(BLACK) Man charged with holding knife to (mixed-race) daughter's throat after police chase   LAFAYETTE, Ind. -- Additional charges have been filed against a man who allegedly kidnapped his 2-year-old daughter in Wisconsin last week and then held a knife to the toddler's throat after leading police on a chase from Illinois to Northwest Indiana. Kenneth O. Brown, 30, was released from the hospital Thursday and charged with felony counts of criminal confinement with a deadly weapon, criminal confinement of a child hostage with a deadly weapon, resisting law enforcement with a vehicle and intimidation with a deadly weapon, according to a statement from Indiana State Police. He was taken to the Tippecanoe County Jail. It all started about 7 p.m. Oct. 17 when Brown kidnapped the girl and stole a gray 2011 Nissan Quest in South Milwaukee, according to ISP. South Milwaukee Police Chief Ann Wellens identified the girl as Kendra Faith Brown, and said Brown was her non-custodial parent. |

TV show sparks (interracial) family argument, leading to a stabbing and a gunshot in NC    A Lincoln County couple are facing felony charges after a domestic dispute over a TV show led to a stabbing and a gunshot being fired through the front door of a home. Lincoln County Sheriff’s deputies said it happened around 7 p.m. Sunday. The property owner, Johnny Lee Finandis, 69, fired a shot from a 12-gauge shotgun through the front door of the home. A a small child was lying just inside the door on an inflatable mattress, but not struck by the pellets. The incident started when Finandis’s wife, Felicia, 55, and her son got into an argument because his girlfriend was laughing at something they were watching on television, police said. Finandis’ son tried to step between the two women and was stabbed in the hand by his mother, who was holding a knife during the argument. |
Black woman targeting Johns in Uptown bars, drugging and robbing them  Daniel King said he never imagined a night at an Uptown bar would lead to one of the worst nights of his life. He met this woman and brought her to his apartment at the W. "She made drinks. We sat down at my table, and we were talking. Quite honestly, there is not a whole lot I remember after that,” said King. Police believe he was drugged and then passed out for several hours. While he was unconscious, the woman ransacked his apartment and even stole his 9-week-old puppy Daisy. Police released surveillance video of the woman leaving with the puppy. Police are looking into at least four other cases of men they think may have been drugged and robbed by the same woman. |

(BLACK) Man convicted of fatally stabbing girlfriend in New York City hotel last year NEW YORK -- A jury has convicted a man of fatally stabbing his homeless girlfriend in a New York City hotel last year, but couldn't reach a verdict on the slayings of her young children and the attempted slaying of a third child. The jury deliberated for four days before finding 26-year-old Michael Sykes guilty Wednesday of second-degree murder in the death of Rebecca Cutler, also 26. Sykes fatally stabbed Cutler inside a Staten Island hotel in February 2016. He was also charged with in the deaths of 4-month-old Maliyah Sykes and 1-year-old Ziana Cutler and trying to kill 2-year-old Miracle Cutler, who survived her stab wounds. The jury couldn't reach a unanimous decision in the attacks on the three children. Maliyah was Sykes' daughter. Sykes testified that Cutler had stabbed the three children and then he killed Cutler. Prosecutors say they'll seek a new trial. |

Jerry Williams was charged with murder in the death of Stormy Stanley, 28, according to a release from the Orange Police Department. Orange Police officers were dispatched to a home on East Sunset at about 1:15 p.m. Wednesday afternoon where Stanley was found there unresponsive police said. When officers arrived Stanley was being treated by EMS and was later transported by ambulance to Southeast Texas Medical Center where she was pronounced dead just before 4 p.m. the release said. Police determined that Stanley's longtime boyfriend, Williams, was responsible and a murder warrant was obtained and served on him according to the release. Williams is currently in the Orange County Correctional Center where his bond has been set at $500,000 according to the Orange County Sheriff's Office. Bell, of Waldorf, is now accused of sexually victimizing 42 juveniles after officials reported 24 victims back in July. Of the 42 victims, officials said 28 have been identified and 14 remain unidentified. Authorities stated Bell sexually abused his victims at Benjamin Stoddert Middle School, at his home and possibly at other locations between May of 2015 and June of 2017. Bell sexually assaulted students while not wearing protection, according to police. Officials said ages of the victims ranged from 11 years old to 17 years old. |

Now, it’s up to a jury to decide if they agree. At the Johnson County courthouse, De’anthony Wiley’s trial is expected to start Monday. But first, jury selection. Wiley is charged with first-degree murder for his role in killing Jon Bieker back in Jan. 2015. Bieker and his wife, Becky Bieker, co-owned a gun store in Shawnee called “She’s A Pistol", 6487 Quivira Rd. The store is now permanently closed. Three other men were also charged in this case. One pleaded guilty; the another was found guilty at trial, and the case is pending against the other man. According to previous court testimony — the men entered the store and confronted Becky — attempting to rob her. Jon came from the back room firing shots, hitting three of them, including Wiley. According to Wiley and his attorneys, Wiley was on the ground and attempting to give up when Jon continued to approach him, firing. Wiley claims he shot Jon in self-defense. Now, it’s up to a jury to decide if they agree. Jury selection is expected to wrap-up later Monday afternoon. Prosecutors now say it was a church employee who did it, in an attempt to cover up a burglary. Nathaniel D. Nelson, 48, is in federal custody facing charges Monday. Nelson was a member of the church who was employed as a maintenance worker at Concord Fortress of Hope church and cultural center at 11040 W. Longview Parkway in Kansas City, Mo. Firefighters were called to the church Sunday morning after a fire occurred inside the building, but it was extinguished by the sprinkler system.Investigators discovered that the fire had been intentionally set, and also found racist graffiti spray painted on the front of the church. Investigators also discovered that surveillance cameras in several areas had been unplugged and were no longer recording when the incident took place. However, footage on a second, separate surveillance system captured footage of Nelson spray painting the graffiti, prosecutors say. When interviewed by authorities, Nelson admitted he went into his office in the cultural center to smoke crack cocaine, and then attempted to break into the finance office to steal money. He said he wasn’t able to enter the finance office, so he went to two other offices and took $140 from one and $94 from another, before leaving to purchase more crack cocaine. He said he then returned to the church to use drugs again, then used tools to break into vending machines, but only managed to steal $2 from the machines. After leaving to purchase more drugs, he returned to the church, prosecutors say, then intentionally set the fire inside the cultural center using clothing and paper towels that he placed on or next to an office chair. He admitted to investigators that he set the fire to create a diversion and throw investigators off. - (crackheads) |

Police say Evan Amos was shot several times inside a house on South Lakeview Avenue at around 11:15 p.m. Amos, an amateur boxer who trains in Youngstown, is believed to have been the target of a robbery. A witness told police someone knocked on the door and shot the man when he answered it. In a news release, Youngstown Police Captain Brad Blackburn said evidence and statements given to police appear to show that Amos was killed when he resisted. Information gathered through an investigation led the Lee County Sheriff's Office Major Crimes Unit to a shallow grave site where human remains were found in a heavily wooded lot at 5902 Sally Avenue N. Matthew Collins was last seen on Oct. 12, around 5 p.m., when he left his residence to get a haircut. Six days after Collins was last seen, his vehicle was recovered in Lehigh Acres. Investigators said it was apparent Collins was a victim of foul play as there was a bullet hole in the front windshield and blood inside of the car. "During our walks, people would stop us and tell us how they found you beautiful and expressive," said Beaulieu. "Our travels were moments of bonding, discovery and pure happiness," said Patry, recalling his daughter's teen years. Since the murder, her parents told the court they've had to learn to live without their daughter, which has had physical and emotional repercussions. "We're consumed by sadness and anger every day, and that prevents us from working," said Beaulieu. She told the court that their inability to work has had a serious financial impact. Police say Louisville man stabbed and raped victim  LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- Police have arrested a Louisville man authorities say stabbed and raped a woman. Louis Ramirez, 30, was arrested Saturday at his home in the 5000 block of Rustic Way, near Rangeland Road. According to an arrest report, the victim told police that Ramirez stabbed her in the head with a steak knife and also hit, kicked and choked her. Police say Ramirez then raped the victim. Authorities say the victim waited until Ramirez fell asleep and then ran away and called police. Officials say after Ramirez was read his Miranda rights, he admitted to having sexual intercourse with the victim. Ramirez is charged with first-degree rape and second-degree assault. He is being held at Louisville Metro Corrections on a $50,000 cash bond. |

Nasouh A Albasis-Albasis aka Ibrahim Ali was located at an apartment in West Valley City. He was booked into the Salt Lake County Jail. The West Jordan Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding a third suspect involved in the sexual assault of a 14-year-old girl. Police say the assault happened on September 9. Investigators have identified the suspect as Nasouch A Albasis-Albasis, 19. He may also be known as Ibrahim Ali. Two other men were arrested in the alleged assault. According to police, video had been taken that night showing the two men raping the girl. |

Fulcher, who faces a maximum of life in prison and a $250,000 fine, will be sentenced Jan. 31. Rocker Rudy, 19, Donald Jackson, 19, and (defiled) Berisa Nebahate, 19, were arrested Saturday after one of the two teens used a phone to “ping” her father’s cell from East New York, law-enforcement sources said. All three suspects have been charged with attempted compelling prostitution, attempted sex trafficking, attempted promoting prostitution, attempted labor trafficking and child endangerment, according to cops. A young woman lured the two teen girls, ages 14 and 15, to the city from Ulster County with the promise of modeling jobs, sources said. They were first brought to The Bronx, then taken to a so-called “trap house” in East New York. After overhearing that their captors intended to pimp them out as prostitutes, the teens tried to leave the house, but Nebahate pulled out a knife and forced them to stay, police said. |

Homeless (BLACK SEX BEAST) Tulsa Man Arrested For SERIAL Sexual Assaults TULSA, Oklahoma - Tulsa Police arrest a suspected serial rapist after they say he confessed to one attack and DNA could link him to another. Police said Jerome Adams is the man who attacked a homeless woman in June. They say he beat up, sexually assaulted, and stabbed her. They believe he also attacked a second woman about three months later. "Toward the middle of September, we had an incident that mirrored that MO exactly," said Darin Ehrenrich with Tulsa Police. Police said because the attacks were so similar, they figured they were looking for a serial rapist targeting homeless women. They had DNA from both assaults. Ehrenrich also said police interviewed and took swabs for DNA comparisons until they got a hit. That led to the arrest of Jerome Adams for several crimes related to the September attack. "During his interview, he did confess to the one and stated that he had committed similar acts but couldn't remember exactly when or where," said Ehrenrich. Police believe Adams may be connected to more attacks and that there may be other victims that haven't come forward. |

Karon Cannon allegedly approached the man about 6 p.m. Aug. 7 near the Red Line station in the 3900 block of North Sheridan and punched him in the face, knocking him to the ground, according to Chicago police. Cannon then allegedly struck the man with a "dangerous weapon," stole the man's personal belongings and ran away, police said. Hispanic Boy Who Was Flung Over Fence in NJ Hit-Run Dies; Warrant Issued for Cowardly black Driver The teenage boy who was flung over a fence on an elevated roadway when a car plowed into the bike he was riding with a friend in Jersey City Wednesday has died, authorities said. The 16-year-old boy's death comes about 24 hours after the death of his friend, 15-year-old Elionel Jimenez, who was pronounced dead at the scene of the hit-and-run on Terrace Avenue, according to police. The boy's death comes as police continue to hunt for 20-year-old Rashaun Bell, the man thought to be behind the wheel of the Nissan Maxima that hit the boys. Police on Thursday issued warrants for Bell's arrest; he faces charges of knowingly leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death. Police allege that Bell was driving with four people in his car when he hit the boys, who were on a bike together. After the impact, the heavily damaged car continued down the roadway for about 200 yards before Bell and two of his passengers got out and ran away. |

But Perez then grabbed her and plunged a piece of glass in her throat, warning her not to scream, she said. “He grabbed me from behind, put a piece of glass on my neck [and] told me not to scream or he’d cut my throat, and I just started screaming,” the young woman said. “I got eight stitches in my neck and six in my hand. It was bleeding a lot, mostly the neck. Which is why I still have blood on my clothes,” said the aspiring artist, who was discharged from Methodist Hospital early Friday morning. (Racist black) Suspect in Kansas City serial trail killings (of White men) charged in new case       KANSAS CITY, Mo. – A suspect in the surprise-attackshooting deaths of two men in Kansas City, Missouri, is now charged in a woman's killing. Prosecutors on Friday charged 22-year-old Fredrick Demond Scott of Kansas City with first-degree murder and armed criminal action in the shooting death of 64-year-old Karen Harmeyer of Grandview. The indictment didn't include details of the death but KCTV reports an officer was called in July to investigate a dead body. Once the officer arrived, witnesses told him about Harmeyer, who lived in woods behind a church. The officer entered the campsite and found her decomposed body inside a tent. Scott previously was charged in two killings and is a person of interest in three others. All those victims were older white men. Scott is black. LOS ANGELES – A couple who ran a private school in Crenshaw — before going on the run in April 2000 following allegations of molestation — were captured in Florida this week. Joseph Green, 52, and Chanell Warren, 43, were arrested Wednesday at their home in Plantation, a city in the Miami metropolitan area. Plantation police arrested the two on an out-of-state California warrant for sex assault charges, according to WFOR-TV. 
MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Four women are finally getting justice nearly two decades after they were raped. "My grandmother never wanted to tell me," said a man we kept anonymous because of the sensitive crime. He said he found out what happened to his grandmother when an officer showed up at their door a few years ago. "They came to the house and told her the man was detained," he said. "She cried, and we cried together," His grandmother was one of four women raped by Tony Sea between 2000 and 2001. He said his grandmother never got to witness justice. Two months ago, immigration agents arrested her. She's waiting deportation in Miami.
A Jacksonville man remains in jail after being arrested for an alleged sex crime that happened 11 years ago. West Jordan, Utah — Police arrested two men connected with a video that shows the rape of a 14-year-old girl while semi-conscious in the backseat of a car. Leclair Dodjim, 24, and Richard Djassera, 21, are in jail on several felony counts, including aggravated kidnapping, rape, forcible sodomy, and sexual exploitation of a minor. The 14-year-old victim was spending the night at a friend’s house when she snuck out to meet Dodjim, Djassera, and another man. During the night of Sept. 9, the three men took the female victim to a party where she claims the last thing she remembers was being kissed against her will in the back seat of the car. Police allege the victim was in and out of consciousness as her head hung off the seat of the car while two of the three men raped her and another man recorded it. “When [the victim] appears to be falling out of the car he grabs her by her legs and pulls her by the legs and pulls her back into the car.” The victim told police she met the men on Snapchat and made arrangements to meet them. Dodjim admitted to being with the victim and consuming alcohol, but denied raping the victim. Dodjim said Djassera was the one who recorded the incident. Djassera told investigators Dodjim and the other man were the ones who raped the victim. The third male was not identified in court documents. 
Police in western Germany are searching for a man who is suspected of raping a young woman on a nature reserve after threatening her and her boyfriend with a machete. The young couple were on a camping trip in the Siegaue Nature Reserve, north of the former German capital of Bonn when they were approached by a man at about 12.30am on Sunday. The man had approached their tent holding a large knife - believed to be a machete - and threatened the couple before demanding the 23-year-old woman leave the tent with him, according to police. He then raped the woman in front of the tent before running off in the direction of the Rhine River, police said.
