Abdirahman Sahel in Cass County District Court on Friday morning. He was found guilty of robbery, terrorizing, simple assault and criminal attempt, three of which are felonies. Sahel was 15 years old at the time of the attack, but his case was moved to adult court. |

"The adult female victim was asleep on a couch and awoke to a man trying to have sex with her," Boulder police said. (Evil black) Framingham State Police Officer "Dormevil" Accused Of Inappropriate Conduct Arrested, Placed On Leave FRAMINGHAM — A Framingham State University police officer accused of inappropriate conduct over the weekend was arrested and placed on leave from the school, university officials said in a statement. Wilter Dormevil was charged with open and gross lewdness, wanton and lascivious conduct, and witness intimidation, Framingham Police said. The university said in a statement that FSU police were notified of the unspecified inappropriate conduct around 12:30 p.m. Saturday, and that Dormevil was immediately relieved of his duties. They said he is banned from the FSU campus as authorities investigate. |

According to Lauderdale County Chief Deputy Richard Richey, Corey Dorsey, was arrested Thursday at Brooks High School and charged with not following sex offender employment restrictions and failure to register employment as a sex offender. As a registered sex offender, Dorsey can't work within 2000 feet of school property. |
Atlantic City police shooting Wounded officer condition upgraded An Atlantic City police officer wounded in a shooting early Saturday morning is now in critical but stable condition, police have announced. Officer Joshlee Vadell, 29, is a nine-year veteran of the police force. He was shot in the head as he exited his patrol vehicle about 2:30 a.m. Saturday near Caesars Atlantic City. He and another uniformed officer were approaching three men allegedly engaged in criminal activity. Two are now charged in the armed robbery of three others. After the officer was struck, the other officer fired back, striking one of the suspects — Jerome Damon, 25, of Camden — who collapsed and died less than two blocks away. Martel Chisolm and Demetris Cross are charged in shooting that wounded Officer Joshlee Vadell. Vadell's wife put out a statement Monday. Ashlyn Salomon, 25, of Fort Pierce, remained in the St. Lucie County Jail Sunday without bail on a charge of second degree murder, a charge that means he didn't initially plan to shoot the victim, Jonathan Maciel, 34, of Fort Pierre, police said. Before the shooting, Maciel angered his live-in girlfriend by talking with another woman through Facebook. The woman's daughter joined in, defending her mother, and she called her boyfriend, Salomon. According to the office, Jason B. Miller was convicted for murder and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and received two 50-year prison sentences. 25-year-old Sergeant Colby Bozo and his wife Kristen were struck by Miller’s vehicle while they were driving June 25, 2015. Officials said Miller was evading police in a stolen vehicle when he ran a red light and struck the Bozos’ vehicle. Peoria Police arrested 26-year-old Colbi Schofield around 11:45 Saturday night in the 1800 block of West War Memorial Drive. She was taken to the Peoria County jail on charges of murder and aggravated battery. Police are still looking for a second suspect, 22-year-old William Runyon. He’s wanted for murder, domestic battery and home invasion. Police say Runyon is considered armed and dangerous, and should not be approached in public. The two are connected to the fight and shooting near Bradley University that killed 19-year-old Morris Thomas II and put a 24-year-old man in the hospital. Cedric Madison, 41, of Beaumont, was accused of sexually assaulting the baby earlier in August 2016. Investigators say the child's mother came home from a party and found Madison with her child. She immediately confronted him and called 911. |

(Black and white) Pair charged with murder after (White) man beaten to death outside Fayetteville restaurant FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – Two men have been charged with murder after a man was beaten to death in a parking lot outside a Fayetteville restaurant early Sunday morning, police said. Fayetteville police officers responded to the parking lot of 301 Wingz at 407 N. Eastern Boulevard in response to a reported fight just before 12:30 a.m., police said. According to a preliminary investigation, the victim and two men were inside the restaurant before the fight. When the three men left, they began to fight while in the parking lot. The victim was beaten, suffered serious injuries and left unconscious in the parking lot, police said. Police and the victim’s stepson, Joseph Hinton said that the man killed was Michael Mansfield, 52. Sunday afternoon, Fayetteville Police announced they arrested two men in the murder. Hubert Underwood II, 37 and Steven Rosser, 26, are each facing one count of first degree murder, police said. According to a 2014 Fayetteville Observer article, Mansfield was a “born-again former drug dealer and free-base cocaine addict.” |

According to reports, officers were flagged down by passers-by regarding an injured man lying in the 2200 block of Fannin Street about 2:50 a.m. on March 30. (Black) Man Acquitted of Almost All Counts in Shooting of (White) Delco Officers (because they did not recall announcing their presence) A man who argued self-defense in the shooting of a police officer has been acquitted of nearly all charges. 37-year-old Darrel Burt was convicted Friday in Delaware County of recklessly endangering a civilian. But Burt was acquitted of a dozen other counts, including attempted murder of police officers, attempted voluntary manslaughter and assaulting an officer by discharging a firearm. Police said he fired two shots at a Ridley Park officer responding to an August 2015 report that he had threatened to kill himself. Defense attorney Wana Saadzoi asked three officers whether they announced their presence. All said they didn't recall having done so.
