Drunken BLACK driver who killed WHITE motorist in crash sentenced to 10 years in prison  A 54-year-old Milford man, whose blood alcohol level was nearly three times the legal limit when he crashed his car and killed another motorist, has been sentenced to 10 years in prison. Marcus Bennett's prison sentence will be followed by one year in a residential substance abuse treatment program, one year of home confinement and one year probation, the Delaware Attorney General's Office said. Bennett was driving a 2010 Mercedes C30 southbound in the northbound lane of Coastal Highway near Brick Granary Road early Sept. 10, 2016. That's when he struck Charles T. Ballard III's 1999 Volkswagen Passat, which was in the northbound on Coastal Highway. Ballard, 28, of Dover, was pronounced dead at the scene. KENT COUNTY, MICH. - Savon Schmus was sentenced to 40 years in prison for murdering his half-sister. Schmus plead guilty to the murder of McKenna Hilton earlier this year. It's still uncertain why Schmus killed McKenna Hilton. After strangling her, Schmus dumped her body near Emerald Lake. He was 16 years old when he murdered her. Schmus did not show much emotion in court on Monday, Oct. 30, but Hilton's family was emotional. When addressing the court, they described Hilton as a beautiful person who was full of life. In court, the victim's mother looked directly at Schmus saying she hoped he would come out of prison in a body bag. "Savon, I hate you," she said. "I will never forgive. McKenna did not deserve what you did to her." The judge described the crime as "heinous." Schmus will not get out of prison until he is almost 60. - (Black-on-white) |

(BLACK) Killer of expectant (defiled white) Titusville mother (and his own mixed-race fetus) gets life in prison Quentin Woodruff, 32, of the 2700 block of Marigold Avenue was a felon who had been in and out of incarceration for several years for convictions for selling cocaine and aggravated assault, according to the Department of Corrections. In June 2015, Titusville police said Woodruff shot and killed Brandee Elizabeth Kelly, 24. Detectives said Kelly was pregnant at the time. She was found in her home at the Emerald Green Apartments at 1040 Tree Lane. Detectives drew up a warrant for Woodruff's arrest a week after Kelly's death. Police took him into custody in early August. Woodruff was convicted of second-degree murder, possession of a firearm by a felon and shooting or throwing a deadly missile into a dwelling. State statutes dictate that Woodruff, as a reoffender, cannot earn parole for his life sentence. - (Black-on-white) |

On Friday, prosecutors identified Anthony Darnel McClanahan, 46, as the suspect in the murder of Keri “KC” McClanahan, 28. The incident occurred at the Park Regency hotel at 1710 Prospector Avenue. Police said a Park City sergeant who was routinely patrolling the area was flagged down by McClanahan around 1:30 a.m. Thursday. Almost simultaneously, the officer received a 911 call from the hotel about a ruckus happening in a room on the third floor. When officers responded to that room, they found Keri McClanahan still in bed, deceased. (BLACK) Group home resident fatally stabs its deacon, flees ROOSEVELT, N.Y. – Police say a resident of a suburban New York group home has stabbed the home's program director to death and fled. Nassau County police say 70-year-old Patrick Logsdon was stabbed multiple times Friday night at Anthony House in Roosevelt on Long Island, just east of New York City. Police say the stabbing suspect is 47-year-old Andre Patton, who has not been apprehended. No information is available about anyone who could speak for Patton. Logsdon was the program director and deacon of Anthony House, a transitional home for homeless men. The home is run by the Society of St. Vincent de Paul. |

Anderson man found guilty of molesting 11-year-old girl in exchange for money, ice cream ANDERSON, Ind. – An Anderson man was found guilty of child molestation by a jury overnight. Xavier Jones was arrested in April after police say he forced an 11-year-old girl to have sex with him on multiple occasions over the course of nearly a year. On Thursday night, he was found to be guilty on three of the four charges he faced. He was acquitted of a felony attempted child molest charge. He faces up to 92 years in prison. |
Lufkin PD releases video of BLACK suspect who shot, killed (black) customer in dollar store robbery  LUFKIN, TX - Lufkin police have released video of a suspect who robbed a store and shot and killed a customer. The shooting happened late Friday night at the Dollar General on Kurth Drive in Lufkin. Police say that at 9:51 p.m., the suspect entered the store, demanded money and shot a customer who was standing at the register at the time. Surveillance video shows the man jumping on top of a counter and pointing a gun at a person. The suspect later fled on foot toward Loop 287 into a wooded area, according to a store clerk. The Lufkin Police Department describes the suspect is described as a slender, black male, about 6 feet 2 inches tall, with a light complexion. He was wearing a neon green Halloween mask, a grey hoodie and light-colored blue jeans. Terrion Pouncy, 19, allegedly held two employees of Maxwell Street Express at gunpoint in Chicago's South Side neighborhood Tuesday morning. Pouncy had pulled a gun and demanded cash from two employees at the hot dog stand, according to Assistant Cook County State’s Attorney Erin Antonietti. Two men, ages 39 and 45, were working at the restaurant during the time of the robbery. Pouncy allegedly held the gun to the head of the 39-year-old. He had been holding a bucket filled with grease and asked the other employee to get cash from the register. As they handed the cash and their wallets over, the bucket of grease spilled and the money went flying. Pouncy grabbed the money and tucked the gun in his waistband and began to flee. As he ran, the gun accidentally went off and shot him in the penis. He ran a few blocks away and then called 911 to say he had been shot. Police arrested him at the hospital. |

Police: 3 Weeks After Minneapolis Fire (set by arsonist black), 2nd Victim Dies   MINNEAPOLIS – Three weeks after a fire in Minneapolis claimed a 59-year-old man’s life, police say a second person has died as a result of the blaze. The fire occurred Oct. 6 at an apartment building at 1500 Park Avenue. Resident Royce James jumped from a third story window and later died. A woman was critically injured when she also jumped from a third story window. Police said Friday the second victim was a woman, but did not reveal her identity. Thirty-year-old Marcus Dewayne Shanks has been charged with second degree murder, second degree attempted murder and first degree arson in connection with the fire. A resident of the building, said she saw a man pouring lighter fluid in the building before the fire. North Miami Beach police identified the suspect Friday as Marcine Hill. The teenager faces a second-degree murder charge. Police said Dillon Bud Calvin Steve, 26, was using the ATM near Northeast 12th Avenue and Northeast 163rd Street when he was robbed and shot. "It could have been anyone walking up to that ATM," Maj. Richard Rand said. Surveillance images of the gunman showed that he was wearing an Ecko hooded sweatshirt that had a skull on the hood. The sweatshirt had the words "Kill Batman" and "Haha" written on it. Police said Steve's mother witnessed the shooting while she was sitting in their van. Hill was arrested in Lauderhil. The pair had worked together for a year during which Currie, a civilian employee in an administrative position at the hospital, made threatening comments to Blanchard, she says — and she says she told her supervisors she feared for her life. That September day, shortly after 5 p.m., Currie entered Blanchard’s office with a plastic bottle in his hand containing gasoline. He doused her with the gas and then set her on fire and used a razor blade to cut her, according to a federal criminal complaint. Court documents say Alexandra Hatcher, 49, conspired with her husband, Albert Hatcher, Jr., to collect on life insurance policies they obtained. After traveling to Washington state and changing her legal name in August 2015, Hatcher and her husband submitted false death claims on at least two of these policies. Hatcher created fake death certificates and published a death notice in the Daily Press in support of these claims. When insurers denied their claims, Hatcher and her husband began a cross-country fraud scheme and fraudulently obtained at least 20 new and newer-used luxury vehicles by presenting worthless and counterfeit checks and forged documents to car dealerships in several states. They also resold vehicles to other dealerships for cash. Hatcher used her new legal name to purchase, title and resell vehicles. |
Cleveland hires former jiggaboo judge coonvicted of beating his wife  CLEVELAND – The City of Cleveland hired a disgraced former judge who served prison time for beating his wife, despite applications from 15 other candidates for the position. City administrators contend Lance Mason, a convicted felon, was the most qualified candidate for the job. Mason pleaded guilty to charges of domestic violence and attempted felonious assault for attacking his wife in 2014. Police said Mason viciously choked, punched and bit the victim. It happened inside a vehicle in Shaker Heights and was witnessed by the couple's two daughters. Mason served time behind bars from September 2015 through June 2016. Then, he was hired for a $45,000 per year job as Minority Business Development Administrator in the city's Office of Equal Opportunity. Fifteen other candidates applied for the position. Mason began working for the city on August 28, 2017. Mason's application does not indicate his criminal record, and the city in 2011 eliminated a box on its applications to be checked by those convicted of crimes. |

Suit: (white female) Social Worker Kept (black male) Mental Patient As Sex Slave  CHICAGO — A 24-year-old Aurora man is suing the Illinois Department of Human Services and the social worker he said seduced and sexually abused him while he was at the Elgin Mental Health Center. “She engaged in all kinds of various sexual misconduct. The graphic details are every sex act that you can imagine,” said attorney, Joe Cecala. Cecala is the attorney for 24-year-old Ben Hurt, who said one of his social workers, 53-year-old Christy Lenhardt, sexually abused him at the Elgin Mental Health Center and basically kept him as a sex slave for the last three years. “She’s accused of manipulating and seducing our client, repeatedly. It took her about four months until she actually had sex for the first time with him,” Cecala said. “We have evidence of her perversion, both in her emails to the client, nude photos.” The abuse, according to a lawsuit, took place at the Elgin Mental Health Center, where Hurt was a patient and Lenhardt was his trusted psychiatrist. “I didn’t fully understand what I was getting into until I got into it,” Hurt said. Hurt had pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity in 2014 for battery against a police officer and that’s how he ended up at Elgin Mental Health Center. His mother said he should have been out in six to 12 months, but she accuses Lenhardt of making excuses to keep him at the facility. |

(BLACK) Man charged with holding knife to (mixed-race) daughter's throat after police chase   LAFAYETTE, Ind. -- Additional charges have been filed against a man who allegedly kidnapped his 2-year-old daughter in Wisconsin last week and then held a knife to the toddler's throat after leading police on a chase from Illinois to Northwest Indiana. Kenneth O. Brown, 30, was released from the hospital Thursday and charged with felony counts of criminal confinement with a deadly weapon, criminal confinement of a child hostage with a deadly weapon, resisting law enforcement with a vehicle and intimidation with a deadly weapon, according to a statement from Indiana State Police. He was taken to the Tippecanoe County Jail. It all started about 7 p.m. Oct. 17 when Brown kidnapped the girl and stole a gray 2011 Nissan Quest in South Milwaukee, according to ISP. South Milwaukee Police Chief Ann Wellens identified the girl as Kendra Faith Brown, and said Brown was her non-custodial parent. |

TV show sparks (interracial) family argument, leading to a stabbing and a gunshot in NC    A Lincoln County couple are facing felony charges after a domestic dispute over a TV show led to a stabbing and a gunshot being fired through the front door of a home. Lincoln County Sheriff’s deputies said it happened around 7 p.m. Sunday. The property owner, Johnny Lee Finandis, 69, fired a shot from a 12-gauge shotgun through the front door of the home. A a small child was lying just inside the door on an inflatable mattress, but not struck by the pellets. The incident started when Finandis’s wife, Felicia, 55, and her son got into an argument because his girlfriend was laughing at something they were watching on television, police said. Finandis’ son tried to step between the two women and was stabbed in the hand by his mother, who was holding a knife during the argument. |
Black woman targeting Johns in Uptown bars, drugging and robbing them  Daniel King said he never imagined a night at an Uptown bar would lead to one of the worst nights of his life. He met this woman and brought her to his apartment at the W. "She made drinks. We sat down at my table, and we were talking. Quite honestly, there is not a whole lot I remember after that,” said King. Police believe he was drugged and then passed out for several hours. While he was unconscious, the woman ransacked his apartment and even stole his 9-week-old puppy Daisy. Police released surveillance video of the woman leaving with the puppy. Police are looking into at least four other cases of men they think may have been drugged and robbed by the same woman. |

(BLACK) Man convicted of fatally stabbing girlfriend in New York City hotel last year NEW YORK -- A jury has convicted a man of fatally stabbing his homeless girlfriend in a New York City hotel last year, but couldn't reach a verdict on the slayings of her young children and the attempted slaying of a third child. The jury deliberated for four days before finding 26-year-old Michael Sykes guilty Wednesday of second-degree murder in the death of Rebecca Cutler, also 26. Sykes fatally stabbed Cutler inside a Staten Island hotel in February 2016. He was also charged with in the deaths of 4-month-old Maliyah Sykes and 1-year-old Ziana Cutler and trying to kill 2-year-old Miracle Cutler, who survived her stab wounds. The jury couldn't reach a unanimous decision in the attacks on the three children. Maliyah was Sykes' daughter. Sykes testified that Cutler had stabbed the three children and then he killed Cutler. Prosecutors say they'll seek a new trial. |

Police fatally shoot (berserk black) man holding (elderly White female) California teacher hostage  A SWAT team shot and killed a man who held a 70-year-old first-grade teacher hostage at his daughter's Southern California school during what his family said was an emotional crisis. The parent, who died at a hospital, was identified by Riverside authorities late Tuesday as Luvelle Kennon, 27, but no other information about him was released. Exactly how the incident at Castle View Elementary School began was not clear, but it quickly became violent. Orange Police: (white) 28-year-old woman killed by (promiscuous POS BLACK) longtime boyfriend - "He got another girlfriend pregnant"  ORANGE - Orange Police say that a 28-year-old man killed his girlfriend at a home in Orange Wednesday afternoon. Jerry Williams was charged with murder in the death of Stormy Stanley, 28, according to a release from the Orange Police Department. Orange Police officers were dispatched to a home on East Sunset at about 1:15 p.m. Wednesday afternoon where Stanley was found there unresponsive police said. When officers arrived Stanley was being treated by EMS and was later transported by ambulance to Southeast Texas Medical Center where she was pronounced dead just before 4 p.m. the release said. Police determined that Stanley's longtime boyfriend, Williams, was responsible and a murder warrant was obtained and served on him according to the release. Williams is currently in the Orange County Correctional Center where his bond has been set at $500,000 according to the Orange County Sheriff's Office. HIV positive (LGBT-Queer dirty deviant black) school assistant accused of sexually victimizing 42 children - DEADLY BLACK PLAGUE LA PLATA, Md. - A former Charles County school assistant who officials said is HIV positive has been indicted on more charges and is now accused of sexually victimizing 42 juveniles. The Charles County State Attorney’s Office announced on Monday that a 206-count indictment had been handed down to 30-year-old Carlos Deangelo Bell, an increase from the 119-count indictment handed down in July. Bell, of Waldorf, is now accused of sexually victimizing 42 juveniles after officials reported 24 victims back in July. Of the 42 victims, officials said 28 have been identified and 14 remain unidentified. Authorities stated Bell sexually abused his victims at Benjamin Stoddert Middle School, at his home and possibly at other locations between May of 2015 and June of 2017. Bell sexually assaulted students while not wearing protection, according to police. Officials said ages of the victims ranged from 11 years old to 17 years old. |

Andreas Erazo entered the plea Monday during a brief court hearing. Erazo is charged in the death of Abbiegail Smith. She was reported missing July 12, and her body was found the next morning wrapped in a comforter near the apartment building where both lived in Keansburg. |

Murder trial starts for ILLEGAL F-ING MEX ALIEN man who stoked US immigration debate - San Franciso has blood on its hands  A Mexican national who touched off a debate on illegal immigration when he fatally shot a woman on a San Francisco pier fired the gun on purpose, a prosecutor said Monday in her opening statement at his trial. Deputy District Attorney Diana Garcia showed the gun to the jury and said a ballistics expert will testify that the only way to fire it is to pull the trigger. "It's a very reliable, high-quality gun," Garcia said. "It's one that won't go off on accident." (Racist black) Suspect in Kansas City serial trail killings (of White men) charged in new case      KANSAS CITY, Mo. – A suspect in the surprise-attackshooting deaths of two men in Kansas City, Missouri, is now charged in a woman's killing. Prosecutors on Friday charged 22-year-old Fredrick Demond Scott of Kansas City with first-degree murder and armed criminal action in the shooting death of 64-year-old Karen Harmeyer of Grandview. The indictment didn't include details of the death but KCTV reports an officer was called in July to investigate a dead body. Once the officer arrived, witnesses told him about Harmeyer, who lived in woods behind a church. The officer entered the campsite and found her decomposed body inside a tent. Scott previously was charged in two killings and is a person of interest in three others. All those victims were older white men. Scott is black. LOS ANGELES – A couple who ran a private school in Crenshaw — before going on the run in April 2000 following allegations of molestation — were captured in Florida this week. Joseph Green, 52, and Chanell Warren, 43, were arrested Wednesday at their home in Plantation, a city in the Miami metropolitan area. Plantation police arrested the two on an out-of-state California warrant for sex assault charges, according to WFOR-TV. 
MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Four women are finally getting justice nearly two decades after they were raped. "My grandmother never wanted to tell me," said a man we kept anonymous because of the sensitive crime. He said he found out what happened to his grandmother when an officer showed up at their door a few years ago. "They came to the house and told her the man was detained," he said. "She cried, and we cried together," His grandmother was one of four women raped by Tony Sea between 2000 and 2001. He said his grandmother never got to witness justice. Two months ago, immigration agents arrested her. She's waiting deportation in Miami.
A Jacksonville man remains in jail after being arrested for an alleged sex crime that happened 11 years ago. Rondell Lee Gilchrist, 29, of Onslow Drive in Jacksonville was arrested Oct. 23 by the Onslow County Sheriff’s Office and charged with felony first degree statutory rape and felony indecent liberties with a child.
