Aranda told investigators he was "looking for someone to kill, but it did not 'work out,'" according to a probable cause document. happened around 3 p.m. on Thursday in the parking lot of Bealls
located at 12125 US Highway 19 in New Port Richey. "I was still in
the car when this guy appeared from someplace and put a gun in my
side and asked for my wallet," Rodriguez said. "I pretended I didn't
understand. Finally, he told me to get out of the car give me your
keys; give me your keys." The victim described the suspect as a
light-skinned black or Hispanic male in his 40s-50s, 5'6"-5'7"
tall, approximately 160 pounds wearing all black clothing and

NJ Man Tries to Lure Underage Girls, Harasses Woman, Police Say

Burlington City man is accused of harassing a woman and touching the
shoulder of one of the two underage girls he tried to lure. On
Monday, around 7:50 a.m., Burlington Police were called to the 400
block of High Street for a report of a man soliciting a woman. When
they arrived they were met by a woman who told them she was
approached by a man who asked her for sexual favors. Witnesses told
police the same man also approached
two underage girls between the ages of 10 and 14 nearby.
He allegedly touched the shoulder of one of the girls. The girl
smacked the man’s arm away, fled the scene and reported the incident
to a crossing guard on High and Federal streets, according to
police. Police identified the man as Johnnie Moore, 19. He
was arrested and charged with luring and harassment in reference to
the adult victim and lodged in the Burlington County Jail. |

two years, a serial rapist preyed on women across Hampton Roads,
attacking one in her apartment while she did homework, holding
another at knife point while he raped her in front of a church.Between April 2017 and January, he raped at least six women in five different cities — Newport News, Williamsburg, Norfolk, Virginia Beach and Chesapeake, a Virginia Beach detective said in court documents. Three of those happened in December 2018 and January 2019, suggesting the rapist may have been escalating how often he attacked. Police believe it’s over, that they’ve caught the man responsible: Powanzieo Tyran Rashadd Griffin, of the 3200 block of Joplin Lane in Chesapeake, is charged with rape in Norfolk. He’s being held at the Hampton Roads Regional Jail without bond and has a court appearance scheduled for next month. |

Ind. (WTHR) — Police in Kokomo say they have made an arrest in a
deadly shooting from December.Marcus Stone, 21, is now facing charges of murder, attempted murder and robbery. Police have been investigating since they were called to the 400 block of West Monroe Street December 9. They found Keith Jewell, 50, of Kokomo lying in the street. He had been shot in the head. A short time later in the 1100 block of North Lindsay police found Jon S. Whitehead, 55, shot in the face. He told police a man had ordered him out of his car, they struggled and Whitehead was shot. He told police the suspect then took off in his car. The stolen Buick was later found less than 10 blocks east of where Jewell was shot and killed. It was just this past September that Stone was arrested in connection to a counterfeiting bust. In February, he was arrested and charged with resisting law enforcement with a deadly weapon. He was in jail when he was charged with the murder of Jewell. |

Subsequently, Morgan filed for divorce, indicating in court documents that Quintana “has been traveling illegally between Colorado and Mexico” even after his deportation. driver, who is identified as Timothy Saunders in the

He took out a handgun and pointed it towards the victim's face, according to court records. He then pulled the trigger, police said. Hartman was pronounced dead on the scene. Va. - Detectives with the Portsmouth Police Department's Major
Crimes Unit have arrested a man in connection with a Sunday night
shooting in the 1300 block of Atlanta Avenue that left one person
dead.Detectives secured warrants against 21-year-old Dalen O. Spence for First Degree Murder and Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony. Spence, who is also active duty military, was taken into custody Tuesday afternoon by Navy Police and turned over to the Portsmouth Police Department. He was then booked on his outstanding warrants and turned over to the Portsmouth City Jail. A call requesting police and medical assistance to the area for a man who was shot came in at 9:29 p.m. Sunday Officers arrived to find 23-year-old Donald Thorington of Michigan suffering from a gunshot wound to his torso. — A Norton man pleaded guilty Monday to the August 2018 murder of a
Pennington Gap man.Leon Tyler Smith, 25, entered the plea of first-degree murder before county Circuit Court Judge Tammy McElyea in the death of Lee David Lipps on Aug. 28. Lipps said before dying that a black man had shot him while he was in his back yard at his residence. Boyd reported that a surveillance system at Lipps’ home captured video of a gold Toyota sedan driving near the residence. Two witnesses in the neighborhood told police that they saw a black man wearing a black and gold shirt near the victim’s home. Norton police later found a Toyota matching the one in the video and arrested Smith as he approached the car. In a warrant search of Smith’s residence, investigators found a shirt matching the witnesses’ description as well as .380 caliber ammunition matching shells found at the shooting scene. Boyd also stated in his report that surveillance video from the Jonesville Walmart placed Smith about five miles from Lipps’ home at 7:13 p.m. the day of the shooting. She said she originally thought the body was a “witch or a mannequin.” The body was later identified by Broward County Medical Examiner’s Office as 29-year-old Heather Lacey, who vanished in November 2013, according to the newspaper. The freezer had reportedly belonged to Jonathan Escarzaga, who was found dead inside his apartment in February. whose bodies were found in a luxury Miami condominium. Franklyn
Williams, 46, has been charged with two counts of first-degree

nuns worldwide to report clergy sexual abuse and cover-up by their
superiors to church authorities.His church ruling, however, did not go so far as to require clergy members to go to local law enforcement and report what they know. That omission didn't sit well with critics of the church's response to the global sex abuse scandal. In the Philadelphia region, local laws vary by state, but at least two states already have laws in place that go beyond Francis' decree. In Pennsylvania and New Jersey, clergy are included in laws governing the report of sexual abuse, and required to report abuse. In Delaware, clergy members are not required by law. Friday, police filed a criminal complaint identifying 23-year-old Darian Bashir as the man who shot and killed UNM baseball player Jackson Weller. The student was killed early just after 2 a.m. on Saturday outside Last Call, the late-night burrito restaurant next to Imbibe in Nob Hill. Police say Weller was in a fight with someone other than Bashir, when Bashir pulled out a gun and shot him. They say the murder was captured on surveillance video. She agreed and headed over to the hotel. When she arrived, court documents say, Nagisa Dorch asked the victim to accompany her up to their hotel room to pick out a bathing suit. The two women went upstairs and Darrell Dorch followed. When they entered the room, the husband and wife got intimate, and the victim reported feeling uncomfortable. But when she tried to leave, Darrell Dorch allegedly physically assaulted her ― punching her at least 10 times ― before forcing her to perform sexual acts. The father of the alleged juvenile transgender STEM School shooter
is reportedly an illegal alien and serial felon, jailed
for domestic violence and deported twice back to Mexico. According to the Daily Mail, Jose Evis Quintana, 33, father of Maya McKinney, 16, was jailed for 15 months for domestic violence against Maya’s mother, Morgan Lynn McKinney, and for “menacing with a weapon.” Maya, who uses the name “Alec,” is “transitioning” from female to male. She allegedly conducted the shooting at STEM School Highlands Ranch in Denver, Colorado, with Devon Erickson, 18. The shooting left one student dead and eight others injured. In November 2009, Morgan and Quintana were married. He was deported back to Mexico in December 2010. Subsequently, Morgan filed for divorce, indicating in court documents that Quintana “has been traveling illegally between Colorado and Mexico” even after his deportation. Woman arrested for killing (elderly White) bus passenger in Las

VEGAS (KTNV) — Las Vegas police have arrested Cadesha Bishop
for the murder of a 74-year-old
bus passenger, identified as Serge Fournier.Police say that Bishop and her young son was on a bus on March 21 near North 13th and Fremont street when there was a confrontation with the victim. Witnesses on the bus told police that Bishop was arguing with and cursing at other passengers on the bus and that the victim asked Bishop to be nicer to the passengers. Surveillance video shows the elderly man being pushed by a woman by both hands as he exited the bus. He was pushed with enough force from the bus landing that his feet never touched any steps and his head hit the concrete approximately 8 feet from the bus. The woman and her child, wearing a Spiderman backpack, left the scene without stopping. Although the man survived the initial event, he died on April 23. The coroner ruled his cause of death as delayed complications from blunt force trauma and his death was ruled a homicide. Police were able to identify the woman from the surveillance video. On May 3, police detectives went to meet Bishop where she normally picks up her son. They saw the boy wearing the same backpack but he was with a man. When asked for contact information for Bishop, the man told police that he was no longer with her because she was too violent. When he was shown a photograph of the woman, he said he didn't want to identify the person because it put him in an awkward position. Minutes later, police detectives were able to make contact with Bishop. She agreed to come in for an interview but she did not show up. An arrest warrant was issued for Bishop. - (Black-on-white) |

COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) —A man suspected for shooting and killing a
motorcyclist in Robertson County Monday night has turned himself in
to authorities. The Robertson County Sheriff’s Office reported 22-year-old Marquis Waller turned himself in to the Robertson County Detention Facility Tuesday at 10 p.m. Waller was wanted on a criminal homicide warrant for the death of 42-year-old Brandon Rettich, who was shot and killed at the intersection of East Robertson Road and Friendship Road in Cross Plains.
