Man accused of killing girlfriend, another man after
bonding out of jail LOUGHMAN, Fla. — A man who bonded out of jail just days ago is accused of killing his girlfriend and a man who moved in with her, authorities say. Kenyatta Bellamy, 50, bonded out March 24 from the Osceola County jail on a charge for failure to appear for a DUI manslaughter case that happened in January 2018. He went home, where he allowed his girlfriend to live while he was in jail, and discovered she wasn't alone, deputies said. Deputies said earlier in the day Friday, Bellamy took the woman's young son to see family members and during dinner, he complained to a cousin about the man living in his house. After dinner, Bellamy told his cousin to leave him at a gas station because he didn't want to return home. At some point, however, deputies said Bellamy's cousin went to the house and, upon smelling smoke at the front door, called 911. Bellamy later told deputies he walked into the house and came across the woman and man having sex. That's when he said he "lost it," the sheriff's office reported. Deputies said he used a hammer and knife to kill the man and woman, leaving the room after lighting a fire. "If this suspect had remained in jail where he belonged, these two victims would still be alive," Sheriff Grady Judd said in a news release. "We are still piecing together why, after spending almost a year in jail, he was allowed to bond out. This is an awful tragedy that should never have happened." The sheriff's office says Bellamy has a lengthy criminal history, including arrests in New York for manslaughter and robbery in the 1990s. Since 2015, he was arrested in Clearwater and Osceola County, with the last arrest involving the manslaughter case. |

The long-running case relates to the state-mandated certification exam, known as the Liberal Arts and Sciences Test, which city teachers and DOE applicants took from 1993 to 2004. A federal judge ruled in 2012 that the test was racially discriminatory and wrongfully prevented legions of black and Latino plaintiffs from either being promoted or hired by the DOE. |

Woman found dead at Horseshoe Lake, where mother was killed 24
years earlier by (black) killer A man convicted in one of the most infamous murders in recent Mid-South history appears to have killed the daughter of one of his original victims, 24 years later. Martha McKay — a member of the influential Snowden family that once owned the Peabody hotel — was found dead late Wednesday morning at her home, the historic Snowden House at Horseshoe Lake, Arkansas. The suspect in the killing is Travis Santay Lewis, according to Crittenden County Sheriff Mike Allen. Lewis was 17 when he pleaded guilty to the 1996 Horseshoe Lake murders of McKay's mother, Sally Snowden McKay, and Sally McKay's nephew, Lee Baker, a popular Memphis blues/rock guitarist. Lewis, 39, had been paroled in 2018, according to Allen. He had been charged as an adult in connection with the 1996 murders. "Deputies today responded to an alarm at the historical Snowden House in Horseshoe Lake," Allen said, in a statement. "Two deputies that arrived found an open back door and upon clearing the house located a possible suspect who jumped from an upstairs window and ran to a vehicle that he drove across the yard and got stuck in the yard. "The suspect then jumped from the car and ran and jumped into the lake. He was observed going under the water and never came back up." According to Allen, rescue teams from the sheriff's department and Arkansas Game and Fish used sonar equipment to locate and recover the body of Lewis, who had drowned. In addition, "the body of a female was found deceased inside the house." Allen identified the woman as Martha McKay. Neighbors reported that deputies told them McKay had been stabbed, while others said a hammer was the weapon. Built in 1919, the Snowden House is located several houses away from the Sally McKay home where McKay, 75, and Baker, 52, were found shot to death on Sept. 10, 1996. The property also served as a location for the 1994 movie adaptation of the John Grisham murder mystery, "The Client." Lewis pleaded guilty to the two murders on April 7, 1998, the day his Circuit Court trial was about to begin in Marion, Arkansas. He was sentenced to (only) 28 1/2 years. - (Black-on-White) |

extradites MUSLIM jihadist preacher Mullah Krekar to Italy Mullah Krekar, real name Najmaddin Faraj Ahmad, is considered a terrorist by the UN and the US. In July 2019 he was convicted by an Italian court of leading a jihadist group. His lawyers challenged his extradition, citing the coronavirus pandemic. The 63-year-old Iraqi Kurdish preacher came to Norway as a refugee in 1991. He was the founder of the defunct Islamic group Ansar al-Islam, although has since distanced himself from the group. Norway has been trying to extradite him for years, judging him to be a threat to national security since 2007. But under Norwegian law it would be illegal to extradite him to Iraq – despite repeated requests by Kurdish authorities - because he could face the death penalty. Last year, an Italian court sentenced him to 12 years behind bars for leading the Rawti Shax network, a now-disbanded Kurdish movement that allegedly has links with the Islamic State group and is thought to have planned attacks in Western countries. |

court convicts MUSLIM Islamist of ricin bomb plot BERLIN -- A German court on Thursday convicted a 31-year-old Tunisian man of planning to carry out a ricin attack in the name of the Islamic State group. The Duesseldorf regional court found Sief Allah H. guilty of manufacturing a biological weapon and preparing an attack, sentencing him to 10 years' imprisonment. Federal prosecutors accused the man, whose surname wasn't released due to German privacy rules, of buying thousands of castor beans to produce the highly toxic ricin, which he tested on a dwarf hamster. It survived. The defendant and his 44-year-old wife also bought 250 steel bearings and manufactured explosives before they were arrested at their apartment in Cologne in June 2018. Prosecutors said their plans for an attack, which could have killed a large number of people, was at an advanced stage. A verdict in the case against his wife, Yasmin H., is expected soon. |

SUSPICIOUS NEWS "FBI learned of coronavirus-inspired bomb plotter through radicalized US Army soldier" The suspected white supremacist who (allegedly) plotted to bomb a hospital facing the coronavirus crisis was in touch with a then-active U.S. Army soldier who wanted to launch his own attack on a major American news network and discussed targeting a Democratic presidential candidate, according to an FBI alert summarizing the case. On Tuesday, as 36-year-old Timothy Wilson was on the verge of trying to detonate a car bomb at a Kansas City-area medical center, agents from the FBI’s field office in Missouri attempted to arrest him. But shots were fired, fatally wounding Wilson, according to the FBI. Ahead of Tuesday’s incident, Wilson “espoused white supremacist ideology” and “made a threat that if any agent attempted to [search his property] they should ‘bring a lot of body bags,” said the FBI alert, distributed to state and local law enforcement agencies in the region on Wednesday. The FBI alert also said Wilson had “shared instructions on how to make an [improvised explosive device] with another ... Domestic Terrorism (DT) subject” from near Kansas City. ABC News has identified that other domestic terrorism “subject” as Jarrett Smith, who was arrested in September 2019 while still stationed at Ft. Riley, Kansas, as an active member of the U.S. Army. According to charging documents filed at the time in Topeka, Kansas, Smith (allegedly) planned to travel to Ukraine to fight with the violent far-right group Azov Battalion; suggested targeting then-Democratic presidential candidate Beto O’Rourke; proposed bombing the headquarters of a still-unidentified news network; and distributed bomb-making tips online. Smith has since pleaded guilty to federal charges of distributing information that relates to weapons of mass destruction, and he is awaiting sentencing. On Wednesday, sources familiar with the matter told ABC News that Wilson had been on the FBI’s radar for more than a year, indicating that the FBI’s probe of Smith led authorities to Wilson months before he sought to take advantage of the unfolding coronavirus crisis. The FBI believes other extremists inside the U.S. homeland may similarly “aspire to capitalize on the current health crisis,” but it is “unlikely” any of their actions “will rise to the level of terroristic actions like Wilson,” the alert issued Wednesday said. |

Mistrial
declared in rape case A judge declared a mistrial in the rape case of a Thibodaux man accused of sexually assaulting teenager due to coronavirus concerns. District Judge George Larke Jr. issued the ruling Thursday in the trial of Uly Ramon Henderson, 25, who is charged with third-degree rape. The ruling came after the trial was put on hold for three days due to virus concerns. Prosecutors rested their case last week and the defense was scheduled to present evidence Monday but the case was halted after courthouse protocols were altered to prevent the virus from spreading. The trial was originally postponed without a date but was declared a mistrial due to the potentially long jury absence, Assistant District Attorney Chris Erny said. Henderson’s charges result from a Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office investigation conducted in January 2019. Detectives launched a probe after receiving a complaint that the defendant had sexually assaulted a teenage acquaintance during a weekend visit, authorities said. The victim was taken to an out-of-area hospital to receive medical attention and an arrest warrant was issued for the suspect, authorities said. Henderson was arrested Jan. 22, 2019, in Lafourche Parish and was transported to the Terrebonne Parish jail on Jan. 24, 2019, where he was held on a $50,000 bond. If convicted, Henderson faces up to 25 years behind bars without parole, probation or early release. |

Police say Arrindell holds the rank of lieutenant or "Big Homie" with the Los Angeles Westside Crips-affiliated gang. The warrant states that on March 4, between 11 a.m. and noon, Arrindell and another suspected gang leader met with the victim in the upper F hallway of the high school. While the girl entered the hallway bathroom, where the other gang leader planned on "'sexing' her into the gang," Arrindell stood watch, police say. Hispanic' Woman was strangled by her MEXICAN-named boyfriend Citizenship status of the Hispanic suspect has not been reported in this news article... The 19-year-old Hempstead woman found dead in her home Saturday night was strangled to death by her boyfriend, Nassau police said Tuesday. Sixto Tapia-Angeles, 26, of Hempstead, has been charged with second-degree murder in the killing of Maria D. Rodriguez — Perez at the home on Harriman Avenue. "These two had a relationship together and on that evening, got into a domestic incident, where it became physical," said Nassau Det. Lt. Stephen Fitzpatrick. "During that physical disturbance, Sisto strangled Maria, causing her death, and then took a razor and made it look as if they both attempted to commit suicide." Fitzpatrick, during a news briefing Tuesday outside of police headquarters in Mineola, said that Tapia-Angeles called 911 about 8:45 p.m. Saturday asking for the police and an ambulance. When police arrived, Tapia-Angeles was in bed and had "superficial wounds to his wrist and his forearm and claimed he had done this as self-inflicted," Fitzpatrick said. Rodriguez-Perez's body was also in the bed and partially covered by a sheet, Fitzpatrick said. She was pronounced dead at the scene. The couple had been dating for a year-and-a-half, he said. "It's become sour recently as he's become more suspecting of her being unfaithful to him and talking to other men," Fitzpatrick said. |

Black Female gets Felony Rap For Coughing In Face Of Paramedic MARCH 22--A woman arrested for assaulting her boyfriend shouted “I have the coronavirus” before intentionally coughing in the face of a paramedic who she sprayed with “copious amounts of saliva,” police charge. Responding early Wednesday to a domestic violence call in Lady Lake, an Orlando suburb, police encountered the bloodied victim. The man, whose nose was broken, told officers that he had been attacked by his girlfriend, LaDonald Shakkie Holmes. The man said he was lying in bed with Holmes, 38, when she “told the victim she wanted to have sex,” according to a probable cause affidavit. The victim recalled that he declined to engage with Holmes “since she is leaving him to get back with her ex-husband.” Rebuffed, Holmes became “very agitated at which time she ‘round house kicked’ the victim in the nose and then punched him in the nose,” cops allege. “That resulted in the victim’s nose breaking, the victim then started bleeding all over himself and the residence.” Pictured above, Holmes is a “black belt in martial arts,” the affidavit reveals. - (Drudge) |

Supreme Court throws out suit by aspiring BLACK MEDIA COMEDIAN
falsely claiming 'RACISM' by Comcast Washington — The Supreme Court on Monday threw out a lower court ruling in favor of a black media mogul and comedian who's suing cable giant Comcast alleging racial discrimination. The justices agreed unanimously that an appeals court applied the wrong legal standard in allowing business owner Byron Allen's $20 billion suit against Comcast to go forward. Allen has a separate $10 billion suit against Charter Communications that the justices' decision also affects. A federal appeals court in San Francisco had said that Allen needed to show that race was among the factors in Comcast's decision not to offer him a contract. But the Supreme Court said that Allen has to show that race was the decisive factor in the cable companies' refusal to carry his television channels. Comcast has said it declined to carry the channels because the programming isn't very good. |

Man bashed Cinnabon employee in face with metal napkin
dispenser, cops say A customer dissatisfied with the amount of icing on his cinnamon roll bashed a Brooklyn food worker in the face with a metal napkin dispenser, cops said Monday. A 25-year-old Cinnabon employee was berated and attacked around noon Sunday by an unhinged customer with a serious sweet tooth who visited the bakery’s King’s Plaza mall location, cops said. The unidentified man ordered his afternoon snack and went on his way, only to return to the counter, unsatisfied with the amount of icing on his roll, several minutes later, according to sources. The man called the employee a b–ch and demanded more icing, which she gave him after he paid an additional fee — but he was still unsatisfied and rudely asked for a new cinnamon roll, sources said. While the employee made a fresh roll for the man, he continued to gripe and call her a b–ch, at which point she decided to refund the man’s money, and tossed the new cinnamon roll into the garbage, sources said. While she worked the register, the crazed customer threw a handful of napkins at the employee’s face, then picked up the metal napkin container and bashed her in the head with it, cops and sources said. |

Deputies
cleared of wrongdoing in Instagram live-streamed shooting of
(black) armed man Three Orange County deputies were justified in firing their weapons at an armed man who live-streamed the encounter on Instagram last year, the Orange-Osceola State Attorney’s Office determined after reviewing the case. Deputies were also cleared of wrongdoing in two other shootings last year, according to letters from Chief Assistant State Attorney Deborah Barra to Sheriff John Mina, which were released to the Orlando Sentinel this week in response to a public records request. In the Instagram shooting, deputies were called the evening of Feb. 13, 2019, to the Citra at Windermere apartments after 911 callers said a man, later identified as LaForest Gray Jr., was dragging a woman by her hair. Deputies found Gray and the woman in a garage. Standing behind a car, Gray refused to come out of the garage or show his hands despite repeated commands from deputies. The video showed Gray cursing at the deputies as they pulled the woman out of the garage. Just before the gunfire, he told the camera, “You’ll finna see this [expletive] live, bro. …I’ll take one for the team, yo.” Body worn camera from the deputies showed Gray pull out a gun and fire toward deputies. Deputies Bethany Rising, Nicholas Gramazio and Jason Martin returned fire, but did not hit Gray, who ducked behind the car. Barra wrote in the clearance letter that the deputies, who were not hurt, fired their weapons about 22 times. They eventually sent in a police dog to subdue Gray and arrest him. |

during drug overdose incident? When news broke on March 13th that 2018 Democratic gubernatorial candidate Andrew Gillum was found “under the influence of an unknown substance” during an apparent overdose at the Mondrian Hotel on Miami Beach, there was unsubstantiated speculation that the married father of three was involved in an extramarital gay affair with two men. According to a Miami Beach police report, one of the three men present during the overdose was Andrew Gillum, and that “three small plastic bags” of “suspected crystal meth” were found in the room. One of the men in the room, Aldo Mejias, told police that the other man, Travis Dyson, collapse (sic) moments after he opened the door for him and that he witnessed Gillum vomiting in the bathroom.
