EXTREMELY TATTOOED BLACK sentenced to 75 years in prison for murder of WHITE delivery driver    INDIANAPOLIS -- Peter Hutchings Jr. was sentenced to 75 years in prison Wednesday after pleading guilty to the November 2015 murder of delivery driver Mark Miller on the east side. Hutchings appeared before Judge Lisa Borges to enter his plea of guilty to murder and being a felon carrying a handgun. He also accepted a habitual violent offender enhancement, which added 20 years to what otherwise would have been a 55-year sentence. Miller, 27, was working as a driver for China King and was making his last delivery of the night when he was shot and killed in the 2200 block of Windsong Drive. Hutchings’ girlfriend at the time, then-17-year-old Terri Williams, was also charged and agreed in September 2016 to plead guilty to conspiracy to commit robbery and carrying a handgun without a license. (Droopy-eyed killer black) Man charged with murder in stabbing of (WHITE) woman behind strip mall  PEMBERTON TWP -- Authorities have identified and arrested a man they believe stabbed a woman to death behind a shopping center last month. Frank Walker III, 41, of Wrightstown, was arrested Friday and charged with the murder of 29-year-old Diana Stillwell, according to the Burlington County Prosecutor's Office. "No one deserves the violent end that Diana Stillwell tragically met," Prosecutor Scott Coffina said in a statement. "Today, we are gratified to be able to take this first step towards bringing some measure of justice to Diana and her family." Stillwell was found stabbed to death at the strip mall near the intersection of Pemberton-Bowns Mills and Juliustown roads on July 13, authorities said. Police arrived on the scene after a pedestrian reported hearing a woman screaming behind the shops. A second man, 32-year-old Darren DeCarlo of Pemberton Township man, was charged last month for providing false information to officials on the night of Stillwell's murder, authorities said. He faces a charge of obstructing the administration of law, according to the prosecutor's office. - (Black-on-white) |

White female Shooting victim remembered by friends, coworkers as always smiling - after she was shot in back by black at intersection   JACKSON, Miss. — A woman was shot and killed Thursday night while sitting in a car that was stopped at a red light, police said. Chelsie Lynn Kirschten, 23, was at the intersection of Fortification and State streets along with a female friend just before midnight when police said a man came up to the driver's side of the car and shot Kirschten in the back and ran away. Police said the shooting appears to be random. Nothing was stolen and the shot was fired through the closed window of Kirschten's white Pontiac G6. The gunman didn't say anything and walked away after the shooting, Cmdr. Tyree Jones said. “We’re still in the preliminary stages. We’re not sure if they know one another or if there is any type of affiliation, but based on preliminary indications, this just seems to be possibly an individual just walked up to the vehicle and fired a shot,” Jones said. Kirschten drove down the street after she was shot, police said. Her car came to a stop at Fortification Street near the Interstate 55 exit. She died at the scene, police said. Jones said the passenger in Kirschten's car described the shooter as a black man wearing dark-colored clothing, possibly with a hood. Kirschten had just started taking classes this week, and according to a coworker, had planned to leave her job at Twin Peaks in Jackson in two weeks. A manager at the restaurant said she had taken another job, but said that Kirschten was a joy to work with. - (Black-on-white) |

Mohamud was in court Friday to be sentenced when the judge raised the questions about the case and eventually postponed the hearing. |

BLACK beast wanted by Horry County police in connection with rape of 13-year-old girl  Horry County police are searching for a suspect after a 13-year-old girl reported in late July that a man lead her away from the Conway-area road she was walking down and sexually assaulted her. The victim, who is a 13-year-old girl, was walking in a neighborhood in unincorporated Conway area when a man came up to her, grabbed her by the hand, and took her to a nearby field where he allegedly raped her. The police report is heavily censored, but states the suspect told the victim to leave the area and not tell anyone. The victim, who was reporting the incident with a grandparent, also went to a hospital. Horry County police released a sketch drawing of the black suspect. |
Police: (Black) Mundelein High coach/aide sexually assaulted teen girl at school An employee at a north suburban high school school sexually assaulted and abused an underage female student earlier this year, according to police. The Department of Children and Family Services notified police on July 31 that an employee of Mundelein High School may have engaged in sexual acts with a female student the previous month, according to Mundelein police. A subsequent investigation found the girl, between the ages of 13 and 17, had entered into a relationship with an employee at her school, police said. Details of the relationship were discovered through interviews and a review of phone records. Investigators believe the sexual acts happened at the high school between January 1 and July 15, police said. School administrators cooperated with investigators after being made aware of the allegation. Patrick K. Alexander, 25, of Vernon Hills, surrendered to police on August 9, police said. He was charged with three counts of criminal sexual assault and four counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse, all felonies. |

Police Seek BLACK Man Suspected in Fort Worth Sexual Assault Fort Worth police are asking for help identifying a person of interest in an alleged sexual assault earlier this month. At about 2:45 a.m. on Aug. 6, an employee of a downtown Fort Worth nightclub was leaving work and walking to her car when a man attacked and sexually assaulted her, according to police. The man, believed to be between 20 to 25-years-old, ran north to West 4th Street, east to Lamar, and north to West 3rd Street. He was also spotted running east in front of the public library before turning north onto Taylor Street. He had been seen loitering around in the area of the club earlier that night, police said. |

NYPD releases photo of BLACK slasher wanted in subway slashing in Lower Manhattan LOWER MANHATTAN, New York City -- Police have released surveillance images of a man wanted in connection with a subway slashing in Lower Manhattan Tuesday. The incident happened at about 4:45 p.m. near Sixth Avenue and Canal Street at the SoHo-Tribeca border. Police say the 44-year-old victim and a friend were walking down to the A/C/E platform at the Canal Street station when they accidentally bumped into the suspect, who was dressed in a trench coat. After a physical dispute ensued, the suspect pulled out a small pen knife and slashed the victim on his temple and wrist. After being slashed, the victim chased the suspect for blocks and threw a piece of plywood at him. The NYPD describes the suspect as a black male, 20 to 25 years old, 6'.2", 170lbs., and was last seen wearing dark clothing, fleeing towards 6th Avenue. |

(BLACK) Former Marine used rope to rape girlfriend, strangled and stabbed her dog to death  KENSINGTON, Md. — A 38-year-old former U.S. Marine is accused of raping his girlfriend and stabbing her beloved dog to death. Montgomery County Police have charged Anthony Russell Jr. with first-degree rape, third-degree sex offense, first-degree assault, second-degree assault and aggravated animal cruelty. Court documents allege Russell made a habit of battering and sexually assaulting his girlfriend who he started dating in March 2015. The couple lived in a basement unit at the Montgomery Century Condominiums along University Boulevard West in Kensington. On July 12, investigators explain the victim was walking her Cane Corso puppy, named Primo, within the condominium complex. Russell emerged from the unit and called for Primo to come to him. Moments later, he grabbed the leash and lifted Primo off the ground, effectively choking it. Once inside the condo he grabbed a knife and stabbed Primo. Russell's girlfriend witnessed the dog scamper away bleeding, with its internal organs in view. Primo was euthanized hours later at a local animal hospital due the severity of injury. |
BLACK Philadelphia Woman Accused Of Robbing, Biting Man PHILADELPHIA — A 30-year-old Philadelphia woman is facing multiple charges stemming from a domestic incident Saturday night in Carlisle. According to Carlisle police, Tahara M. Lewis was charged with robbery, theft by unlawful taking, two counts of simple assault, two counts of harassment and one count of disorderly conduct after an incident that occurred on the first block of Spring Garden Street at approximately 7:55 p.m. When the victim attempted to prevent her from leaving, she allegedly grabbed a large chef’s knife from the kitchen and raised it above her head as she approached him. The victim said he she bit him when he attempted to restrain her and showed police a bite mark on his chest. Police say the victim also had a cut on his head and an open wound on his elbow. |

Northampton County prosecutors said Wednesday they expect to charge 36-year-old Jacob Holmes Jr. with homicide in the March 2009 murder of 30-year-old Miguel Aponte Jr. in the Easton Cafe. It was unclear whether Holmes Jr. has an attorney. His father confirmed to NBC10 that Holmes Jr. is the nephew of former world heavyweight boxing champion, and Easton native, Larry Holmes. |
Black Sports: Black footballer Dimitri Patterson Injures 2 Police Officers Trying to Flee Courtroom  Former Eagles cornerback Dimitri Patterson injured two police officers while trying to flee during a family court hearing on Tuesday, according to police, via The Miami Herald. Patterson, 34, appeared in Lawson E. Thomas Court Center when he was ordered by the judge to be taken into custody. At that time, he tried to run out of the door and tackled a female officer who fell and hit her head, while another officer suffered a wrist injury before Patterson was taken into custody. The female officer was taken to the hospital but later released. This isn't Patterson's first brush with the law. ESPN's Rich Cimini reported in 2015 that the Miami native was charged with felony child abuse. |

SF police release photos of Negro suspected of pouring bleach on woman San Francisco investigators have released photos of the man suspected of blinding a woman in a vicious bleach attack in the Tenderloin last month. The 53-year-old woman told police officers that she was standing on Mason Street between Turk and Eddy streets about 7:30 p.m. on July 30 when the assailant approached her and told her to leave. Latest news videos He left for a short period, returned with a cup of bleach in hand and poured it on the woman, police said. The attacker was seen fleeing the area on a red mountain bike in the direction of the Powell Street BART Station. |
BLACK Memphis Man convicted of rape for 4th time MEMPHIS, TN - A Memphis man was convicted of rape for a fourth time. Deandrey Peterson, 28, was already serving 90 years in prison for three rape convictions when a Shelby County District Attorney's office convicted him of a fourth crime. Prosecutors said Peterson burglarized and raped a 30-year-old woman at Abington Apartments in February 2014. Peterson will be sentenced next month before facing another case, this time for sexual battery. Prosecutors said Peterson committed all of the rapes at Abington Apartments within a few weeks of one another. |

Fayetteville police charge BLACK man in 1990 cold case rape FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – Fayetteville police have charged a 53-year-old man in connection with a 1990 cold case rape. The Fayetteville Police Department’s Cold Case Sexual Assault Unit have charged Wilbur McGill, of the 2000 Block of Newark Avenue with first-degree rape, first-degree kidnapping, robbery with a dangerous weapon, larceny of a motor vehicle, and possession of a stolen motor vehicle. On Nov. 20, 1990, the victim was at Mazarick Park with her one-year-old child when police said the suspect forced the victim to the back of park and raped her. The suspect then stole the victim’s vehicle, police said. DNA evidence from the scene was recently linked to McGill. |

A judge on Friday sentenced the 23-year-old former Vanderbilt University football player to 15 years in a Tennessee prison for raping and sexually assaulting an unconscious woman in June 2013. In a powerful statement, the victim of the rape blasted Banks’ choices in the dorm room that night and in the more than four years since. Banks chose to go to trial, turning aside plea deals over fears he’d be labeled for life as a sex offender. And he traveled the South speaking to college athletes about sexual assault while his own charges were pending. “He chose to put me through that again and expose the body he gang raped, my body, to yet another panel of strangers,” according to her statement, read in court by Assistant District Attorney General Jan Norman. “He chose to put me through yet another roller coaster during (plea) negotiations. |
Police Arrest Two Suspects in Springdale Homicide SPRINGDALE, Ark. -- - Police have arrested two male suspects in connection to a homicide at the Strawberry Meadows apartment complex on Thursday night. 19-year-old Albert Davis (on left) and 18-year-old Anferney Amram (on right) were both arrested after questioning by police. According to police, Amram admitted he shot Xavier Williams several times because he said Williams threatened his family. Amram stated he took the 9mm gun apart and threw the pieces out of a moving vehicle. During questioning, Davis admitted he and another friend picked up shell casings and took Xavier Williams' cell phone in order to protect Amram. |

| Edwin Andujar gets 45 years for killing roommate (in a wheelchair) after not paying rent NEWARK, N.J. — A New Jersey man convicted of fatally stabbing his roommate after the victim told him he had to move out because he wasn’t paying rent has been sentenced to 45 years in prison. Edwin Andujar was sentenced Thursday. The 53-year-old will have to serve at least 38 years before he is eligible for parole. Essex County prosecutors said he stabbed Thomas Parent 12 times with a steak knife while Parent was in a wheelchair after returning from a rehabilitation center. |

BLACK Man arrested, accused of sucker punching (White female) jogger in Northeast Portland   PORTLAND, Ore. — PORTLAND, Ore. – Police have arrested a man accused of punching a woman in the face while she was jogging in her Northeast Portland neighborhood on Sunday morning. Portland Police said Michael Hart, 50, is facing charges of 2nd degree assault – a class B felony. Hart was arrested Wednesday after someone identified him as the suspect who sucker punched a woman in the face three days prior. Susanna Stewart said she was nearly done with her five-mile route when she approached the intersection of NE 15th Avenue and Brazee Street.
She said that a man walked towards her from across the street and made a gesture before punching her in the face. Several neighbors rushed over to help Stewart. She has a broken bone in her cheek and two fractures in her nose. On Sunday, she still had a black eye and a cast on her nose. “I was mostly in rage, because I looked up and he was shuffling away, no running, no nothing, just walking exactly as he had been walking toward me,” she said. - (Black-on-white) |

STUPID BLACK (with defiled eyebrows) Florida man told McDonald's ice cream machine broken, pulls out 'airsoft' weapon DELRAY BEACH, FL -- Employees at a McDonald's in Delray Beach, Florida got quite a scare last week after police said a customer pulled out a weapon because the ice cream machine was broken. The workers called police Aug. 13 after a customer pulled out an AR-15 style rifle in the restaurant’s drive-thru at about 11:49 p.m. The rifle was actually an airsoft gun, but police said it had no markings to indicate it wasn’t an actual AR-15 rifle. Employees at the McDonald’s told police the man, identified as Jerry Henry, 19, of Delray Beach, pulled the gun out of the trunk. The workers could see him through surveillance cameras. McDonald's workers said Henry, a passenger in the vehicle that pulled up to the drive thru, became upset after he and the driver were told the ice cream machine was broken. Employees ran for cover, hiding in the restaurant’s bathroom and locking the doors. Police got to the McDonald’s in time to take Henry into custody before anyone was hurt. Henry is charged with improper exhibition of a dangerous weapon. |
DARK Dallas doctor (with pointed-ears) arrested in serial flasher case  DALLAS -- Police have arrested a doctor and believe he's the serial flasher many residents have been reporting about on social media. Dr. Reginald Newsome, 38, was arrested Wednesday. He had already posted bond and was released from the Dallas County jail by 12:30 a.m. Thursday. Dr. Newsome is a spine doctor in Dallas, according to the iSpine website. Residents in Deep Ellum came together earlier this month to out neighborhood problems and criminal suspects on social media. One of the most active campaigns targeted the serial flasher, who residents say has been seen unbuttoning his pants and watching "females go by and doing his thing," one resident told WFAA. On social media, residents posted pictures of the alleged suspect and his vehicle, while using detective work to blog about the issue. They turned all of their evidence over to Dallas PD. |

BLACK Pastor Wants Presidents’ Names Removed From Washington, Jackson Parks Over Ties To Slavery CHICAGO — A Chicago pastor has asked the Emanuel administration to remove the names of two presidents who owned slaves from parks on the South Side, saying the city should not honor slave owners in black communities. A bronze statue of George Washington on horseback stands at the corner of 51st and King Drive, at the northwest entrance to Washington Park. Bishop James Dukes, pastor of Liberation Christian Center, said he wants the statue gone, and he wants George Washington’s name removed from the park. |

(BLACK) Orange Park man charged with child molestation  CLAY COUNTY, Fla. - An Orange Park man faces charges of child molestation and showing obscene material to a child. Jule Larose, 30, was booked Monday into the Clay County Jail on $500,000 bond. According to a Clay County Sheriff's Office report, Larose touched the 11-year-old victim, asked her to engage in inappropriate behavior and showed her videos of people have sex since she was 9 years old. A relative of the victim told the the girl's mother that she saw Larose climb into bed with the victim, investigators said. Larose was captured in Miami and then transported back to Clay County to face the charges. He made his first appearance in court Tuesday morning. |
Woman Followed From Brooklyn to Manhattan Fights Off Sex Attack at Herald Square, Gets Bitten by BLACK Police arrested a man who allegedly followed a woman on a subway from Brooklyn to Manhattan, then grabbed her on a Herald Square escalator, tried to rape her and bit her on the chest when she fought back, authorities say. Jaquan Whittle, 25, of Brooklyn, is charged with attempted rape, assault, forcible touching and harassment, police said. Officials say the 23-year-old victim realized the Whittle was following her at the Prospect Park subway station during Monday's evening rush. He slapped her buttocks as she entered the turnstiles, then they both boarded an uptown Q train. Both Whittle and the victim got off at 34th Street and Sixth Avenue, where he followed the woman down the escalator. Police say he grabbed her arms and, after a brief struggle, bit the woman on the chest before running off. |
Two escaped BLACK teens charged with capital murder after Limestone homicide  ATHENS — Madison police identified the victim in a Monday night homicide in Limestone County as 61-year-old construction worker Van Johnson of Riverdale, Georgia. Two teens have been charged with capital murder in the death. Johnson was found dead near the back of Publix at 12070 County Line Road around 11:30 Monday night. It appeared he was assaulted, and police saw the two subjects running away. They matched the description of a 17- and 18-year-old reported missing from Three Springs juvenile facility in Madison on Monday morning. The subjects, Aaron Raynard Jones, 17, of Ensley, and Jakobe Carter, 18, of Phenix City, were caught this morning in a wooded area near Three Springs. Both face capital murder, first-degree robbery and second-degree burglary charges. |

Handicapped "Good Samaritan" stabbed and robbed after offering thankless black ‘homeless’ man food, shelter CHARLOTTE, NC —— A victim was stabbed after a man he invited into his home assaulted him and stole his wallet. Charlotte-Mecklenburg police are working to identify the unknown man. They say according to the victim, he believed the unknown man was a homeless man when the two met at a bus stop. "The victim advised that he had befriended a male suspect at a bus stop in the uptown area, and due to a handicap, had asked the suspect to get money out of an ATM using his card," CMPD said. "The suspect did so and then the victim invited the suspect to share a meal and stay with him at his home, since the suspect appeared to be homeless." Police say the man woke the victim up during the night, holding a knife and demanding his wallet. The victim was stabbed multiple times before the man left his home. The victim's ATM card was used on W. Trade Street. Police say he is believed to be homeless and frequently in the uptown area. The man is described by police as a black male, approximately 45-years-old and has a mustache and goatee. |

Sullen hateful anti-American anti-White blacktivist black female sow arrested for her role in toppling Confederate statue in North Carolina  A college student was arrested Tuesday for toppling a nearly century-old statue of a Confederate soldier Monday in North Carolina in front of a cheering crowd. Takiya Thompson, 22, brought a ladder up to the statue and used a rope to pull down the Confederate Soldiers Monument that was dedicated in 1924. A diverse crowd of dozens cheered as the statue of a soldier holding a rifle fell to the ground in front of an old courthouse building that now houses local government offices in Durham County. FORT WORTH — Police are looking for a man who sexually assaulted a woman on Burnett Street as she was leaving work Monday morning. The attack happened shortly before 3 a.m. in the parking lot of a local club in Fort Worth. The suspect fled the scene and ran north to West 4th Street, ran east to Lamar, and ran north to West 3rd Street. He then ran east in front of the public library and turned north onto Taylor Street. Police said the predator was seen loitering around the area before the assault. He’s described as a black male in his 20s, 6 feet 1 – 6 feet 2 inches tall, with a thin build.

PHILADELPHIA – A former Catholic school teacher convicted of raping a child was released more than a decade early from prison on Wednesday after a judge threw out his conviction amid questions about his accuser's truthfulness. Rather than face a new trial, however, Bernard Shero, 54, pleaded no contest on Monday to less serious child rape and assault charges and was sentenced to the roughly four years in prison he's already served.
