Woman Stabbed Several Times At Archdale Taco Bell by (Black

Upshur crashed his car into a pole after stabbing a woman
multiple times at a Taco Bell, witnesses didn't let him leave the
scene, police say. ARCHDALE, N.C. — A Greensboro man accused of stabbing a woman at a Taco Bell in Archdale knew her from church. That’s according to Archdale Police who said Tyvonne Quantaine Upshur wanted to date the woman but she turned him down. Upshur was arrested Sunday night after stabbing the woman, Celestial Rose Lambert, 19, in the back several times. The stabbing happened around 10 p.m. at the South Main Street restaurant. Several people helped to hold down Upshur, who police say also crashed his vehicle into a utility pole near the parking lot. Other family members helped Lambert until emergency crews arrived. She was taken to High Point Medical Center by EMS and then airlifted to Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. Upshur has been charged with two counts of Assault with a Deadly Weapon with Intent to Kill Inflicting Serious Injury and six counts of Assault with a Deadly Weapon. He is being held in the Randolph County Jail under a $500,000 secured bond. He appeared in court on Monday. - (Black-on-white) |

Woman escapes after being raped, held against her will (by

27-year-old woman told police she escaped from a South Waco
apartment where a man sexually assaulted her, recorded the assault
and threatened her with a firearm before the man was arrested early
Sunday morning.Christopher Lamar Hall, of Robinson, was arrested at about 6 a.m., Waco police Sgt. W. Patrick Swanton said. The woman told police she ran from the apartment after Hall had held her for about five to six hours. "She said she was held in that South Waco apartment where she was assaulted at gunpoint, sexually assaulted, and he made a sexual video of her and refused to let her leave the house," Swanton said. "She was able to get away at about 6 a.m. and notify us." Police went to the apartment and found Hall. He was arrested and taken to McLennan County Jail. |

Raleigh man being held on $9 million bond on 24 child sex crime
charges RALEIGH,
N.C. (WNCN) — A Raleigh man is being held on a $9 million secured
bond and is facing two-dozen child
sex crime charges, according to an arrest warrant.Richard Lamour King Hudson, 31, of 1600 block of Amber Ridge Lane, is charged with 12 counts of first-degree statutory sex offense and 12 counts of indecent liberties with a child. According to the warrant, the crimes first occurred in October 2017 when the victim was 10 years old and continued until December 2018 at which point the victim was 11 years old. Hudson was arrested on Tuesday in connection with the case. He is being held in the Wake County Detention Center under a $9 million secured bond. |

a deadly shooting at a bar in Philadelphia’s Germantown
neighborhood. Robert Lumpsin, 25, was charged with murder,
robbery, and firearms violations after being taken into custody on
Friday afternoon. The shooting claimed the life of longtime DelMar
Lounge employee, Jeff Johnson. Investigators say Lumpsin first posed as a customer, waiting for the DelMar Lounge to close around 2 a.m. Thursday. That’s when Johnson was escorting people out of the bar. Police say Lumpsin waited until there were no customers left, and then ordered Johnson to lock the door. “Mr. Johnson appeared to hesitate for a second, at which time the offender fired a single gunshot at Mr. Johnson, striking him in the chest,” Philadelphia Police Capt. Jason Smith said. Security video shows the moment Lumpsin shoots the 58-year-old bar back in the chest. As Johnson bled out, police say Lumpsin checked his pockets. He then robbed a bartender of $200. The bartender was left unharmed. |

charged as an adult for the attempted murder of 14-year-old
boy in East Coventry Township, police say. The
incident happened Monday near an abandoned railroad bridge by the
Schuylkill River. Police say 15-year-old Raul Castro,
a 14-year-old boy and another teenager crossed the bridge, near
Porter Road in Lower Pottsgrove Township, on Monday to find an
isolated location for a fight. That’s when Raul pulled out a handgun
and fired three times, police say. Raul struck the victim in
the abdomen and the shoulder. “Thirty years ago, this incident
would have been a fistfight and nothing else,” Chester County
District Attorney Tom Hogan said. “But the defendant decided to

Suspected gunman arrested after Indiana cousins thwart robbery 
 FORT
LAUDERDALE, Fla. - The suspected gunman who tried to rob four
cousins from Indiana before they fought him off at an Oakland Park
gas station has been arrested.Broward Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Gina Carter said Tuesday that Travis Jones was arrested March 26 after a traffic stop for driving with a suspended license. He is now in jail without bond on robbery charges. The attempted robbery occurred shortly after 3:30 a.m. March 24 at a Mobil gas station on Oakland Park Boulevard. Alex Wisbey was with his brother, Aric Wisbey, and two cousins, Alec Tanoos and Jacob Tanoos, pumping gas when a gunman approached them and demanded all their valuables. Jacob Tanoos grabbed the man's gun and Alex Wisbey put him in a chokehold as they took him to the ground. As the cousins were wrestling with the man, a second man got out of a nearby car and tried to help his accomplice. Eventually, the cousins were able to disarm their attacker, identified by deputies as Jones. Aric Wisbey then picked up the gun and pointed it at the pair of crooks, who fled before deputies arrived. The cousins gave deputies the license plate number of the car in which Jones made his getaway, leading police to the suspected driver's house in Fort Lauderdale a short time later. Kevin Campbell ran, but police soon found him hiding in some bushes, Carter said. Court records show Jones and Campbell both have several prior arrests in Broward County. - (Black-on-white) |

plot in which a woman was raped because her boyfriend owed
money. Sunday morning around 1:30, Myrtle Beach police were
called to a residence within the city limits. The victim told police
21-year-old Jamario Lanard Stevenson came to her apartment
and informed her that her boyfriend owed him money and that he was
there to collect. "She stated that he had informed her that she was
going to be his 'b****' and that he was going to have sex with her
every day until he had been paid back," the affidavit reads. |

told police the man took her to a parking lot in the back area along
the 3500 block of Lamar Avenue. The woman told police while sitting
in the man’s car, he pointed a gun at her and forced her to have sex

Following Carencro Shooting   On
March 30, 2019, at approximately 8:30pm, Carencro Police Department
responded to the French Colony Apartment complex, for a shooting in
progress. Upon arrival, officers located two victims that had been
shot inside of an apartment. Other responding Carencro Police
Officers observed a vehicle fleeing from the scene. When officers
attempted to stop the vehicle, the driver fled, and a pursuit
ensued. The driver of that vehicle lost control and struck a tree.
The suspect was taken into custody at that time.Detectives learned the driver of the vehicle that fled from the scene was identified as 20-year-old Jeremy R. Edwards of Church Point, LA. Edwards was visiting with friends at an apartment within the French colony complex, when for unknown reasons, Edwards entered the apartment where several people were and opened fire. After the shooting, Edwards robbed another person at the apartment complex for his vehicle. The two victims have been identified as 20-year-old Adam R. Daudah, 37, is charged with two counts of rape. He was
arraigned Monday in Boston Municipal Court. Boston Police say Daudah
raped a woman saround 1:15 a.m. Saturday in the area of the
Esplanade. The woman was taken to the hospital for treatment.Immigration and Customs Enforcement said on Sunday they had placed a detainer on the Ugandan citizen following his arrest. But on Monday, ICE said Daudah is “not subject to removal at this time.” SEND THEM ALL BACK! Prosecutors said at Daudah’s arraignment that he raped the woman twice on Storrow Drive, once while the car was moving. 15-year-old girl in New Jersey and sexually attacked

Oscar Baker and Stephanie Charles fled the tri-state area, taking a train out of Penn Station in Newark to the south, after the March 16 attack in Union County, the U.S. Marshals Service said Monday. Details on where the alleged attack happened weren't immediately clear. Authorities allege Charles held the girl down in the van while Baker committed the sex attack. police chase, arrest convicted felons - one 'Hispanic'

CHICO, Calif.- Chico police said they arrested two convicted
felons on gun charges after chasing them down Monday morning.
Around 1:42 a.m., officers said they tried to stop a car for
speeding on E. 9th Street at the Highway 99 overpass. The driver
would not pull over and officers pursued the car to Humboldt Avenue
at Bartlett Street. The suspect tried to escape on foot, jumping out
of the car while it was still moving. An officer began to run after
the suspect even as he jumped over fences,During the chase, police said the suspect, David Lewis Pacheco, dropped a gun. When the officer caught up to him, he found Pacheco in possession of cocaine, ecstasy and psilocybin mushrooms. Pacheco was then arrested on multiple charges including reckless evading, possessing a gun and ammunition, having drugs intended for sale and resisting arrest. Officers say the passenger in the car, Charles Ray Augmon, also a convicted felon, took over driving when Pacheco jumped out of the car. However, officers stopped him and he was arrested when they found a second gun and more ammunition. |

but searing them with tattoos.As a result of the investigation led by Louisiana State Police, New Orleans police arrested Darnell Johnson, 26, who was charged with two counts of tattooing a minor and one count of “contributing to the delinquency of minors.” He also stands accused of possessing an illegal firearm. He was previously convicted of domestic battery in 2014. One of the victims, aged 16, was recovered from a New Orleans hotel in February having allegedly been beaten, raped and drugged by several male perpetrators. Another girl, aged 17, was also rescued after having been repeatedly pimped out. Johnson allegedly gave her tattoos, including one on her left forearm and another below her left eye – the words “numb” etched into her flesh. Court records indicate that two other men identified as Jayson Figueroa and Cordarrell Rudolph have also been arrested and face charges of trafficking children for sexual purposes, second-degree rape and felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile. A fourth man, Kortlen Hubbard, was also arrested after confessing to having had oral sex with the 16-year-old girl. Schultz, 73, a Zachary woman who was found dead by
her husband with her arms and legs duct taped on Thursday, Mar. 21.
Courtland Curtis, Adrian Curtis, and Donevan Brown were taken into custody Friday, Mar. 29. They are all charged with first degree murder and aggravated robbery. Courtland and Adrian are brothers. East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff Sid Gautreaux says investigators knew from the start that the home invasion was not random. The investigation started after Schultz’s husband found her dead and bound in the home. Gautreaux says her arms and legs were bound with duct tape, and she had tape over her eyes when she was discovered. Schultz was shot multiple times, including in the head. "Shultz was found with her arms and legs bound with duct tape and had duct tape over her eyes and mouth as she was shot in the head and it was obvious someone had gone through her home,” Gautreaux said. Detectives found a door that had been forced open and a notepad with Adrian Curtis’ name and phone number written on it. Gautreaux says the name was written in Schultz’s handwriting. “According to her husband, everything in that notepad, everything they did daily was written down on that notepad,” the sheriff said. “They had all the numbers and it actually had one of the suspect’s name and number on the notepad, so that’s how we developed him early on.” The Louisiana State Police crime lab determined Curtis’ DNA was under Schultz’s fingernails. Gautreaux says Adrian Curtis had previously baled hay for the Zachary couple in spring of 2018. "This was not some random home invasion,” he said. “We knew that the victim of this crime and the perpetrators of this crime were acquainted with each other.” Adrian Curtis told detectives Brown drove him and his brother to the Schutlzs’ house, where they broke in. PETERSBURG — A Pinellas County Sheriff’s sergeant and a St.
Petersburg police K-9 are recovering from injuries suffered when
they were shot while searching for a man who fled after a traffic
stop about 1:49 a.m. March 29 in St. Petersburg. The suspect is
dead from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.
The incident started when law enforcement officers from the Violent
Crimes Task Force stopped Elijah Johnson, 23, of St.
Petersburg for a traffic violation near the intersection of Third
Avenue South and 30th Street South in St. Petersburg. Investigators
say Johnson initially stopped for officers but then fled. Officers
did not pursue the vehicle and the Flight Unit responded. Johnson
then abandoned the vehicle near the intersection of Third Avenue
South and 26th Street South and fled on foot.St. Petersburg police Officer Greg Shone and his K-9 Titan responded and began tracking Johnson. Investigators say “at some point during the track,” Johnson shot at K-9 Titan striking and injuring the dog. Officer Shone was not injured. A short time later, Johnson fired shots at Sgt. David Stang, 51, with the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office, who was in his unmarked cruiser near the intersection of Third Avenue South and 27th Street. Sgt. Stang was shot in the shoulder. Law enforcement officers later found Johnson dead near Third Avenue South and 26th Street South, with what appears to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound. St. Petersburg police say it appears that no deputy or officer fired a weapon. Sgt. Stang was transported to Bayfront Health in St. Petersburg Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Columbus apartment.According to Columbus police, patrol officers responded to a residence on Duncan Street around 5:18 p.m. Sunday after a caller reported that the woman who lived there was dead. Officers and medics from the Columbus Division of Fire forced entry and found 60-year-old Lisa M. Baker unresponsive. She was pronounced dead on the scene. to dementia patient OKLAHOMA
CITY - A former employee at a senior care facility is accused of
feeding one of the patients hot peppers in order to hurt him.
Kyra Johnson, 30, is charged with abuse by a caretaker,
according to KFOR. The allegations stem from an incident at The
Village on the Park near S. Penn and Kingsridge Dr., where Johnson
was still a caretaker at the time.The victim was an 81-year-old man who police said suffers from dementia and relied on those working in the Memory Care Living Unit. According to the affidavit, other employees saw her chop up a jalapeño and mix it in with his eggs. One witness stated, “I hope that is not hot,” to which Johnson allegedly replied, “I hope it is.” Investigators reported Johnson was seen feeding him the eggs with the jalapeño in them, even though he was “not accustomed to eating spicy food,” and “did not need assistance feeding himself.” The affidavit states he was seen “fanning and gasping for air to cool his mouth.” Witnesses told investigators Johnson meant to cause him pain and suffering. |

 CHARLESTON,
SC (WCSC) - Charleston Police arrested a man who they say sexually
assaulted a woman. The victim appeared in bond court on Saturday.
Court documents state that on March 13, 28-year-old Demetrius
Frazier forced his way into his neighbor’s home, pointed a gun
at her head and forced her to
perform sexual acts on him. Once the assault was
over, Frazier told her that he would harm her if she contacted
police. The victim reported the crime to the Charleston Police
Department on March 16. The woman said initially she did not want to
go to the police but decided to go after speaking with her husband
and another neighbor. “My husband came home and I said no police. It
took going outside talking to my neighbor and seeing her anger that
somebody felt entitled to my body and my life and my car that he had
taken so much and I was too afraid," the woman said. “It took
everything I had to go up to the police station and make that report
but I wouldn’t change it.”The victim told police that prior to the incident she had another encounter with Frazier. In November, Frazier knocked on her front door and asked to use her phone to call his child’s doctor. When Frazier returned with the phone, she discovered several nude pictures of Frazier on her device. The report states that Frazier was also found to have stolen the victim’s car after after she reported it missing on February 12. On March 13, the vehicle was recovered on James Island. City of Charleston Police Department matched the finger prints on the vehicle to Frazier’s fingerprints. - (Black-on-white) |

HAVEN — A city of New Haven employee was assaulted while checking
meters between Elm and Court Street on Wednesday. The 39 year old
victim heard someone yelling obscenities before being struck
behind the head and losing consciousness. First responders responded
to the scene and the worker was transported to Yale-New Haven
Hospital. The assailant was seen getting into a old rusty tan
or orange four door sedan. Witnesses said the assailant was a
black male around six feet and in his twenties or thirties, at
the time of the attack the assailant was seen wearing a white
t-shirt and blue jeans. Anyone with information about the incident
is asked to call the New Haven Police Department Detective Bureau at

on Cam: Scary Knife-Wielding Negro (from the Ivory Coast of
Black Africa) Chases People in Fishtown Police
arrested a man who they say was caught on video lunging at people
with a knife in Philadelphia’s Fishtown neighborhood. Police
responded to Front Street and Girard Avenue around 10:25 p.m.
Tuesday for a report of a person with a weapon. When they arrived
they found a man who they identified as Bertrand Gboko,
34, armed with a knife.The officers told Gboko to drop the weapon and he did, according to investigators. He was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, possession of an instrument of crime, simple assault and recklessly endangering another person.
