School Employee Horace Morris Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Student MIAMI -- Police arrested a man Monday they say forced a student to perform oral sex on him during a "counseling" session. Horace Morris, who is an administrative assistant at Jann Mann Opportunity School in Miami, is charged with sexual battery. Police said 34-year-old Morris took the girl into his office last Monday and assaulted her. The girl later told her mother, who contacted school police. Hospital Worker Charged With Raping Patient PHILADELPHIA -- An employee of Mercy Hospital in southwest Philadelphia is being charged with raping a patient. Police have confirmed that they arrested emergency room technician Christopher Summers, 32. "No one came to her aid. She's pulling the cord and no one came, no one called, no one did anything," said Kerneisha Boyd, the alleged victim's relative. The 23-year-old victim said that she wanted to tell her story, but the hospital refused to let NBC 10's cameras inside. The woman said she woke up early Sunday morning and found him on top of her. "She tried to run. She tried to run into the bathroom and get away from him. She tried to pull on the nurses' cord. He hit her over the head with something," - (The Bobster) |

| Ohio Jury Convicts Negro of Kidnapping 5-year-old White Girl - facing only three years to 10 years COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - Jurors convicted a man Friday of kidnapping a 5-year-old girl, but acquitted him of a rape charge that could have brought a mandatory life sentence. The girl is presumed dead, but Bruce was not charged with murder.   Lindsey Bruce was charged with kidnapping and raping Emily Rimel, who has been missing since December. She was last seen in her Madison Township home on the night when Bruce was visiting. Rimel's body has not been found and Bruce was not charged with murder. Kerry Spencer sentenced to death for assassination of three Alabama Police Officers - Justice Prevails: Killer Receives Death   Chuck Canterbury, national president of the Fraternal Order of Police, welcomed today's news that Kerry Spencer, convicted of murdering three law enforcement officers in Alabama last summer, was sentenced to death. On June 17, 2004, Kerry Spencer, who admitted selling as much as $3,000 worth of crack a day from a filthy apartment in a poor neighborhood of Birmingham, Ala., opened fire at close range with an automatic SKS Chinese assault rifle on four officers that arrived at the apartment to arrest his friend. He wounded one officer and killed three others -- Carlos Owen, Harley Chisholm III and Charles Robert Bennett. He confessed to the murders and was convicted by a jury of three counts of capital murder and one count of attempted murder of a police officer. Accused child rapist has been captured The United States Marshal got your help in bringing in Gregory Varner. The victim in this case was only 11-years-old - the daughter of a woman Varner had become acquainted with. Police say Varner is dangerous with a background of violence and drug abuse. "He is known to the system," said Cleveland Police Lt. Thomas Stacho. "He has a long, violent history. He has offenses including burglary, breaking and entering, grand theft of a motor vehicle and other theft offenses." Man Suspected In Sexual Assault Arrested COLUMBUS, Ohio -- A man suspected in a Columbus rape was arrested after police spent days searching for him. Cornell Sean Kelly, 29, was caught by members of a federal and county task force. An anonymous tip led officials to Kelly's location in a house on the city's east side. Investigators said that Kelly sexually assaulted a woman on Sept. 3. Police said he injured the victim during the assault. Police said Kelly had been released from prison in 2003 and was out on parole for robbery. According to police, Kelly is connected to another sexual assault from August. - (Gman) |
Fugitive child rapist accused of exposing himself at Target CLEVELAND -- A convicted child rapist, who may have had his eyes on another little girl, is the Fugitive of the Week. Clifford D. Jones of Cleveland is a sexually oriented offender. In 1985 he raped a 12-year-old girl and did 17 years in prison. Clifford Jones came to the store and immediately made security guards suspicious. They saw him going from aisle to aisle, as if he were following someone. "They thought he was a shoplifter at first," "They started monitoring him and after five minutes, they observed him exposing himself to a young girl inside the Target store." Jones had his pants unbuckled and continued to follow the little girl as security cameras tried to follow him. Seattle: Judge won't bail for Nigerian gynecologist, already awaiting trial on rape charge - accused of exposing himself A Superior Court judge refused to drastically increase bail for Dr. Charles Momah, despite the prosecution's latest allegations that the gynecologist, already awaiting trial on rape charges, attempted to expose himself to a young woman last month from the deck of his Bellevue home. Momah, 49, who had operated OB/GYN clinics in Burien and Federal Way, was charged a year ago with two counts of rape and two counts of indecent liberties with patients. Low-down Black Delaware Homo Pedophile "Baby-sitter" Charged With Raping 6-Year-Old Boy  A Delaware man is behind bars for allegedly raping a 6-year-old boy. Police said that the suspect was baby-sitting the child and his four siblings when the alleged rape took place. Matthew Bagwell was arrested Tuesday. They said four small children witnessed the alleged attack. "Very disturbing that somebody would take advantage of a young child in that way," said Lt. Norman Wood. Police said that the details surrounding the sexual assault of the 6-year-old boy were enough to shock even the most seasoned police officer. Pastor Rasberry Arrested On Child incest, other Sex-Related Charges Involving Minors A pastor was arrested Wednesday night on a number of charges ranging from statutory rape to assault. Authorities say Nathaniel Rasberry, 36, of Kenly, repeatedly sexually assaulted two women, now ages 19 and 25, over a period of several years. Rasberry, a pastor of World Vision Outreach Center, had been on the run since August when the Wilson County Sheriff's Office issued warrants for his arrest. Man Charged With Girlfriend's Baby's Murder; Bond Set At $500,000  There was an outburst Friday morning during Charles Finley's arraignment. Finley tried to break free from deputies while inside a Hamilton County courtroom. A family member spoke up outside the courtroom. "He shouldn't have had a bond. You kill an innocent child, what can a one year [in jail] old do? Ain't no amount of money, he shouldn't had no bond," pleaded Deionna Duskin, a relative of the murdered child. Eliseo Quintero was facing two counts of first-degree murder and a charge of felony murder  Eliseo Quintero was convicted of two counts of criminally negligent homicide for his role in the death of Tracy Renee Owen, a 32-year-old pregnant woman who was shot five times after walking on a roadside. Rafael Vasquez Garcia is facing charges involving both the 11-year-old girl and a second 14-year-old victim, prosecutors say. White 18-Year-Old Co-ed Calls 911 Before She Is Raped and Killed by Black 'Career Criminal'   SUNRISE, Fla. -- Police say an 18-year-old woman used her cell phone to call 911 for help Monday night, but by the time officers arrived, she had been killed. Sunrise police said when officers arrived at the apartment building at 5990 N.W. 19th St. just after midnight, Christine Myers was lying dead in a hallway. Police arrested 26-year-old Edward Mosie Howard on Tuesday. Investigators said Myers and Howard knew each other, but investigators said they don't know a motive for the killing. Police Seek Registered Sex Offender in Rape Case Savannah-Chatham police need your help finding a registered sex offender. Antonio L. Williams is wanted for the September 16 rape of an 18-year-old on Savannah's south side. An arrest warrant has also been issued in another rape for which Williams was recently indicted by a Chatham County grand jury. It is believed Williams is still in the area. 18-Year-Old Jovani Garcia Arrested For Raping Toddler At Orlando Daycare ORLANDO, Fla. -- An 18-year-old man was arrested for raping a 2-year-old girl while she was at a daycare. Jovani Garcia's mother runs the daycare on El Vedado Avenue in Orlando. Garcia was arrested after the little girl told her mother she was in pain.
