That man has been identified as Anthony “Angel” Darby. “Angel had slit my son’s hand,” Elizabeth Emerson said. Deputies were called for the assault, but Darby could not be found when deputies arrived. Deputies said they offered a hotel to the victims but they refused Darby returned with a gun about 90 minutes after deputies left. Jacob’s friends have set up a GoFundMe to help the family pay for funeral expenses. - (Black-on-white)

A resident who wished to remain anonymous said neighbors reported seeing two African-American men who "dropped it off there and just left." The woman said she couldn't get a hold of any city or county animal control officials to respond, so she reached out to Ghetto Rescue. "That's when we got word that there had been some trauma in her vaginal area," Marquez said, "and they made her as comfy as they could." But by Tuesday morning, the pit bull had taken a turn for the worse. "She passed because she had some type of blunt force trauma and it caused her aorta to rupture," Marquez said.

sentenced to death, (black) Durham killer due to be freed next month - "No Justice - No Peace" — A killer once sentenced to death for fatally shooting a woman in a church parking lot 30 years ago is being freed from prison next month, North Carolina's parole commission said Monday. James McDowell, 50, has been serving a life sentence for first-degree murder but will be released Sept. 21, the state Post-Release Supervision and Parole Commission said in a written statement. The commission sets parole for criminals convicted of crimes committed before October 1994, when parole was eliminated. Documents explaining the commission's decision to grant McDowell's early release are not public record, state prisons spokesman Jerry Higgins said in an email. The state Supreme Court in 1991 found errors in the sentencing phase of McDowell's 1988 trial and converted his death sentence to life in prison. McDowell shot and killed Doris Gillie in her car as she was leaving the Durham Gospel Center after attending a prayer service in 1987. Gillie's family had previously opposed McDowell being granted parole, but her son did not return a message seeking comment Monday. McDowell had accumulated 40 prison infractions over the years for offenses including fighting, faking illness and disobeying orders, but the last incident was in 2002, according to inmate records. - (Black-on-white)

officer attacked by 5 Bloods gang members Another city correction officer was attacked at a Rikers facility – this time by a pack of Bloods gang members, the president of the jail guards’ union said Wednesday. Elias Husamudeen, the president of the Correction Officers’ Benevolent Association, said the officer was assaulted Wednesday afternoon with a cane by five Bloods members at The Bronx’s Anna M. Kross Center. It came just a day after a Brooklyn correction officer was savagely beaten by an inmate accused of murder in an attack caught on surveillance footage. The inmate who attacked the officer on Tuesday was also a Bloods member, Husamudeen said. He also put the blame for the spate of assaults on correction officers on Mayor de Blasio. “It’s time for the mayor to do his job. All of this is happening because of his policies,” Husamudeen said, adding, “The mayor has decided it was too cruel and inhumane to segregate [the inmates] and to remove them from [general] population to protect correction officers.”

A total of six people have now lost their Australian citizenship since the law was changed in 2015 to enable dual nationals to lose their citizenship rights for actions contrary to their allegiance to Australia, Home Affairs Minister Peter Dutton said. "I can confirm that five more individuals have ceased to be Australian citizens because of their involvement with Islamic State offshore," Dutton said in a statement. The first person to lose Australian citizenship under the law was Sydney-born convicted terrorist Khaled Sharrouf. Sharrouf, 36, slipped out of Australia in 2013 on his brother's passport because his own had been canceled because of his conviction for his part in a thwarted terrorist attack plot. He was left with Lebanese citizenship after his Australian citizenship was canceled in January last year. MN PD Releases Images From Mall of America Stabbings By Mudflap Jihad-ISIS Mooslime BLOOMINGTON, Minn. (WCCO) — For the first time, we are seeing what happened just before two men were stabbed inside a Macy’s store at the Mall of America. Twenty-year-old Mahad Abdiraham was sentenced to 15 years in prison for stabbing two brothers outside a dressing room last fall. Both men survived, but suffered serious injuries and permanent scarring. On Monday afternoon, Bloomington police released pictures taken from the scene and other evidence. Transcripts released from that night show a dozen people called 911 from inside the Macy’s store. Some of the callers are frantic, saying they are hiding from a man with a knife. One of them tells a dispatcher that multiple people have been stabbed. Nineteen-year-old Alex Sanchez was the first victim. He told police he was shopping with his family and came out of a dressing room to find a man holding a knife. Abdiraham stabbed and slashed Sanchez in the face and torso with an 8-inch kitchen knife. Sanchez’s brother, John, helped subdue Abdiraham, but he too needed dozens of stitches for wounds to his back and hands. Alex Sanchez told police that it sounded like Abdiraham was praying while he was stabbing him. Sanchez suffered permanent scarring from the attack. In court, Abdiraham pleaded guilty and said he was answering the call of Jihad, and that ISIS inspired him to attack that night. |

Ex-Yankees pitcher Esteban Loaiza expected to plead guilty as drug kingpin - "44 pounds of cocaine" Former Yankees pitcher Esteban Loaiza is expected to change his plea later this week in a felony cocaine distribution case, according to a report. Loaiza — who was arrested in February in San Diego after authorities said they found 44 pounds of cocaine in a van parked in the garage of a rented townhouse — has a “change of plea” hearing listed in Southern California US District Court on Friday, WLS-TV reports. The Tijuana-born Loaiza, 46, initially pleaded not guilty in February. A change of plea hearing results in a defendant submitting a guilty plea in “99 percent” of all criminal cases, according to the station’s legal analyst Gil Soffer, a former federal prosecutor. Federal investigators have said they believe Loaiza used the rented townhome as an intermediate destination for cocaine. Prior to his arrest, during which Loaiza was pulled over for a traffic violation and cops found a sophisticated compartment to hide contraband in his Mercedes-Benz, the former MLB star had crossed the Mexican border earlier that day, prosecutors said. |

Arabia Orders 16,000 Students to Leave Canada Amid Escalating Clash - Probaby infiltrate them into the U.S. Saudi Arabia has canceled the scholarships of 16,000 of its students studying in Canada, also ordering them to leave the country and find academic programs elsewhere. The move comes amid a growing diplomatic row between the kingdom and the North American country, following comments by Canada’s foreign ministry that criticized Saudi Arabia’s human rights record and called on Riyadh to release detained activists. Responding to the criticism, Saudi Arabia also cut diplomatic ties with Canada, frozen all new trade and investment and canceled flights via its national carrier to Toronto. Now, thousands of Saudi students who were studying in Canada through scholarship, training, and fellowship programs have seen their funding canceled, Saudi Gazette reported. While the kingdom will continue to pay for these students’ academic programs, they will be forced go to other countries - Government sources told the Saudi newspaper this would most likely be in the U.S. |

Coincidence?
Feinstein Employed Chinese Spy For 20 Years as Her Husband Raked in Millions in Chinese Business On Capitol Hill, Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) has emerged as one of the staunchest proponents of closer U.S. relations with China, fighting for permanent most-favored-nation trading status for Beijing. At the same time, far from the spotlight, Feinstein’s husband, Richard C. Blum, has expanded his private business interests in China–to the point that his firm is now a prominent investor inside the communist nation. For years, Feinstein and Blum have insisted that they maintained a solid “firewall” between her role as an influential foreign policy player and his career as a private investor overseas. But such closely coinciding interests are highly unusual for major figures in public life in Washington. And now, as controversy heats up over improper foreign influence in the U.S. political process, the effectiveness of the firewall between those interests could be called into question.

UK teenager jailed for 17 years over fatal acid attack on (White) UK woman A teenager has been jailed for 17 years after what is believed to be the first conviction for an acid attack killing in the UK. Xeneral Webster, 19, admitted the manslaughter of Joanne Rand, who was hit in the face and body with industrial-strength sulphuric acid when she was innocently caught up in a tussle between the killer and another man. Rand, 47, a carer for people with dementia, was sitting on a bench in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, after visiting her daughter’s grave, when Webster threatened the other man with acid. The man knocked the open bottle from Webster’s grasp and kicked it, sending a spray of acid over Rand, the trial heard. She screamed in pain and dashed into a fast-food restaurant to splash water over her face. Rand was taken to Stoke Mandeville hospital for treatment of burns to her face, arms, upper body and lower legs. She died 11 days later of multiple organ failure after contracting septicaemia due to the burns. - (Black-on-white)
