BLACK Former boyfriend indicted for murder in (white) Sodus woman's death in 2016 The former boyfriend of a Sodus woman found dead last fall has been indicted on a murder charge. Prosecutors say Alvin Pinkard Sr., age 61, was arrested Monday night after a grand jury handed up an indictment against him in the death of Josephine Chiaverini. Fifty-seven-year-old Chiaverini was found dead by troopers on the back porch of her home on Joy Road in Sodus on October 6, 2016. State police investigators said they were called to check on her after she did not show up for an appointment. Chiaverini had injuries to her neck, but -- at the time -- troopers couldn't say for certain how she died. Pinkard was arrested shortly after Chiaverini's death for violating an order of protection for his former partner. But, at the time, he faced no charges in her death. Pinkard is being held in Wayne County Jail without bail. He will appear in court on Friday for a bail hearing. In a statement, Wayne County District Attorney Chris Bokelman: “Credit goes to the New York State Police for all of their diligent work and continuing efforts to bring justice for Ms. Chiaverini and her family and friends, and also to all of the decent folks who came forward to provide whatever assistance and information they could to help solve this terrible tragedy.” - (Black-on-white) |

WORTHLESS AND CRIMINAL (Thou shall not steal) BLACK WOMAN drains bank account of WHITE woman 'You stole everything I had in my bank account': Mother-of-three CONFRONTS Steak n' Shake server who stole her credit card and used it to pay $600 of her own bills. A North Carolina mom-of-three did her own detective work when she noticed $600 missing from her bank account with charges from clothing and beauty store, as well as care insurance and electric companies. Courtney Parks, 27, tracked down a worker at a Kannapolis Steak n' Shake, where she was eating just the night before, and confronted the thief in this six-minute viral video. In the video, the worker apologizes saying, 'I'm sorry about that, I'm willing to pay all your money back'. Video of the confrontation was posted to Facebook and has almost half a million views. Parks, 27, went through the Steak n' Shake drive-thru where she bought dinner for her family. The next morning she woke up with $600.68 missing from her bank account. Purchases were on the card from Guess, Sally's Beauty Supply, Allstate Car Insurance, and an electric company, leaving Parks with $12. There were even two pending PayPal charges. All of the charges were made between 11pm and four am. Parks did some investigative work, first calling the bank and then tracking the purchases that were being shipped to Kannapolis. She noticed that the charges began an hour after the Steak n' Shake visit. The mom-of-three then called the burger restaurant to ask the name of the worker who was at the drive-thru the previous night, saying she wanted to write a costumer survey. Peandra Winn, 28, who goes by Charnelle on Facebook, is the worker who allegedly stole the debit card information. Parks searched the name on Facebook and the photo matched the drive-thru attendant. - (Black-on-white) |

3 women murdered in Long Island home by "mentally ill colored man" - "bludgeoned mother, sister, friend to death with hammer" A small Cape Cod home in Hempstead, Long Island became a house of horror early Saturday, when three women inside were bludgeoned to death with a hammer, possibly by a relative who also lived there. Dead in the home on leafy Perry Street — now a blood-splattered crime scene — were Lynn Vanderhall, 58, her daughter Melissa, 28, and family friend Janel Simpson, 29. Hours after the carnage, cops were seeking to question Bobby Vanderhall, described by neighbors as the eldest victim’s 300-pound mentally ill son. Police did not immediately release the name of a second friend of the family who escaped with apparently defensive wounds to her hand. She was in stable condition at a local hospital, police said. “This is basically a targeted event,” said Det. Lt. Richard LeBrun, commanding officer of the Nassau County Police Public Information Office. “It was not a random event,” he said. The cause of death for all three victims was blunt force trauma, he said. The person of interest was identified as Bobby Vanderhall, who was Lynn’s son and Melissa’s brother, sources said. - (Black-on-white) This evil dog apparently murdered his (white) mother - which violates at least 2 of the 'ten commandments' |

A Jackson County jury convicted the Kansas City man June 9 for the 2016 fatal shooting and killing of a man during a botched gun sale in a metro parking lot. Fazon K. Swinton, 19, was convicted of second-degree murder, second-degree attempted robbery, armed criminal action and leaving the scene of a shooting. On August 11, Swinton was sentenced to 20 years for the murder conviction and 4 years on the armed criminal action conviction. The judge set the sentences to run consecutively. Prosecutors recommended that jurors give Swinton a life sentence for the charge of second-degree murder. They said the minimum sentence of 10 years for that charge would be a slap on the wrist. Swinton shot Jacob Brantner, 40, in a parking lot on E 63rd Street after they had arranged to meet in order for Brantner to sell Swinton a handgun. The two men wrestled over the gun before Swinton grabbed it and ran away. Both Brantner and Swinton then pulled out guns and shot at each other. (AP) — A California man accused of shooting a U.S. diplomat in Mexico has been ruled competent to stand trial. At a pretrial hearing Friday in federal court in Alexandria, a defense attorney for Zia Zafar of Chino Hills, California, agreed that Zafar is competent to stand trial. Court records indicate Zafar was ordered to undergo a mental evaluation back in May. Prosecutors said Friday that the evaluation determined he is competent. Zafar is charged with attempted murder of a diplomat in the Jan. 6 shooting of consular officer Christopher Ashcraft in Guadalajara. Part of the shooting was captured on video. The charges were filed in Virginia because Zafar was brought into the country in the Eastern District of Virginia, where Dulles International Airport is located. |

(WHITE) Out-of-town trucker murdered during Baton Rouge robbery Tuesday - by (BLACK) local colored POS thug BATON ROUGE - A crazed man on a mission to kill may have chosen his victim at random in a morning attack at a shopping center Tuesday, witnesses at the scene said. Keith Odom, a 49-year-old trucker from Jonesborough, Tennessee, was shot and killed while repairing his big rig parked in the lot on Florida Boulevard, just east of Sherwood. Police said Odom was held-up and was cooperating when the robber shot him around 8 o'clock in the morning. Odom's boss was flabbergasted when he learned of the shooting death. He said Odom routinely had hauls taking him to Baton Rouge but Tuesday was the first time he was in this area of the city, where he was scheduled to pick up a load. At the scene of the shooting in the 12000 block of Florida, witnesses who asked not to be identified by their full name said the gunman was looking for bloodshed in the parking lot. At one point, the gunman said he was going to shoot someone – anyone, a witness told WBRZ. - (Black-on-white) |
